[music] January 27th, 2025, police were called after a woman's abusive and aggressive ways put fear in her daughter and mother, and they had enough of it. >> I want I want to fill out a police report. >> No, no, baby. I was cut to deal with a conversation with me. >> I was cutting French fries and I dropped the knife in the room. I want you to take note. Yes, they're blurring a child. This purse, this one, this this this individual has her legs spread open, wide open. [music] I just want you to take note of that. I just I that's going to be important. [music] >> No, my granddaughter me back here. >> You're a liar. >> No, it's me. That's my She's 10 years old. I know. MY CHILD IS SPEAKING OUT. She got >> over there. Okay. I'm going to speak with her there. All right. >> Okay. >> Bloomington camp here for you. Okay. >> What happened? >> She was cutting French fries. I pulled out the dinner for my child to eat uh some migraine and rice. I told her she was eating up for dinner. She got raped. Turned around with the knife. When I got >> She did. She's This is the second time that that officer has been there. Um I'm not allowing my child to speak to you on your camera. I'm just let you know that. Uh so she turned around the [music] >> I think she said she's going through menopause and working anyway [music] >> with the knife in her hand. I knocked the can to the floor. She approached me with the knife told as told my daughter she'll be eating the fries. I said my daughter won't. My daughter said she'll be eating something in her head and said you're not eating no fries. You going to eat what whatever I cooking. And so she got a rate came in. My daughter started crying. She got a rate came in snatching on me. And I got the y and my child and told my child I'm your mother. You eat what I give you. And so she got raped m again came into the room and dial 911. I told her dial 911. You're the one that's out. You're the one man. This mama child. And if I wanted to discipline my child, I could. That is that at all. >> Okay. So it was a little fast. Let me see. Just see if I got everything. Okay. So basically grandma, right? Grandma's making French fries. Okay. She wants to get her French fries. You don't want her to eat the fries. >> I told her what I said was that she was having gravy meatloaf and rice. Okay. [music] >> She got out. >> You say so grandma get raped with her hand because she eat the French fries because she's not going to eat the fries. She's going to eat the meatloaf rice and green beans. >> Okay. >> And she got upset. >> Okay. And >> so she had So she had the cane and the knife in her hand and you >> No, the the cane I knocked to the floor. The knife she had in her hand. I knocked the can to the floor. >> Yeah. So she had the cane and the knife in her hand. >> So you became physically aggressive and knocked something over for no reason other than to be intimidating towards elderly woman. [music] >> Knock down 100%. >> Okay. So you said knock the cane down. >> Star was in her hand. >> Okay. And did she say she going to cut you or anything like that or was just the knife like just in her hand >> in my hand? You look like this. >> Okay. >> Cuz you get on my face on my I lay your ass out. I'm 42 years old. She's 67. >> Okay. And then So why did you bump her in the head? >> Because you kept talking back to me about wanting the fries and eating the fries. And I told her that's not what she did. She's eating a four course meal. >> Okay. So then >> Okay. So then you So she said I want to eat the fries. You said no. >> You were she was talking back. [music] >> I didn't want to have this whole discussion. But that is abuse. It's abuse. [music] There's no re reason to do anything to a child's face ever. You could knock a tooth out. You could I remember back in the Well, I don't remember. knew I wasn't there back in the day, [music] but it I remember watching the movie It's a Wonderful Life and they would box kids ears [music] and I think it was I can't his name isn't coming to me right now, but [music] he was an inventor and someone grabbed him by the ear as a kid and he became deaf [music] like hard hearing in that year and then it's a wonderful life. He became hard of hearing like [music] there there's no reason to do that. It's disrespectful. [music] I don't care if you're a parent or not. There's no reason to do anything to a child's [music] face, head, neck. There's no reason to do that. [music] Like, people don't seem to realize [music] that you could seriously injure a child. And I when I got around like a lot of black [music] people cuz I wasn't raised like in the inner city or anything and most of my friends were white [music] my whole life like purposely but this is the area we always live. [music] I realized there was a difference between a spanking and a whooping. [music] And I'm going to black people abuse their kids. It's