I'm sorry. >> So, pull it off the No, I'm sorry. I don't have anything on a criminal. You're >> not a criminal. >> No, I understand. You're just doing your job. >> Push me. >> Push me. Thank you. >> Put your foot on there and push. >> Push me. Thank you. >> Both again. All right. >> Thank you. Thank you. I understand. Everybody's just doing their job. I also just do my job. I work at a daycare center and trust me, when I have to send the people to the police, I'm just doing my job. >> I got you. Sorry. I don't mean to be rude. I'm trying to understand. >> I don't like to also send them to the very >> You're going to be booked into the county jail and DCF is going to be notified um for your basically poor parenting today. This is your daughter. >> Yes. Unfortunately, >> you're going to jail. You're not You're not going on to the holiday. >> It's just after 700 p.m. at a Walmart in Live Oak, Florida, where one mom's sticky fingers are about to land her behind bars. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> How's it going? >> Um, hello. >> Standing up. So, no ID. >> Okay. >> Neither neither my card. >> She has she has something on her phone, >> but it's not a thing. >> Sorry. That's okay. So, the total you have here, let me give you a grand total. I got two receipts 14870 combined. Um the stuff on the left, >> she said this is her sister. Don't know. There's no ID and she doesn't want to talk. And then this one here, she gave me the false information first, her name, but since told me the truth, her name is Madison. >> Okay. >> And that stuff she concealed. So all together they concealed around the baby in the stroller and pushed it out the GM door. >> Nice. >> How old are you? >> 14. Gotcha. You ever been to jail before? >> Okay. You might be going today. Who do you know that can come pick up your child? >> Start making some calls. >> The deputy identifies one shoplifting suspect seen here as 20-year-old Madison Robotham, who allegedly hid various toiletry items in her baby stroller. Let's continue. >> All right. You both have the right to remain silent. Anything you say or do can't be used against you in court. You have the right to consult with an president attorney before, during, and after questioning. If you decide to speak with me about the accident, YOU CAN STOP AT ANY TIME. DO YOU UNDERSTAND your rights? >> Okay. >> So, what stuff did you conceal? >> Um, I used to pay for it. >> No, ma'am. >> Not all of that. >> It was All right. So, this stuff here, >> what stuff? All right, but y'all work together to hide about $150. Gotcha. >> It's not long until we learn one of our suspects is about to catch a break. >> How long are we going to be here? >> We're going to be here for a little bit. >> [crying] >> What's What's Walmart's policy on juveniles? >> For her, we won't be prosecuted. >> You won't? >> No. All right. >> You want to prosecute on the I'm sorry. >> You want to prosecute on the adult, right? >> Yeah. Okay. You heard that right. The 14-year-old, let's just say alleged participant in the crime, won't be facing any charges, while the adult in the situation, well, that's a different story. >> So, why'd y'all take the items? I mean, what was the >> I'd rather just >> Okay, no problem. All right. Well, I'll tell you right now. You're under arrest. Okay. Um, you're you're >> Yeah. Well, I didn't tell you under arrest then. I was renewing your rights for detainment, but you are under arrest now for retail theft and also contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Okay, you worked in um conjunction and allowed a minor who was in your custody to commit a crime. That in itself is a crime. So, you're going to have two charges. This is also going to be forward to the Department of Children and Family since you had a a toddler with you. Okay. So, the Department of Child toddler >> that looks like a toddler to me. >> It's not a toddler. >> Okay. Well, you can argue with me all you want. I'm telling you what what you're in charge with. You're going to be booked into the county jail and DCF is going to be notified um for your basically poor parenting today. >> How many charges have I been charged with? Is it two? >> What's your case number? >> What are the charges again? >> Contributing to the delinquency of a minor and retail. >> Delinquency of a minor in retail. >> After realizing she's not exactly getting off easily, Madison has a request for the deputy. >> [crying] >> I'm sorry. >> I I have to be with you at all times right now OR ONE OF US. >> PAM, IF YOU WANT to her to the [crying] >> the bathroom and whatever. >> I CAN GO TO MY car and get >> You just got We have to No, you can't leave this area right now. So, we have to wait until somebody else [crying] and I need support. All my stuff is in the car. If you can, PLEASE JUST GO. >> [crying] >> FOR THE CHILD. >> Put your hands in front of you. >> Let's go. Bad move today. Bad bad move. Where's your car at? >> Oh, get to finding it now. Let's go. What's the other girl's relation to you? >> She's um my neighbor. your neighbor. >> I swear sometimes. >> Okay, >> I'm just sorry. It's a um >> ma'am, I'm not looking for your car for you. >> Eventually, Madison finds her car when the nice deputy helps her gather a few things. >> Someone going to pick up your car? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Could you just so I can grab the bag or you want to grab it? >> I'll grab it. >> This one right here. >> Can I also grab my tampons? Yeah. >> Okay. Where are those at? >> They're back here. >> Mhm. >> Put those in there. >> Well, you Yeah. Whatever you want to do. That's your baby, right? >> Yeah. >> You could just walk in front of me, please. There are >> no misdemeanors. I'm going to go back. >> Yeah. I'm going to have the uh loss prevention girl go with you. Okay. >> And would you escort her to the bathroom and just kind of So she can change the child and do what she needs to do. Madison leaves the room, allowing the deputy to give the juvenile suspect some advice. >> I'm going to explain to her the the policy with Walmart and everything. Okay. All right. >> And how old is she? 14. >> 14. >> All right. Listen to me very carefully and very carefully. Okay. Have you ever been in trouble with the law? Um, it was really >> Okay. What happened? Just curious. >> Um, well, it wasn't like this. It was just like at the house like there was a lady that she was >> Okay. Were you Did you get arrested or anything like that? >> Oh, no. >> Okay. All right. Well, listen. Um, when you steal from a business, it's retail theft. You obviously knew what you were doing was wrong. Okay. Um, you can go to jail for that because of Walmart's policy. Their policy is to not prosecute juveniles. Um because we were all young and dumb ones. We've all made mistakes. We've all done stupid stuff. All right. So, you're not going to be charged criminally today. All right. Um what I will tell you is hanging out with people like that is going to your life up. And and >> yeah, I get it. I understand. And and maybe she's a good person at heart. So, I'm I'm not I'm not saying that she's a bad criminal person, but from my perspective, she's rolling around in a store with two juveniles, a toddler, and you you're almost an adult, but not quite. Um, couple more years. [clears throat] And whatever you guys do, who's responsible for that? She is, cuz she's an adult. Okay? So, yes, you did wrong, but also it's on an adult's on it's an adult's responsibility to make sure that you do right. Okay? So, you're not going to jail, and you're not going to be criminally charged. Don't thank me for that. Thank Walmart. Okay? Because my job is to prosecute people who um that >> Well, it's also to prosecute you, prosecute juveniles, but only when the party that's the injured party, which would be Walmart in this case, wants something to be done. So, if Walmart said, "We want to prosecute the juvenile," I'd be prosecuting. Okay? Or I'd be writing a report on it and, you know, giving you a court date and that sort of thing. for her case. Um, she stole quite a bit of money, um, or of items that are worth quite a bit of money, 150 bucks. Um, and the aggravating factor is that you're a juvenile and the little one's a juvenile in her presence. Poor parenting. So, maybe you have kids someday. Don't make those same decisions. >> I'm not kid. >> So, you know, but what you do now can have a drastic impact on your life. Like whenever that lady had walked out, it's like whenever I were walking out the store, I just had a feeling that lady, she was like holding something, just looking at Madison, I was like, >> I was thinking about saying something and the lady had walked up to Madison. >> Yeah. So you're you're you're getting off pretty easily here. Okay. But you know, you just because you're not an adult doesn't mean you can't be held accountable. You still can go to jail. You still can be arrested. Okay. You got it. I don't want to preach at chat you. I'm not your parent. But you you don't want to go down this path. Okay. All right. But still stay here until we get an adult to come pick youall up. You have any questions? >> It's not long until we learn this incident is not the teen's first rodeo. >> Have you ever done something like this before? >> If you say yes, I'm not charging with it. I'm just curious. >> Um well, it was kind of like a weird situation. I mean >> Mhm. >> It was like a few years ago with my sister. >> Okay. >> We were at Sally and um >> stole some makeup or something like that. >> Um no, it was my sister. It was like some hair or whatever. >> Okay. >> And yeah, they just had her pay like the $70. It wasn't stuff. It was just like the girls like >> gotcha. >> Madison returns to the room and moments later her mother arrives to pick up the baby. >> You have your ID, ma'am. >> Yes, please. >> This your daughter? >> Yes, unfortunately. >> [crying] >> So, whose idea was it? >> Well, they do what they do, don't they? >> You've got a child, a six-month old baby, and you're here with her shout with you. Thank you very much. >> The aggravating factor in this scenario is you have two juveniles that you're responsible for here. >> I have said you have nothing to do with her. How many times have I said stay away? >> What was she stealing? >> And and this No, that's okay. And this business of oh, they shouldn't be arresting me or whatever. Committed a crime. So, we make an arrest based on our judgment of the facts and circumstances, not whether >> Oh, we're making we're making an ideal of this or that. >> Is this what you're stealing? >> Yes. >> Why was she stealing toiletries? >> You don't need stuff, Madison. You've asked for enough money to buy stuff. You don't need to steal the [ __ ] No. You don't worry about me >> because where you're going, you worry about yourself. >> Is is the actual country you're born in United Kingdom or Wales or >> England? England. >> Yeah. >> I always get confused what's considered UK and >> Yeah. Not. >> Yeah. Okay. Right. That's Northern Ireland, right? >> Yeah. I see a big head. >> So, will you go to jail tonight? >> Oh, yeah. You'll be out tomorrow morning. >> I'll be