Yeah, I came here multiple times. They keep saying they don't have a job for you. >> Wait, wait, time out. Because now you're raising this situation, but it's not that serious. It's not that. >> Right. That's what I'm telling. You know, it's not that serious. They don't want to sign for you. >> But I don't think you understand why I'm here today. >> We're here looking for a job. >> You got this. They don't want to give you a job. >> But we're telling you now, they don't want to give you a job and they don't want you in here anymore. >> Yes, but that doesn't make sense to me. >> Not everything in life is going to make sense. >> Absolutely. As your job to explain favor. >> So, let's let's go. Look at the entitlement on this ass. Like literally, he is so entitled. He believes he is entitled to this building. [music] >> They don't have to have you in there. Period. They don't. [music] And these are the people who who come back with a firearm or something because they they they believe they they've been attacked. of the foot. Step outside and we'll try to keep it to you to where you'll understand. >> I understand what you're saying. You're saying, "Let's step outside because the business owners don't want you in the store." I'm saying I didn't do anything wrong. >> Okay, that's fine. But you're what you're saying is that they have the right to call the police. >> Yes, they do. >> Any business owner, >> but there wasn't any interaction that happened to it. >> There has to be something. >> No, there doesn't. It's a It's a privately owned order has to have said something. Either either you leave and don't come back or this can escalate a lot further. >> Before it escalates, what did the owner say to make me look? >> No. Sorry. >> They should have just picked them up and thrown them out. This they don't need to explain anything further to this model minority. They don't need to explain anything further. Pick them up the whole amount cuz that's what they would have done to anybody else. Period. Is your job to explain to me? You haven't explained it yet. Yes, we have. You said somebody people feel threatened and they don't want you to feel threatened. Employees. Employees. Yes. And why does she feel threatened? >> It doesn't matter why she feels threatened. Maybe it could be because you're a guy. >> I feel threatened. >> And you're allowed to feel threatened. >> But we're all going to leave and you won't feel threatened. We go away. You don't. Yes, you do. Yes, she's saying that she doesn't want. >> And what is the law take you out? Where's the law? >> The law is this is a that this is a private establishment. workers from the private establishment do not want you in their private establishment. >> The reason there doesn't need to be matter what law it's not about one of your high offices. Your sergeant for what? >> Because I don't feel that you're >> okay. So let's go outside. Let's go outside and figure out how to make it clear because for some reason >> since he's so mentally ill that he can't understand anything and mentally disabled at that picking up and throwing him out, put him in the cop car and driving to the hospital since he was such a hard time with his cognitive ability to stop playing with it. Stop playing with him. And they would never do this to anybody else. I'm not even saying a black person. They would not do this to a regular American. They would not. Even a white person, they wouldn't play this game with him. They wouldn't pick him up and drive him to the hospital since he's give him an ambulance. Call an ambulance because he needs a helmet on his head. >> No, he's not going to make it any clearer. >> Can I call the police? >> You can if you want. There's the number. >> And then also because they're telling you they don't want you back. If you come back, we would have to understand that. >> No, you don't understand. Yes, you do. That's what you're not understanding. You're saying we're not making it clear, but we're making it constantly clear. >> We're not making it clear at all. >> Okay. So, what's what's confusing? >> You don't understand the situation. >> Yes, we do. Yes, we do. You're looking for a job. You came in here multiple times this week looking for a job. thing. >> Okay. So, let's walk out. >> I don't have to walk out. I don't They have They want you out. >> Does this mean you leave or listen? >> If I If I walk out, that means I'm breaking the law. What law am I? >> No. No. No. It means that you're in private property and they don't want you here. Now, let me tell you what breaking the law is. If they go up the hill, if they go up the hill, >> this dude is like whatund and some pounds, like 120. Just pick him up and throw him out. Literally, they've done that with dude white women. Why can't you not pick this dude up? Look, they're wasting everybody's time. They're disrupting the business. They're