I've seen seen it as as as well as somebody being under the influence of either narcotics or or alcohol where they think that he's inside of his own house and he went to the bathroom and take a shower. >> Okay, >> that misery. So, what this is this is an after complaint. [crying] >> I'm going to freeze this video here. And you can hear the officer shout, "Hey." And then you see the suspect with a long gun down the hallway. The officer then fires multiple shots. Come on. >> Not reach for it. >> Here's the shooting from a different officer's body camera. Requesting one unit north of 118. Please have to go. Hey, it's the police. People were removed from that home, including children, according to police. As for the 26-year-old suspect, [music] he survived. He was sent to the hospital to be treated. We have to begin with the body cam video we just showed you at the top when a suspect who was wanted for attempted murder got away with the deputy's patrol car. Now, the Monroe County Sheriff's Office released this body cam video, and it picks up right after the deputy says the suspect went for his gun and then started running towards his patrol car. >> He just stole my patrol car. He stole my patrol car. Central He's running northbound. Lights are on. He tried to take my gun from my holster. [panting] >> He's got my rifle in the car. Let's stay in Florida and head to the Orlando area to the town of Futland where police were first called to a home to resolve a civil dispute. They then [music] got a tip that there was someone in the house who was wanted for a warrant in another county. The body cam video that was newly released to us shows when officers went to the front door, knocked on it, and a woman answered trying to vouch for that person who had a warrant. It's on your camera. >> Then then I told you that you don't >> you have to be You have to be told before you get taken to the jail, the Lake County Jail. He was charged with resisting officers without violence along with the charges that he was wanted for in a nearby county related to a domestic battery case. All right, I want to brace you for this next body cam video. What you just saw there was the quick thinking of a police officer in Bridgewater, New Jersey, who jumped into action when he saw a car on fire pulling someone to safety. Here's video showing the moments leading up to that rescue. >> We're starting on the mountain. You want to pan over the mountain. You want me to go to to >> Are you the only one in the car? Are you the only >> Where is or where are they? >> Hold on. You want to talk? >> Yo, come here. Come here. Come here. >> Come to me. >> County 11, I have entrament working fire. I just don't know if it's going to be The officer that is being hailed a hero's name is [music] Noah Alllet. And the town of Bridgewater posted this on their social media. The town said that he demonstrated the epitome of strength, [music] resolve, and courage when he rescued an unconscious driver from his burning vehicle. Let's go back to [music] Florida for some more high-speed police chase video. And before I show you how a suspect initially got away from officers, I have to show you how this chase ended because of what the suspect was wearing. This is 36-year-old Dylan Devo, who was taken into custody by Florida Highway Patrol. Just take a look at that Dalmatian onesie. Now, let's get to the moment that officers chased him and he was able to get away hours earlier. Ow! OW! OW! HEAT. HEAT. HEAT. HEAT. MARK. HEAT. NOW YOU CAN SEE THE SUSPECT EXIT that pickup truck and he was able to get away. He ran so fast that he even left these sandals behind planted in the muddy road. Police eventually tracked Deo down in that Dalmatian onesie and put him under arrest for charges, including battery on a police officer. Let's turn to a target run gone wrong in New Mexico. Aerial video showing officers in Santa Fe taking down a suspect they say was arrested for stealing earlier that month. Officers were alerted that a suspect allegedly known for stealing was in the store and apparently the suspect thought he was just going to walk right out the front door with a cart full of items. But officers with Santa Fe police were waiting. >> Stop resisting. >> I'm not resisting at all. >> Turn over. Turn over. >> All right. All right. All right. All right. Easy. Grab his feet. >> Slow down. Slow down. Slow down. >> Slow down. His hands out. Cross his feet. I got I got his feet. I got his feet. >> Shut your mouth. >> Okay. I didn't touch your glasses. >> My glasses. >> I'll pick them up once you get walking, man. What do you mean the wrong guy? Keep walking, dude. >> What do you mean when you get the wrong guy? They didn't do >> My stuff was paid for, bro. >> Yeah, my stuff was paid for, too. You got my dick last time, too. >> Hey, you did. >> Yeah, I was. >> So, you got Shut up, dog. Hey, calm down. Shut up. No, my stuff is paid