out tomorrow morning. >> Yeah. I don't think you're going to have a bond because of the delinquency of a minor thing. So, not tonight you won't have a bond, but tomorrow you will. It's not going to be a lot. Probably going to be 10 5 10,000. So, 10% of that is what would get you out $500,000 something like >> 10. What happens if we don't have the bottom money? She gets she >> just stays until her trial. >> Okay. >> What do you want to do? >> I don't know. I didn't want you to know. Don't know yet. >> You know that car's gone, man. Not feeling that bad. Is dad coming for Thank you. >> Speaking of dads, the deputy has one more question for our suspect. >> Where's the father of the child? You don't know him or just >> non >> not not not involved in the situation. Okay. >> He kind of just dipped like >> Gotcha. And I'm not >> I'm not making judgments on I just if he wanted to come pick up the child or if he's a Mexican or people to go to us because his side of the family, everyone on their side is just non present. >> Okay. >> A short time later, the father of that 14year-old arrives. Let's see how that goes. >> Hey, how you doing, man? You got your ID with you? >> No, I don't, man. I in the car. >> That's all right. >> I got the my ID has the star on it. >> All right. So, your daughter told you what's going on, right? Sir, >> your daughter told you what was going on? >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. Well, she's not being charged, not going to jail. Uh, don't thank me for that. Thank Walmart. They have a policy where they don't prosecute juveniles. Okay. >> 14. >> Yeah. >> That That's the 14 is the policy cut off. >> No, but I'm I'll tell you later. >> Okay. Okay. >> Not that. >> But I will tell you this. If she she'll her information will be in my system. If she gets caught doing it again at any other Walmart, she will be charged. >> You're dead. >> Okay. Even if you're 14 out there and stuff. >> Yeah. Yeah. And if your dad will go with you and you'll just be peaceable about it, but you know. >> No, no, you're all set to go. Um, do you have any questions for me? >> Basically, she she took some stuff. She's um a juvenile. Walmart elects not to prosecute, so she's getting off scotfree. She's still being listed as part of the report. Um, >> they should they probably should stay away from each other. All right. Thank you, sir. I appreciate it. >> You, too, man. Yeah. Yeah. The teen leaves with her father and before heading to jail, Madison has a few questions for the deputy. >> Sir. >> Yes, ma'am. >> I have a question. >> Yeah. >> So, if I don't get bail tomorrow, >> um, how long will I be in there? >> It could be a couple months, could be a couple years. I mean, it just depends. It's not going to be a couple years, but I'm just saying it would be until your trial. Um, but you can bail out at any time. As long as you have a bond, you could bail out. >> How much? >> Probably going to be 5,000, I think. 5 to 10,000. Yeah, the petty theft is not going to be a lot though. The fact that you were uh responsible for two juveniles at this time, that's what's going to, you know, be the the higher amount, but I can't see it being more being more than 10. >> Could you not put handcuffs up on someone? >> Yeah, that's fine. >> It's just very uncomfortable. >> Well, listen, ma'am. Getting arrested is uncomfortable. >> I know. I don't. >> All right. And you seem you still listen to me. You seem to have this attitude of like, oh well, I did wrong, but you know, everything will bend and flex for me. And that's not how it goes. You're in the custody of the state now for the county. >> With that, the deputy decides it's time to get Madison on her way to jail. I apologize to what's happened. >> Everybody Everybody makes mistakes. Everybody gets in trouble at some point in their life. You know what I mean? But this business is with the juveniles being present is unacceptable. All right. >> All right. Let's go. >> I'll get with you later. Yep. >> Yep. You got your phone with you? What you >> talking to and my phone? >> Yep. Yep. Yep. That's fine. We're going to go this way to my car. Okay. >> Could I get most of my clothes out of my car real quick? >> You need to what? >> Get some of my clothes out of the car. >> What? Do you need your clothes? >> You don't need anything. They will not let you take anything in. >> Okay. >> You're going to jail. You're not You're not going on to the holiday. >> I'm out. I know. >> You're going to be in a jail cell. Not Not a hotel room. All right. Let's go to the white car over there. >> Thank you, ma'am. Not trying to be harsh, but it is what it is. >> Got to learn someday. Let's go. Madison was booked at the Sanwani County Jail for pettit theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. You >> all right? You take your Yeah. And your rings as well. All right. All right, I got to toss this. Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. We're 20 here. All right. We're speaking with the the caller here. >> Okay. My name is Officer Claw. I'm with the Hoboka Police Department. You're being recorded at this time. >> So, you're saying she threw something and she stole something, right? >> You have a camera? >> I do have a camera here. You know, she come over here and she threw a wine and she right away left and then she went there and she hit it over there, you know, and I heard a noise. So she threw the bottle at the window. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. So the bottle she took >> right here. I have it inside like on the top. We pick the glass up because it was on the street. That's why I don't want to hurt her. >> No, no, no. So what I'm saying is she took >> two different stores. >> Uh yes. >> The wine there and she put it over here. >> Okay. So she took the wine >> the um >> the situation's been corrected here. >> Yeah. Some phones that didn't belong. >> No, no, no. You can download everything. So, who's going to be the All right, we're going to do a report. >> If we find her and we see her, you going to sign a complaint, correct? >> Uh, let me see. I I uh >> Well, now that's if we don't have to. >> What I'm saying to you is this. If we find her, are you going to sign the complaint >> or you just Huh? >> I I do it. >> Okay. So, let me see the video. >> Okay. Come here. >> All right. I got to buy 56. >> Did I bother you in some way? Cuz I don't even know you. Why are you asking me to come here? That's very rude. >> Patterson, >> you better get polite. >> Okay. What's going on? We're getting calls on you. >> Oh, I read the newspaper to my son out loud and I threw a trash can, but it didn't hit anybody. I'll pay for the littering ticket. I just don't have the number on the account to pay the fine. >> So, you could just write me the ticket if I if I have a littering hand. Okay. >> Okay. >> Stand right here. Stand right here. >> Was I not polite to you? Are you going to be savage with me? Cuz you're not going to like when my daddy gets savage with you. >> 31. All right. It's going to be a female with pink shirt, blue jeans. >> I just got this outfit 5 minutes ago. I had a blue jacket and red pants. >> We at 56. You're going to bother me over a t-shirt and no socks and underwear again. >> You keep taking my soap, my comb, and my toothpaste. >> Okay, ma'am. Just stay right here. >> I'm on the I'm by 56 Street, but on the Patterson side. What uh what happened at the grocery store or the >> I was never at a grocery store. >> The liquor store? >> I was never at a liquor store. >> You never took the bottle of wine? Anything like that? >> I don't know who said that. >> Okay. >> I never said that. And my dad never said that. And my dad paid for a bottle of wine, but he or I never threw it at anybody's window. >> Hey, and uh you got a video on her or you going to bring your photo over there? You can try and get my face, but you'll never get my name in the color length of names because you don't understand. >> Ma'am. Ma'am, >> I'm not going anywhere, sir. You're putting a leash on too tight. SO, YOU BETTER BACK DOWN. AND I'M GOING TO SAY IT ONCE. >> And I MEAN THAT RESPECTFULLY. DON'T get me salty this morning. I have nine kids. >> All right, relax. Relax. I'm not young. >> Don't you take your belt off on me. I swear to God, I'LL YOU UP IN WAYS YOU'LL NEVER UNDERSTAND. >> Nobody tell that B. I need you to relax. >> And you need to call the lawyer in your next piss off. You don't want that cuz my tickets are in the rear with your stupid line of no payment. [music] You got to pay your own parking tickets. Okay. >> Ma'am. Ma'am, listen. If you if you walk away or I'll you up. >> I SWEAR TO GOD. TEST ME AGAIN, KID. >> STOP. STOP. Cuz I'm going to put you in. >> Test me again, kid. >> I want to put you in handcuffs. Stop. PUT ME IN HANDCUFFS CUZ NOWHERE I GO I'M ACCEPTED. BUT YOU CAN SPEND WHATEVER YOU WANT. >> LISTEN LISTEN. All right. Relax. >> You better tell this boy to sit. >> No. This is an officer. It's not a boy. >> I cooperated with the officer. Why don't you check with your godson? >> Stand by. Ma'am, >> I cooperated. If you wanted to anything in your pocket, >> I just verbally warranted. >> Oh, so she had one speed on one. Yeah. >> Absolutely not. You can search me. I might have a lighter, but I threw it somewhere. >> Okay. >> I have to replace another lighter. I smoke a lot of cigarettes when I'm walking. >> Newspaper to my grandpa out loud. >> He doesn't speak my language. >> Right. >> That's up. >> Yeah. >> Definitely. >> She broke the window. She stole the wine bottle and broke the window. >> Yeah. >> No. Well, my grandfather told me to have cheese with my wine and he's got you on video. >> Come on. >> He forgot the Snapchat again. So, if he doesn't have his godson fix the app in the next 3 seconds, I'm coming east. >> Okay. >> Okay. What address are you guys? What's the address? >> I SWEAR TO GOD ON EVERYTHING THAT is holy in this world, I won't [ __ ] up again. >> Let me know if you got some. Come on. Where you going? Stop. >> I got to go with this guy. >> No, you don't got to go. You don't got to go nowhere. >> You did anything wrong. >> Relax. >> I'm saving these people reading my son. Doomsday stories. >> Wait. Step in, ma'am. >> I DON'T HAVE A TATTOO. I JUST GOT IT YESTERDAY. >> All right. Not a problem. Anthony, hold this here and I'm going to go to the other side. So, if you possible, send the guys, tell them to the store. They'll come up here and sign whatever needs to be signed. >> We can sign it. It's indictable. >> Oh, okay. I got you. >> Huh? >> No, no. I'm just saying what you said. >> Oh, somebody's still in there. Stay right here. >> Stop pulling me the wrong way. >> Stay right here. I'm not playing the wrong way. >> You're trying to go in a way that you're not allowed. >> I don't get hydration. >> I'm going to get you. >> It's going to go to the office. Let me just process her in there. This is what I'm going to do. Listen to me carefully. Are you going to listen? Are you going to listen to me? >> Calm down. Listen, listen to the captain. What we're going to do is this. Once they're finished, they're going to handcuff you. I'm going to get you