abuse. [music] Beating people with whatever you can get on hand. Literally [music] punching children. It's abuse. The And and for people like, well, I never Some of you replace the belt for your [music] mouth and then you verbally abuse them. That's still abuse. [music] And no, I I don't believe in the I I believe that a child needs [music] to do what they're told. And we're clearly seeing even in these police [music] dash cam videos, people who were not taught authority. I believe in authority. I believe there is rank. There's even rank in heaven. [music] and there there's rank in the military. You know, I don't believe children should be comfortable enough to speak [music] to an an adult as if they're on the same level because they're not. And I don't mean that in terms of value, which is more of a [music] spiritual religious thing, like your inherent value as a [music] individual, but >> [music] >> I'm I'm saying I don't think society should value children less as a society as in legal structures or things of that nature less [music] than adults which we do in this country. This country doesn't care about children. I don't care how prolife you want to call yourself or what this society does not care about children. Um, [music] but with the things I've heard from like kids who grew up in an all black house, it it's it's shocking. [music] It's shocking. And it's abuse. It is abuse. And And like I said, I'm not saying children should be able to act like animals. I don't think children should, you know, be able to be disrespectful or physically attack adults, which we're seeing more of, cursing at adults, all that other type of stuff, acting like they can be in certain conversations. I do believe that a child should stay in a child's place, but parents should keep a child in a child's place. That's on the parent where they have allowed their child to see things and be a part of things in a very dysfunctional way where the [music] child has been exposed to and learned too much too soon. Um, [music] [music] yeah. And like I said, I don't agree with the current. [music] It's like the boomers in the older generation older than that were one extreme and then this generation of parents are the [music] other extreme. And I believe there's a happy medium. Yes, [music] a child should do what they're told because an authority told them to. That's just when you become an adult, that's the way the world is going to work. If [music] a business tells you to get out, you leave. If a woman tells you don't touch me [music] and tells you no, it means no. And I'm not going to tell you why or [music] give you a list that goes chronically or alphabetically or any [music] person because girls are sn we're seeing more girls stalkers and women stalkers and women who take rejection very badly and have no boundaries, no sense of personal boundaries. And we're seeing a generation that has zero respect for themselves much less other people. [music] And yes, there's a, you know, it's it's like the Bible says, there's a time for everything. There's a time for everything. That's how I view parenting. There's a time for everything. No, you don't need to be harsh all the [music] time, but you should not be soft and gentle all the time. You shouldn't be because you create [music] what we have is a generation of victims who are feel abused and oppressed by everything and everyone. They can't maintain friendships. [music] They're extremely lonely and depressed. They're extremely antisocial because they weren't socialized [music] because they were told everybody's out to get you. There's a predator behind every corner. yada yada yada [music] and mommy doesn't like this person. Oh, they're this, they're that. And there was really nothing wrong with that person. That person just has boundaries. Like, that wasn't a bad person. That person knows how to exist in a society where you don't get to do whatever you want. [music] You don't get to lay hands on people just because you're angry. you don't get to make cause a scene and have a meltdown because you're upset [music] and and and shockingly it's more adults who I I believe were raised in that [music] latter extreme way of let's sit down and talk let's you know discuss this [music] but at some point it's like the police training ask tell and make [music] how many times should Someone ask you to do something that is so basic in humanity. [music] How many times does someone have to tell you to do something that is should be human nature? [music] I don't care if you're religious or not. It should be just ingrained in you at some like everything that I do. My parents and your parents didn't have to just teach you. They just knew like that. I don't go out in the streets and scream bigotous nonsense [music] or say everything I feel or spread my personal business online and [music] then get shot when people start asking