for, bro. >> My stuff was paid for that way. Go that way. Go that way. >> Come on. Good job. Carlos Vigil was arrested and charged with a felony of shoplifting over $500 and resisting arrest. Earlier that month, he was previously charged with felony shoplifting. Let's go back to Florida. Obviously, nationwide, the threat of school shootings is no laughing matter, and it's something that is taken very seriously by law enforcement. The Valuja County Sheriff's Office posted this video to social media showing the arrest of two teens who they say were talking about a school shooting in a group chat, even saying that one of the teens was going to take an AK-47 to school. Here's how the arrest played out. >> Come on, man. Get to the other side. What is it? That sucks, huh? [snorts] Best way to do avoid that is not get arrested. It's usually how that works. >> You know what I mean? >> Yeah. Tell you what you do. You know, you guys don't watch the news when we do this stuff. >> I think you uh you guys ought to start watching. You play around with this stuff. Yes, sir. >> And here just be careful. Appreciate it. >> Yeah. We'll come and get you. You be the start on the pro. You guys don't watch the news, man. You You don't watch the news when we do when we're doing this stuff. When people do dumb [ __ ] like what you just did a little bit. That's what I'm Oh, it sure is. That was really stupid, man. Let your kids learn by now. >> You know, you go to detention. >> He going to detention. You know that. >> Okay. >> Get to jail. >> Okay. Find out. >> Um, no. You going to stay there tonight, but tomorrow you see the judge and they determined to know what happens. Okay. All right. Go ahead and do this. I will see you. Okay. We're ready for you. We'll bring you bring you out of the prosecute. All right. >> Deputies say the 17-year-old and the 16-year-old were arrested and charged with making written threats to kill. Now, let's head over to Bradensson, Florida, where if you've ever been or lived in Florida, you know it's not uncommon to see a gator. But an 8-ft gator, that's a pretty big animal to find in the neighborhood. And officers had to figure out what to do when they came upon this guy. >> Which one? >> Stop. Stop. Stop. There's an alligator underneath that car right there. >> I'll call Diana. Tell her not to come out. >> Maybe go around the back. >> Um, she >> I'm a little scared. No, as long as it stays under the car, you can go around the back. >> Do you want to do an officer? >> Do not come out your front door. There's a alligator there. >> Oh, well, hold on. >> Ma'am, get back over there. There's an alligator right under your car. >> Oh my god. Go in the house. >> Heavenly days. There's a big alligator under my car. >> Hey, ma'am. Could you >> Oh my lord. >> Get in the house. >> Where's my pizza? >> I'll take it to the back door. >> Holy. >> Here's your pizza. >> Okay. >> Look. Okay, I'll take it. >> Yeah. How much was it? Three. >> I have no idea. I'm not the pizza man. >> Oh, well, you're the policeman. >> Yes, I'm a policeman. >> Not a pizza man. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, they called us about the alligator. Are you expecting change from her? >> Did she deliver? No. When they said it was 32 something. >> Okay, I'll give this to her so she can leave. >> She's the one that delivered. >> Yeah. >> Now, when was the alligator there? >> It just got there. >> Oh, I'd like to take a picture of it. >> Well, and I wouldn't take it from where you were. >> Oh, no. I mean >> 8 foot on the nose. >> Yeah, eight feet. That is a monster. And officers had to jump into action. Fortunately, everybody was safe. We stay in Florida one more time. Let me show you this video of some road rage caught on camera. Imagine seeing that as you were driving down the street. This is in Hillsboro County, which is Tampus County. The sheriff releasing this video, allegedly showing what happened when the driver in that white van approached the victim's vehicle next to him with a baseball bat. And here's that suspect when he was in custody. Leonard Ko. Deputies say he was the primary aggressor in this case. He was charged with burglary of conveyance with assault and battery, aggravated assault victim over 65, and criminal mischief over $1,000. [music] For our final story today, let's end on a positive note with a real cute video out of South Carolina. Body cam video of police officers checking on a home after they got a unique 911 call from a little boy who said that his mom had ate his ice cream. And apparently that just crossed the line that he felt like he needed to call law enforcement. Here's how it played out. Hi. >> Oh, it's the police. They came for real. >> Yeah, we have to just come check, make sure everything's okay. >> Tell what you do. >> Did you call the police? >> Yeah. >> Why? >> To go to jail. >> Why do you want mommy to go to jail? >> Because I Because