a bottle of water. Put a little water in the cup so you can get something to drink. If you're not going to cooperate with me and be different, okay, >> I don't drink. >> Are you stupid? But I don't drink. Uh, >> who's a copy of your part of the PL? Your demeanor on the plane and them having to divert the plane from your guys' original destination, okay, has caused the FBI to do their investigation. Okay. It is a crime to cause a major disturbance on a plane. Like >> I didn't cause a major disturbance, man. They said they let the last guy go or whatever, didn't you? >> And the last guy was physical or something. >> I don't know. I do not know. I was not part of that investigation. Okay. Rafford faced federal charges in this case, including a felony for interfering with and intimidating members of a flight crew and flight attendants while on an aircraft, as well as a misdemeanor for simple assault. Court records we found show that he was sentenced to 5 years probation. Now, let's turn our attention to Florida, where County deputies came across a six-year-old girl that they say was hot, hungry, and thirsty. >> So, you don't know if you live nearby here? >> You don't? Okay. You don't know mommy and daddy's name? >> I do. >> Okay. Both were charged with desertion of a child and abandonment of an animal. They were held on $51,000 bond. As for the girl, she was placed into the custody of her grandparents. We stay in Florida now to the town of Leburg where one man allegedly had too many margaritas at a restaurant. In fact, he was found outside the restaurant asleep in his car. >> Sir, good man. I went here to get some food. And I thought I got a little too much to drink. The margarita was like this big instead of this big. And I haven't had that before. Hey. Don't fall. Don't fall. Right there. Right here. >> Sure. I was sleeping. another. >> Yes, sir. Inside your vehicle. Put the car on. >> Leslie Stafford was arrested and charged with DUI. And according to the Leburg News, he had a previous DUI arrest in 2011. All right, let's speed things up a bit. Now, we turn our attention to the snowy and wet streets of New Jersey where police in Paramis chased down suspects who they say stole a Mercedes. Look at this video. You can see how hard it was to see through the weather in this dash cam video as officers give chase at high speeds. Let's pick it up here. Are you ready? I need to complete. Radio. We're going down. Police report a bailout. Give me your location. >> The suspects bail out of the car and this is what the body cam video shows of the officers getting out of their cars. >> He just struck He struck 18. >> Okay. >> Okay. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. Don't move. Don't move. Don't move. >> I'm trying to put my other hand. >> All right. >> I'm trying to put my other hand. >> Two are running. Two are running. Two are running. >> We got two running. Two running. >> Are you hurt? >> Give me this one. >> Oh, there's two down there. Two. >> Hold on. Hold on. You're in Thorn Bush. Hold on. Hold on. >> Hold on. Well, don't steal a car. How about that? >> Just Just don't move. >> Okay. >> Hold on. You're in a thorn bush. >> Ow, bro. >> Yeah, we're some thorns here. >> All right. You good, bro? What you? >> Yeah. Yeah. Give me one sec. >> Yeah. Hold on. >> All right. I'm going to move this thorn. Hold on. >> Once again, don't steal a car. >> We're just in Thorns. Hey, yourself up and get on your knees. >> I'm trying to. It's going on my under my leg. >> Get your >> I can't hold myself. >> Trying to help you here. Hold on. Hold on. >> Just Excuse me. >> Y Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. >> Get off. >> Okay, >> hold on, hold on. >> I'm stuck. >> Turn around. >> I'm stuck. No, >> you're not. >> Here are the two suspects who were arrested in Paramis, New Jersey. Zeanna Howard and Jason Thomas. Police also arrested three juveniles for allegedly taking the Mercedes, which as you saw in that video was damaged in the chase. Now to a story that really caught our attention out of Florida, and I'm sure it will for you. This is video of Marian County, Florida deputies taking Logan Guminski into custody. She's a social media influencer. She's accused of engaging in a sexual act with her dog and posting it online. Deputies say they got a tip, found that Gaminsky allegedly had several videos of her abusing the animal. 27-year-old is now charged with sexual activity involving an animal and filming sexual activity involving an animal. All right, we have another shocking story that comes to us from Florida. But this one is shocking, I promise you, in an entirely different kind of way. Look at this newly released video showing a man in a pure road rage situation, a dispute. And he's not just giving somebody the finger or yelling out the window. Watch as he takes a gun out and waves it in the air as he's passing a truck. You can see that white Mercedes pass the truck. Then it like break checks in front of the truck and that's when that driver passes through, pulls the gun out and shows it to the two men who were driving the truck who also had their dash cam video rolling. P County deputies say that you can also see the driver say quote, "I'm going to blow your brains out." 5 days later, Poke County Sheriff's Office made an arrest. This is 22-year-old Camden Davis. He faces two felony counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. And deputies say when they showed him this dash cam video, he admitted to being the person in it. And finally today, a bizarre body cam video out of Washington State of responding to a domestic disturbance. >> Just hold your chicken. >> Don't hurt my chicken. >> I'm not going to hurt your chicken. >> Yeah, this is a unique one. This was a county outside Seattle. Police say a man violated a protective order to stay away from his ex-girlfriend, but he violated that, then took her pet chicken [music] and ran. So, this is body cam video of deputies arriving trying to get the man to surrender peacefully, but also give up the bird. A lot of audio in this video has been redacted, and deputies have not released the suspect's name. We do know he's a 50-year-old man. He was charged with presidential burglary and violating a protective order. The good news, though, Chicken is okay. >> You almost ran me over. >> No, that was a setup. >> Oh, you set me up. >> Did you set this up? >> Can you do what I can do? Can you do this in your car? and I haven't worked out in 3 years. >> Can we go to McDonald's? >> No. It's 1:30 a.m. in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, where a dangerous driver speeds right past police. >> 148 traffic. 148 >> 4600 block of lake with a white BMW Illinois plate. She's just laughing in the car and just flipped me off. She's putting her seat belt back on. She might take off again. Turn off the car and with the keys in her hand, roll down the window. With the suspect stopped again, the dash cam catches the driver tossing something out of the window. Seconds later, a familiar move. >> She's taking off. >> Stopped at Glendale. Didn't hit the sticks yet. >> Did you catch that? Another officer deploys stop sticks as the driver narrowly avoids hitting him. Let's rewind to take a look from another angle. SELL THE CAR NOW. >> GET OUT NOW. GET YOUR HANDS UP. DO IT NOW. GET YOUR HANDS UP. >> Put your hands out the window. Do it now. >> Shut the CAR OFF. DO IT NOW. >> Keep your HANDS UP. >> KEEP YOUR HANDS UP. I got >> out of the car. Do it now. You're out of the car. Do it now. Step out. >> Face the car. Ma'am, >> why are you shaking? >> I'm not shaking. >> All right. >> You almost ran me over. >> No, that was a setup. >> Oh, you set me up. >> Did you set this up? No, ma'am. Police identify the suspect seen here as 35-year-old Mallalerie Griffin, who was allegedly clocked driving 60 mph in a 30 mph zone. >> On our way, >> Is there anything on you? Any weapons? Anything sharp that doesn't look like I have weapons? >> People hide things everywhere. I'm getting left by my cop. >> All right, let's take her back. >> I can't. Is there anything in your mouth? >> Matthew River. >> All right. Hung up. >> All right. >> Wow. This is so bad. Holy. >> Come on. Not again. >> I know. >> Well, she was hysterically laughing out the window. I was like, she has to be on drug. >> Mallerie is secured in a patrol car while one officer goes to search for the object she threw. >> All right. here. >> 25. >> Yeah, definitely. Hand sanitizer. >> Yeah. Black, white, black. >> The officer discovers Mallalerie apparently tossed a bottle of hand sanitizer out of her window. Back with Mallerie in the patrol car. She has a few, let's just say, thoughts for the officers. >> Is she okay? The air is not on and it's summer. You're wearing the wrong clothes and you have the wrong figure to be a cop. >> You lose a little weight. >> Are you okay? >> It's Mallerie, right? >> Are you kicking? >> This is so funny. That is so happening. >> All right, we're red and blue mountain again. [laughter] >> Is it Mallerie? Yeah, it's Mallerie Griffin. >> Mallerie, what's your date of birth? >> Okay. >> You want my social security number? >> Uh, no, thank you. >> Okay. >> Are you feeling okay? >> Yeah, it's hot outside. >> Okay. I'm just asking if you needed any medical attention at all. >> Why would I need medical attention when I needed directions? I'm lost. >> Okay. >> My navigation system's hacked >> and I got a little lost coming home from a friend's house and you arrested me for absolutely no reason and touched my body for absolutely no reason and that's illegal. Okay. You just arrested me for no reason when you should have asked me in the car. Are you lost? Is your blood sugar low? >> You kicked me in so much trouble. If I had money because you arrested me and put me in a hot vehicle. A hot vehicle. If I had money, I would sue the out of you for arresting me for no reason. didn't ask if I was diabetic or if I was lost because you did not ask for my license and you did not listen >> to yourself. You are making me sit in a hot police vehicle, but I am dehydrated and thirsty and it's summer and there's no air in this car. >> That's why the window's down. >> Oh, you're just bringing summer air into the vehicle. You should think and lose some weight. You're a police officer. You should look like me. >> Skinny. You're too fat to be a police. >> See what happens. >> She's not going to wait, is she? She's going to get fatter. [laughter] >> Stupid. [laughter] >> To be a police officer. She can't run. I haven't worked on like three years. I can still run. >> Of course I can. I'm just kidding. I'm not gripping. I was just kidding. >> I was so impressed. [screaming] I'm sober. I'm sober. Wow. Marijuana is legal in Illinois and Wisconsin, too. Is doing drugs. Oh my goodness. >> This is so funny. This is how people get in trouble, huh? >> Please set people up. >> I wonder how much of a word they get. Do they get a bonus? >> No. >> They get underpaid to stand around and do nothing. Well, that's why they're fat. >> She's fat, too. She's too fat to be a police officer. >> And she should be wearing contacts. >> And her hair should be braided. You're too fat. Okay. >> Before long, Mallerie reveals a hidden vape and takes a puff in the patrol car. >> You good then? >> Yeah. What's your number? >> Thanks. 