Hands behind your back, sir. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Oh, of course. [screaming] >> Based on the investigation, >> uh, we are charging you for the battery. >> For what? >> Do you want to go to jail or do you want to go? >> Okay. [music] Hands behind your back. You're under. >> This your bag? >> Yes. >> Put your hands behind your back. When flights stack up and stress levels spike, America's airports [music] turn into chaos machines. Crowded gates, delayed departures, a couple drinks, too many. And passengers who spiral long before the plane ever leaves the ground. [music] We're counting down the wildest airport meltdowns caught on body cam. Welcome to After Hours, presented by Law and Crime. You guessed it, I'm Sam Goldberg. It's Christmas Eve at Nashville International Airport. A time for peace on Earth. And for one passenger, a gatesside meltdown over a spilled cup of water. What starts as a simple request to clean up a mess spirals into shouting, threats, and a holiday delay nobody put on their wish list. >> Good morning. It's been a very long day. The lady with the um with us on the telephone. I really had to step in the middle. They were going to fight with the gentleman with the glasses and the one that's actually the aggressor was the lady in the black. Okay. >> Um she apparently spilled water on the floor and the m the lady's cleaning it up and then he asked her to clean it up and then she started using the f word and then they actually made no sense towards each other. At this stage sir we have so much drama going on here. We cannot be referees. We would like them both to go take a camera and rebook over there. We're not we can't do it. That's right. So both of them Yes, it is cancel and they can go to the ticket counter. We have people standing there >> for the two of them, but they have to leave police car that I mean >> police arrive and the suspects identified as Cassa McCord still fired up. An officer tries to walk her to the ticket counter to get rebooked. McCord declines the offer rather loudly. Minutes later, officers make the call. Disorderly conduct. Christmas travel plans have officially been cancelled. Yes, I cannot do that. I'm not amazing. Put your back on top of the suitcase and let's walk out tonight. No, you're not. But you're not getting served here. You're causing a disruption. You're hindering the hand. I want you to go to jail for disorderly conduct. >> Do you want to go to jail or do you want to go? Okay. Hands on your back. You're under arrest for disorderly conduct. Thank you. >> No, you can take your hands behind your back right now. You're very welcome. >> All right, let go of your phone. >> Why? You're under arrest. You're going to jail for disorderly conduct. You've already been told. >> As McCord is detained, officers speak with witnesses and the story takes a darker turn. That wasn't just about spilled water. Police say McCord also threatened to stab someone during the confrontation. >> I'm with nobody. >> All right. So, what happened between you and her? So basically the woman she had the cup or they fell and then she turned away from it. Then this gentleman right here picked it picked up. The remains fell away and then little girls were walking by and they almost fell apparently. And then it was then he went behind and then he actually fell and then was like she was like um then he could have picked I kept saying picked it up and then the lady that was actually right behind her tapped her was like um she was like oh she like a man could have picked up and the girl got she was like touching and then [music] and then the other girl Jackie was like um she went to go grab some [music] toilet paper to try to pick it up. But then we saw the gender people that came. So then whenever the woman was like talking back, she like touch me. I kept saying, "You could you could have done something. You could have been considering not not considering." And then she was just like And then she was like, "You you lick it off the floor." I'll be like, "I'm not you." And then she was like, "Well, you going to do something." I like she dropped her back and I stepped forward like towards you. >> Yeah. And and then I was just like, "Yo, you going to do something? You going to do something? Do something." I literally just kept saying, "You going to do something? Do something." I dare you to do something. I dare you to do something. And then she was like, "So you want to touch me?" I'm not going to touch you. You can do something. You go ahead and do something. So that's when it deescalated. The woman came from [music] airlines. She was like, "It's Christmas." And then back with McCord to officer search her bag and uncover the fuel behind the holiday spirit. Allegedly an open bottle of vodka bought inside the airport and already very much in use. Her flight already cancelled. Her response not exactly in the spirit of Christmas. What state are you from? >> It doesn't matter. Just boo me. Send me on my way. GIVE ME THE TICKET. >> I have a plan to catch. >> Too bad. Yeah. You're not You're not going to catch your flight today. Okay. >> Okay. It's already been cancelled. >> It has. >> Why you guys are here? >> Correct. >> Otherwise, that would have been >> correct. The walk to the patrol car brings one more shutdown. McCord repeatedly refuses to be touched, accusing officers of harassment with every step. I have power concussion, please. >> Well, that sucks. Come on. Hold on. Let your foot clean out. >> I'm asking you to know the vehicle now. >> Please go to the front of the vehicle for me. >> Why? >> Because that's right here. Okay. Stop. >> Don't touch me. >> It's a little too late. I'll pat you down. Okay. Got to watch these real quick. Here we go. >> Can we GO do it? Can we go? >> I'm on the way. >> Thank you. Where's my phone? Hang in the bag with your luggage. >> Thank you. Who's out board? Go do some real work. >> Kasa McCord spent Christmas Eve in the Davidson County Jail charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication. She was booked on a $5,000 bond and is awaiting trial. No sugar plums, no boarding pass, and her flight as promised, it's long gone. It's 11 p.m. at the Orlando International Airport. A shuttle driver pulls over, dials 911, and reports a passenger just hit him. When police arrive, they find a packed van, a frustrated driver, and two siblings still mid meltdown over a 1-hour wait for a ride. >> What What is going on? >> We have been waiting in the bus stop for 1 hour. >> Did you guys call for us? >> No. >> Okay, cuz we got to try to figure out if this is the right call. Hold on. >> Did you call? >> Is he the caller? >> Did you call us? >> Yes. >> You called 911? Yeah. You can wait over here. >> Okay. Stay over there with them. I'm just asking you a question. >> Okay. Sometimes we don't know if it's >> Can you guys get off the bus for me, please? >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Back up. Back up. Back up. No one's going to touch it. He's lying. >> Back up. Back up. >> Being ridiculous. Come on. Let's go. >> Is there any way >> if you can talk to me? Sorry. >> I don't know which one. Take a seat for me. >> Outrageous stuff. >> Okay, I'm going to get to I'm going to get to four, but I can't do that when you're acting like that. >> Officers separate the loudest voices. Siblings Palmer and Christopher Beck. Palmer lays out the night, the long delay, the driver's reported tone, and the moment he allegedly threatened to kick them out on the side of the road. But the officer cuts through the complaints. The delay doesn't matter anymore. The question is simple. When did this turn physical? Okay. So, you guys were already in the vehicle and he was in the driver's seat. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, you guys were in the vehicle and you're still scr you're still screaming at each other. >> Yes. It was We were driving along. It was horrible. >> And then he said Well, then he pulls over and he wants to throw me out. He said, "I want you out right now. Where did you Where did you So, you got on the bus where >> CC, right? 2779. You got on. Everything was fine when you got on or this all started on? >> No, it started in the back of the car when I said he was loading my bag and I said I I said very calmly then I said we have been waiting here for 1 hour. He said no. So I've been here four times. >> So you you're in the vehicle and you guys are driving over here and then so >> he wanted to throw me out before that >> where >> right as soon as we pulled away from the from the place from the C79 whatever it was. >> And he pulls over you get out you pull you get out of the car right now. I said I'm not getting out of the car. I paid for my car in the parking lot. Not getting out of the car. So he tried to throw me out. So we get back in the car and then he gets mad at him. He grabs his tie and then we stop. >> Who grabs? >> He's yelling. He's yelling screaming at me. Me too. >> I'm yelling back at him. Then he jumps out of the car to throw me out. >> Right. Right. So he at that point then he starts speaking Spanish to this freaking thing and I said, "Speak America. Speak." And I grabbed over to tell him speak English. >> What do you mean you grabbed over? I reached over his shoulder and grabbed him here. >> With witness video, the driver's statement, and Beck's own admission, the officer circles back. He offers Beck a chance to write a statement to explain his side. Beck refuses, saying he was only defending his sister. That decision seals his outcome. >> Well, you can't really talk, but >> he was driving and he just went like to push. Excuse me. >> I'm not getting in the car. >> So he he pulled back in and told her to get off cuz she was being disrespectful and they didn't want to get off. So he gave him another chance, closed the door and we tried leaving. B1 over here. Even his wife was telling him to stop it. >> He was being really racist. telling him to speak English cuz we're in America. >> So, was there any time you grabbed it? >> Yes. He says, "You didn't have to grab my tie." He's like, "Yes, I did. I didn't hit you, but I did grab your car before. >> It was right there." >> The driver agrees to press charges. Moments later, the officer approaches Beck with a calm instruction, and the night's destination changes from the airport parking lot to the Orange County Jail. I'm going to let her write the statement. She's the one who started the whole thing. So, I'll let her write it. I'm not writing it. >> Well, I would I would I would take your account, too. I mean, you guys are both there. >> I'll let her write her thing and then underneath that, I'll write my thing. >> So, that's not how it works, unfortunately. So, >> why is not how it works? >> Well, that's not how it works. >> So, the way if you would like to, you can go ahead and write a statement of your account of what happened. Okay? Because from my understanding, you're the one that puts your hands on him. You admitted that Mike, correct? Right. >> Okay. So, this allows you to be able to side of the story. >> Yes. It backs you up and, you know, although we have it all on camera, it still, you know, solidifies >> your story. Okay. >> You're interested in doing that? >> No, I'm not going to I don't want to. >> Okay. That's your choice. If you don't want to, you don't have to. But it just it helps you in the long run. >> I don't want to help. It's going to help me. It's my word against her or whoever else. You know, >> right? I understand. >> She's going to press charges. I'm defending my sister. That's how I look at it. >> Okay. So, you don't want to do a statement. >> I'm not forcing you, sir. This is your right. Do you want to or not? >> You want to find out? >> You're right. If you refuse, you refuse. Okay. So, what happened? >> Are you looking to take me to jail? >> Yeah. It's not It's You're not in trouble if you don't write a statement. It's just >> Are you taking me to jail? >> We're haven't got to that point yet. We're investigating everything and we're doing the most thorough that we can do. So, we're That's all. So, if you want to, you let me know. That's all. >> This your bag? >> Yes. >> Put your hands behind your back. Let me What you're looking Okay, we will. >> We'll let her know. >> Try your butt in first. >> Take both legs out. As Beck is secured in the patrol car, his sister Pamela is left behind to face the aftermath. A stranded car, a missing phone, and the realization that her supposed argument set everything in motion. An officer stays with her, explaining the charge, the process, and where her brother is headed next. >> All my fault. This is not his fault. This is my >> battery is a crime. Going to jail. >> Battery is a crime. >> Touch the guy's arm. >> Battery touch. >> That is battery. But what about when he tried to throw me out of the car? What is that, ma'am? That's not >> the fact that he touched him without permission. >> Battery immediately. >> Period. >> Verbal, not a crime. Him putting his hands on him is a crime. We know this. We're not allowed to put our hands on each other. >> I understand that. But where you're going to tell me where he's going? >> Yes. Ma'am, >> if I could tell you how bad this guy was. >> There's a video of it. I've seen it. I understand. I understand. You both were going at each other pretty hard. >> Yes. Yes. Absolutely. >> Ridiculous. >> It is ridiculous. But I said to him very nicely the night before my birthday, don't be waiting at all. >> I understand you're upset, but people putting their hands on each other is doesn't happen. >> It's not going to fly. >> So what's going to happen to him now? He's going to he's going to be in jail for how long? >> Until first appearance in the morning. So once he goes to first appearance in the morning, they'll decide how they'd work from there. >> Christopher Beck was booked into the Orange County Jail on a battery charge. His sister eventually found her phone, her car, and her way home. The shuttle driver finished his shift and a 1-hour wait for a ride turned into an allnight stay behind bars. >> 2025. >> How are you? >> What are you What are your reasons at the airport right now? >> What now? >> At the airport. >> Oh, I'm just here. What? I hurt. >> What kind of car do you drive? >> Huh? >> What kind of car do you drive? >> I got dropped off. >> You got dropped off? Okay. We just looking. We just have a situation going on. >> Oh, okay. Mhm. You're welcome. Officers Billy. Yes, ma'am. >> 16 radio. >> Is a guy named Billy? >> All right. You have hands. Put your hands behind your back, sir. >> Put your hands behind your back. Now we head to Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Police get a frantic tip about a man identified as 49-year-old Billy Joe Kagel. Investigators say he facetimed his wife threatening to quote shoot some cars, then called again, this time from the airport, saying he was going to go ratat. Surveillance video shows Kagel pulling up to the terminal in his white pickup at 9:29 a.m. Two minutes later, he's inside the crowded South Terminal. Armed with the tip and his description, officers spot him on camera and moving fast. >> 25. >> How are you? >> Good. >> What are your What are your reasons at the airport right now? >> Oh, I'm just here. Why? What? I hurt. >> What kind of car do you drive? >> Huh? >> What kind of car do you drive? I got dropped off. >> You got dropped off? Okay. We just looking. We just have a situation going on. >> Oh, okay. >> Mhm. >> You're welcome. >> Have a pleasure. >> Billy. >> Yes, ma'am. >> 16. >> Is a guy named Billy? >> All right. We have hands. Put your hands behind your back, sir. >> Put your hands behind