bad. >> Why is she [music] being bad to you? Because her because her >> because her doing a silly stuff to me. >> What's she doing [music] to you? >> Just just keep on doing. >> She hate you. Or is it cuz you didn't get ice cream yet? >> I didn't get ice cream. >> So is that why you're upset? >> Yeah, that's why I didn't get no ice cream. >> Oh, look at the little one. [laughter] >> It's so hard to yell at them. >> A police. Yeah. So, no calling 911 unless it's a real emergency. Okay. >> What are you calling for? >> I ate his ice cream. >> You ate his ice cream? >> Mommy has to go to jail. >> Should we take her to jail for eating your ice cream? >> I agree. >> I would let you arrest him. Just >> a Now she got to go get you new ice cream. >> Yeah. >> Well, it really wasn't his ice cream. We had two ice creams, but I told him I was going to eat it because >> he's not listening and he was running around. So, open my ice cream and I started eating it. He thought it was his >> Look how little you are. one >> and she's about to be two. >> Don't be your munchkin like that walking around. >> And she's about to be two. >> Uhoh. >> What kind of ice cream was it? >> White. >> White. >> Vanilla. >> So vanilla. Did it have anything in it? >> No. >> Oh, we couldn't find any sprinkles. >> So tell mom she's got to go get you some ice cream [music] and sprinkles now. [laughter] >> I'm sorry. >> No, it's okay. I was laughing at the call comments. >> This is the first time he has ever done anything like this. And how he did it was so impressive. He got on the phone and he told Siri, he said, "Hey Siri, call the police. My mom is being bad." >> And that's exactly what the comment said. The mom is being bad and needs to go to jail. >> Yeah. I'm like, I don't think it's going to work. So, I'm just going to listen and see if it works. And it worked. So, I had to chase him around the house. And that's [laughter] when he was It probably sounded like he was getting beat up cuz I was chasing him around the table trying to get the phone from him. >> Did you run away from mom when she tried to get the phone from you? >> Yeah. >> Uh-oh. >> Hi. What you got? >> But you got to be careful for yourself. She needs to go to jail. Who's going to take care of you? >> Who's going to watch the bus the whole day? >> Yeah. Obviously, calling 911 is a pretty serious move, but it's good to see that the officers in this case decided it was just a fun moment to have with this family. >> I have never met an everyday casual coming back from their 9 toive job cigarette smoker that is using butane torches to light their cigarettes. >> Dude, the judge, bro, you can give me 10 extra charges, bro. I almost say nothing. Turn the body cams off. >> That's not how that work. >> You're not going to send me back to federal prison right now, dude. For nothing, dog. >> Help me, bro. Help me, bro. Yeah. >> I'll just double check to let you know. >> I already checked this one. I don't know if you did. Did you check this? >> Yeah, I checked. >> Okay. Can you check that one? >> Yeah. You guys sold this. You sold this or no? You saw this bag. >> Is this yours, man? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> We have to find the price. Pretty much all stuff. >> Is this yours? >> Yes. >> No. No prior. That's yours? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> This toy right here. That's yours. That toy? >> What? >> Yeah. >> This toy is yours? >> No. >> This is hers. This is This is yours, right? >> Yours? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> You going to tell me you don't have the key for this on you? >> I don't think I have it. >> Did you? >> Not yet. No, I'm about to. >> That's do that. Take it out. >> It's yours. Okay. >> Okay. Stand up for me. >> Yeah. >> Is anything in your poss? >> No, but I don't think you're supposed to search me, sir. >> We have no female officers down here, so that's >> I'm using the back of my hands. >> That is That's totally I was told. Yes, I was told. Yeah, >> I already told you that. >> Mhm. >> I'm I'm for real. I was told. Yeah. I was told I can't even pat myself down. >> What's this? What's this? >> That's a glowing dog worm. Is this hers or who's this? This is his. >> Okay. He's going in the bag for now. Okay. >> Okay. >> But you do know this, right? >> Yeah. >> Before long, officers get back to that locked bag when they decide to cut it open. >> No information, anything like that. But we need to make sure there's nothing stolen. I know we said she doesn't know we have to make sure property I did. No. >> Okay. You did. >> Hey, can you scan this real quick? >> I did not say anything. But >> how you going to say you left the keys at home when the sausage is still cold that's in that thing? >> Yeah. >> It's probably just whatever. >> Officers find another pack of sausages, a candy bar, a book, and >> there we go. >> A broken meth pipe, according to a