148. Is that >> 148? [laughter] starting so [laughter] bye bew I love >> and and resumes her comments about the officers. >> Can you see? >> Can you see with those glasses on when you're when you're running trying to catch a a real robber? >> Do you don't your glasses fall off? I used to wear glasses when I used to do hair and they used to slip off my face. You do know you're that you're driving me somewhere illegally. >> Wow. Are you on zone out? >> Wow. Wow. >> Can we go to McDonald's? >> No. How many slices of pizza? >> How many pieces of pizza do you eat? >> How many pieces of pizza do you eat for dinner? Do we eat pizza or you just zoned out? >> You do know that you should be on a very healthy diet if you're a police officer and not eat sugar. >> You're a little too overweight. >> It's just not just fake. It's just nonsense. It's nonsense is not real right now. >> I get touched again. >> Thank you. Did I touch me again? >> No. Back at the police station, it takes one officer no time to uncover Maller's smoky secret. >> Officer Dali Dali. >> Oh, that was a good one. >> Too fine. You can't have this. Let go. >> No. Who? By who says >> you're in our custody. No. >> Hey, somebody else come over here. >> Mhm. >> You should have taken it before I got be a bomb. >> Okay. >> I could have blown you up. >> Never mind. >> You want to take this? >> Yeah. >> I'll just put it in. >> Sorry. Oh, no. That's okay. >> All right. Step out. Watch your step. >> I got one with me. I'm bringing them over to you for track. >> It's a little high. >> All right. Step on the painted feet. Face the wall. >> You want to wear me, too? >> Face the wall. I'm going to do one last search. There's nothing on you. Whoa. What about someone else? >> Separate your feet. >> Wow. What if I'm right? Wow. Oh my god. Undo your hands. When this cuff comes off, place it on top of your head. Palm face up. Do it now. >> Do it now. Arm up. >> Do it. Then you go to school. You're doing it. >> You can do it. You went to school. >> All right. You're just going to be uh >> Put me in a cell. N >> All right. Take your shoes off. Take your shoes off. >> Take your socks off. >> There's trees available. Do you need them? Take your socks off. >> Put me in the socket. >> We have an item collected. >> No, we have to go through the paperwork. >> Are you kidding me? >> Am I homeless? >> Okay, I know. >> Tongue up. Thank you. >> Just go over to the the car and assist off with it. >> All right. So, I believe you are under the influence of something. I don't know if it's drugs or alcohol. So, we're going to go through some field sobriety tests. I am going to have to take off your cuffs. Okay? You got to listen to what we're saying. Otherwise, you're going to be to the bench again. Okay. >> Does that make sense, Mallerie? >> You did this to yourself. >> You did it to yourself. >> Okay. I was not going 60 m hour in a 30 mph zone. One officer uncuffs the 35-year-old to start field sobriety tests, but Mallerie is not exactly up for it just yet. You >> suffer from any medical condition? >> There's absolutely nothing wrong with me. >> I take medication. I'm on >> Okay, that's the only medication that you're on. >> What else would I be on? >> I'm not sure. >> I'm kidding. I take Adderall. >> That is not what I said. Do I have a bad reputation in that? >> Have you had any head injuries in the last couple months? >> Why would I have a head injury? >> I don't know people's medical history. >> You should have asked that before you brought me to the jail. You should have asked me what was why was I driving so fast. You should have said, "Are you diabetic? Are you from Wisconsin?" >> We actually we can go over those questions right now before we >> There's no reason you should have taken it this far. >> No reason. No. >> Okay. >> Mallerie insists on being questioned before testing and the officers oblige. Are you on a special doctor prescribed diet? >> No, I eat what I want and digest it. That's why I'm skinny. >> Are you allergic to I'm like that police officer. They can't chase after me. >> Are you allergic to any medication, food, or other substance? >> No. You don't have any dietary restrictions. Eat what I want. >> Have you ever had psychiatric treatments? >> Not a real doctor. >> You should be a cop. You don't know anything about cycology or diabetes. >> Have you? >> No, I haven't. Do you have any cuts or bruises? >> Yeah, I have a bruise. >> Go over to that area. >> The right side of my body or the left side of my body. >> Okay. Where >> you want me to get undressed? >> Do you want to see it? Do you want me to get undressed? You want >> your >> All right. So, it's on your leg. >> Mallerie gives officers more than they bargain for before questioning continues. >> Do you get alcohol or drugs? I drink alcohol when I get pissed off. >> Moments later, officers get back to those field sobriety tests when the suspect brings out her inner yogi. >> All right, on to the test. You could please stand up again. Are there any ailments with your legs that would affect your walking or balance? >> Ask him. He's a cop. >> I'm asking you cuz you're going to be performing the test. >> Can you do what I can do? Can you do this in your cup? And I haven't worked out in 3 years. >> That's pretty good. And you're a cop. >> That's pretty good. No, I probably can't do that. >> Yeah, you should. You should look like me if you want to be a cop. >> Same with him. You should look like him. But I bet you couldn't do what I just did. Put me in a cell and end it. >> All right. Feet together. >> You look like the biggest idiot doing what people tell you to do. >> Hands down by your side. >> Like I said, you're Can you see the tip of my finger? >> I don't know. Can you see without your glasses on? You're a cop. >> No. That's why >> you should be wearing glasses. You actually shouldn't be a cop because you can't see perfectly. >> All right. Can you see the tip of my finger? >> I can see it. Take your glasses off and let's see if you can see it. >> Same with him. >> I would only choose him to work in my PlayStation >> with your eyes and your eyes only. You are not going to be moving your head. Do you understand? [laughter] >> Do you have any questions? >> No. Okay, we're going to begin. You got to follow with your eyes. Mallerie, >> you shouldn't listen to what people tell you to. >> Are you refusing to do the test? >> No, I'm just laughing. This is so funny that you won't be able to do it. >> Next, the officer moves onto a balance test. Let's see how she does. >> This next test, you're going to be taking nine heel to toe steps down an imaginary line. When you get to your nine step, don't start. >> Don't start yet. >> Okay? Go back to the start position. >> You're not going to be moving until I tell you to begin. Okay? Your feet are going to stay where they are. Feet together, arms down by your side. >> You're going to be taking a series of nine steps down that imaginary line, heel to toe. At the ninth step, that lead foot is going to stay on the ground, and you're going to take a series of small steps to turn back around that line. Take another series of nine heel to toe steps back. It's going to look like this. One, two, three. Indicating this is your nine step. You're going to take a series of small steps to turn around and go back down that line. Nine more steps. One, two, three. All the way down to nine. Just a couple things to remember. Look down at your feet. Count out loud. Keep your hands down by your side. Don't stop until I tell you to do so or you feel you have completed the test. Do you understand the test? >> What? >> Do you understand the test? >> Walk like you should have done this on the street. >> Oh, you want to do in front of the camera? >> Are you starting? >> I have flat feet. Of course, I can't walk in a straight line because my feet are flat. That's why I got arrested in Indiana because my feet were flat and I went to jail for no reason cuz they said I was drunk and roasted a cop right in front of their face. Nothing. >> Are you done with the test? >> I just did the test. >> Okay. >> Can you do it without your shoes on? >> Let's see if you can do it. Let's see if you have flat feet. Did they see your Did they check your feet before you hired to be a cop? Did they check when I asked if there were any other medical problems or issues that would affect your walking and your balance? You didn't say yes. >> You should have asked that and done this outside in front of the camera. >> I did the test. You fled. We had to bring you here. You're going to be looking down at that raised foot and you're going to count out loud. 1 1 2 1 100 3 100 until >> That's unnecessary. >> Until I tell you to stop. >> It's going to look a little like this. >> Nope. The only task to do 2 100 300 400. >> How would I do it if I had flat feet? >> So on and so forth until I tell you to stop. Do you understand? >> Do you understand this test? >> No, I don't have a comprehension problem, honestly. >> Okay. Okay. Do you want me to explain it again? >> Nope. I need it written on paper. >> You need it written down on paper. >> Are you a visual learner? >> You don't know me and you'll never know. >> That's why I'm asking. >> You will never know if I'm a visual what type of learner I am because you I'm trying to understand. We've had to take a psychology class. >> So, what's wrong with me? >> I'm not sure what's wrong with me. We're trying to ask you questions. >> Why do I Why does my personality keep changing? >> Okay. Uh do you want to do this test or no? I just do it. >> Okay, you may begin. >> Repeat it. I wasn't paying attention. >> The officer repeats the instructions when Mallerie gets a little heated. >> Such a [snorts] nerd. >> Do it with me. >> Do it. >> I said I needed it on paper, so do it with me. Do it with me. Walk me through it. >> You just said, "Say it again." >> And walk me through it. And I just said, "Walk me through it. I have comprehension problem. I need to see it." I said, "I need to see it on paper." So do it with me. >> All right. >> Do it with me. >> HOLD ON. >> DO IT WITH ME. LET ME LET ME START THE CLOCK. All right. All right. Go. 1 1,00 2 100 3 You're not doing what I'm doing. 