making a scene and allowing That's what he wants. He wants a scene. That's what these types of people want. And then they're giving you proof. But he goes to the court. Oh, I was humiliated. I was trashed. I was Don't give him anything. Pick him up and throw him out. >> Say what you're saying. Let's just take another time and wait for that person. Okay. Anybody else outside? I would like to hear if you believe this is where you want now we're asking they're they're allowing him to control it which is what he wants. >> That's what he wants and he's getting what he wants. Like I I just can't deal with helmet head behavior from people who do not have disabilities. He just doesn't care. >> We're saying about what they order. That's it. Are you ready for the next officer talking? >> That's right. I'm just going to tell you the same thing. Sorry that you're not understanding. >> Just just let you know. And if you do, you get arrested the next time. There isn't a reason for that. >> I guess that's what you don't understand. What do you understand? >> That there is no reason for any that's what you don't understand. There is anything else you want to talk about because I explain this to you multiple times. Understand what I'm saying. >> Hold on. I have a question for you. I'm not >> You don't understand us. Why don't you understand us? >> I'll just wait for the next officer. >> All right. Just be clear. Okay, this gentleman just supervis myself and you're not clear enough. >> All right. So, our supervisor is going to be here for a while. If you haven't heard, it's going to be a while cuz he's on another call. >> Why are you wasting your boss's time on this? She's picking up. Do you not think people can take him? Just pick him up literally. One has the front half of them, the other has his legs. And just carry him out into the street and then get in the ambulance, hold him there for the ambulance since he's so ill that he cannot understand words [music] and then let him see the psychiatrist since he's having such a difficult time with things. You're looking at your website. You have some place to go. >> Okay. And you're about to wait here a lot longer >> because I shouldn't have to be kicked out for no reason for asking for a >> reason. What else do you want? >> I will wait for your supervisor because hopefully he can understand the situation better. >> You're not understanding us. That's the thing. You're not understanding us and he's not going to >> The problem is possibly allegedly I don't know that there's something not right upstairs. That's why he's not understanding you. [music] That's why the voices have told him something. He has some make believe that's going on that nobody else knows because that's not reality. He He can't He can't understand it psychologically allegedly. I don't know my opinion. >> Explain it any better than we are. >> I understand the situation. Tell us what is wrong about your that we're not understanding about this situation. Please tell us cuz we understand that you came here to get a job. >> Well, the reason I'm saying to call your supervisor is because you're not understanding what I'm saying. >> I'm not understanding everything you're saying. You're not understanding the actual law. That's what's what you're not understanding. So, can you please tell me what the law is about you being in a private? >> That's why I walked away from your supervisor as you were able to handle the situation. >> No, you're wrong. He's going to say exactly the same thing. Do you just need him for confirmation that that is the law? Do we need to look it up? >> No. >> We're in a private establishment. They don't want you in a private establishment. They're allowed to say, "Hey, this person is a color green. We don't like the color green. He's not allowed to be in here." >> Okay. It's their pay for it. They own it. So, everybody can take out whatever they want to that's what that >> I still don't understand. Explain to us. Explain to us. Don't you understand? So, we're trying to talk this out. >> Yes. What don't you understand? >> I was just waiting for you guys to get here. >> No, explain to us what you don't understand. >> Yeah. I'm really trying to understand what >> I don't understand what you're saying at all. Okay. >> I wait. He's going to say the same thing that you're not understanding. And then we're not going to understand him. And then what's going to happen? So, my supervisor here and you don't understand what's happening because you don't understand neither of us. What's going to happen after that? >> That's why we disagree because there is no need to call the police first of all because I'm looking for a job. Second of all, the police showed up. They're saying that I need to leave the store. Hey, it's me we are the police that showed up here and the the need is they want you saying there is no >> it's all up to you it's their restaurant that's why we're calling a supervisor situation better >> okay sorry >> they told you what they told you [music] I can't >> yeah I want to go back to my question for you >> I was just wait I won't talk you can talk cuz we're going to do what you want please help We understand cuz now I'm confused about the fact that my supervisor is going to come here. Understand >> only to clear up the situation. >> He's going to come here. Listen to you. Listen to them. The same >> because my explanation to you was not going to there's no need for to come here to exactly you guys think that I have. >> No. Yes. And he's going to he's going to tell you the same thing. So now what is going to be different? If this is the case and I will wait for you about they decide to go up to the police station and sign a complaint next time you come. Yes, they are. They can do that and then if you come in here then you can get arrested. >> You know that right? >> Yes. >> Am I making that clear? >> After today. >> After today >> if they go up to the volunteer police goes to the headquarters. >> Yes. I'm going to say hey. I don't understand why police are so willing to play games with people who are clearly in the wrong. This is dying to this dude. He understands what you're saying. Asking if he cares. He doesn't. That's the problem. He's not an idiot. He's not disabled. None of that. He understands what you're saying. He doesn't care. We want to sign what is it? Uh my restraining order um that's a complaint that basically trespassing that says hey whoever your name is can't come here no more. >> Once they sign that if you come in here I'll be arrested right if they do that if they do that but right now it's not okay. They're allowed to do that. >> I couldn't just take that and say, "Okay." And then leave it up to next time to come back and then do the same thing. That's fair. Um so then the next step was trying to get in touch with the manager. Um the only way that they can get in touch with her was through texting because they don't have another way to get in touch with her. Um after that, uh she said that we're not hiring, okay, over text. But we need to look for a job here. Um, for someone to say we're not hurting, that's not a fair question. >> This is the type of dude who call me like you take to your parents and everybody thinks he's a nice guy and then one day out of the blue, you're murdered because he just doesn't understand why you're breaking up with him. He doesn't understand it. and you just sit in the courtroom comfy and drink his water and just never get upset because he has he's that type but he's that type in mind that I've been asking George. So then uh I asked to talk to her again because I need a clear explanation. I can't just use that and then uh think it's okay. So um after that we were able to call her somehow. While we were talking to her, I was trying to talk to her calmly and then in the middle uh the conversation got heated. Like I said before, Christine wasn't talking very calmly. I was trying to get a clear answer from her. She wasn't able to talk. In the middle, the man on the phone uh yelled. He said something loudly. I asked, "Are you the owner?" Because I ask the employees if you ask me here. The manager is the owner. He said he was the owner. So there I said, "I'm looking uh to get a job here. That's why I'm here. I want to talk to somebody in charge." the manager. >> Sarah wonders if this is his last chance to get a job or something like he's been fired everywhere else cuz his name is Dirt so therefore that's why he won't leave just just wondering [music] if he's done anything. Um after that uh she started to yell things like on the phone. Um after that Christine said she's going to call the police or something. Um and then he started to yell and I was like what's happening? You can't call the police. She said I need to call the police. So then I'm bothering the business as the owner. Um then you can't do that. I mentioned that the police officer police department said like they can't threat to call a police or a police officer at his name. I know his name. He was I I walked into the police department because I had a um a matter about a laptop repair um that wasn't being dealt with. So I talked to I talked to him. He referred me to something on the matter. He said I can file there. While I was explaining to him what had happened, he told me that when he stepped [music] what type of let me not say that cuz that's not the right word. What type of person goes to the police department over a laptop that's not getting repaired? [music] And the problem again is not she doesn't understand. He doesn't understand why people are saying it to him because the rules don't apply to him. >> Step into a business. Uh it was a key store in Mont. Uh he said they can't threaten me to