me things or get offended when I'm [music] fired or like there's a time you learn like I my parents never had to tell me don't get on the internet and don't film your place of work like that wasn't a lesson that they taught it was just kind common sense [music] cuz everything is not for everybody. My parents never had to tell me don't go and and [music] [ __ ] with the police or [ __ ] with society to a point where the police know you by your first name. Like my parents never had to tell me that. I [music] just knew like that's not a life. That that's not a life period. And just as one extreme is bad, the other extreme is also bad. And I think both extremes [music] are abusive. Crippling a child emotionally is abuse. [music] robbing a child of the ability to have any emotion, have any personhood, [music] process their own feelings, have their own feelings, etc. [music] That is abuse as well. Robbing your child of the ability to emotionally regulate is abuse. [music] raising a child who cannot cope in society and has no ability to endure in it [music] doesn't realize that things are going to get hard. Life is hard. [music] One of the lessons I had to learn, people don't care about you. People don't give a [ __ ] about [music] you. And you know what? They don't have to. They don't have to. [music] You're going to learn that as an adult. >> [music] >> And it's it's going to suck if you feel that the world is full of your own personal therapists and you can have your own personal therapy session and mushy gushy whatever and everybody's here to make me feel safe and all this. There's bad people in this world. That serial killer doesn't give a [ __ ] about you. Doesn't even see you as a person. Doesn't even see you as [music] a person. That abusive person, [music] that mentally [ __ ] up person who wants to take out their issues on you doesn't care about you. [music] They don't care about you. And self-esteem, this is another thing. Self-esteem is about the self. [music] Other esteemed is what narcissists are where everybody has to tell me how good I am. Everybody has to tell me how powerful I am. Everybody has to tell me um all these beautiful things about me and [music] so I can believe it. That's what narcissists do and people with cluster B issues. [music] Self-esteem is about the self. Meaning the whole school, workplace, what have you, can think you're ugly, hate you. No, no. I hopefully you're not working in a place that's like grotesque. But you get the point. Self-esteem is about myself. That no matter what people think about me, I still like me. I think I'm okay. [music] You know, >> you said you had like a open hand. >> Okay. Okay. And so then >> you know there's discipline and stuff like that. Okay. So that's >> Yeah. So and I don't see any marks on her head or anything like that. Okay. And then um so then after you bump her in the head, she got more. >> Okay. And then so if you bump her in the head, she's left the knife. You said did you go to a different room or did she go to a different room? >> My daughter went to the room. I went to the room to grab her. She might get a hair done. She got another one. >> Okay. Okay. So then she So your daughter goes to your room her room. You go to the room to grab her. Did grandma follow you with the knife? >> Yeah. >> Oh, I I believe she had a knife in her hand. Don't get me wrong. >> I believe she had a knife in her hand. I'm not saying that at all. So you then go to a different room to go get your daughter and she has a knife in her hand. She's calling 911. >> Yes. >> Okay. She says, >> "Okay, but besides, you know, the bottom of the head, no other physical like that." Okay. Okay. And then hold on. >> I don't want her. >> I don't want my child. >> I don't want my child. Please stop being against the law. I'm not giving you >> I would like to know where these people went to law school at. [music] It seems a lot of impoverished people have been to law schools and I mean you don't have to go to Harvard but still [music] >> just saying I rate with you. >> So go ahead and sit over there. Okay. Sit over there once. Okay. >> All right. >> Awesome. She said that she grabbed her chest area. >> I want you all to pay special attention to the noise that you are hearing. This is an unstable person. So basically what she said was she said no I want said no but she was talking and then she said she had a nail on her hand and that's she went to and she came up with a lot of times We got to figure out some sort of issue of some sort right back here. >> So everything going on. Okay. Is there anywhere else you guys go for that? I'm not saying you have to leave me yet. >> Okay. I was just wondering if there's anywhere else. You know, just Adam. >> I hear you. Okay. Basically, right now where we're at is we want to end this problem. Okay. It seems like there is. You know what I mean? There's a reason