On May 6th, 2025, officers responded to a call at a private residence. Upon arrival, they encountered a female subject who was highly intoxicated and shouting at them continuously. >> 702, show me. >> They're in the backyard. >> In the backyard? >> Yeah. >> All right. I didn't get her information yet. >> After successfully obtaining a formal statement from the victim, officers spoke with the victim who stated, "At around 6:30 p.m., I was involved in an incident. During this time, I was subjected to physical contact and bodily harm. I am under the age of 13." They also spoke with a witness who said, "I was present at the location between 6:30 p.m. and 6:44 p.m." when the physical altercation took place. Officers determined there was probable cause for an arrest. The female subject was subsequently taken into custody and charged with domestic battery. >> Oh, yeah. Okay. >> I'm sorry.