4 10 100 500 I said approximately 6 in 5,000. It's not It's not necessary to do that long. All right. >> Throw me in the cell. >> This is a preliminary breath test. It is not admissible in court. It's just to see where you're at. Okay. >> Have you taken one of these before? >> Have you? >> Yeah. >> Do you take it before every shift? >> No. >> You should. >> For what reason? >> Scumbags. Alcoholics. >> Usually people don't tattoos, but you can tell a bad person from the way they stand, talk, and act, and if they listen to people. >> You shouldn't touch a woman for absolutely no reason. Any of you, you should ask if you've been molested or have PTSD, and if your blood sugar is low >> or if you're lost. >> Mhm. >> Why are you driving so fast? >> Lost. >> You don't arrest someone for no reason that has severe PTSD. >> 30 miles. >> It triggers PTSD. dangerous and you could have killed >> I was signaling for help. >> Yeah, >> I don't have a phone ON ME. MY GPS was not working and you arrested me for no reason. I have PTSD and this triggers it and this is not working. >> You're going to listen to this officer right now. >> Throw me in a cell for no reason. >> I'm going to have you take a big deep breath in. See what's on blow out kind of like you're blowing up a big balloon. Okay. Big deep breath in for me. See what's on two. Stop. A little too hard. Can't be that hard, though. This thing's finicky. No. No. You got to keep going till I tell you to stop. Okay. Let me get a new tooth there. Take a deep breath. >> Nice and steady. Just like that. Okay. >> Here we go. And you can do a big deep breath in and blow up. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Good. Thank you. >> And then I'm just going to need your um ponytail thing. All right. That's fine over there. Mallerie was cited for owi resisting speeding and not having a registered vehicle. >> A woman loses it as she's put under arrest at an airport. Newly released body cam video lays out what happened at the gate. >> So I won I won her off. >> The action is real and the stakes are high. This is Copcast. I'm Chris Stewart. We start at Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport. That is a place where typically people are flying in excited to go on vacation or they're leaving having just relaxed on a trip. Newly released body cam video shows a deputy arriving at a gate where an agent had a disagreement with a group of passengers about pre-boarding and said she wanted them not to board the flight. According to deputies, the group wouldn't leave. >> You called? >> Yeah. What happened? >> One second. >> Come listen. A >> bunch of young ladies on the side here. They're burning freeboard and I told them you can't take them down. She's using obscene language. She's still cursing back and forth. And then she going to write an email to take pictures. So you need to talk to the one the one. >> Are they flying? >> Yeah. >> Are they still flying? >> The one in the bra. Okay. Why is she still flying if she's getting >> Exactly. I'mma tell you something. She probably take off but how she already said she was yelling at her. But don't be the third. No, it ain't no third because ain't no way I'm not get on this flight and my child in Africa. So, who do I need to talk to? Ain't no way I'm not get on this flight and my child because all I told her that she was talking on the phone because she doesn't make sense cuz she's talking on the phone. want nobody talking to you. >> Exactly. Y can run the camera. It doesn't matter. I want to talk to Okay. >> Are you super I'm tell her I never said to her I said nothing to her. I was in my phone with my can get reschedled. Nobody's already on the plane with my mom. >> Yeah, she's still talking to me and I never go get another supervisor. >> Go get another supervisor. She made her decision. No, I need another because you said on the phone all the time you're going to you're going to end up getting arrested. What did I say wrong? I did anything. What did I say? Now she took you off the plane and I'm telling you you're not flying. >> What did I say wrong to you is a question. Ask her what did I say wrong to her cuz all I told her that she was on the phone. Well, my kids. >> Is that okay with you? Is that okay? >> Because it doesn't make sense. Can you play the camera back? Nobody said nothing wrong. >> But I'm telling you that I can't take a flight because of what? >> Cuz she said because of what? YOU HAVE TO GIVE ME A REASON. You have to give me a reason. Not something you're going to have to take up with customer but you're not flying but you're not flying cuz I have a lot going on. You haven't gave a reason to take that. >> So it's no reason for me to be 30. >> That's crazy. >> That's crazy cuz I said she want to talk to you. I can't fly. It doesn't make sense. >> Guys, I just want you to know that I'm not saying it again. And when somebody else catches you, you going to jail. >> Okay. >> Y'all going to make me y for what though? Y'all didn't even explain to why why I can't ride >> because she said something to her. >> But that's something with customer service. That's your problem. >> No, but that's something that you can take care of over there. >> You should have said all of that. When you stand right, you just say, "Let's go." It's more rules than baby. That's what it's called. >> She was on her phone. She got mad because she was >> She got married because she was on my phone and my conversation. >> All I said was she's not talking. >> All I said was I'm not talking to you. >> Yeah, my conversation. That's what I said. >> This is my conversation. >> And I ain't saying nothing but she want to talk to you. So I don't understand how I got in. >> It's okay. But we do understand when I told you to leave and I told you let's go and trespassing told me you're all right with that. So let's go. >> What did she say? Why? >> There you go. >> How was I causing disturbance? >> There you go. >> How How was she over here? They have the right to >> She dropped in my conversation. All I told her was I'm just like over there. That's all I >> You have to exit the turn. >> Otherwise, you're going to go to jail. >> Stop looking at your phone and turn around and walk away. >> Let's go. >> Come on. Y'all got to leave the way. They still got to go. >> Step out the door. >> She's getting arrested. Come on. >> Why is she getting arrested? >> Cuz I already told her that. >> No, you not, man. >> Come here. >> Excuse me. Turn around. Put your hand behind your back. I'M CALLING YOU AGAIN. >> NO, YOU'RE NOT. YOU'RE GOING TO JAIL. I ALREADY TOLD YOU. >> WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? >> I ALREADY TOLD YOU. Were you by yourself while you were at the bars? >> Yeah. I We don't even go out that much. We just We just go to work and go home. >> And I don't know how we got here. >> 10. Thank I don't know why we got here. >> Okay. Are you injured at all? Cream, we keep this going. I'm going to talk to detectives. >> How's admitted to being intoxicated? >> All right, ma'am. I just need any account that you can recall. What? How did you get in that driver's seat today? >> Well, I know my husband when we were at the bar, they were arguing about me drinking too much. >> Your husband was at the bar with you. >> And did you drive away from the bar? drives. >> Your husband drives? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, how do you get here then? >> Well, we got here and and I I departured from some friends. >> Your friends met you here? >> Please let me know. My >> They're working on them right now still. I can't give you a status cuz I don't know a status. They're working on them right now. Okay. >> I know, but I'm so scared. [snorts] >> This is This is a rough circumstance. That's why I'm trying to put together the accounts that happened. [laughter] >> I don't want to work with you and I don't understand. >> And I understand you've told me that you've had too much to drink. I understand that. But we still need to piece together this drink that much. >> Okay. What were you drinking? What types of things were you drinking? >> I was drinking lemon drops. >> Okay. And approximately how many of those? >> I don't really know, sir. I just >> Are we talking three or are we talking 12? >> No, it's like everybody gets caught up in the moment and they want you to get >> They're working on them right now. They've got them. All right, ma'am. I can't have you grabbing on me right now. Okay. >> I'm sorry. >> I've got We've got this whole situation. We've got to watch over. >> Okay. >> Please. I love him so much. >> So, what's happening right now is I've talked to our on call detective. Our on call detective is calling the captain. What's probably going to happen? I'm going to need to do some field sobriety testing with you and then I'm going to need to transport you I'm gonna have to transport you up to one of the hospitals. If you have a preference, start thinking on it because we're going to have to do a blood and urine draw. >> I want to go to a good Sam. >> Okay, I'll be right back with you. >> The next time the officer returns, another says that they need to rehouse her rights before they go any further and put her through field sobriety tests. Look at the tip of my finger. >> Your eyes open. Now we're ready. It's okay. It's okay. >> When you're ready, let's tip my finger again. >> [music] >> I want to know how my husband. >> When I have an update, you'll have an update. Okay. >> One, two, place your arms on your side for me. Okay. So, you can take a break for just a second. >> I'm so sorry. >> I like it more than life itself. Right. >> Okay. And it's about >> let this leave and then we'll get back in. >> Oh god. again. Okay. >> Was it because the pulse of the window or what? Heat. Heat. Not a million years. Wow. Yeah. >> All right. Now, listen. We're going to go back to what we were doing. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. So, again, I'm going to check your eyes. It's going to be the same way with your feet together, arms at your side. Okay. >> Okay. All right. Follow the stimulus, but only your eyes, not your head. >> I know I have too much strength to drive. >> That's what you're trying to discover. Just with your eyes, not with lick your head. >> I didn't even move my head. >> The tip of my finger. Look at your eyes. You're all right. Okay. >> Were you drinking here or were you drinking somewhere else? >> Yeah, I was drinking somewhere else. And whenever we left, they said, "You're not driving anymore." My husband drove here and then I went to I go get gas and then I'm in my car. He's a >> Your husband drove here and then but you got in the car here going, >> but you never left the parking lot. >> No. >> All right. So, in that same stance, your feet together with your arms at your side. Follow the tip of my finger. Follow the tip of my finger with your eyes only, not with your head. Okay. >> All right. You just follow the tip of my finger when you're ready. >> I just want to know how my husband is doing. >> I don't have an update on that. All right. When you're ready, I'm going to have you follow the tip of my finger with your eyes only and hold your head. Okay. >> We don't even drink that much, sir. We really don't. We just It was just a thing we went out to help. >> I just got to finish up these tests. I understand all that, but I just have to finish these up. Okay. When you're ready, follow the tip of my finger with your eyes open. When you're ready, you can take a break for just a second. Okay. >> Thank you. Can I cigarette? >> No, not right now. I can't have you anything in your mouth or >> Okay, let's >> It's It's a slow four out. >> Okay. All right. When you're ready, follow the tip of my finger. Get in that position. Your feet together, your arms at your side. I'll [snorts] follow the tip of my finger with your eyes only. Okay. >> I too much. I I think with your