police report. >> There we go. All right. Yeah, those two as well. [music] I saw her grab that. I'm sure that's >> Yeah, I'm sure that understand. >> Yes, I'm sorry. >> Okay, so four items in that lock box was theirs. So, >> what's that? >> Four items of that. They hurt theirs. Yep. >> Yeah, that's all. It's pretty much just >> Yeah. Yeah. And then also has like a little bike light which I assume that's hers cuz there's no tie on it. >> Before heading to jail, police have a few words of advice for Jessica. >> You explain that to her. >> Yep. >> Okay. Is there anything on you? >> No. >> There's no drugs on you at all. >> Okay. My partner said, we're going to say it again. If they find it on you on the drug on in the jail, >> that's additional charge. >> I I understand that. Okay. >> If you're hiding in the car, >> that's going to be another thing. >> People do it. No, no, I'm not saying you're saying it. >> People hide in the back of his car. People hidden in the car. My car. It happens. >> I know. I'm not >> But we searched the car right after. So, it's just doesn't mean it's body cameras and they have a camera in the car. Camera came in the facility. >> I'm not going to do that. >> All right. Okay. Cuz right now it's just paraphernalia. You're fine with that. Just missing me at this moment. So, I don't want you to get bumped up to a felony. That's worse. >> I understand. >> You know what I mean? >> I I completely understand. >> Okay. While waiting for some surveillance footage, investigators get a chance to ask Jessica a few more lingering questions. >> CD. Yeah, we all have drones, so I can't leave my zone until >> Oh, yeah. >> I got to make sure. I don't want to I don't want to get there and have to wait 10 minutes or more minutes. >> Well, just keep going. >> You know, be the rebel. I'm just joking. Do not take advice from me. >> She said keep going. >> Be the rebel. Oh, secondary. >> Yeah, >> 100 bucks. >> They got a list there. Can call somebody. >> It's up to you really. What's your choice of drug? >> This is for my Brilliant. >> Figured speed. That's older. >> Yeah. So that's older now. >> Yeah. I'm older. Remember ice. Ice is a popular year. >> Ice. Ice. Baby. >> Everyone likes to say ice. >> No. No. Ice. That's >> for us. We got to clarify. >> Ice. >> We know what it means. What do you mean by that? Which side? >> Ice. >> That's common. >> You got to be careful. A lot of this stuff's place. >> It is. Your stuff's probably laser cut. >> No, that stuff is not laser foot. But >> sure, >> whatever hurt my neck a month and a half ago. I think that's what happened. >> Off of one guy. >> Listen, somebody gave me something one time and I was supposed to do it all at once, all of itself. >> That would have been that would have been dead. Yeah. >> So, yesterday someone got arrested for uh weed. Apparently was at least for >> Yeah. They do that. Everything is better off. >> They got to be careful. They just stop. I don't know. >> Yeah. >> Your reasoning behind it, but >> I mean I I just manage my pain and my bipolar. >> I got you. >> It's not easy to do. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> It's dumb. >> I don't know. >> Trying to self-medicate. >> Those what I use works better than the doctors. It sounds really dumb. But >> where you getting from? >> Huh? Where are you getting it from? >> Huh? >> You're not getting that from >> that first question. You said, "Where you getting from?" Huh? >> I forgot the name of the city. Real quick, >> you're not supposed to say things like that. I mean, I'm lying. >> Next. That broom we saw earlier sparks an interesting conversation. >> Hey, what you doing with my broom? >> Your broom? >> Yeah. I I I have to have that. >> That's your broom. >> That's your broom? >> Yeah, my broom. >> You own that. >> It's mine. >> What's the significance of this broom? >> You don't have to touch it. It's not witchcraft. I promise. >> That's what everyone says. >> I promise. I found in the dumpster last night. I promise. >> Listen, I know you're a witch. You You >> I'm not a witch. You you play No, I'm not saying you you you do witchcraft, right? >> No, >> I see your tattoo right here. >> You see it? What does it say? >> I don't know. I didn't read it. >> Well, you had that right there. So, you you play that. >> But listen, take a take a look at that. >> Walk with Jesus. >> No, no. Walk with Jesus and take a look at that. >> It says, "How does it go?" >> But now I can't think. >> She said, "She starts picking which I'm running." >> No, no, no, no, no. For real. It's really Um, >> not even here. We don't saw that here. That That's That's him. That's >> hand made by you. >> Not all those who wander are lost. It's actually beautiful. >> Mhm. >> I don't do all that. The devil is >> Come on. No. The devil is real and it's fallen angel. But no, I don't I don't mess around with anything I don't know. I don't know that. >> So, what's