why we got called here. >> I mean, you have to me or her. I ask for a police report. Why don't you get a police report? [music] >> She's very agitated. Not I [music] rateate, but she's extremely agitated. [music] Even if I slowed this down, she was still agitated. [music] >> We're going to have more document. Okay. I can't physically give you >> why is state law supposed to give me there's no Is there an incident? Is there an incident? >> No, you're being right. I'm not being protocol. Where is fake protocol? Okay. So, like I said, there's a foyer. Okay. For the information, okay, once we generate the report and get everything going, you need to foil this report. Okay. You need to get the whole copy yourself. All right. [music] So, that being said, clearly there's a conflict here. Okay. We don't have back out here or someone else. >> You don't have to come back out here. >> So, what's the what's the solution for? uh you came out here and that's just that's just that. She has a problem. [music] >> You through her came down to intimidate her. You even admitted [music] that this is this is her house and she's an elderly person. [music] This is her house. You [music] call the police. Find her in her house. I'm going to be like Ayana one episode in her house. [music] You are relying on charity in her house. This is what I mean by children. [music] I know she's older, but you're still a child that somebody's child. And [music] there's clearly issues, but [music] what's the word I'm looking for? Obviously, there's disrespect, [music] but a child at no point [music] should get the belief, idea, or feeling that they should they can do whatever they want [music] in somebody else's home. that that I don't care if you are a single mother, a single father, [music] whatever. I live with my parents. I at no point believe I can do whatever [singing and music] I want. I ask when I want to do something [music] like can I What was the thing I I I asked about? Oh, soap. I wanted [music] to start soap over again. They're like, "Please, no." [laughter] They were traumatized from the last event. But I asked I didn't just do it. [music] This is their house. They bought it. [music] Yes, I pay rent to live here. Yes, I help them with things. Yes, I clean. Yes, I do. But it's still their house. >> That's I have nowhere to go. Me and my child. And so that's just that. What I'm not going to do is leave my child here with her. She got a knife. That's a problem. But she can stay in her little 50 feet or 25 feet away from me and I'll stay away from her. I think you're doing something productive. >> I'm not I'm not saying you're not. Okay. >> So we just No, we're not going to put a chop. Okay. What we're going to do when we're just being ridiculous. >> I'm not doing the same thing. >> No, I'm trying to talk to you. I'm trying I'm trying to talk to you and you're just kind of insulting me now for no reason. You just called me. >> That's what we're doing. So >> So she has we're not going to speak with her. Okay. Basically, she has she has nowhere to go. Okay. But she said she wanted to not speak with her. >> I'm so glad he didn't let her play that game. Too many of y'all police officers allow people to. That's divide and conquer. [music] You are a unit. There is no you get to speak to this person. [music] They might be nicer. No. No. It's just like a married couple. Whatever you have to say to her, you can say to me, or whatever you can say to him, you can say to me. [music] Yes, I get there's nuance and like women want to talk about certain things and I get all the nuance, but in that situation like guys want to talk to guys about guy things, but [music] you you're not going to just tell me to my face [music] as if I was a married person with a mar with a husband. Oh, can I talk to him instead? [music] when I'm right there. No, you can you can say what you want right here or not say it at all. [music] >> You don't want me to talk to your partner. You're here both. >> We're not going to do a shot of coffee. Okay. >> Can I speak to your other office? >> I'll talk to you. Can you talk to her? >> No. >> Well, I won't talk to her. >> She's a minor and I'm her mother. I do not want her speaking. >> I believe she saw something. >> I believe she did not. >> She's a minor. She's my child. I'm a parent guardian. I said no. >> Can you tell me what happened? Oh, >> I'm your parent and guardian. I said no. >> Oh, she's not your head that she saw something. >> Pardon? >> She's not even her. She saw something. >> She didn't tell you that. >> She sned on me. >> No, she didn't. [music] >> For people who were upset that he asked that in front of the parent, [music] what what did you want him to do? Clearly, this is an unhinged individual. Clearly, who has her legs wide open in front of two men. [music] I think at some point she's going to say she doesn't even have underwear