eyes open. We're going to do it one more time. Okay. There's no way that I ever drive right now. Take a break for just a second. All right. When you're ready, follow the tip of my finger with your eyes only. Put your feet together. Put your hands at your side. Okay. Follow the tip of my finger with your eyes only. I don't have this. >> It's open. Just follow the tip of my finger with your eyes only. Okay, goodbye. If you're watching over us, everything Do you have any physical problems or disabilities that prevent you from walking in a straight line? >> No, except for I drink too much. >> Okay, I understand that. All right, so we're going to scoot back just slightly. Just stand right here for me. Okay, >> just stand. >> I don't normally do this, you guys. >> Just stand right here for me. Okay. >> Why? >> Can you Can you do me a favor and stand right here facing the Stephie right where I'm at? >> Yeah. >> And then you stand with your feet together on your sides. Just like that. >> Okay. Imagine a line and place your left foot on the line. Imagine a line. Place your left foot on the line. Now place your right foot on the line ahead of you. >> It's okay. I'm going to stand right here. Okay. You're going to place your left foot on that line. Now you're going to place your right right foot on the line ahead of your left foot touching. Hang on. Hang on. Stay in the starting position. Okay. All you're doing right now is placing your left foot on the line and you're going to place your right foot touching. >> I can't because I've been drinking too much. >> Okay. I'll have you go back to the starting position. Place your left foot on the line. Okay. Now place your right foot in front of your left foot. >> My right foot. >> Yeah, your right foot in front of your left foot touching heel to tail. >> Oh gosh, I can't do that. >> Okay. >> Did you say you couldn't do that? >> How come you can't do it? >> Well, gets me off balance. >> How come you're off balance? >> Because I drank too much. >> Move on to one. I didn't breathe. We didn't drive as I didn't drive as >> my husband did. I don't know how I lose my car. >> Okay. We're going to move on to the one leg stand instead. Okay. >> Okay. >> So, I'm going to have you place your feet together. Okay. Do you have any physical disabilities that would prevent you from standing on one leg? >> Okay. I'm going to have you place your feet together. Go to my dog Bella. >> And your arms at your side. Okay. Do not do anything until I tell you to. Do you understand? >> Yes. >> Is your feet together? Your arms at your side. Okay. Okay. When I tell you to raise either foot approximately 6 in off of the ground, I want you to keep your raised foot parallel to the ground. Keep your legs straight. Count out loud in the following manner. 1 100 2 100 uh 3 100 until you are told to stop. Okay. So, you're going to have your arms at your side. Look down at your feet. Raise either foot, whatever foot you choose. You're going to raise it [snorts] approximately 6 in off of the ground. Point your toe forward. You're going to say when I tell you to begin 1 100 2 100 3 100 4 100 and so on until told to stop. Do you understand these instructions? >> Give me a deep block. >> I have to check if you're able to drive. >> So I didn't drive. >> Oh my god. It looks like an accident. Okay. Are you are you clear on those instructions? >> No. I want to see my husband. >> I can't do that right now. They've got to he's got to be with the proper medical stuff. Do you want to perform this test? >> No. >> No. Okay. >> Okay. Ma'am, would you would you submit to a breath test? >> I have a >> No. Okay. >> Okay. So, ma'am, at this time, you are going to be placed under arrest for DUI. Okay. Um, what I'm going to do next, we're going to go up to the hospital. They're going to need to get blood and urine from you, and they'll have to submit that. Do you have any injuries? >> I I refuse. >> Okay. You refuse? >> Okay. Okay. All right. Have place your hands behind your back, please. If I find something out, I'll tell you. Okay. >> Um, I'll follow you up there and help you get a warrant. >> Okay, sounds like plan. Head up to the crossroads. >> I'm going to go meet up with my master and know what's going on. >> Okay, sounds good. Hang on just one second. >> Okay, then we're going to head over to my truck over here. >> Where are your shoes at? >> I don't know. I lost them. >> Okay. Hey, Cremer. I did not get any photos, but you get some photos of scene for me. >> Um, do you have a preference on tow company? Somebody's going to have to tow this vehicle. >> I don't know, sir. >> You don't have a preference? 1051 on call? >> I've never been this. >> Okay. >> Oh, no, they're not. That's right. All right, ma'am. And I'm going to have you get in the back of my truck. Before we get in, do you have anything on you? Do you have any weapons on you? Any >> No, I just want to know where my purse, my phone is. >> Okay. You don't have anything on your person's? >> No. >> No contra. >> Okay. Just going to check real quick. Do you have any pockets in this? >> No. >> I don't think I have. >> Okay. >> No, I don't. >> Okay. >> All right. I'm going to have you step up in the back of this truck. I'll help you up. Just lean on me when you need it. Okay. And I'm going to place your seat belt on you. Okay. I'll be right back with you. >> Will you advise you want to test me? >> I don't want to be here. >> Okay. I will be right back with you. Okay. >> The story ended up being much more than just a tragic case of driving under the influence. House pleaded guilty to a count of firstdegree murder. Police say she shoved her husband to the ground before driving over him with the car. The 54 year old will spend 20 years in prison. That was part of her pleium. Back to Florida we go, where deputies in Highlands County [music] have released a bizarre video of the interaction they had with a suspect before a vehicle [music] pursuit. Listen to what he says at the beginning. >> Stop. Stop. >> Going to give you a drink. That's it. He's drinking some like a beer or something. He just drove by. He's back towards uh Lake View. [screaming] >> Show me your hands now. GET ON THE GROUND NOW. GET ON THE GROUND NOW. GET ON IT. GET ON THE GROUND. >> GET ON THE GROUND NOW. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> That edit was put together by the Highlands County Sheriff. We paused it before they used a taser to take down Richard Christopher Smith. This all started when a market called police claiming that Smith had allegedly taken several items, including alcoholic beverages, and walked out. Here's the final thing he said to officers after they put him under arrest in this video posted by the sheriff's office. a lot of stupid right now. >> Have fun though, right? >> And if I have to watch your cheeks hanging out again, I will call PBS. >> She's putting me out there as like a sexual predator. >> She came up, reached her hands, her cold hands went up my skirt, and I felt her hands up my skirt. I was honestly thinking she was a minor and I she should probably keep it covered because of the kids that were >> remember this. >> I happen to work for the state and if I have to watch her cheeks hanging out again, I will call PPS. >> Do it. >> Yeah, go for it right now. >> She's over 18. >> She is 19 years old. >> You don't get to touch her. You don't get to touch. You don't get to touch her. You come up and touch her. You do not get to touch her. >> Really? >> We would love for you to call me. >> Go ahead. Go ahead and call the police. >> Why are you So, why are you not a deal? >> If not, let's get you caught up. In April 2024, this Tik Tok went viral, reaching over 14 million views to date and landing this woman in hot water after she allegedly pulled a teenager's skirt down at a restaurant in St. George, Utah. But what you may not have seen is what happened after the viral video where this so-called Karen faced the consequences of her actions and wasn't exactly happy about it. We join the suspect identified as 49-year-old Ida Lorenzo as she arrives at the police station complaining about those exact consequences. >> Hello. Are you Ida? >> Yes. >> Hi. >> Hi. >> Good. >> Good to meet you. So the these little girls have continued to incite a mob and I've been harassed all day. Not only did you take it they took it down from St. George Post and her Facebook, but now she put it on Instagram and now she put it on Tik Tok. >> Tik Tok. >> Okay. >> No, I've been I remember you look at my Instagram account and they've been harassing me all day. So, I don't want to turn notifications off and everything, but they are trying to reach out to some they're inciting someone that reaches out for personal information to people to get their personal information >> or someone that is known to like hunt people down. >> Okay. >> FBI >> um not FI, but someone that can I don't know how do you what do you >> It's just um a person that will either reach out to communities or through various ways they are able to obtain information and they share it. Yeah. >> Whether the goal is to get somebody fired to >> something like that, it's they they >> they continue to tag this guy and reach out to this guy to find, you know, my personal private information. >> And all of my stuff is usually private anyway. I don't normally disseminate my stuff out there, but in this particular situation, I told them who I was because not only were there minors involved that were all seated around me, but my son was present as well. And so that's the only reason why I was like, listen, you know, charges can like happen. You're hanging out, you know, your private parts are hang out in private in front of minors. that's not something that you should take lightly, like cover up. But it doesn't give them the right to disseminate my information publicly like that and to try to harass me to the extent that I've been having it. Like I believe I'm 100% in believing in freedom of speech and but when you omit delete and make it seem like one situation is totally different than the other and then call accuse me of sexual harassment without the facts. Like at some point something needs to be done and needs to be stopped. Ida, who called police multiple times, was asked to come into the station to present her side of the story when she shares that she's unhappy with the online backlash of the video. >> And it's because she's putting me out there as like a sexual predator. The hard part is the hard part is even if it's edited and made deleted, obviously you could be looking at slander if it's not completely true. But the fact that you did touch her skirt, she can claim if she wants, she can claim sexual battery, right? She hasn't. There's no legal investigation right now on either of you. Nobody's in trouble right now for any of that stuff. But um it would have to be founded, right, on both ends, right? We know that you saw this, but we don't have any video evidence or of her hanging out. We don't have any witnesses that have come forward and said this is what's happening other than we have your account >> because most of them were men and as you I