your back. [screaming] [screaming] >> Give me my phone. M. It's phone. It's my phone. >> Just show us one detail in the description. Going to head back to the precinct to confirm. >> Prosecutors believe Kagel wasn't there to travel. He was there to kill. in court. His defense claimed a mental health crisis. The judge wasn't convinced, denying bond. Billy Joe Kaggel was federally indicted on multiple charges, including attempted violence at an international airport, making interstate threats, and being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. His case remains pending in the United States Attorney's Office. >> Hi, miss. Can you come off the plane with me? This is what's going to happen. Everybody's gonna get off the airplane and then we're gonna have to take you against your will. >> Recording this. >> I'm recording you, too, so that's fine. I have no problem going on YouTube. We head south back to Florida and into first class. It's supposed to mean extra leg room, free drinks, and a quiet ride up front. For 38-year-old Lauren Nash at Tampa International Airport, it meant a front row seat to getting kicked off the plane. According to airline staff, Nash appeared intoxicated. She reportedly forgot her bag, sprinted past agents trying to stop her, and forced her way onto an American Airlines flight despite being told she couldn't board. Once inside, things escalated fast with a confrontation allegedly involving both the captain and first officer. >> And I just observed her because obviously she's drunk and I I just watched her and then she ran up the jet bridge to go get a bag because she left her bag at Gaspilla. Then I was going to have a conversation with know she'd been drinking blah blah blah. Well, I told her she wasn't going to board until we had the conversation. She ran down the jet bridge and kept going after I told her repeatedly to come back up here and continue. Now she refuses to get off the aircraft. So we're removing her off the aircraft, but she will not come off the aircraft. >> So that is what you're walking into. >> I guess we Well, Tony's on his way. >> Tell him she did come off. >> All right. Well, we got a supervisor on the way. >> We can go down. We just won't go. >> We just can't go on the plane. >> She came off and went back on after we informed her she could not get on the aircraft. So >> all right. >> Um like I said, our supervisor's coming. So he's got to be the one to go on and like kind of get her to come up. >> So was there any any interference? >> She had got in the face of the captain and the first officer >> was yelling at the number one captain. >> You have a scanner down >> but nothing physical, right? It was just >> don't believe so. >> Yeah. Scan. Yeah. Hey, listen. Do you have a scanner? Then scanner. Hold on a second. Yeah. Um, >> police arrived preparing to remove her and airline staff make it clear this isn't just a bad day. Her frequent flyer relationship with the airline is likely over. >> Observed her, but obviously she's drunk and I I just watched it and say and then she ran up the jet bridge to go get a bag because she left her bag of gas grill. Then I was going to have a conversation. They know she'd been drinking blah blah blah. Well, I told her she wasn't going to board until we had a conversation. She ran down the jet bridge and kept going after I told her repeatedly to come back up here and continue. Now, she refuses to get off the aircraft. So, we're removing her off the aircraft, but she will not come off the aircraft. >> So, that is what you're walking into. >> Well, Tony's on his way. >> She's got her She's got her cell phones 15 minutes. >> All right. Well, we got a supervisor on the way. >> We can go down, but we just won't go in the plane. >> She came off and went back on. >> He just wants her 15 minutes of fame. >> Okay. How many Pakistan? >> Uh, I'm not sure. I have an emergency going on. I'll call you back. Uh, do you have a scan? Do you have a scanner down there that you can scan the Miami bags? They're Miami bags. >> Yeah. Scan. Scan. Yeah. Hey, listen. Do you have a scanner that scan them? Hold on a second. Yeah. Um, so >> we've already been informed. Can you tell her police don't go off? No, I've already told her that. She ran back on the airplane. >> Well, appreciate it here. >> I know. But here's what if you could kindly do this. If one of you, she's sitting right in first class. If one of you could kindly go behind in the island and the other one asked her to come off. >> We cannot go on the plane. Only supervisor. >> So you can, but your supervisor can. >> Okay. All right. Yeah. >> Enter Corporal Vasquez, the supervisor with permission to step on board. He approaches first class with a simple request. Lauren Nash responds with a full-time lecture on passenger rights. >> Behind her, she's the second seat in the green and last >> Lauren Nash. Okay. >> Okay. I'm going to stand behind her now and then you can talk to her. >> All right. Can you come off the plane with me? Um >> Oh, well, if you can explain to me the reason why, >> I'll explain it out there. But >> I would like Nope. Uh >> miss, this is what's going to happen. Everybody's going to get off the airplane and then we're going to have to take you against your will and we don't want to do that because you're going to upset all these other passengers. >> Here, now here's the thing is I'm not really worried about the other passengers. What I I am worried about is my rights >> and my rights are that you are to explain to me what it is that is going on. I have done nothing wrong. So, let me explain it to you. Nope. But you are going to listen to me first. I'm going to explain it to you and you can after I'm done. Okay. So, I'm very well aware of my rights. I'm very well educated. Clearly, I'm sitting here. >> I paid for this seat >> two weeks ago. >> Okay. >> I have done absolutely nothing wrong. There is something wrong with people that work for this airline that are outside >> which have made the complaint against me. I've done nothing wrong. So, if you guys want to tell me what it is that I did wrong, then maybe I'll cooperate. Well, well, the the the captain of the >> No, the captain of the airplane is right there. And him and I had a very clear conversation. He does not believe that this should be happening. >> Well, he's he's there and we're here. >> And he's right here. And he told me to my eyes. He said, "This is out of his control." >> Right. So that's why we come in. >> Please come talk. Please. No, but you did. >> I am first class, miss. All right. The other >> miss. There's something going on. You exhibited, Miss Nash. You exhibited some some behavior that's not conducive to that. >> Am I exhibiting that behavior? >> There's you you've either ingested or taken something that's getting in the front of your judgment. That's what I'm saying. >> I have not. >> So, we're going to have everybody come out and then we're going to have to take >> That's fine. Can you take my bag? That is >> No, ma'am. You're refusing to You're refusing to come out. >> I'm not leaving here without my bag. >> We'll grab your bag and we'll take it. We'll take it with You can do that. >> You can do it cuz that's your bag. That's your back. So you do it. >> Are you guys really this sick? Are you Are you wanting to get your back conversation? Are you kidding me? >> And it's beyond his control. >> No. Listen to him. >> If you don't, it's going to be worse. >> Are you kidding me? >> No, he's not. >> You just grab your bag and >> I haven't done anything wrong. Well, you've exhibited some kind of behavior and that's concerned. >> No, what we're going to do now, >> what we're going to do right now is we are going to start recording this. >> I'm recording you, too. So, that's fine. I have no problem going on YouTube. But, grab your bag and let's and let's get off the plane so you don't upset the rest of the airplane. >> I've already upset the rest of >> You have. Yes. So, let's just get out, get your bag, and we'll leave. >> Here's the deal, sir. >> Uh-huh. I'm just going to have first class. >> Okay. >> You know what? You know what I don't like? >> You know what I don't like? >> I don't like >> um Let's see if first class is okay. >> Do we leave or something? >> Uh you don't have to unless you want to. >> We can though. >> You don't have to. >> Is this your green one? >> There we go. All right. >> Don't you guys have more important things to do? >> We do. Yeah, we do. But this is one of the important ones. >> No, it's not. >> It is. >> No, it's really not. It's You know what it is? And then we'll tell you what it is. >> All right. Grab your bag and we can talk while you're walking. >> No, >> but you're telling me what to do. It doesn't work that way, Miss Nash. It doesn't work that way. Grab your bag. >> Grab your bag. Let's go. >> What's going to happen? What's going to happen is in about 5 seconds you're going to hand get in handcuffs. >> What are you going to do? >> We're going to arrest you for disorderly conduct. How's that? >> The officer's assignment. She's under the influence of something. The plans clear. First class and escort her off. >> Please go on. Give me a Come on. Let's go. >> Let's go. Come on. Come on. We'll talk. >> Sorry, folks. Apologize. >> Keep going. Come on. >> One more and we just give you a second. >> Give me a second. >> Got to walk, ma'am. You got to get up. >> Give me a second. >> We can get a second. We're going to walk. >> I'm not 1050. >> Relax. >> Yeah. Is this your first? >> Are you kidding me? >> Is this your purse? >> Don't hurt me. Just let me walk. Just give me a second. >> You had your chance to walk. >> Is this your purse? >> Jesus. Stop. Please stop. You're going to get another car. >> You're hurrying. >> Just walk. We're not hurting. Walk. You won't get >> serious. Absolutely not. >> You do not have to >> call over here. >> Unless you want to. >> Do you guys have anything else? >> Where is my other bag? >> Grab your bags. >> Can you please just let >> No, they have to hold you because you're handcuffed. >> I'm not going to run. Just let me just >> It's for your safety. They're going to hold you. >> You guys are crazy. Trump in the art of the deal. He'd be like, "This is so up. This is not right." You guys go home every night, you're like, "This is not right. what I'm doing. I don't I Listen, can you do me a favor? I will walk wherever you guys want. Can you just let me walk? You do not walk. >> I am, but you don't have to hold me. You don't have to push me. No, you do not. >> I'm not pushing. >> No, you do not. You do not have to push me. You don't have to hold me. I'm not. Are you kidding me? No, just just give me just let me just breathe for a second. >> Where's your car? >> No, I I can't. >> The walk ends at a patrol car, but getting her inside requires a supervisor's calm and final physical struggle. >> STOP. >> STOP. >> LET GO. >> WHAT'S YOUR NAME? >> All right. >> Listen. >> Please just have him let me go. I just want him to let me. >> I'm Lieutenant Porter. I'm Lieutenant Porter. Listen to me. I'm their supervisor. Listen to me. >> Okay. >> I have to pat you down. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, he's going to study you. >> Okay. >> Because you're handcuffed. >> I understand. >> Okay. So, give me Is there anything on you that is sharp? Okay. >> Look at me. Are you kidding me? >> I know. >> Okay. So, just stay calm for a minute. Yep. Exactly. You're doing great. Just breathe. >> Perfect. Perfect. >> Cuffed and charged with disorderly intoxication, Nash is placed in the back of a patrol car. The meltdown continues. demands for water, badge numbers, and repeated claims that she can't breathe. >> Pay taxes for so up. >> Are you kidding me? Can I have some water, please? >> You can get that at the jail. >> I'm not a criminal. Are you kidding me? >> I will shoot the out of the city. >> Okay. Now in route to jail, Nash launches into a non-stop monologue, bouncing from politics to the legal system to a scorched earth review of American Airlines. What are you guys going to do? You going to take me downtown? Take me to all the people that are actually criminals. You going to throw me to cell and make like give me a lesson? Are you kidding me? You know you don't like to go home at night thinking about this. This is so up. I voted for you. I voted for Trump. I voted for you. It's so up. I didn't do anything wrong. I did not do anything wrong except for speak up for myself. And I only spoke up for myself for myself. I didn't speak up for myself or anybody else or anything wrong. And this black woman at the beginning of the airline did not like me. And she did not like that I was first class. She did not like that I was upfront and she wanted to slander me. She wanted to say all these things about me and up and she should be fired and American Airlines should be sued for the way I'm being treated. It's so up and you know it. That's why you're not saying anything is you know it and it's all being recorded and you guys know it. >> They finally arrive at the jail. The trip is over, but Lauren Nash has one last demand before she'll step out of the car. >> Your own accord. You're going to be pulled out. >> I can get out >> on my own that did not drive me here. I do not feel safe >> for anybody that drew me here. >> Come on, Mom. >> No. I want somebody that did not drive me here to ask me to get out of the car and I would be okay with it. Let them be known. I know my rights. I don't care who it is as long as it's not anybody that was in this vehicle on the way here. Do you understand what I'm requesting? >> More. More. >> You can step out on your own. I will request I will step out on my own happily with somebody that did not drive me here. >> He's right here. >> I want him to come here and I want him to ask me to come out of the vehicle. >> Come on, man. On Delta flight 1209, the crew says Brian was so intoxicated they moved her out of an emergency exit But when a supervisor escorted her, Brian allegedly shoulder checked her and the pilot kicked her off the flight. But it doesn't end there. On the jet bridge, police say Brian grabbed the Delta agent by the neck and hair then groped her. Officers catch up with Brian in line at the Alaska ticket counter. And that's when the real turbulence hits. >> 840. We got our 1082 up here at Alaska on third floor. >> 4182. Reportedly dropping her weight, pulling away, and critiquing the officers like she's coaching a fitness class. All while complaining about her rotator cuff. >> Can I just go right there? >> No. Can I go in front? >> Nope. No. >> All right. Can you let go, please? You're not. >> No, we can't let go of you. >> You're hurting my arm. >> Rotator cuff. >> Rotator cuff? >> Yes. >> It might be your backpack. How about we take your backpack off? >> Okay. I would like to face forward. I'm not going to run. >> I'll face the lobby. >> I need to stop. Stop. >> Currently at the bottom of the escalator on level two. >> Can you Before we get on the escalator, I need to move. I need to move. Let me go. >> I will. I will go under, >> but let me go. Officer search her backpack and Brian's rant spirals into a chaotic mix of trauma, buzzwords, and pure fury. >> These are mine. I'll move them. >> Okay. >> Just find my location. >> I figured they'd be safe. >> Let's Let's Let's do a quick search on her. Make sure everything. >> Quick search. Yeah. You got it. >> The 8460 attached to 843 calling 46. >> Then this morning. >> Yes. >> That was like 12 hours ago. >> Okay. >> Have you ever gone through a bad breakup? You got a little drunk. That's fine. And I love that for you. I got a little drunk this morning cuz I got abused from my