help me. I said when I said when I walked through the store the business we were supposed to be there fix my PC AJ. Uh he wasn't there. We called him. He immediately decided he's going to call the police store owner was uh the location of him. Um after that he hung up the phone and I started to say like uh [music] like I was here to get my PC uh my laptop repaired or something repaired uh correctly like repaired like that's why I'm here. She was starting to get upset. Uh then she's uh I asked her to call AJ again fix my PCJ. She said uh she was going to call the police. She was getting very upset. Uh that's why she said she was going to call the police. Um then I tried to talk to her again and she was getting more upset and then I said one final thing and then I left the store and that was a lot. That was like over a year ago or something. When I walked to the mall at this one, when I walked to the mall at this one a couple months ago, I had the buzz on because it's not open. I buzzed in there's somebody at the gas. I explained to him the situation when I was talking to him. He just said he the person can't threaten you to please. I said, "Well, I did explain to them that um I just want my laptop." I was like, "Well, he couldn't I couldn't explain the situation. He listener just repeating himself saying like, well, uh He he he doesn't grasp humanity. He doesn't understand boundaries. And I I hate to use that word, but it's not even boundaries. He doesn't understand that other people have rights, not just him. He that's what he doesn't understand. He doesn't understand that the rules do apply to him [music] and other people have the right to reject him. Like I said, this is the type of dude who all of a sudden here in the news all of a sudden murders his girlfriend or wife. I doubt he doesn't get to wife, but [music] you know, girlfriend because she doesn't want to be his girlfriend anymore and he just can't understand it and everybody's getting upset and and then he'll say he was threatened and he's this and he's that. Yeah. >> Okay. I was able to explain to him that last >> he he's making this convers he turns conversations into what he wants them to be. >> You get the point. >> Same thing happened today. I was here looking for a job. Uh the conversation uh with the manager didn't really go on. Uh the last thing I was said in the phone pile was that she was going to help us. While we were waiting was taking too long. So I talked to our workers while they weren't working. Uh I wanted them to see if they can jump the scene because uh the guy the police was here. Uh while I was talking to them, we were waiting a little bit longer. I just shut up with the man. Um I asked you guys um then after that she uh I don't really remember exactly but after a little bit after me and then I explained to you guys the situation. Um same thing looking for a job. The only thing is that I say what's your name? >> Officer Barrett. >> Officer Barrett. >> Sergeant Laoya. and your lawyer. I was explaining to officer Barrett uh him and his your partner him and his partner came in. Um I was explaining to him uh to the best of my ability about what I was doing at Robin today. Um they were able to listen to what I had to say. Their response was that uh I had to be uh escorted out of the store. I kind of disagree with that because I am here just looking for a job. Um after that I tried to reexlain myself uh a couple times. They still weren't able to understand. they still wanted me to uh leave the store, leave the business after that because they weren't able to understand what I was coming where I was coming from because I felt that asking for a job and having the um the manager wasn't here uh the police and uh having the police deal with them saying that I should be k I should be kicked out any second that I should have to be uh I should have to leave the store um I felt that that wasn't uh fair in in uh so to speak um while uh I was explaining them they just kept on saying that I had to leave the store that's when I asked uh to call the sergeant after that officer said a supervisor because um my client that uh where I'm from. >> Yeah. But my point in that I shouldn't have to be uh escorted or kicked out a store asking for a job. Um uh that shouldn't that's not right. So that that shouldn't be the case. Uh because my crimes tell anybody for any reason. So whether you're good or bad or whateverbody uh there's a lot of wrong my Yeah. My response is like what is the reason? There has to be a reason for them to call the police and for them to not for them to want me to leave the business. >> Okay. They don't have to share a reason with us. >> Okay. Okay. And the reason for calling us is we just won't be looking there anymore. That doesn't make sense. >> Okay. That makes sense. >> And when you refuse to leave, >> I didn't refuse to leave. >> So, >> yes, they