on. [music] So you put your baby whatever. Um [music] that's abuse. Um [laughter] a different type of abuse. Um [music] what did you want him to do? [music] Now, I don't know why he asked her. [music] Maybe to irritate her. I don't know. >> How many times? >> How often do you know you trying to ask you? >> I ask her how many times her ask her the correct question. Ask her you. Was it just one, two, >> three? >> No. My hair when you said you did. >> Okay. Did you fall back or anything like that? >> So, she pulled in her hair just so I understand. Okay. Was it like, "Hey, come here." Or was it like a come here? And she like kind of yanked at you. And >> grandma must have said something. That's why they're asking. Grandma must have said something. And again, she's already living in a violent environment with a person who should not have access to her at all. [music] Period. Period. [music] Unhinged. Should not have access to this girl at all. But I believe grandma said something to the other cop and that's why he asked. >> So I know she said she you pull on her hair. How did you pull her hair to be honest with us? [music] >> Not at all. >> Is there a reason you hit her? >> For talking back to the episode. I know. I'm not a man as a parent. >> Okay. So I know you said you didn't pull her hair at all at all, but why do we have why do we have a whole question from you please? >> Why do we have a whole strand of hair? is being very very very very >> Here's a question. Why is her hair on the floor? Cuz usually you pulling someone's hair is I would say it's kind of discipline. Like someone's hair and I'm braiding her hair. It slipped [music] out. I'm braiding her hair. I'm African American. I'm braiding her hair. >> I understand. But we're talking about this hair piece. So that's over here. And her hair being pulled and the hair came out. >> I'm doing her hair and it slipped [music] out. I'm braiding her hair and it slipped out. >> Apparent discipline thing. I don't think anything with punching would be like involved. >> Did she tell you that? Yes, she did. Yes, she did. She did. All right. some shoes. [music] [music] [music] >> Hold on a second. Where did she at? >> Uh, in the room. >> Which room? >> Uh, in [music] that room. >> In this room. >> Yes. I'll wear shoes. >> All right. Can I put on some underwear? >> Yeah, it's perfect. Okay. >> My hand off my underwear. [music] >> I told you she didn't even have underwear on. What mother presses her [ __ ] [music] against her child? It's gross. It's absolutely disgusting. And yes, I get how hair braiding grows. My mom braided my hair. [music] She had underpants on. She did it in the morning. >> We're not We're [music] not doing >> underarm. >> Well, I [music] Sorry. You don't have under How are you supposed to put on underwear at this point? Cuz you're in custody >> with grabbing them and putting them on. >> You can do that with your hands behind your back. >> Can you uncom with no under? Is your camera on? So So you're going to take me to jail with no under as a male officer? That's That's [music] harassment. Harassment. >> That's not It's cold outside, sir. I get my gym shoes. [music] >> Where are the gym shoes? And what shoes are they? >> Are those right there? >> In here. >> Flip the light. The light isn't working. I just show your flashlight, sir. >> Where in here are the shoes? >> He's asking question. >> Okay. >> I didn't ask you to come in here. I'm saying I'm trying to show you right there in the corner. You're not looking with your flashlight. I'm looking for I don't care. I can hide out. Sorry the camera put the shoes on before. This is when she really starts the vanilla van twillist [music] act. Can't say that word. >> Oh my god. >> I can't put that on my hands. >> You can leave that in the pocket. I everything else you going to take out pocket. Put the shoe on. >> We'll get her in your car and then >> [music] >> I personally believe that she went nuts in that house and started throwing things and beating on the kid. That's my personal opinion. [music] This one I didn't say anything. I have a device in my bathroom area. That's a federal device. >> It's a 911 call. >> It's a what? >> It's a 911 call. >> What does that mean? >> That's a federal agent. [music] >> She's unhinged just like I said. >> What? It's a phone [music] for 911. We have Are you familiar with the 911 Second City thing or New York? Anything like that? >> Yes. >> And I bet she believes she's talking to like the Secret Service or something or aliens or whatever. >> 911. I don't know if it'll be or anything like that, but it's not something you're able to take out. No, >> it's from J. >> [music] >> She was charged with battery. Do you think her best bet is to take some anger management classes and rebuild a better relationship with her family because they clearly seem to be scared of her? No, I think her best bet