partner and I drank about it. >> So that was my >> That's not helping you right now. That's what I'm trying to explain. >> That's my health. >> I had most of the description right except for the the black tank top which I thought was olive which >> probably because of the I remember the backpack being >> Yeah, definitely. It was close enough, right? Okay. >> I saw her and I knew [laughter] exactly where it was. The shot was like dead. >> Yeah. >> She must have just bypassed the whole >> Okay. Well, you're not in the position. You're not in the position to make demands. >> I'm not trying to make >> Sounds like it. This is a whole >> I feel demanding and I call them. We'll let you do a call, but not right now. >> Finally, in the patrol car, the officers spell it out. This isn't just an alleged drunk scene in an airport. Police say it's an assault, and it's all on video. >> Can I hold your mom right now? >> Nope. comfortable. Do you have something? I was drunk this morning. Yeah, I tried before. Yeah. What am I being under arrest for? >> We told you >> what? >> We told you assault. You're under arrest for assault >> for who? >> You assaulted a Delta employee. So that's why we're here and you're under arrest for that. Why not? Wait, what? >> We can probably throw on their resisting arrest. >> You are probably That is actually not a probable cause. >> That is probable cause actually >> and it's all on video. So more like dead rides or whatever. >> Wait, I'm sorry. This is a Mexican. Cody Bryan was booked on four charges. Sexual battery, simple assault, interfering with an officer in public intoxication. No further information is available at the time of this recording. >> Yeah, I'm literally I can't I can't I can't I literally can't. >> Okay, >> I'm down. I want stay over here. >> I have anxiety. >> She has anxiety and depression. >> She turned around, got in my face and said you you fat. I said thank you. She turned around or when she was facing me to push me. >> Based on the uh investigation, >> uh we are charging you for the battery >> for what? >> What's supposed to be a graduation trip turns into a gateside meltdown at Orlando International. Two sisters, Kiara Lions and Maria Flores, grounded on a Frontier flight. The crew says they're too drunk to fly. The sisters say they're being mistreated. When Orlando police step in, it's loud, emotional, and already out of control. I >> can't I can't I'm I'm literally I can't. I can't. I can't. I literally can't. >> Okay. >> I want that. I want stay over here. >> I have anxiety. >> Anxiety and depression. [laughter] >> Yes. Yes. >> Is it possible? [laughter] [laughter] >> There's a cop here right now. Okay. Okay, stay right here. >> All right, I will my whole like [laughter] Okay, so you don't need to say that right in front of >> Yeah, he that guy pushed her >> to the ground. Let me let me get everything situated. >> Okay, cuz everybody's yelling. Everybody's talking. >> Sorry, I'm just I graduated graduated tomorrow. Do >> you have an ID? >> We have video. >> We have ID. >> Yeah, >> we have video. We have video and I have a good ID. >> Relax. >> Good ID. >> She's got so much anxiety, too. So maybe talk to me. I'm I'm literally >> You stay here. Don't say anything. Don't do anything. >> I want my dad. Give me your ID. >> She did not do anything wrong. >> Who is she to you? >> She's my sister. >> You are my dad works for the [laughter] >> I matter. >> My whole thing is where exactly did all this occur? We kind of wait. We were on the plane. She had to use the bathroom. >> And they asked her, they go, "Are you intoxic?" She goes, "Yeah, I had a few drinks." And that was it. >> Okay. >> Do you have a boarding pass or anything? >> Yes. >> She does. >> Can I see it? >> Yeah. Where's that boarding pass? >> Wait a minute. >> I just I told her she's got really bad anxiety, so you got to let it come. >> I'm literally trying to just lean against that for me. >> You want me to go against your head? >> Just lean against that. >> Stay right there. >> All right. They gave us our dad. >> Dad is here. [laughter] But you need to relax here. We're going to take care of you. >> The sisters stick to the same story. Anxiety graduation tomorrow and the claim that the airline staff crossed the line first. The officer listens, letting them talk it out, but starts separating emotion from sequence. Who was already intoxicated? Who was told to leave? And what happened after everyone stepped onto the jet bridge? >> So, do we have any witnesses? >> Nothing. >> Okay. You are the person that was dealing with. So, what happened? >> So, what happened? >> 184. >> And do you have an ID? >> I'll get that in a minute. So, please just explain to me why the best way. The flight attendants informed me that that the girl was drunk. She was in the restroom for a while. >> Which one do you know? >> The youngest one. The little short one. >> Not the one with the tattoos, but the other one. Correct. >> Yes. >> So, go ahead. Go ahead. >> When they informed me that she was intoxicated, I had to call a GSC, which is my supervisor. >> Like 28. >> He showed up. >> They started screaming. They were in the aircraft. I got asked to call you guys because they weren't leaving. >> Okay. >> She finally left the jeep bridge. I was kind of following them out a little bit. I told him to retract the jeep bridge. She turned around, got in my face and said, "You you fat." I said, "Thank you." She turned around or when she was facing me, she pushed me >> and then turned around and then the sister came up and shoved me again, which I tripped over a mist. >> So both of them hit me. >> Yes. >> Okay. And then I tripped and then my shoe and I fell on the ground. >> Okay. >> It was the young the short skinny one first that pushed me and then the the bigger her sister pushed me right after. >> Okay. >> And it was all stemmed from the facts of they you were saying that they was drunk on the plane or somebody said >> I I didn't even say anything to them. >> Okay. So what what was the whole thing that happened? >> They were intoxicated. >> Okay. who approached them about the toxic start. >> She did fighting with me. >> She called her sister and her sister was sitting in the back and then her sister ran forward and then they both started yelling at her. >> Then the airline gives its version. Frontier tells police the trouble started on the plane and spilled onto the jet bridge. >> What's going on? >> My dad doesn't matter in Florida. >> My dad I'm not trying to do anything. My dad works in New Jersey. He's for the state. Yes. Like like I promised you I graduate tomorrow school like college. >> What's going on? >> The guy Jose pushed her and said like >> Jose Frontier and I'm psychology. It doesn't matter. Just relax. >> You guys are not going home tonight. We're going to relax. [snorts] >> Has she been drinking? >> Yes, she had a few drinks. I could I could see it from my side. >> I tried to go back to my seat >> right now. Like a lot was they went up to her and they're like, "Are you?" And she goes, "Yeah, I had drinks." So she admitted that she was. >> So listen, the thing is that >> she gets anxiety. >> Yeah. So every airline is different, right? So airlines are private entities. So they have their free will that they can decide whether you want to fly or not, right? It's a security. So let's say she's intoxicated. They don't know where she might create a disturbance or anything on the aircraft. So that's why they decided to take out the aircraft. Okay. >> But what about Jose pushing her? >> Yeah. That's why he's trying to get the information from Jose trying to see what actually happened. >> Yeah. Ready? >> Yeah. >> To go home >> right now. >> And then the other girl fell. After Jose pushed her, the other girl fell and she's like, "Oh, I got her." >> The other flight attendant. I didn't get her name. But I was like, "Are you kidding me?" I watched her fake it and fall down like, "Oh my wrist." >> I was like, "Are you kidding? She don't >> just try to keep her calm like she is so we can try to see what's going on right now." Like I said, medical is coming to check up on her since she's intoxicated right now. >> Well, yeah. Obviously, she had drinks. She gets nervous. She's obviously going to have a couple of drinks to go fly, you know. >> Yeah. The thing is that you can have a couple of drinks, but once you start getting like a little cloudy or whatever they No, no, I'm not saying once they can see visible or anything like that, they're not going to risk anything. You know what I'm saying? >> Patient would be like, >> but like a man doesn't need to lay his hands on her. It doesn't matter. >> I understand, but let's just relax. Let's calm down. >> We're going to relax. >> So, he went to the gates to talk to who is it? Jose. >> I don't know. >> Someone pushed. >> Yes. Yes. I I tried to go back to my seat. I I have I don't know if you would know, but >> the side effect is that it would take double the alcohol. So, I took two drinks. So, any any I had two drinks. Okay. So like and my literally >> so okay every so airlines are private entities so they have their free will. >> Did you see her push her? Did >> you witness everything >> again? It was a little over the top. >> She went to use the bathroom. They told her she had to sit down. >> Yeah. That's why he's trying to get the information. We're We're just trying to relax everybody to get everybody >> Yeah. >> to go home. Now, I don't think we can make this. I don't know that we can. >> So, you guys are getting on a plane. >> To have I watched her. >> So, you guys were already on the plane about 10 minutes. >> I have to use the bathroom. >> I had to go to the bathroom. >> And I went to the bathroom. I'm tired. I'm tired. I went to go to the bathroom, sir. And then I and they were like, "Oh, you have to get okay." Like I They were sitting down in her chairs and I was like, "Okay." What's going on? I was like, "What's I don't I literally like >> No, no, I'm not saying >> here. Let's come over. Let's come over here. >> So, I'm trying to understand this. >> No, I I totally understand. My boyfriend's literally going to trip around. >> I got you. So, you're on the plane. You have to go to the bathroom. >> You go to the bathroom. They stop you. They say you need to be escorted to the bathroom. >> Yes, they No, they say you need to be escorted off to the bathroom. >> So I >> And I graduate Stockton University, right? Literally tomorrow >> and I I I'm like I got >> So you needed to be escorted out of the bathroom? >> Yes. >> So you were already inside? >> Yes. >> Okay. So >> and soon as But they didn't they didn't bother me when I was in the bathroom. >> Okay. So then what's the what happened? >> So I went out and I was like, "Okay, I'm going to do some scene." They're like, "Oh, you need to go out out the bathroom." And I was like, what like why and I was like okay like that's like whatever and then like I don't give any my boyfriend literally like when I tell you that my boyfriend is state trooper and then my boyfriend had literally like been with him for 5 years state trooper um they begged me to take safer test which is >> I got you I'm just I'm focused on what happened with the pushing and the disturbance >> so I was like okay like I'm just going to go to the like to my seat because I'm like this makes no sense like I'm not like I'm literally not trying to keep Like yes, I had a couple joints, but like I'm not trying to give any type of harm, >> okay? >> Type of thing. Plus, like my whole family has been law enforcement. Like that's my oldest sister. We're five. There's my brother. So law enforcement officers. My dad works for the state PBA, which is the >> I understand, ma'am. I need to please stay on track. >> Okay. >> I understand your family's law enforcement. I appreciate them very much. I need you to stay on track with me and just walk step to step. What happened? Why were you pushed? What was the escalation? So, >> I went to the bathroom and they're like, "No, you can't get back in your seat." And I was like, "Why can't I get back in my seat? Like, I don't understand. Like, I'm not like because I had a couple drinks and I'm going to Disney like whatever." Like, we're say we're um >> Did they say that to you or like you're drunk or whatever? >> Yes. Yes. Yes. No, they didn't say I was drunk. They was like, "You have to get off." And I was like, "I don't understand why I'm getting off. Like, I have graduation." Like, I'm graduating forensic. >> Police start sorting it out. Claims fly. Stories bend, but the focus narrows to one place, the Jet Bridge. So, they're telling you you you've been drinking. You need to get off the plane. >> Yes. Yes. Yes. >> What happened next? >> The next day I tried to I was like, "No, like I'm fine. Like, I'm good. Like, I'm not going to get sick or anything." Then he pushed me. >> He pushed you. How? >> He pushed me like I was like, "So, I'm coming off the plane. I'm just going to reenact it like that." He was like, "No, you have to get off the plane >> to your chest." >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Yes. And so, he he assaulted me in that way. And I was like, "No." Especially cuz it's my boobs. So, like I can go further that way if you if you would want me to. >> Okay. Are you guys Did you guys witness everything? >> Just got here. >> They They weren't there. I know. I know exactly who it was on that plane. >> Okay. So, what do you guys need? Are you just >> I need her boarding pass. We need to write a whole report. What happened? >> Okay. >> Yeah, I can get it for you. >> Do you have my phone? >> Yeah, we need our boarding pass, too. >> Do you have my phone? Um check with >> Yeah. Who was it? >> It was >> the flight attendant. >> The flight attendants. I don't I just know that it was a male. >> It's all in there. >> Where was it? Inside the >> He was right inside. Was it off to the bathroom and then we were in 12c? >> I'm saying it was on the plane or inside. >> In the terminal when the guy pushed her. >> It was in the plane at gate 13. >> On the Is there a way for you to make paper copies with her? >> I'll print it out for you. >> Okay, relax. >> That's fine. Stay another night here and we'll fly home tomorrow. >> So that she's saying it happened in jet bridge. >> Okay. Did it happen on the jet bridge? >> Yes. >> So it didn't happen on the plane? >> No. The jet bridge? No. I was So I went to the bathroom and then I came off and they're like, "You can't get on the plane." I was like, "Okay." Like why can't I get on the plane? Like I'm fine. Like >> I was dropped. I'd be like, "Okay, I don't want to fly." Like obviously I already >> asked me if I had >> What I'm trying to make What I'm trying to figure out was it if it was like him trying to guide you guys off the plane or push you guys? >> No. >> No, it was it was to my boobs. >> Okay. >> Yes. >> The one I'm And I'm sorry because I understand. So, did he push you with the intent to hurt you? >> With the in with ill intent. >> He was just trying to get us off out of >> He was just trying to get you guys out. >> Got me fired up. Put my hands on my sister. >> Even in their own retelling, the story keeps already shifting. Meanwhile, the airlines version stays simple. Two shves, one injury. And that's the version police can actually work with. So at any point during the flight, did they anybody put hands on the girls or anything? It was just verbal and they was telling them to come off. >> You guys need to come off. They know we're going to board the car. Oh, okay. Cool. >> And they was willing to come off. You know what I'm saying? Once they got in, they at that point they was willing to come off because