have. >> No, they didn't say that. They didn't say that. >> She said it's me. >> What? What did she say? >> Pretty clearly I don't forget a reason for [music] Thank you. Sergeant or whoever you are. Do you understand the game? Whatever. >> They don't have any money. They don't have to buy anything. Why not? Cuz they start robbery. Somebody get nothing. >> Aside from property, aside from my perspective, I just came. Does that have anything to do with what's happening right now? >> Yeah. I want to make sure you're okay mentally or psychologically. >> Yep. >> Okay. >> See, I like this guy. He he he he understands it. He gets it. I like it. >> So, what would you like to know? I want to know that I'm doing okay. Are you okay? In what kind of like parents or somebody right now? Just to make sure you're okay. Take control of myself. Then you go walk up that way back and give me control yourself. I'm going to >> I'm here for a job. I don't see a reason why I can't do this. There has to be they're considering you trespass. You have to offer you. I like you. [music] I like him. You need raise the property. If somebody was in your house, you can't say you're trespassing. No reason. You're not a lawyer. You don't know what you're talking about. >> There is many reason for me. >> Because they told you trespassing. >> They did not say that. >> They said it to us. They don't want you. >> And what is the reason for me trespassing? >> Listen, go in there and listen to me right here. Go in there. You'll be arrested. >> On what? >> Trespassing. And what am I trespassing for? >> Cuz you're not They don't want you there. That's the reason they don't want you there. >> No, I don't have to ask them that. I don't have to ask them that. It's private property. They're saying trespassing without a reason. And if I go back and trespassing, you're talking in circles and I'm not willing to discuss any reason why I don't have any. They don't have to give me one. >> They have to give me one. Yes, they do. Yes, they do. >> Test it. You will be in jail. Okay. Go on. Go on your way. >> You're saying I'm being kicked out for no reason? >> No. It's very, very simple. Okay. You got kicked out. You can go back in. I didn't get kicked out. I'm going to go down because he said [music] >> I can't get kicked out. I don't get kicked out. >> You understand? If you go back in >> Why am I being Why am I being their business? They can do that. >> I don't understand. Hey, look. You're not supposed to talk to me. You have to understand here, >> right? It's the reason I told you. Trust me. You're not tell. >> No, that's the top guy. That's the top guy. Call the police. They don't have the reason they don't have to. >> Who is that? >> So, no one's asking your question. Go walk this way. I'll call them and listen to me very clearly. >> I don't feel comfortable. You're not doing that integrity. >> Okay. Thank you. If you abuse the system, we're going to arrest you for >> No, because I should be able to walk in the store. Listen, I can't. >> You're not doing your job because you're not you're not doing your job. >> That is our job. >> You're not doing your job. I should be able to walk in your stand saying you're not doing your job. >> They don't want you in Is there somebody else I can talk to on the pitch tomorrow? >> That's it. >> You have to have >> I'm the supervisor. That's it. >> Do you have another supervisor? >> No, maybe you can call Monday, talk to somebody if you want, but that's it. >> I can call today to clear this up. >> There was no clearest we can get. [music] >> Just walked away. If you want to arrest him, >> she said to me very clearly it's recorded. Listen, I'm not playing games with you. >> Please call somebody else. >> No, we're done. Go away. We're done. I will have to say no. >> Yes. >> And I can call the police to call someone else. I have a supervisor. Listen, I'm telling you your complaint has zero merit. You're wasting our time. I am not calling someone else. You're not being correct. >> Okay. So, I am very back in this business. >> She just said she have a reason to be here. >> I'm trying to be nice. You want to pay me if you walk back in there. [music] >> Thank you. Just let me go back in and [music] >> use Google. He'll figure it out since you don't have any issues. 743. >> Listen, you're being We are the police. 