forward you a text message of the person that was with me that was a male >> and it was like I would be arrested in a nancond if I was sexually accused of like touching someone inappropriately. >> Oh yeah. Not touching. I just mean they saw the witnesses come forward. There's documentation for it. That kind of thing. But because of the sensitivity of the nature and everyone thought she was a minor because she did look like a minor and there was a ton of kids. It was the high school ball. >> Did you think she was a minor? >> Yes, I did. I actually thought she was and that's why I was like >> I just don't understand why you went up and touched her. >> I didn't touch her as a person like you. >> But you see how that looks, right? >> Uh I got a standing ovation from everyone that was seating behind me. >> That's totally beside the point. Ida goes on to say she allegedly got a quote standing ovation for touching the young woman, but that doesn't exactly add up with other witnesses stories we'll hear later. >> A kid by touching another kid. >> It's protecting a kid by covering their private parts. >> Correct. But that's not your job to do. >> Well, they weren't covering up and >> call us. That's what I was trying to tell you. >> I was trying to You could see me on the video trying to dial >> it. Take too long for us to get there. So you didn't >> No, that's what I But I was trying to dial you guys, but because they had everyone storming in and you could see how they were being >> I thought she was sexually battered. >> That's her claim. That's her claim. >> That's her claim. And all she knows is that somebody grabbed her from behind. >> No, cuz I told her that her parts were hanging out. And then I when nothing was being done and all the little kids behind me were just staring. That's when I proceeded to cover and I was trying to dial. I mean, you see me on on the video where I'm actually I have my phone in hand and I'm trying to dial, but I couldn't even dial and then that's when the owner was coming up. So, >> I understand there's inappropriateness with how she's dressed. I can totally understand that portion. I can understand that things got blown out of proportion. Um, and I can understand your standpoint from it, but I guess what do you want me to do? >> Well, I they the post needs to come down and they need to stop >> speech. >> There's no crime. >> Not when they >> they say whatever they want. >> No, but I mean they're reaching me at I mean all of the little all their little friends. >> Have you told them to stop talking to you? >> No, because >> No, because then that is me instigating them. The officer repeatedly tells Ida the post constitutes freedom of speech and he can't remove it. But she's not taking no for an answer. >> Well, no, because I've obviously contacted See, the problem is is that people they're under the perception that [music] I like for no reason approached her. I just touched her inappropriately, right? And if I if I was a mom and my daughter came and told me those circumstances, I would be pissed and I would be contacting you, right? But because they haven't done that, they're not willing to, you know, and I haven't like addressed it. I haven't approached it. I haven't done I haven't said anything. I've been pretty silent. >> That's the best way to approach it cuz everything blows over. >> The more you the more the more you incite it, the more it's going to get views. It's going to blow up. Then you're going to the problem you're going to run into is if she comes to the department because of this and she decides that she wants to go sexual battery against you, it's going to be her word versus yours. and and your word versus hers for the lwdness and I'm going to end up submitting charges for both of you to an attorney for them to decide because I wasn't there. I don't have witnesses. I don't have documentation. I have a video of that potentially is edited. I'm not going to use that as evidence. So, that's the what what we could I mean each of you could equally be investigated right now. >> Ida is told multiple times that she too could be charged in the case, but that's not stopping the 49year-old. And you're you're telling me that she was not wearing any underwear >> as we could see. Yeah, exactly. We could see >> are you >> skin and everything? Like honestly, >> are you seeing the opening like are you seeing actual form? >> Yes, because we were actually seated and she was standing up and she was at a height. >> So you so you were under her >> due to the shortness of her skirt. It was like this and you could see everything open >> and that's why I was like so I stood behind her and I was like go like this with my clothing and I was like you know you should probably cover up and then at that point she turned and she was like like that and and I was like oh my god and that's when the dad was like uh cover up you know and then the mob rash of kids started coming in and that's at that point where I was like Oh my god. Like you need to cover up. And that's when I pulled her skirt down to cover up because instead of like covering up and backing up and saying, "Okay, it is my skirt down." No. She proceeded to like lift her arms and move with her friends. And it kept going further up and further up. And that's why we're I was like, "Oh my god, somebody like cover it up." And as you can see, they were mob rushing at me as I was trying to stand behind her to cover her butt. And the information they might have is that they think you're sexually assault and they're they don't know, but that's what they're hearing. >> Correct. Correct. >> Let's pause for a moment and get a look at the outfit in question. The victim later told investigators she was wearing the outfit seen here with underwear and shorts underneath, which doesn't add up with Ida's story. Let's continue. >> Yeah, I'm not going to dig anymore. You know what I mean? But I I have no reason. These are little 18, 19year-olds that haven't apparently learned that. >> What's your What's your biggest concern then? What's that? You're going to lose your job. >> That's No, my biggest concern is someone's going to end up at my front door because they are actually >> Oh, you don't know if your address is closed or not. >> I haven't looked into it because the more I look into it, the more I dig in, the more I look guilty, right? And so, I haven't been wanting to instigate or do anything cuz it is such a delicate matter. She they are accusing me of like sexually >> right. >> Right. So the more that I play into it, the more that I dig into it, the more that it makes me look like a culprit of some sort or that I'm trying to hide or and I haven't wanted to fuel this in any way, shape, or form. >> If something happens that is going to be unconstitutional or illegal, somebody does show up at your house, something [clears throat] weird happens, please call us. We will come out there. We can address that immediately. we can we can figure out why they're there and if they're there because of the video, then we can start digging into different things, right? If that's the reason, if they're it's like that same thing where uh people storm the capital, right? Was it encouraged? Was it told that they should? Was it just interpreted that way? Who's it who's on the hook for it? Way different political scheme, but something that's a little bit more >> No, but it's kind of the same situation, right? Because she's trying to incite she's disseminating misinformation in the same manner. So if you look at the legal principle of what they're doing, the actions are the same. >> But then it'll boil down to did she actually say this is what you should do? >> Well, that's if she's not telling people to go to the address and say this is where she lives. I mean >> then it's the people took their own action. >> Correct. >> It's a free free speech. After comparing her situation to January 6th, Ida continues pressing the issue before the officer reminds her once again she's not exactly innocent in the ordeal. >> Well, we did we did talk to the owner of the restaurant because I do know her. She knows us. And she was like, the problem is she was like, I couldn't even kick her out because I couldn't see what you saw. By the time that the whole group had come in, she had at that point, not only had I pulled down her skirt, but she had actually she was so embarrassed she actually left and left. Everyone still standing there talking about it, associating it, and trying to get in my face. And and I was like, "Stop her. I'm going to call the police." And as soon as I said that, of course, the group moves down and then they continue and then that's when all the posting is the posting and everything. So, I mean, they were, you know, and the owner of the restaurant isn't going to deny that that actually happened. And and she she pretty much said, "If you guys don't stop, I'm going to ask all of you to leave." And at some point, she did say that. And then that's when they decided to leave. But >> and when it's when it's all said and done, >> next time we're on we're on the same page. Sure. Videos can be used as protection. That's what the whole purpose of of why people video certain things. >> But with a sensitive nature, >> you couldn't tell whether or not she was mine or you don't want to video it. >> That's my point. Then call them. >> Yeah, call us. >> Totally. Well, I was trying to dial the police, but the more that I grabbed my phone to try to dial, the more they came at me, >> but they wouldn't have if you didn't dodge your spirit. >> You know what I mean? >> Taking the action that you took is what caused this. That's what caused it to grow. >> Let's take a look at another angle of the viral video. >> Yeah. Don't forget 19 years old. >> We're all sitting over there. Yeah, I did. So, you do not get to touch her. >> Really? >> We would love for you to call me. >> Go ahead. Go ahead and call the police. >> Why are you So, why are you here? >> I understand. >> You have no right to come over and say anything to anyone. >> She's of other age. You have no right in the public place. You have no right to come out of your way and do this at all. And if you don't dress like that, >> don't leave. Uh, it has no right to go out. We're at a public restaurant. We're all looking cute. We're all dressed up. I don't have too. kind of speed of Utah. >> In this slightly longer version, we can see Ida being pulled away from the crowd as witnesses and bystanders stand up for the teen. A stark difference from the quote standing ovation she mentioned earlier. Next, multiple witnesses arrive at the police station when we hear the other side of this story. >> She came up, reached her hands, her cold hands went up my skirt, and I felt her hands up my skirt and then I felt like a tug and like my skirt doesn't go down much further. Like it's not that short of a skirt. And so I felt this tug and I like whip around thinking it's one of my friends or something. And I'm just kind of standing there in shock cuz I'm like here's this woman I don't know who just came up and touched my bare butt. Like I have no clue who this is. And like