I don't know what person they're telling her. She said, "Come on, let's go. Let's go. Let's go." >> And they willingly came off. >> She she walked through the jet bridge. And then the one the younger girl pushed her down >> and the big one pushed her. >> So both of them pushed me at the same time. >> So both of them put their hands at the same time. >> Okay. So both of them would be going to jail cuz you're willing to write a statement. >> And then I got another witness saying the same thing. So the thing is Teresa stated that we need to get them medically cleared before we even go that direction. >> One person says they were pushed. Another backs it up. And just like that, this stops being airline drama and starts heading towards handcuffs. >> Hallelujah. >> All right. You want to put your phone away? >> Okay. Do I have a copy of the report as well? >> In a second. >> Okay. >> Your person. >> All right. You're being detained right now. >> I have teeth. >> Why am I deceived? >> I'll let you know in a second. >> Why am I defeated? >> Okay. Okay. >> Wait. Why? >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Calm down. Wait. Wait. Get Get yourself. Sorry. >> Can I give her this chair? Would you like >> It's okay. You got it. Thank you. >> I want my dad. >> I'll give him lock it. >> Can you come around the chain, sir? >> She's actually No. Hold on. Hold on. >> No, I want to know before you do it. I'm under arrest. >> Hold on. Give me one second. Okay. >> No. That's not fair. Why am I under arrest? >> Detainers first. Detainment arrest. Let you know. >> Why? >> All right. >> Why? >> Based on the uh investigation, uh we are charging you for the battery. >> For what? >> Battery. >> What does that mean? >> Assaulting the flight attendant. >> I was assaulted. >> The sisters insist they did nothing wrong and keep pointing to video, but the officer makes it simple. Once the story stops lining up, the cuffs come out. And in this case, police say they do. >> Okay, cool. >> She is she going to be able to carry them all though? >> No. What's going on? >> Can I come back to carry it? >> Okay. >> Why is she being handcuffed in the chain? >> Listen, relax. Okay. Right now, she is being handcuffed. >> Wait, no. Why are you being hurt? >> Relax. Relax. Relax. There's a picture of that that person that is injured right now. >> Yeah, it was the girl that faked it. That's >> There's other people and there's witnesses. >> Yeah, all them. >> It was you guys that pushed it. Okay. >> What? >> No. Okay. >> You were not. No. No. No. No. No. Okay. Wait a minute. Okay. >> Don't worry. I'LL CALL YOU. I'M CALLING IT. I'M CALLING. >> STAY DOWN. STOP. STOP. STOP. STOP. STOP. STOP. Leave me. Are you kidding? >> Stop. >> Are you kidding? >> Be cool. Here. Give your back up. Give me your back up. >> Take a breath. >> Back up. >> Thank you. Stay like that. Stay cool. >> Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Just stay cool. >> Could you answer that phone call? >> Yes. We'll get all the information from the parents. We'll let them know. Okay. >> Thank you. You believe this girl? >> You believe that girl? >> Okay, more. Take a breath. >> Stand up. Hey, stop. Stop. >> You're doing good. >> You don't need more. >> You don't need more. >> Okay. All right. I'm going to take a close [laughter] Can you at least take my cops off when I sit in the car? >> No. No, I can't do that. I'm sorry. >> I'm not a criminal. >> I understand that. >> I'm not a search. >> Please, please search me. Take these off. I don't want my hair. My eyeball. >> Laura, it's fine. You're fine. >> What do you do? No, I don't, ma'am. >> Both sisters were taken into custody on battery charges and a night meant for celebrating a diploma ended in handcuffs and a ride to jail. Those misdemeanor charges were reportedly dropped after the sisters completed a pre-trial intervention program. >> I thought you were tough over there. >> I'm not me. >> He won't touch me. Hey, hey, >> you don't know who I am. Talk to me. Do you know who my father is? >> I'm blessing my baby. Oh my god. My ambulance looking at me. You don't see my child's coming out. >> You got you got any clothes with you, man? Got to be a full moon in the way he's gone. Millions of people fly through US airports every year and traveling can be stressful for a lot of reasons. But there is zero excuse for the way these six people acted in Florida airports. Welcome to After Hours, presented by Law and Crime. I'm Sam Goldberg. We begin today's after hours at the Orlando International Airport. It's February 2022 and police officers have gotten a report that there's a man on board a Southwest flight who's being disruptive. Before they take off, they want him off the plane, but he refuses to leave. Okay. So, what ended up happening is during during the flight, um I saw this guy like I thought it was a comedy show or something thinking that he was traveling with other people and pointing at people and then he grabbed this one big guy and I see his the big guys like like car like he's about to like go at him. So, at the same time I was telling him put your tray down, put your tray down. Let's go see what's going on. The flight attendant in the back starts going at him like you need to sit down. So, now we get there. I pulled the big guy and like everything's okay. Thank you so much. You know, >> as the flight attendant in the back was talking to him like you need to calm down. All the passengers are scared like in that section. They're like he is crazy yelling at us and the other guy at the window who's like I'm going in there. I'm going like dude calm down. We need you. Absolutely. >> We don't want anything to happen to her or her baby, but you know, she can't act like that, especially out here. It's even more dangerous. As she sits in the back seat, Victoria begins chanting. You can hear it as police try to find her ID because they still don't know much beyond her first name. >> Maybe it's over here. >> I think this is her. >> Oh, thank you. There's a vaccination card. She posted a cash bond of $500, but then didn't show up to court, and a warrant was put out for her arrest. Victoria's defense attorney explained to the court that Victoria was out of the state. So, the court reinstated her bond. But not long after, she didn't show up for court again, and her attorney said she had no contact with her. There have been no updates to her online court records since then at the time of this recording. Next, we're at the International Airport in Pensacola. It's another situation where a passenger reportedly refuses to leave the plane despite instructions from crew members. It's August 2023. Let's go." And she was like, "Am I getting off this plane?" And she said, "Yes." And she said, "So I can't board this plane?" And she said, "No." Okay. >> And um yeah. Sounds good. >> While relatively cooperative, Darissa is insistent that a senior officer get to the scene on the double. >> For right now, until the sergeant gets here. Yes. >> Okay. We're just waiting on the sergeant. >> Okay. >> Can you place a call for uh for the sergeant so I know that >> he's on the way? >> But can I can you do it for me? I >> I'm not sure if it's done. >> It is. He's on the way. >> Can I make sure that the right location is coming? >> Mhm. He is on the way right now. I am. I would be what would be considered a corporal in most ranks. I'm a training officer. >> The sergeant is on the way. >> Ask an officer because there's been a problem. Can they call a ranking official? >> He is on the way. >> I know, but I didn't. >> No, he's already on the way. I can't call him a second time. All that's going to do is aggravate him. >> Okay. Well, can can I get something to drink or some water or anything? >> Just one one second. So, why don't you tell me what's going on? >> Uh, what's your name and number? >> Kent 196. >> Kent 196. Thank you. Kent 196. Um, all all I'm doing, okay, this is what happened. >> Okay, I was doing right and I was using somebody's phone and nobody can Can one of y'all call a ranking official for me, please? That'll make it very much more. >> We've already called the sergeant. >> Ask an officer of the law. You can you please do that for me? >> So, we've already called the sergeant. That is the highest ranking person right now. >> Who called the sergeant? I didn't hear. No, he did not. He refused to ask him. He'll tell you the truth. >> Sergeant's on the way. >> But how? When he refused to. Was it you or was it Officer Daniels that called? >> Okay. Officer Daniels called. >> I was going to say cuz he didn't call >> and um >> cuz he was on the way before I was. I was just closer. >> This is my thing. Train officer. >> Mhm. >> Is your body cam on? >> Yes, ma'am. That's why the red light's on. I mean, it's recording. >> He is, too. Thank God. >> Probably power off. Oh, God. Why y'all keep looking at him like that? >> H >> Why y'all keep looking? Can I request a female? >> I'm looking at you, >> please. >> Okay. >> I feel uncomfortable with all these men. >> Okay. We don't have a female officer working tonight. >> Wow. >> The only female officer we have is a sergeant who's on light duty. She tore her ACL, so she can't come out here. >> She can't She can't She's got a torn ACL. She can't walk. >> Okay. >> So, she's just sitting there on a computer. >> Okay. >> So, what's going on? >> Nothing. I'm just waiting on the uh I'm waiting on the sergeant. >> Okay. >> Okay. You all right tonight? Tonight, ma'am? >> Huh? >> You all right? >> I was doing all right till I got kicked off the plane. And I was doing all right until the officers of the law are refusing to call a ranking official. Okay. >> With their body cams on. >> So >> he hasn't even ran my name yet. >> Just throwing this real quick for you. >> Can you run my name for me, please? >> We will. Just give me a second. I'll get your name for him. Um to do it while he's not doing anything. >> The whole sovereign citizen thing, >> all that's going to do is get you in more trouble. >> Okay. Listen, I'm not being a sovereign citizen. So, I'm just telling you the whole calling a ranking official and all that and saying it over and over and over. >> Can you run my name for me? >> Listen to me. Just listen to me. >> Can you run my name? Y'all know how it go. This is procedures of the law. If a police has you in the back of a police car, the least he can do is run your name. >> And how do you know he hasn't? >> Huh? Cuz he hasn't. >> How do you know? >> Cuz he hasn't asked me my birthday. He hasn't asked me my social security number. He hasn't did any of that. >> How is he going to run it? >> ID. >> He doesn't have my ID. >> You had to have an ID to board a plane. So, he's got all your information. >> No, my bag was dropped. >> But listen to me. Listen. >> Okay. >> That whole ranking official trying to tell us what the law is. >> I'm not. >> Did you go to law school here in Florida? Do you have a bar card? No. >> Okay. Did you go through the academy here? >> No, I did not. >> So, how do you know any of this stuff? Why do you know our procedures? >> Because if you never have been in trouble. >> Okay. That doesn't mean you know the law. >> I didn't say that, but I'm just asking. >> Can they know my name, please? >> It has already been done. >> Can it be ran now? It has already been run. We We don't just sit there and run it over and over. >> I see. I see. >> That's not the way it works. >> I see. >> Like I said, all you're going to do this whole sovereign act is just going to get you in more trouble. >> I'm just going to tell you that right now. >> Oh, you can add charges to things. So, >> charges like Honda Owens. >> Yeah. Yeah. And you got warrants out of Texas, so you get to go back there. >> Yeah, they are going to extradite you. >> Okay. >> Did he send the hit? >> Yeah. >> Waiting on transport, right? >> We are the transport unit. We're waiting on the sergeant since you requested one, buddy. >> When the sergeant arrives, one of the other officers has a quick warning for him. >> She's a sovereign. She's starting to I need my ranking official and this is your procedures. I already told her that sovereign things just don't add charges to her, but she needs to speak to a ranking official. I'm sorry. You asked for my presence now. >> Yes, sir. I am asking for your presence. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. Either way or go, I'm going to stand to come to jail. >> Okay. >> Okay. I understand that. >> Yes, ma'am. >> I have warrants out of Texas. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. Yes, ma'am. >> Situation where I'm called for um this is what I need, sir. >> Okay. >> I'm not supposed to go in this car because we not transport, >> right? >> Uh I'm not transport. Transport is one of their cars. I know y'all talk transport and I don't trust either one riding with either one of them. So can you call me another transport car to come out here? >> Unfortunately we cannot carame up back there where they're going to be watching you is going to be watching them and they have their body cameras on. So there's multiple cameras that's going to be in know when the body came. See what look >> it's on right now. It's red. Listen it's on right now. It's on right now. But their incar uh camera is going to be on as well. Okay. So that's what's happen one more time. >> Yes, sir. >> Can I get you to ride my name by your radio? >> No, ma'am. That's already happened. >> Why? >> Cuz it's already happened. >> Can I ride with you? >> No, ma'am. You cannot. Unfortunately, you cannot ride. >> Uh, no ma'am. I'm not able to do that because there's other things that I have to take care of. Again, they're going to be in this vehicle >> that that that's going to for right now. Now, listen. And you okay? You okay? >> Yes, ma'am. He cracked my window back after making me sweat. I'll be okay. >> Okay. >> But >> and what's going on? You feel me? I know for a fact that I'm not supposed to ride in this car. You corrected that transport. >> No, no, no. You can ride in this car. He's just He's just asking for another transport. >> But trans. Okay. >> Yes. But yeah, 100% you can ride in the back of the car. >> Okay. Now, by Okay. Now, by law, now by law, >> they saying it's going to be federal. It's going to be federal. Now, I was told this by your officer >> in reference to >> in reference to me. Okay. The c Okay. First I wasn't kid >> off the plane. Okay. >> So the the captain came and asked me the captain came and ask me I'm I was looking so I can go there. Can't ask you what now this Okay. Can one of y'all use y cell phone and call my dad? I mean, you can hold on to the phone. I just want him to know I'm about to go to jail. >> That's going to that's going to be completely up to these officers right here. If they say no, that that it's up to them to see you >> and you have right to say no to the big hood. They're going to let you call at the jail. Are you saying no? >> So the way >> So the reason the reason we don't do it is because we don't know what's going on. We don't know if someone's trying to set up an ambush or someone. I've got a young training officer with me. I'm making I'm making sure that we don't do anything like that. When we get to the jail, >> they will make sure you have his number. They will give you a phone call once they've got your fingerprints and everything in there. And you can call them and let them know exactly where you are and what's going to happen from there. uh cuz they will explain to you how it's going to work between extraditing back to Texas and charges here. Okay. >> Now, this is the last thing. I know I got three more questions for you that came to the but this is the question in front of everybody. >> But I'm not going to jail yet. >> I got money. >> Go stick in the machine and drink my mouth. No ma'am we cannot do that. >> I'm not paying. But look beautiful traffic. We have an available officer. You can send them no matter what. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> A little early but okay. >> 108 show me around though. I seen a vehicle. >> Yeah, it's a crash. >> A vehicle crash. >> No, I understand. I like how you brought up my >> but but what's the other question you have? >> Okay. >> No, that was my first question. >> You talking about on the plane? >> No, it can't be because I didn't do nothing to anybody. >> No, no. Was it on the plane? Are you referring to being on the plane? Yes, ma'am. They can get into some federal ground. Certain things are federal. Okay. So, what am I being >> and uh whatever local charges? >> I don't have any local. >> What's the other one? I know she got a warrant. >> The airport did not say that. Okay. >> It doesn't have to be airport. This officer right here, my partner is letting you know what what crime has been committed. You wouldn't listen to me. >> Yeah. So, those are this your warrant. It's the charges my partner also had. And my partner's right here going to transport you to the jail. >> Darissa was charged with trespassing onto an operational area of the airport. She pleaded no contest and was given probation, but was also sent back to Texas for her open warrants there. This next one is pretty shocking. A fully nude, grown man standing in the TSA security checkpoint area. This happened in February 2024. According to deputies, Martin Eve Tamav parked his car on the sidewalk outside Terminal One of the Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport. He then walked into the terminal stark naked before winding up at a security checkpoint. You got you got any clothes with you, man? Where you close? >> Um, no. I don't feel like wearing any clothes. >> My name is Martinez. Where are you? >> Can you come with us? Here's what let's let's try and get you outside. >> Outside? >> Yeah. Yeah. We got to get you. You can't be hanging out. >> Come on. Come on. We get you coat. Come on. Come this way. We're going to get you coat. >> Can I talk to um >> Yeah. Out out here. He's got a coat. >> Where's your name? >> My whole car is out there. You'll see this one. >> Come on. Come on. Let's come this way. Angelo. My name's Angelo. Come on. Really? >> Yeah. Come on. Come on. Come on. Yeah. >> The deputy says Martin hit him in the face. Martin ends up on top of a conveyor belt with everything out for all to see. >> This one's a little bit. >> No, >> you're kidding. You punched me in the face. You want me to release a handcuff? >> The thing turned off this. >> Turn it back on. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> It happens that way. When you fight, you punch people in the face. >> Yeah. Well, it works that way. No, it's okay. >> Daniel Ever. >> Oh, there we go. He's in custody. They don't know anything. I was on the wrong copy. >> We're at the checkpoint in custody at the checkpoint. >> Easy, easy. Relax. >> Son of a loosen. >> They're both They're both bothering me. >> Yeah. Well, roll on your side. >> Yeah. You going to have to roll on your side. >> On which side? Which side you want? >> Come towards me. >> Come towards me. I mean, if you want him to loosen them here. >> Vic, do me a favor. You won't have to fight us. You don't act like a little girl. Come on. Take the little bit of pain, kid. Come on. >> All right. We're going to have to wait. We'll have to wait a little bit. We'll have to wait a little bit. >> Guys, they're going to do that. Yeah, they're going to make it a little looser. A little looser. So, just just relax. Just relax. You just deal whatever pain is. Just deal with it, right? You brought it on yourself. You wanted to fight before pain. Just let a few minutes. We We'll release it a minute. We'll loosen it a bit. But you had to get them on you in the heat of the moment. You know what I'm saying? It's okay. >> Vic, be fair. Don't be sliding up. It's like this is not an MRI. >> But they're printing me. >> I know. Not totally sure why, but during all of this, the deputies make no effort to cover Martin up. Someone finally brings what appears to be a bed sheet. Perfect. See, we're going to have a little clothes for you. See that? >> Thank you. Thank you, guys. I can do it. >> No, they're hurting. They're hurting. >> The handles. >> No, the handcuffs. Yeah, the handcuffs. Can we set up? >> Get him off. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. She's going to fall. >> Yeah. I'll grab it around this side. Bring his feet this way. >> My feet. >> He's so nice now. >> Can you Can you at least the right one, please? >> I can't move. Really? >> You have to get up. >> Yeah, you got to get up in order to do it. You got to get up. >> Can I get up? >> Yep. Yep. Yep. You can get up. Yeah. Yeah, you can get up. >> Swing. Swing over that way. >> There you go. >> There. See, you got it. They seem fine to me. >> Hey, you know, you're going to have to lean over because with without my reading glasses. >> I got Let's take him to the office. Martin was charged with resisting arrest, battery on a law enforcement officer, indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, and disorderly intoxication. A judge set his bond at $3,500, and banned him from returning to the Florida Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport ever again. Martin was ordered to undergo a competency evaluation and to not drink alcohol. An update on his court case was not available at the time of this recording. We end today's after hours in Miami. It's January 2023 and a birthday trip for two women ended with them getting into an altercation with an employee from Frontier Airlines. She's cuffed. >> Like I'm cuffed. >> You talking about I c YOU trying to have me on my [screaming] >> Give me my phone so I can call my mom. >> You're not going to call the one for now. Okay, relax. Hey Siri, >> relax. >> HEY SIRI, GET THE OFF OF ME. >> GET OFF ME. >> HEY, we're not going to get off. We're not going to get off. Okay, relax. >> Get you all. >> You can do THAT ALL YOU WANT. You can do that all you want. You're not hurting me at the end of the day. Get off of me. What the Oh, the victim. >> Transport number 39. >> Okay. WHAT'S YOUR BADGE NUMBER? >> WHAT'S YOUR BADGE NUMBER? >> You got to give me that right. You got TO TELL ME YOUR BADGE NUMBER. >> They'll be on the arrest. >> RELAX. >> HE IS GRA I'M RELAXED. He's grabbing me, trying to hurt me. >> Move. >> You keep trying to pull away. Stop. I'm not you, >> bro. I'm not. That mother's brave. You f to rub me. >> I hate all y'all. >> All y disgrace. Racist black. I swear to God, >> you're a disgrace. You're a disgrace. You're disgrace. You're disgrace. You're a disgrace. Hate the police. All y I swear to God y'all don't help nobody do nothing. Y'all crack a pig and you want to be like these crackers. Okay. >> Kiss my and I'mma find out same day. So it's a waste of time. Body camera footage from multiple officers gives us a look at just how these women were reacting to missing their flight. The employee told them they couldn't board because they were very late and the plane doors were already closed. GET ME OFF. They came over. They calmed him down. They tried to do it naturally and they >> An employee who was nearby explained some of the situation to one of the officers. >> I heard the commotion riding back right here. >> Uhhuh. >> I think she threw some of the plexiglass or her phone. I'm not sure exactly. I just know some the girl go ah and then blood. >> Okay. >> And then they were praising raising chain. Two females. I did take a picture of just or a video just I didn't get this but I wish I would have but I was more worried about >> you're watching it >> making sure everything was quiet and the reason why because it almost got out of hand there the officers approached rather gently if you ask me. They approached smartly but like let's calm this thing down. So they did a good job there. Uh the one girl was just off the hook. Uh the one with the colored hair in the let's see so I can reference the girls and you'll know who's >> you had one in pink. Yeah, she's a second girl. So, this is the second girl. This is the first girl that caused the biggest biggest commotion right there. >> Okay. >> So, the one in the pink was causing the commotion, but not at first. She spawn. She bled off the other girl. You know, she saw it going off. Get off my friend. Get off my friend. You know what I mean? Going off, dropping fbombs. That's cuz two officers approached her cuz she's out of control. Then she got out of control and he tried to approach her and then calm her down and then she was like, "Don't touch me. I ain't done nothing wrong." So he was kind of like a little passive, which is fine. >> Okay. >> Then they smartly moved her out of here and she's going crazy and spazzing out and they had to put her down to the ground at some point. You got to I was like, "They need to put her down." Like they were like two nights. >> That's when the other girl got loose and the two officers were down. I had gotten off my bike now and I saw her coming and I was ready to jump on her at any moment because he had to weasel. He had to catch up and she had full access to her gun, his gun, one of the officers. That's what I was worried about. So that's why I stayed. Nor I get the hell out of there. It's none of my business. So I saw that they he tackled her and did a great job and they got her cuffed rather quickly. This one took a long period of time. Um and that was pretty much >> Do you know what the fight was about? Did you hear what it was about? No, but I already suspect from Frontier is probably the world's dangerous job. Frontier and Spirit ticket counter. >> It's probably because they have to they don't have their seat or they don't have the they have to pay for the boarding pass or pay for the extra bag. Pay for your backpack. It's all in the airlines issue. You know what I mean? >> Okay. >> But yeah, the officers approached smartly and then uh did a good job and you know I just worried about their safety out. >> Okay. So you saw the throw the the phone or the plastic thing. I think it's a I think it's the plastic cut her in the face. When I looked cuz it was going crazy. I was kind of minding my own business. I kind of just sitting on my bike like this. What's going on? That's when I seen the other girl like this and instant blood coming from her face from the ticket counter lady. >> Okay. >> And then the officers were about right here. They finally approach as they're going ballistic. And that's >> Did you see the them attack the officers at all at any time? >> Yeah, I did see the girl in the pink pants. Not the non-starter became a start uh fuel to the fire. She did. I would say she did in my opinion. She attacked the two. >> One of those TSA guys on the bike. >> Uhhuh. >> Um that's his contact number. He heard loud commotion. Got his attention. He looked over and saw the subject. >> Pink. The one in pink. >> The one in pink. Two unknown item. He was >> What's this called? >> This >> clipboard display. Plastic display. Plastic display. Sign display. Plastic sign display. Exactly. >> No, rescue was supposed to be coming unknown item on her face. Immediately saw blood coming from her face. >> Uh heard my day county officers arrived and saw the two system. >> What else do you need? >> No, that's it. I guess for now >> she's dealing with them. >> Okay. >> She's got rate. She says you can't get refund. You're the ones late. She was helping her friend. That was polite and everything else, but then they she goes, "What? You're helping me her get a refund?" I go, "You guys can't fly." She got crazy. I ra grabbed one of these plastic uh signs >> this place and threw it, hit her right in the top of the nose and >> and then we had a TSA tide agent >> heard the commotion and when he started turn around, they came this way, saw the thing flying and hitting her in the face. >> Mayan Mercer was the one who allegedly threw that plastic sign at the employee. She was charged with felony battery, disorderly conduct, and resisting an officer. The resisting charge was dropped and she completed a deferred prosecution program. Jana Nagash was accused of stepping between her friend and the officer, apparently trying to prevent the arrest. She was charged with disorderly conduct. Prosecutors decided to not go forward with the case. At the time of this recording, both women were banned from flying on Frontier Airlines. Bro, >> bro, just hold my bag. >> No, bro. Just hold my bag. >> You should be loving. >> You should be softer. >> And you shouldn't be drunk. >> You hate >> No, I'm going to leave. But I didn't do anything to you, and I don't know why you're being so mean. >> This memorable arrest lands us at the Tampa International Airport in Hillsboro County, Florida. Oh, her flight got cancelled, so she and her ride is like here. >> Okay. >> So, we're trying to get her out. >> Just before 3 p.m. on a sunny December day, airport police get a call about a woman pretty intoxicated refusing to leave the gas barilla bar. >> Couple double shots over the carrier. She ate food. I gave her water. So >> definitely have somebody pick her up and wear her. She, you know, she has somebody come and pick her up and everything like that. But >> bro, >> bro, just hold my bag. >> No, bro. Just hold my bag. >> Bro, maybe you're going to ride in style. >> Okay, I'll be quiet. Yeah, pretend that you're like >> I'm Britney Spears. [laughter] >> The woman you see here flirting with paramedics and slurring her words. Yeah, she's not Britney Spears. Rather, a woman later identified as Melanie Bernett. She tells first responders that she's been at the airport since 7:30 in the morning and was trying to get home to Philadelphia, but her flight got cancelled. >> What's going on in Philly? >> My home. Oh, >> so you can hear some lashes and we can walk out regularly together. >> Don't do it. >> Just do that. >> We're waiting for Dustin. Is it Dustin? >> Yeah, Dustin. >> He's going to yell at me. Who's >> myst? >> Officers quickly determined they have to get brunette out of the terminal bar and look around for a wheelchair as brunett is unsteady on her feet. >> I'm not going to go anywhere. I'm going to go wherever you make me go. >> 108. Can you copy an assist vehicle? >> Police tell Bernett they're waiting on a wheelchair and she's not allowed to leave until they get one. >> I'm not walking. I'm not sitting in the chair. >> You're not? >> No. >> I mean, you were sitting here. >> I am sitting here. >> A chair. >> So, we can walk together. >> I'm not I'm not waiting for I'm not doing that. >> I am not. >> Not wanting to wait around any longer, one of the responding officers takes matters into his own hands, grabbing a wheelchair from one of the nearby gates. While he steps away, first responders learn the fun friends Bernette made at the bar called her real friend, Dustin, and he was at the airport ready to pick her up. >> Have a seat. >> There you go. >> No one cares. You're fine. >> Thank you, sir. >> But Bernett is not fine and nearly face plants trying to sit down. Eventually, she settles in and the officer is on his way to bring Bernett to her boss. Or so he thought. >> Get a hold of your boyfriend, please. >> I don't want to for him. >> If I have to give you a ride somewhere instead of jail, >> get a hold of your boyfriend. >> Get a hold of your boyfriend. >> Why? >> Get a hold of your boyfriend. >> I don't have a boyfriend. >> Who's here to pick you up? I don't hurt