1 2 3 4 1 2 3. >> Where do you live? Do you want to ride home? >> He drove here. >> Drove here? >> Yeah. He has the 75 somewhere. [music] >> That's terrifying. >> Where's your car? You drove here? Well, I have to call somebody else because you guys aren't understanding us. We very much understand why we don't understand it. Thank you for the number. No problem. >> You're welcome. They're going to send me cuz I'm here. >> Listen, if you walk back in there, you're walking out in handcuffs. >> I thought I was talking about I don't know. >> Yeah. based on that. I have to speak to the supervisor. Somebody else can clarify the situation. He's refusing to comply to my request. That's why I'm kicked out of [music] >> Get away from him. Just allow him to be a fool. That's the rule that I'm wrong about and after that being told that if I come back I'll be protect I'm saying one of the police officers yes that doesn't make sense to me uh do the things I want to do without any yes that I the police officers told me the part that's not there is the reason I thought I was in the restaurant without going to say it right. Okay, >> that's fine. Can you please stand as long as somebody information to It's not very simple because [music] she has to stay here for an hour. >> Yeah, she's right here. >> Outside. >> Hello. The police officer brought manager outside. She mumbled something. She said she was she said something. I didn't understand. I assume there shouldn't be a problem because [music] because a maniac can take him to the hospital. >> Clearly he's a maniac. [music] Here is understanding what's happening. >> No. No. Just know. That's why I'm calling the police department because I feel that the police officers here are listen. You're abusing the system. They don't want you here. I would move on to somewhere else that might want you there. There might be a job opportunity out there. They don't they they're not hiring. >> It's literally in the middle of the night. Nobody's going to hire in the middle of the night. Nobody. There are no interviews. Just go and he's not going to get it. Take him to the hospital or take him to jail. >> And they just said they don't want you coming back here. Listen, be very clear, okay? Because Hello over here. It's being recorded. It's being explained to you. If you go in there, you'll be charged with trespassing. You understand? >> Yeah, he does it right there. All right. We're going to leave it to your own. If you go in there, you're going to be charged with trespassing. You just told yourself. You got it. I know it's sinking in. Have a good night. >> Yeah. >> I did. Byebye. >> Yep. Good luck to you, man. Good luck. >> Yeah, this one's uh 11. >> Just hang out in your bar and just keep an eye on him. They're not going to babysit him. I think that's what he's looking for. If he goes in there, he's trespassing. [music] Put your hands behind your back. You're getting trespassing. [music] >> I know it. I know it. They don't care. They don't care. The rules will not apply to them. >> Okay. Just let them get it. Okay. identification number. [music] >> In these types of situations, you're not allowed to be arrest. What kind of situation? >> To be more clear, in these situations, I spent two nights at the New York County Jail. Uh, the next time I have, [music] [music] >> can you just put redacted and not do the buzzing cuz I feel like I'm going deaf and having a stroke [music] at the same time. >> Okay, now you tell us that >> mental supposed to be arrested for anyone. >> Yes, you were. What did I tell you? And I don't have it to be. [music] [music] [music] I like this song. Oh man, it gives me a headache. [music] >> [music] >> trespass. We're very clear. They all understand. They all figure it out. We are very clear. You were very patient. He's explained to you. What's the matter? >> What? >> Ma'am, we're in we're in the middle of something. Okay. Anything else? Let's stop the coping. Okay. He or take it. He'll he'll either be back or he'll be somewhere else trying [music] the same thing. He aren't my words. They They don't care and they don't learn. Just shove him in. We're done. I got stuff. >> Yeah, I'm sorry. Can we get their information or now? >> Yes, >> I'll get it. I'll grab it. >> I'll get it. Yeah, >> I got it. I'll bring it in. >> I have all his belongings. I'll go and grab the name real quick and then I'll be >> Sorry to bother you again. phone for you and then call him and then he go I came and he asked me what he didn't read. So >> I was trying to but I was trying to go and all right and then when we left briefly he came back in what would he do >> and asked me why you're not hiring give me a reason. >> Yeah he's not all there. [clears throat] Yeah. So I >> Yeah, there you go. All right. >> He comes back to call us, but he just got1. Yeah. Yeah. He's technically he's trespassing his business, right? So anytime he comes in in the future, just call 911 and say, "Hey, there's a guy that's been trespassing here previously and he's refusing to leave again." Okay. And he'll come over and call you the same thing again, right? >> All right. No problem. Have a good night. >> Yeah. Not by choice, I mean. The man was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing after repeatedly being warned that returning to the establishment would result in his arrest. Please have your [music] thoughts on this arrest.