not even the physical side of things, but mentally like I'm struggling so much with and for her to come up and do that and make me feel even more insecure in my own body is outrageous to me. So she came up did that and then she touches me and or she does that and then she says, "You're underage. You should probably hide that. If you think I'm underage, why are you touching a minor at all?" Especially if you think I don't have underwear on. >> Yeah. The logic wasn't there. >> No. >> For me, that's why I was wondering when you mentioned that you thought she might be drinking. I thought there was a judgment issue maybe going on too, >> right? >> And then she came back up a second time after we came up. We our other friend, fun fact, same day. She was standing right next to her and the second time she came up, she touched both their hips and squeezed them like pinched us and said she was going to call child protective services if we didn't if she >> I saw I saw the video and I think 57,000 other people saw it too. >> Um when she the first time so be she never said anything. And you turned around when the first touch. Was that just skirt or was that your body? >> No, that was my body and my skirt. So it was like it was like but she had gone up my shorts like she was up there. >> The next day Ida returns to the police station but this time she's not getting away so easily. >> Okay. So I told you I'd do a full investigation if they came forward. Right. So they came forward with their side of the story. I only had yours. Um, after listening to everything, Totality, everything going on. I've talked to Sakura. I got some of their video. I've got the Tik Toks. I think everybody in most everybody in the city has that Tik Tok. Um, and then we've got um your statement, her statement. So, I try to make it as unbiased and fair as I can. Right. I do have some concerns from what I've been told by them. Obviously, some things you've also told to me, right? Even when we talked two wrongs, don't make a right. Every when we were talking about that, I said this there's criminal behavior that's happened regardless. And the other aspect was if she was exposed and there was a ludess aspect, would I investigate it? Absolutely. And that was the other claim, right? That was our two little things. The electronic communication harassment we've addressed. Everything that's come in now is going to be from who knows where. They even mentioned that I don't even live in the country. some of these text messages that you're getting, if anything comes in further, you're probably going to have to report that to Santa Clara where you live for the electronic side because that's going to be now an internet related crime that's not >> Well, it's happening while I'm at work, like during business hours while I'm at work, which is why >> in the city, >> where are you working? So, I had I had my concerns from the get- go and I'm going just be straight up with you because this is kind of where we're at. Um, I have some questions and some statements, but I'm going to advise you to write this because of the severity of what the claims were. >> Right. And of course, you're going to get their perspective because they were not behind her. They didn't see her. Right. And so, >> and you're also sitting down, right? >> Well, I as an adult, right? But the little 10-year-old that was next to me is actually even lower than I am. But her skirt was hyped up and no one I think that was sitting behind her will deny that it was beyond just her little crease. She was like exposing her holes like I'm telling you could see everything. I would not have pulled down her skirt to cover her, you know. Let's let's get through it generally as fast as we can and when we not >> Ida's read her Miranda rightites before the officer gets into more serious questioning. Let's see how that goes. >> From the get-go, I know this was a situation where if you do see something inappropriate and it is inappropriate, call us. Correct. Right. >> Right. >> And if there's a 10 way that you need to protect that his dad sitting next to him, you're not his mother. I even if reason for us to call call us and let's work together and we'll open up the case if that's the case. Right. You mentioned that you saw this girl's whole you told me you saw >> the braces all the above. >> Yeah. >> The girl has sent me a video of her twirling in that skirt of the skirt. She's wearing underwear and shorts underneath her underwear. She was >> she does not have she was not wearing I don't know when that video was taken or >> same outfit >> right of course. But I mean was it at the time when everything was exposed? Probably not. >> You're telling me in >> You're telling me you saw her? >> You could see. Yes. You can actually see like the the whole >> so in your video all the videos and all of your statements in those videos and to her and through messages cheeks I shouldn't have to see your so why you say that and said I shouldn't have your vagina that's a very much different thing to say >> do you want me to put out there into the whole world that I saw her vagina >> I don't want you to touch her first >> so then you approach her right and she reports that she felt your cold hands on her buttocks >> which is >> and also there The sexual battery code is over clothing or under clothing. Those are areas that's like me and saying I didn't grow. >> Okay. I did not touch her skin and >> but do you understand the claims? >> I understand the things but >> I understand it's very inappropriate to approach her in the first place. We already addressed that a million times. >> I was also concerned when you said why didn't you call the cops? You said cuz it would have taken too long. >> It was my saying to the dad, hey, how about we move this 10-year-old if that was the case. I mean starters, right? Before you approach somebody and touch them. >> Well, it no intent is everything. And I wasn't intending to interact for the victim. >> Intent is everything for you. >> But that's not how if I walked up behind you and I thought your shirt was your short and I talked about it, you would be like, why are you touching me for any reason ever? >> Everybody has at least an expectation of privacy. And if it's inappropriate, that's fine. When you have a job, call us. >> Right. But at that point, there was, as I'm sure you saw in the video, they were all starting to gather and walk in. So, at that point, >> touched her. >> Well, they wouldn't have done that if he didn't approach her. Do you know what I mean? >> Ida continues spouting off her excuses when the officer decides it's time to be direct with the 49year-old. >> You took action on this. There was no incident. You created it. You put it into action. the consequences of your actions have been all of this. This has nothing to do with that. >> Well, because that's because she's saying that I did some I sexually harassed her. I sexually I sexually assaulted her. I did not sexually assault her. I attempted to cover up what I did, >> right? That it was to touch anyone. >> No, I didn't. >> You should know the highest. And when you're saying I work for the state, I'm this and that. I'll do this. I that you're airing out that for you could be held to a little higher standard like me. >> Okay. But nobody has a video of us just sitting down. >> I I have the video. So >> of me sitting like before the init >> before the end. >> So she also said that you approached her and pulled it down before talking to her. You said you talked to her first, >> right? I was trying to talk to her. Yes. >> After you pers. Well, I yeah, I cover her for you understand how how a reasonable person would be like, I was just touched. >> No, no, no conversation before that >> and then she I didn't I didn't ask her question. >> I didn't ask her. That's worse. >> That's what I think. That's worse. That makes it worse for me. I don't like that. The other part is she I completely unprovoked. She calls me and she's like, I have to report something that's been happening. And she gives me the details of what happened. And I'm like, "Wow, that makes sense." Now, I have both sides. That's very concerning. Now, typically with something like this where I don't have video, if I didn't have video footage, it probably be going a different route with this because there's video footage because of the claims made and I have to progress for sexual battery. >> Okay. So, that's the unfortunate side of all this. >> Arresting. Right now, you are under arrest. Okay. So, just face my sergeant. You put your hands behind your back. >> Okay. Don't reach in your purse, please. >> No, I was just trying to put that back. >> The officer has heard enough and places Ida under arrest. >> Just follow those instructions. >> Just relax your hand. >> Do you have any need for you? >> No. >> We can we can keep it. Come get your >> I'm sorry. >> Is there somebody we can call for you to have them come pick up your vehicle? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Who is it you want to call? Um, probably my 17. >> That way they won't. >> I know it's unfortunate, hida, but what what should I do? Well, I mean, honestly, I was honestly thinking she was a minor, and I she should probably keep it covered because of the kids that were >> But also, a minor to minor is a lot different than an adult to a minor. It'd be worse if she was an adult now. >> Well, no. I was looking at it from a mother's p perspective. >> I'm going to document this for you. Still correct me as your statement. >> My lights light. What do you do you have any type of pocket? >> I don't. >> Yeah, I do. >> I'll just search those instead of going everything. You don't have anything concealed on you that's illegal. No drugs, guns, bombs, that kind of stuff. >> Wearing a bra? >> Yeah. >> Nothing wearing your bra? >> No. >> Okay. They go through a body scanner. So, just tell everybody that. I'm not concerned with you shooting me in the back of the head. Are you going to do that? >> No, I don't. Okay. >> No. I honestly like >> standard questions we have to ask you. >> Okay. >> Otherwise, I'd do a full search on you, but >> I understand circumstances here. So, >> you just walk this way. I don't want you to follow. >> Um, if you want to interact with >> Yeah. I'll take that stuff over to car so she can verify that it's locked in your car. >> This is so unfortunate because honestly Let's go to the my rear passenger. These ones work so I don't have to reach over. You just slide in with backwards is the easiest. >> Oh, I actually can get in. >> Okay, watch your hands. Okay. >> Thanks. >> What's that? Ida was taken to jail and booked for class A sexual battery that court records show was later lowered to a class B misdemeanor after the 49year-old accepted a plea deal. As part of the agreement, Ida entered a plea in obeyance, meaning no sentence will be imposed for a year as long as she complies with the terms, including having no contact with the victim, committing no crimes, and undergoing a mental health evaluation. The 49-year-old also reportedly lost her job at the Utah Attorney General's office after the incident.