anyone. >> Boyfriend, boss, the two can get confusing when you're as intoxicated as police officers say Bernett was. Fed up with her drunk doubt about who was picking her up, the officer asks for her ID. >> Control 199, copy Jersey DL. >> While the officer waits for dispatch to respond, Brunette begins to protest the wheelchair again. >> I don't need a wheelchair. >> I'm fine. >> You do need a wheelchair because you are not going to fall on my watch. So, I need you to get a hold of somebody. You were visiting somebody here, correct? Get a hold of that person, and I need you to talk to them. >> Bernett digs through her stuff looking for her phone so she can call Dustin, who is allegedly her ride home. She clicks her phone screen, licks her lips, then hands the phone to the officer. >> Who am I speaking with? >> My boyfriend. >> And where is he? >> Florida. >> Okay. Hello. >> Hello. Hello, this officer with Tampa Bay airport police. >> Are you here to pick up Melanie? >> Yeah, I'm at the door. >> The officer and Bernett's boyfriend work out the details over the phone about where he was and where he needed to pick up his drunk darling. >> He is here waiting for you. So, you do So, you do have somebody? >> I do have >> Okay. You lied to me. You said you didn't have any. >> I didn't lie to you. I lied and said I didn't have anybody that loved me. >> Here you go. >> No one. >> Don't put your hand in my face. >> Here you go. >> I didn't lie to you. I >> I didn't ask you if you have anybody that loves you. I said, "Do you have anybody to pick you up?" That was the question. >> Think that he would be here. >> That was the question. I just met him. I didn't think I would be >> and you're being mean. You should be loving. You should be softer. >> And you shouldn't be drunk. >> I don't know. >> You're in a public space. >> Then you SHOULD BE OFF YOUR ALCOHOL. And you need to know your limit >> and you needing understand that if they offer >> you have to contact lost phone. >> But I'm just saying that if you ask a question and you ask if anybody's there for you and they say no one is there for you, you should believe in it. I didn't even do anything around. >> The shuttle doors open and the officer rolls Brunette into the airport tram. The officer knows Brunett's boyfriend will be on the other side of the tram, but what he doesn't know is that Brunett is about to bring him on a wild ride. >> Why are you feeling this? >> Don't be so hard. There are people who are living their lives. So they don't want to live their life anymore. >> It's not me. I love my life. >> But there are people who need you. >> I know you're busy. >> Stay on the chair. Bunch of things. >> There are people who need you, >> right? And I'm busy with you. >> Yeah. >> And you're hurting my hand. >> Sorry. How you doing, sir? >> You'll be better. I would recommend you take the chair with you. >> You >> No, there are people who need >> and you have me tied up and not >> and I'm telling you that there are people who >> Enough. >> Can you take her or she's going to jail? >> This is causing a problem. I know. >> I got it. Right. >> Like there are people you >> real work. You have to just stop. >> Hey, what's going on? All right. >> Hey, stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. >> No, I'm not. Down. >> There are people. >> Get out of my face. >> No, you're not. >> What's going on? >> You talk to me or what's going on? Are you her boyfriend? >> He's here to pick her up. She her flight got cancelled. >> She sat at the bar gas for a little had too much to drink >> and then she didn't she's unsteady on her feet. She can't walk. So we put her in a chair. >> I paid my bill. I did everything I was supposed to do. I didn't do anything cool. >> All right, let's figure this out. >> She's got serious. She's been out of her medicine for a couple days and she's freaking out. So why you going to take care of her? You take custody of her. I will take custody of her. I just I got >> Despite his shirt saying mission possible, Bernett's boyfriend is in for what feels like a mission impossible. He tries to diffuse the situation, pleading for Melanie to relax, collect her things, and leave the airport. But on his first try, he has no luck. >> Stop touching me. >> You need to get her out here or we're going to take her out here. The boyfriend pulls Bernett away from officers as they make a startling and frankly unpleasant discovery. >> They're all the way over here. >> When did she kiss herself? Now or over at the bar? >> Did she piss herself? >> Her pants are all wet. >> Pissed herself. >> Oh, she must have did it at the bar. >> I kissed you all. Yes, I >> said you peed yourself. I'm done. Let's go. >> You need to leave now. >> Just go. >> I'm giving you the courtesy to leave right now. >> Tensions wind down and Bernett's boyfriend leads her slowly and patiently back toward the wheelchair to grab her items so they can finally leave. And just when they all think it's time to say bye-bye to the boozer, >> I think it's bullit cuz I didn't do anything to you. >> No one said you did. >> I didn't. >> No one said you did. >> I am. You're causing a scene and you're going to go to jail. >> I don't I don't know what part of the second you stop bleeding, you're going to jail. You don't understand. It's time to go, man. That's brunette is cuffed and arrested. Her boyfriend is left to gather her things and clean up the literal mess she made on the floor and on the wheelchair. The original officer, who found her drunk at the bar, starts walking her to the airport jail. >> Okay, I'm not resisting. I'm asking you to stop >> because it hurts my shoulder. >> Please stop. >> I'm asking to take a second and stop. >> Wait, pause. Did you see that? Let's rewind. While handcuffed, brunette kicks off her flipflops. They fly through the air, one after the other, nearly hitting airport travelers. Officers eventually managed to get Melanie through the terminal and to the parking lot elevator. There she begs officers to take her handcuffs off. >> Please, please take these off my arms. >> You are under arrest. >> Yeah, the handcuffs don't fall off. If I'm under arrest, I'm just asking you. I didn't do anything. toilet paper. >> Yeah. >> The original responding officer leaves Brunette with another cop while he searches for the key to her handcuffs. I said not cooperate. I didn't >> Turn around. >> I have to be. >> All right. I'm going to get you some toilet paper. >> Put this hand on the wall. Okay. >> Okay. >> Give me one second. Another officer alerts him that he left her hat in the holding cell. >> Hold on. What's that? >> Officer HQ. Grab toilet paper from the holding cell. >> Give me just one second. I promise you that I'm going to hear laying somewhere. >> I've been there. >> Another man shows up to the party telling officers he's been trying to help the man in blue simmer down, working as a mediator between a few people at the bar. He later hints to officials that he thinks this guy has PTSD. When the officer starts asking the ducky drunkie more questions, things start to get a little ugly. >> Obviously, you've had a couple drinks. What I'm saying is >> better. >> Yeah, I can tell. I'm just saying >> I'm better. >> You better walk up on anybody. >> Don't walk up on anybody. >> Don't Don't walk up on >> We're going to Listen. >> We're going to ask him back to You're going back to the main terminal >> and we'll go get Jet Blue. >> This guy. >> So, listen. >> I'm better than that guy. >> There's two ways you're going to go back. either in handcuffs or you're gonna walk back. Which one are you gonna do? >> No, you you >> Oh, okay. >> Nuke. Nuke. >> He's pulling, >> dude. Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back, man. Put your hands behind your back. >> Multiple officers are forced to cuff the guy. They collect his things and eventually start walking out of the airport terminal. The officers ask the man if he has an ID. And after not one but four [snorts] times asking, the main officer in charge gets a hold of his license. >> Can you read on a South Carolina driver's license by number? >> The officer learns the man in blue is from South Carolina and his name is Jerry. Unhappy with his not so sober situation, Jerry begins to mouth off. >> You'll see. >> I don't care. >> Yeah, >> I don't care. >> Mommy, listen, man. We're going to get you some help. You just need to calm down. >> I don't need to calm down cuz I don't know where the I mean what the is going on. >> Okay, that's part of the problem that you've drank so much. >> I know that. I'm not drunk. >> You want to just walk take them down the elevator? >> I'm not drunk. >> Yeah, we can't take the stairs. We definitely can't take the stairs. >> 14 hours. >> Excuse me, guys. Excuse me. Why the am I still dreaming this 14 hours? >> What the [ __ ] is your issue? >> Jerry, relax. >> No, no, I don't want to. Relax. What the is your issue? My my wrist hurt. You >> kill me. [ __ ] kill me. >> With two officers escorting him in and the main arresting officer by his side, Jerry is brought inside an airport elevator. Seems like things are going okay. Well, until >> now you're leg shackles. >> My man, you want to put him on the ground? Yeah, put him on the ground. with me. Throw one. I'm going to switch it to one. >> Jerry gets double restrained and the crew makes it to the bottom floor for transport. Except Jerry doesn't make it easy for officers. He plays dead or pretends he's asleep. Whatever he's doing, he's playing games with the officers. >> Do you want them to meet you at HQ? front. >> Come on, buddy. >> Gary, evaluation. >> I'll uh I'll get his license >> making faces and about racking up felony charges. That's Jerry. Trump tower in custody. >> He's like waiting breathing. Jeez. It looks like he's pretending to not be conscious, but he's breathing moving his eyes. 105. >> No, he's not. I don't want to kick nobody else. >> We're in the truck. by the >> window. I don't want to relax. >> Jerry, >> it's over. >> Jerry, it's over, brother. You're making it worse. >> Well, we'll stop struggling. It doesn't. >> I didn't I didn't do anything. >> You kicked me, Jerry. That wasn't necessary. >> Oh, you're a [ __ ] >> That's besides the point. Whether he is or he isn't to kick him. >> You can come. >> You need to man up. >> Man up. >> You're good. >> Let me go. grabbed up. >> Yeah. Hammer. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I'm good. I'm good. I got him. I got him. >> Let me go. >> Jerry, if you stop kicking us, we have no problem letting you go. But you're still hurt, buddy. >> Yeah. You just kicked me, bro. Come on. >> If I hurt you by kicking >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Right there, Griff. Right there. >> Let me go. >> I hear you. I already heard you. Let me go. >> Jerry, we're not letting you go. >> You're already hurt. You're under arrest, buddy. >> Shut the already. >> Medics arrive and indeed confirm Jerry is not dead. No, rather very much alive. His blood pressure and breathing checks out just fine. So, it's time to get Jerry off the ground and into a squad car. >> You're going to jail, Jerry. >> Shut the >> So, we've decided it's jail. >> Are you going to walk or are we going to have to drag you out? >> You got to get me up. >> You'll walk. I got to give you. >> We can do that. >> So, here. Lean over. Get on your butt. And then you'll stand up from there. Lean over on your butt. >> Cross your feet. >> Okay. Cross your feet. >> And then you're going to get up from there. >> Get up from there. >> Oh, that hurts. >> Well, then you're going to help us stand up then. >> That hurts. That helps. >> Ready? One, two, three. >> You got to help us though. >> I'm trying. >> Jesus. >> Thank you. >> That doesn't help. >> That's short steps. Short steps. Short steps. >> Go ahead. Take >> short steps. Okay. You ready? >> I'm ready. >> Okay. Short steps. >> There we go. Animals. >> No, shorter steps. Shorter steps. There we go. Thank you. You're welcome. >> Seems like Jerry gets back into the swing of things until he sees someone at the end of the hall that stops him in his tracks. >> Wonder who is. >> That's a janitor. >> No. No. No. No. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. >> All right, sit back down. >> All right. All right. I'll sit down. I'll sit down >> cuz he's not going. >> I'm not going anywhere. >> Get a car right over here. >> I'm not going anywhere with him. >> You're not going with him. >> Come on, dude. Let's go. >> Go with him. >> No, no, no, no. >> I'm just holding the door. >> So, how do we want to Who wants to transport? I can transport. I'm sitting down. I'm sitting down. >> I can do the old my CRA, right? Even if it's against me or No, >> I'll write your CR. >> [ __ ] >> Do you want to go with me? >> Yeah, I'll go with you. I'll go with you, Griff. >> Let's wait for the two stand. >> No, we can't front cuff, Jerry. It's against policy. >> Okay. Well, you're I'm not going >> You're not going with him. You're going with us. >> No, I don't care. >> Okay. You're not But you're not going with >> You put in front. I'll go with you. >> It's against policy, Jerry. We can't put it in front. I'll go with you. >> I'm not going with >> You're not going with him, Jerry. You're going with us. >> No, I'm put in front. I'll go with you. >> Buddy, we're done with you. >> Shut up. >> Shut the up. >> Okay. All right. Whatever. >> This is between him and me. >> Well, you're going to jail, Jerry. >> I will go to jail. I don't care. >> Okay, then let's walk out the door. >> I don't care. But I'm not going >> that. But that's where the car is. Jerry, >> I don't care. I'm not going that way. >> There's a ramp. I will go on the left with you. You're going with me. I'll go with you. >> I'm taking you. >> You take me. You uncomfort. I'm taking you, Jerry. >> No. Shut up. I will go with you. That way. Another way. >> There's only one way to go. The cars are down here. >> Either way, I will go other way than that. >> There's no way we can go any other way. >> No, there's other ways. >> There is no other way. >> There is other ways. There is no other way. >> Shut up. There's other ways. >> After 3 minutes of what feels like a game of cat and mouse, Jerry Sans Tom finally agrees to get up. >> Jerry, ready? You're going to help us get you up. Ready? On your butt. One, two, three. There you go. Perfect. We're going to walk down the ramp on your left and go to the car. >> And off Jerry goes, walking in the rain to the squad car, huffing and puffing along the way. I don't know how to find that distance. >> Of course, and on Bran, he's not making things easy for officers. >> Give me a second and I will help you. >> Give me a second. I will help you. >> All right. >> All right. Give me a second. I will HELP YOU. >> THEN MOVE YOUR FOOT. Let's go. >> Give me a second. >> But eventually, he is strapped in. >> You're a >> secured. Shut down. >> DON'T YOU BITE HIM. >> DON'T YOU BITE HIM. >> And sent off to the local police station to be booked for disorderly conduct. >> Just shut the goddamn door. I'm >> not going to do anything. >> I can't I can't I'm literally I can't I can't anxiety and depression. >> What started as a fun trip ended in arrests at Orlando International Airport after police say two sisters shoved a Frontier Airlines employee in a confrontation. Newly released body cam footage is now showing us the chaos [music] inside of that airport. And we are going to break down everything that happened and that was caught on tape. Yeah. So, we have two New Jersey sisters who ended up in handcuffs at Orlando International Airport accused of shoving a Frontier Airlines employee after being told they were too intoxicated to board the flight. >> I can't. I can't. I'm literally [laughter] I can't. I can't. I can't. I literally can't. >> Okay. I want that. I want to stay over here. >> I have anxiety. >> Anxiety and depression. >> You don't be in detail right now. >> I am. >> Why am I deceived? >> I'll let you know in a second. >> Why am I detained? >> ARE YOU KIDDING? >> STOP. >> Are you kidding me? >> Side note, how many times are we covering episodes like this at an airport? What is going on right now? Both at the airports and on planes. Anyway, who are we dealing with here? sisters Kiara Lions and Mora Flores. They were preparing to board their Frontier flight home when police say things took a wild and chaotic turn at the gate. According to the arrest report, airline staff told the women that they were too intoxicated to board and that is when everything started to unravel. Officers claimed the sisters became belligerent, shouting, confrontation develops with frontier staff, and there is an apparent refusal of repeated orders for them to leave the boarding area. And it all culminates, police say, when the women shoved a front tier employee to the ground. And you're going to hear from that worker in the newly released body cam footage. When police arrive, they find Kiara visibly distressed, repeatedly telling officers she suffers from anxiety. Mora seemingly tries to explain their version of the situation. And when her sister gets put in handcuffs, that's when she allegedly becomes quite combative. Now, for the first time, we have this body cam video, and it is revealing exactly how all of this escalated. From an apparent heated argument at the gate to a night in handcuffs. That is where the footage begins. Officers approaching Kiara, who's clearly panicked, struggling to explain what happened, saying over and over that she has anxiety and depression. >> I can't. I can't. I'm literally I can't. I can't. I can't. I literally can't. >> I want that. I want to stay over here. >> I have anxiety, guys. >> Anxiety and depression. Medical [laughter] >> 81. I'm There's a cup here right now. >> Okay. Okay. Stay right here. All right. I will I like [laughter] you >> right in front of >> Yeah, he that guy pushed her >> to the ground and she fell. >> Let me get everything. >> Okay, cuz everybody's yelling. Everybody's talking. >> Sorry. I'm just I graduated graduating tomorrow. Do >> you have an ID? >> We have video. >> You have ID? >> Yeah. >> We have video. We have video and I have a good ID. >> Relax. >> A good ID. >> She's got so much anxiety, too. So maybe talk to me. I'm I'm literally >> You stay here. Don't say anything. Don't do anything. Give me your ID. [laughter] >> Who is she to you? >> She's my sister. >> You are my dad. >> Relax. [laughter] >> Doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. >> My whole thing is where exactly did all this occur? >> No, no, no. Wait. We were on the plane. She had to use the bathroom and they asked her, they go, "Are you intoxicated?" She goes, "Yeah, I had a few drinks and that was it." >> Okay. >> Do you have a boarding pass or anything? >> Yes, >> she does. >> Can I see it? >> Yeah. Where's the boarding pass? >> Wait a minute. I just >> So I I told her she's got really bad anxiety, so you got to calm. [laughter] >> I'm literally just lean against that for me. >> Okay. You want me to go against your lean against right there? >> Listen to what he say. They gave us >> nextolog [laughter] Dad was here [laughter] to fine. You're fine. You're fine. You said it cuz he was gay. It's fine. No. No. >> Okay. He's a man. >> My dad. >> I don't care. >> Now, officers, they first speak with the sisters near the gate, trying to get a sense of what happened here. Right. Well, Kiara, clearly overwhelmed, repeats that she struggles with anxiety and depression, pleading for understanding while trying to explain the events on the jet bridge. Her sister Mora is nearby, arguably equally agitated. And officers, they attempt to sort out who is involved, what led to this push. It is a scene. The sister's distress is on full display, and officers are working to separate fact from confusion. Well, next, police turn to the Frontier employee who says that she was injured during this confrontation, this incident, and she tries to explain how the confrontation escalated from a verbal dispute, a disagreement into physical contact. And once again, we got the body cam footage. And the body cam footage here captures her describing being allegedly shoved to the ground by the sisters. >> You are the person that was so And do you have an ID? >> I'll get that in a minute. So, please just explain to me what >> the best way. >> The flight attendants informed me that that the girl was drunk. She was in the restroom for a while. >> Which one do you know? >> The youngest one. The little short one. >> Not the one with the tattoos, but the other one. Correct. >> Yes. >> So, go ahead. Go ahead. What? >> When they informed me that she was intoxicated, I had to call a GSP, which is my supervisor. >> 28. >> He showed up. >> They started screaming. They were in the aircraft. I got asked to call you guys because they weren't leaving. >> Okay. >> She finally left the jet bridge. I was kind of following them out a little bit. I told him to retract the jet bridge. She turned around, got in my face, and said, "You fat." I said, "Thank you." She turned around or when she was facing me, she pushed me >> and then turned around and then the sister came up and shoved me again which I tripped over on this. >> So both of them hit me. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> And then I tripped and then my shoe and I fell on the ground. >> Okay. >> It was the young the short skinny one first that pushed me and then the the bigger her sister pushed me right after. >> Okay. I don't understand >> and it was all stemmed from the facts of they you were saying that they was drunk on the plane or somebody said >> I I didn't even say anything to them. >> Okay. So what what was the whole thing that happened? >> They were intoxicated. >> Okay. Who approached them about the intoxication? >> I talked to him outside because he was already in touch. She didn't say aircraft. >> She called her sister and her sister was sitting in the back and then her sister ran forward and they both started yelling at me. >> So officers, they gather statements from the airline staff and then they returned to speak with Kiara and Mora, the sisters. And the sisters continue to explain their side, describing their behavior, what led them to leave the plane. and officers. They're focused on clarifying the chain of events. >> My dad's office doesn't matter in Florida. >> My dad I'm not trying to do anything. My dad works in New Jersey. He's for the state. Yes. Like like I promised you I graduate tomorrow school like college. >> The guy Jose pushed her and said like >> Jose and I'm psychology. Look, I understand. It doesn't matter. Don't just relax. relax tonight. We're going to relax. >> So, [laughter] he went to the gates to talk. >> Yes, she had a few drinks. >> I could see it from my side. >> I tried to go back to my seat. >> I think she was they went up to her and they're like, "Are you?" And she goes, "Yeah, I had so admitted that she was." >> Listen, the thing is that >> she gets anxiety. So every airline is different, right? So airlines are private entities. So they have their free will that they can decide whether you want to fly or not, right? It's a security. So let's say if she's intoxicated, they don't know she might create a disturbance or anything the aircraft. So that's why they decide to take out the aircraft. >> But what about Jose pushing her? >> Yeah. That's why he's trying to get the information from Jose >> to go home. right now. >> And then the other girl fell after Jose push. The other girl fell and she's like, "Oh, I got her." >> The other flight attendant, I didn't get her name. But I was like, "Are you kidding me?" I watched her fake it and fall down like my wrist. >> I was like 184. >> So, just try to keep her calm like she is going right now. Like I said, medical is coming to check up on her since she's intoxicated right now. Yeah. Obviously, she had drinks. She gets nervous anxiety. She's obviously going to have a couple of drinks to go fly, you know. >> Yeah. The thing is that you can have a couple of drinks, but once you start getting or whatever they No, no, I'm not saying once they visible or anything like that, they're not going to risk anything. You know what I'm saying? >> But like a man doesn't need to lay his hands on her. Now, amid all the confusion, Kiara tries to explain her actions and why she felt she shouldn't be removed from the plane. And officers, they press for clarity, asking her to go step by step through what allegedly happened. But she appears to kind of struggle to stay on track because she's continuing to insist she meant no harm and that she comes from a family in law enforcement. >> Let's just relax. Let's calm down. >> We're not going to We're going to relax. >> So, he went to the gate to talk to who is it? Jose. She had a few >> I don't know. >> Someone pushed it. >> Yes. Yes. I I tried to go back to my seat. I I have I take seroton which I don't know if you would know but the side effect is that it would take double alcohol. So I took two drinks. So any any I had two drinks. Okay. So like and my literally >> so every so airlines are private entities. So they have their free will. Okay. >> Did you see him push her? >> She witnessed everything >> again. >> It was a little over the top. >> She went to use the bathroom. They told her she had to sit down. Whatever. But >> yeah, that's why he's trying to get the information. >> We're just trying to relax everybody to get everybody >> Yeah. >> to go home. Now, I don't I hopefully we can make this, but I don't know that we can. >> So, you guys are getting on a plane. on the plane to trend and I have and I watched her baby. >> So you guys were already on the plane about to use the bathroom. >> I had to go to the bathroom >> and I went to the bathroom and then I'm trying I'm trying I went to go to the bathroom sir and then I and they were like oh you have to get okay like I they were sitting down in the chairs and I was like okay what's going on? I was like, "What's >> I don't I literally like what she did." >> No, no, I'm not saying that. >> Let's come over. Let's come over here. >> So, I'm trying to understand this. >> No, I I totally understand. My boyfriend's literally going to trip around. >> I got you. So, you're on the plane. You have to go to the bathroom. >> You go to the bathroom, they stop you, they say you need to be escorted to the bathroom. >> Yes. They No, they say escorted off the bathroom. So I take Zola and I graduate Stockton University, right? Literally tomorrow >> and I I I'm like I got >> So you need to be escorted out of the bathroom. >> Yes. >> So you're already inside? >> Yes. >> Okay. So >> and soon but they didn't they didn't bother me when I was in the bathroom. >> Okay. So then what's the what happened? >> So I went out and I was like okay I'm going to do some scene. They're like oh you need to go out out the bathroom. And I was like what? Like why? And I was like okay like that's like whatever. And then like I don't give any my boyfriend literally like when I tell you that my boyfriend is state trooper and then my boyfriend had literally like been with him for 5 years. Um they begged me to take safer test which is >> I got you. I'm just I'm focused on what happened with the pushing and the disturbance. >> So I was like okay like I'm just going to go to the like to my seat because I'm like this makes no sense. Like I'm not like I'm literally not trying to keep any harm. Like yes I had a couple joints but like I'm not trying to give any type of harm. >> Okay. So everything plus like my whole family has been law enforcement. Like that's my oldest sister. We're five. There's my brother. So law enforcement officers. So my dad works for the state PBA which is the >> I understand ma'am. I need to please stay on track. >> I understand your family's law enforcement. I appreciate them very much. I need you to stay on track with me and just walk to step. What happened? Why were you pushed? What was the escalation? >> So I went to the bathroom and they were like, "No, you can't get back in your seat." And I was like, "Why can't I find my seat? Like I don't understand. Like I'm not like because I had a couple drinks now to Disney. Like whatever. Like where say where um >> did they say that to you? You're like you're drunk or whatever. >> Yes. Yes. Yes. No. They didn't say I was drunk. They was like you have to get off. And I was like I don't understand why I'm getting off. Like I have graduation. Like I'm graduating forensic. >> Well, after explaining the confusion over the bathroom and her attempts to return to her seat, Kiara is pressed to focus on the critical moment, the escalation that led to the physical contact. So, the next footage here captures her account and what may have happened on this jet bridge. >> So, they're telling you you've been drinking. I I'm just going to reenact it like that way." He was like, "No, you have to get off the plane >> to your chest." >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Yes. And so he he assaulted me in that way and I was like, "No, especially cuz it's my boobs." So like I can go further in that way if you if you would want me to. >> Okay. >> Are you guys Did you guys witness everything? >> They weren't there. I know I know exactly who it was on that plane. >> Okay. So what do you guys need? Are you just >> I need her boarding pass. We need to write a whole report of what happened and all that. >> Okay. Boarding our report. Do >> you have my >> Yeah, we need our boarding pass, too. Do you know >> check with >> Yeah. Who was there? >> It was >> the flight attendant. >> The flight attendant. >> The flight attendants. I don't I just know that it was a male. It's all in there. >> Where was it? Inside the German. >> He was right inside. Was it off to the bathroom and then we were in 12c? >> I'm saying it was on the plane or inside the terminal. >> In the terminal when the guy pushed her. >> It was in the plane at gate 13. >> On the plane. >> Yeah. Yes. >> Is there a way for you to make paper copies with her? >> I'll print it out for you. >> Relax. >> That's fine. Stay another night here and we'll fly home tomorrow. >> She's saying >> Okay. Did it happen on the jet bridge? >> Yes. >> So, it didn't happen on the plane? >> No. The jet bridge? No. I was. So I went to the bathroom and then I came off and they're like, "You can't get on the plane." And I was like, "Okay." Like why can't I get on a plane? Like I'm fine. Like >> I was drunk. I'd be like, "Okay, I don't want to fly." Like obviously I already have an idea. >> They didn't even ask me if I had a couple trying to figure out was it if it was like him trying to guide you guys off the plane or my next question? >> No. >> No, it was it was to my boobs. >> Yes. Did you I'm And I'm sorry because I understand. >> So, did he push you with the intent to hurt you? >> All right. >> With the in with ill he was just trying to get us off out of >> He was just trying to get you guys out of me. >> My hands on my sister. Now, police, they return to the airline staff to once again gather statements as they piece together the sequence of events, and it becomes clear that witness accounts could support criminal charges. And that sets the stage for the sister's arrest. >> So, at any point during the flight, did anybody put hands on the girls at any time? It was just verbal and they was telling them off. >> You guys know, you know, we're going to board the car. Oh, okay. The and they was willing to come off. You know what I'm saying? Once they got in the jet, they at that point they was willing to come off because I don't know what person they said, "Come on, let's go. Let's go. Let's go." >> They willingly came up and she she walked through the jet bridge >> and then one the younger girl pushed her down the push. >> So both of them pushed me at the same time. So both of them put their hands at the same time. >> Okay. >> So both of them would be going to jail cuz you're willing to write a statement. >> And then I got another witness saying the same thing. >> So the thing is Teresa stated that we need to get them medically cleared before we even go back to operation. >> Let's be clear about something. Before any further action could be taken, officers, they have to make sure that the sisters were medically cleared. So they check on their condition, any medications that they might have taken. >> Um, okay. I I'm >> What problem you think you have right now? >> I mean, I have anxiety. Oh, yeah. >> Do you need to be on medication for that? >> I am on medication, ma'am. >> So, did you take it? >> Yes, ma'am. >> So, you took it already? Do you need to take it again? >> It's still off. It says SSRI. So, it's >> Where's Where your pill right now? >> Right now, it's in my uh in my carryon. >> Okay. And you have your carry on with you, right? >> But this is RI, so it's different cuz I hit >> or something like that. >> Okay. >> I'm also a psychology major. I'm going to school for counseling. >> Okay. >> Yes. >> That's good. >> Yeah. I'm I mean, I'm supposed I'm supposed to walk tomorrow, but >> you guys been drinking? >> I had a couple drugs, but I'm literally supposed to walk for graduation. I'm a division three athlete. >> And this is the moment. This is when officers move to formally detain Kiara, beginning the process that would lead to her arrest. >> All right. You want to put your phone away? >> Okay. Do I have a copy of the report as well? >> In a second. Okay. >> Okay. >> You'll be in detail right now. >> I I'm deceived. >> Why am I deceived? >> I'll let you know in a second. Why am I deceived? Nikki. >> Why am I deceived? >> Okay. Okay. What? Wait. Why? >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Calm down. Wait, wait, wait. Get get yourself. >> All right. Give her this chair. >> It's okay. You got it. Thank you. >> I want my dad. >> I'll give Kevin locked it. >> Can you come around with the chain, sir? >> She's not. Hold on. Hold on. >> No, I wouldn't know before you do it. Why am I under arrest? >> Hold on. Give me one second. Okay. >> No, that's not fair. Why am I under arrest? >> Detained first. Detained. Okay. been arrested. I'm going to let you know >> why. >> All right. >> Why? >> Based on the uh investigation, >> uh we are charging you for the battery. >> For what? >> Battery. >> What does that mean? >> Assaulting the flight attendant. >> I was assaulting. >> As Kiara was taken into custody, what happens with Mora? Well, Mora watches in disbelief. Her panic is mounting. And this is until the officers turn their attention to her and she pretty much has a complete meltdown. >> Can I come back to Carrie? >> Okay. >> Why is she being handcuffed in the chain? >> Listen, relax. Okay. Right now she is being handcuffed. >> Right. You guys been hurt. >> Relax. Relax. Relax. >> It depends on that that person that is injured right now. Yeah, it was the girl that faked it that >> there's other people and there's witnesses. >> Yeah, all them. >> It was you guys that pushed it. Well, the sisters were charged with battery and disorderly intoxication, and reporting and court filings seem to show the sisters were referred to a pre-trial intervention program on September 17th, and their case has since been closed. According to the state attorney's website, pre-trial intervention programs are designed to offer individuals facing charges for non-violent crimes an opportunity to avoid the long-term consequences of a criminal conviction. These programs typically target those with little to no prior criminal history, focusing on rehabilitation rather than punishment. The ultimate goal is to reduce the burden on the criminal justice system by providing alternative methods for addressing minor offenses and promoting positive behavioral [music] changes. >> There's a quite a number of beer cans you got there. [music] >> What's up with that? Bonnie, this is the second day that we've been called about you drunk driving yourself around this airport. You okay? >> Can you stand up? Okay, stand up for me then. It's after 6:00 p.m. at a small airport in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where one woman's short-term parking spot is about to land her behind bars. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> What's going on, Bonnie? >> I'm fine. Before we do that, I want to make sure that you're safe. Um >> Okay. Police identify the suspect seen here as 53-year-old Bonnie Campbell after air traffic control reported a possible drunk driver blocking incoming planes on the tarmac. >> Can we can we run through some tests and hopefully get you on your way? >> Yes. >> Okay, come on out for me. >> No. >> No. >> Wait, can I just like get back to >> No, not right now. Why don't you come over here for me, please? Bonnie, over here, please. >> I I didn't do anything wrong. >> So, for these tests, the first one's going to be an eye test. Okay. Can you put your heels together, toes together, and just relax your arms down your sides? >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> Okay. I'm not saying you have. I just want to make sure that you're safe and that we can get you home and >> Okay. I just like um like I just >> Are are you wanting to run through the tests or No, >> not really. >> Okay, we don't we don't have to do them. But one thing I want you to understand is you're you're going to get arrested for DUI without doing the test. I mean, so it's it's entirely up to you if you'd like to do the tests or not, but >> I mean, >> I would like to do them, but you're not required to. >> The um I I really don't know why, but >> Okay. Do you want to do the tests or not? >> No. >> No. Okay. >> Like my my hanger is >> I know your hanger is right over there. You must have taken the wrong turn cuz you're this intoxicated. >> Put your hands together behind your back, please. >> Bonnie, this is the second day that we've been called about you drunk driving yourself around this airport. Don't tell me you haven't done anything. >> You heard that right. Police say they've been called to this airport multiple times over Bonnie's suspected drunk driving. As those handcuffs go on, the only thing taking off here is her chance of getting away with it. >> It's on my car. Okay, stay back there, Bonnie. Bonnie, just tell Stay back there. Phil, please. >> Hold still. >> You already said stay back here. >> George 405, can we get a female officer on my location for a search, please? Hey, do you want to speak with him or no? >> What's What's going on? >> This is Officer White again. Your wife is being arrested for DUI on the runway. >> Okay. >> Bonnie is taken to a patrol vehicle while one officer continues searching her car. Let's see what he finds. Three. Six. 8. Okay. 12 13 14 15 >> The officer counts up to 15 empty beer cans, but he's not stopping there 16 80. Police find 18 loose empty beer cans along with this trash bag that appears to be filled with even more empty beer cans. Back with Bonnie at the patrol car. She's not exactly fessing up to the airport accusations. And >> if you want, you can kind of turn around and have a kind of a lean up against the front of that car for me. There you go. >> I really promise you I didn't I didn't do anything. I really didn't. >> I got you. I promise I didn't. >> Well, the um >> I just wanted to go. >> I know, but uh air traffic control and the witnesses all in here want to say otherwise. Moments later, the officer asked Bonnie if she's willing to take a breathalyzer test. Let's see how that goes. Will you take the state's test? >> Do what? >> That was the question. >> Are you going to submit to the state's breath test? >> I don't know. All I know is that like I just like have to go. >> I got you. Yes or no? It's it's your right to to submit to it. It's also your right to uh deny taking the test. Just as a result, again, your driver's license will be revoked or denied by the Department of Public Safety. >> What would you do if you're >> I can't give you any legal advice. This is your decision. >> I don't do like I just want to go >> here. Okay. So, listen, ma'am. Uh, if you refuse to answer the question, it's going to be taken as a refusal. So, do you want to submit to the state's breath test or or no? I I guess I I mean, I don't know. >> Okay, that's not a yes or a no, ma'am. I mean, I guess guess it's not a yes or no. It's either yes, you want to, or no, you do not. that that again. Let me just rephrase again. You are you are under arrest. So, will you submit to the state's test or no? I I guess. >> Okay. It's yes or no. I guess is is not a yes or a no. >> You're going to have to say yes or no. >> Yes. >> What? >> Yeah. >> Yes. Okay. >> I I live like right here. >> I got you. Well, uh, that is beyond, uh, importance at this point in time. You are under arrest for the suspicion of driving under the influence. >> Next, Bonnie has read her Miranda rights before officers get a chance to ask her a few important questions. >> Do you understand each of these rights I've explained to you? >> Do what? >> Yes. >> Okay. Having these rights in mind, do you wish to talk to me? Okay. Is that your car? >> Yes. >> Okay. How much have you had to drink after these gentlemen stopped you? >> Oh, >> so when the when the guys came out here and stopped your car >> and took your keys dead. >> All right. Were you drinking after they stopped you? >> No. >> Okay. So, you didn't have anything to drink once they stopped you, right? >> No. Okay. How much have did you drink beforehand? >> I I don't even really understand why that matters. >> Well, I mean, obviously when you're operating a motor vehicle, I mean, >> like maybe like three beers. >> Okay. Three beers before you got were here in the airport. Okay. >> That's it. Like I just all I wanted to do was just like so the hanger like my dad. >> Let me ask you this. Why didn't you just stay at the hanger? I mean you could drink inside the hanger. >> What? >> Yeah. But any reason why you wanted to drive around here? >> No. I just >> Yeah. What? >> No. So, were you when you were drinking, were you just drinking at the hanger or were you Okay. Were you drinking in the car at all? >> Um, >> yes, but I wasn't driving. >> Okay. But you were just parked and drinking. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> That's all I >> All right. But you don't >> I don't know what it is. >> You don't remember driving around at all? >> No. >> Okay. I walked in. >> Do you remember the gentleman that were that stopped you while you were on the road here? >> No. Like I don't even know that guy. >> Well, I know they don't really know you either other than they saw you driving and >> the fact too I think >> I didn't do anything. Well, let me let me explain. The airport control tower called us saying you were blocking the runway and driving around on the runway and then we got a call from these gentlemen that stopped you. uh a short time later saying they stopped you with your and got the keys out of your car. So >> seconds later, a female officer arrives to search the 53year-old. >> Well, I avoided going on the runway. Okay. Uh, do you have anything on you that's going to poke me, stick me? Do you have anything on you that's going to hurt me, stick me? Like needles, knives, anything sharp? Do you have anything on you? You don't want going to jail? Anything illegal like drugs or anything like that? Okay. Can you step off the car for me? Take a step. Take a step forward. Is she going to city or moss? You okay? >> Can you stand up? >> Okay, stand up for me then. >> Her hanger is literally just one street over. >> Oh, I know. Now you want just let me go. >> Oh, you have a hanger here? >> Yes. Like I just want to go Do you have any rings on? Any other jewelry or anything? You have a ring on a bracelet. Okay. Um, that's not going to come off. You might have to let her try to get this off. That is tight on there. Like her fingers fall out. Okay. Didn't miss anything. >> Okay. Otherwise, she is good to go. >> Excellent. >> Bonnie is cleared for takeoff and escorted to her first class seat. >> My goodness. Hurry up. Bonnie, can you sit up higher instead of making her do all the work, please? There you go. Great. >> You don't have to be >> I'll hand it over to you. >> Oh, you don't have to dead weight my partner either. >> All righty. >> Next, Bonnie arrives at her final destination, the police station. >> All right, Bonnie. Right this way. Can you swing your feet out for me? >> I'm sorry. >> Okay. Yeah, just swing your feet on out. There you go. Your last name is Campbell, correct? >> Would you like some milk? >> Yes. >> Okay. I'll grab you under this arm. Okay. >> Right this way. Can you step? There we go. All right. I'm going to close the door. Stay put. Right this way. Right this way. Hold on. We're walking now. Watch your step. Step up onto the yellow step there. Excellent. >> Once inside, Bonnie starts the breathalyzer test. >> Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. [music] Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. What would you do? >> Oh, what do you mean? What would I do if you were me? >> I don't know. >> I'll try one more time. Jesus Christ. >> Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keeping going. Keep going. Keep going. Good work. We're going to do that one more time and then we're going to be done with this. >> Okay. Um, so for whatever reason, this didn't work the way that it's supposed to. >> Okay. >> Are you willing to retake the test or are you done with it? I don't know like what I'm asking is like what would you >> I can't answer that again. I cannot answer that. >> Um but would you like to retake the test or are you done taking it? >> I I I don't know. >> Would you like to Would you like to try the blowing test again or are you done? I guess I know that. >> Okay. >> I'll do it. >> No, I just I cannot provide any input on that end. So when we are done >> Bonnie is later taken to the hospital over medical complaints before police reveal she allegedly blew a.34 on a breathalyzer test. That's over four times the legal limit to drive. After evaluating Bonnie, doctors decide to keep the 53year-old overnight. And one officer is not too happy about it. >> All right, Bonnie. You win. >> He said, "You win." And so continues the endless cycle of DUIs that don't get arrests. Money, I'm going to leave you your phone. Put it right here. your credit card, your keys, your necklace, your hair tie or your sock or whatever that is. Oh, your uh your bracelet's in there as well. Any questions for us? >> No. Well, when the police show up at your house in Plano, Texas, and tell you that you're going to be uh put on a bus shipped back to Tulsa, you can probably understand why. Where do you work? Or do you have a job? >> I'm a licensed insurance. >> All right, Bonnie. Well, here's all your belongings. Feel better? Yeah, it's >> your DUI payboard. >> Police arrested Bonnie for felony aggravated DUI. The status of that charge remains unclear. However, court records show the 53-year-old later fought to keep her license from being revoked and won.