significance of this broom, though? >> That broom is really cool. >> I found it in the store last night. >> Not this night. yesterday dinner tonight. I swear to >> It's not handmade, >> huh? >> It's not handmade. >> Not by me. >> Was it handmade by somebody else? I don't know, but >> Oh, it's definitely handmade. Listen, >> that room works really well. >> Moments later, officers decide it's time to get Jessica on her way to jail. >> All right. So, go get you out to jail. >> Yeah. Come on. >> Wire off. Can you fix this one? Which one? >> Your left or your right hand? Do I >> It's loose. It's >> loose. Where's it? Where's it pinching? >> Let's put it right here. >> Huh? >> In the corner. >> No. No. In the corner. >> I think you leave it there. >> You want to take your your stuff? You really want this or not? >> Yeah, that's my grill. >> I'll take it. >> Nope. >> I would rather you not have it. Let me have it. >> Thanks, man. >> You said I'd rather you not have it >> again. This car has been checked today, this morning. Yes. >> Literally 10 minutes ago. If there's anything in this vehicle, >> I know it's going to be yours. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I don't have anything in my pocket. Right. >> You tell me. >> I don't have anything. I don't have front pockets, though. >> All right. Is there anything that's enlarged somewhere else? >> No. >> Bra, vagina. I'm asking cuz it's possible. >> No, I don't believe that. Okay. >> I don't have my vagina. >> You No, no. I wouldn't I wouldn't be surprised. That's how I got my first charge ever before in life. >> All right. >> Let's not re visit that. All right. >> Jessica is facing charges of pettit theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. Court records show she later pleaded not guilty to the charges and is expected back in court this fall. >> Uh so I just gonna want you to be completely honest with me. Okay. Uh so I've already seen signs that you might be underneath the or under the influence. I could smell it on you the way that you were driving and then you're acting really nervous. Okay. So have you been drinking tonight then? >> I was earlier. was like, "When's the last time that you drank?" Cuz your eyes are like glossy. Every time you speak, it's like you could smell it real bad on you. >> A couple hours ago. >> I mean, if you want to drive me back to my house, I you can follow me. I'll go home and that's it. >> Where do you live at? >> Right here in Houston where the sun is. >> Okay, then why are you going this way? I was going to go back to my ex's house, but I should have done that. I was wrong. I admit it. It was very wrong. But I live with my friend Savannah and I'll go back there. You can follow me and I will go back home. >> Okay. Um, so what I could what I want you to do, and it's all up to you, uh, so it would make me feel a lot better, uh, for you driving is if you would consent to field sobriety exercises. You could pass those. I'll let you go to your ex's house. Go let you go to your house, friend's house. Okay. >> Or go back home. Yeah. >> Huh? >> I don't know. Like, it's been a couple hours, but I don't know if I can be honest. So, if you want to call me back to where she lives, I will get home and I'll give you my keys and I'll come get in the morning. >> Okay. But I want people like her house. And she lived right across from >> I thought you said that you lived right across from the line. >> Yes. Yes. >> No, I thought you said you lived right across her. >> Okay. You live with her? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> I live with her across from the line and I'll go back home and take my keys and also take me. >> It's long. I should have done it. I swear I should not done it. I don't do this. My mom's talk. So I know it's stupid. >> What is your mom to call that? >> She was a flu. >> A flu and fart. Okay. >> So I know it's stupid. It's very stupid when you see this. I know it is. >> Okay. It would just make me feel a lot better >> um to just to see if you were even able just to drive back home. So that's why I was seeing if you would do field sobriety and if you're good, we're good. then this is over with. It won't even have to go. >> I apologize though. Like I don't I'm not like this. I'm not. >> No, I get it. No, that's why I just wanted to see if you wanted to consent to the exercises. So then I could if you're good, I could just go on my merry way and it's >> But then I feel better, too. So >> Well, cuz you just cuz you said earlier cuz you don't feel like you can pass it. I just wanted to be sure that you could drive and then we could go. >> I want you guys to follow behind me. >> Yeah. As long as I go, it's literally right there, right at the 7-Eleven across the street on Don Vista. >> They can't let you drive even with us following you, unless we know that you're good to go. >> Yeah, cuz I could be held responsible. Like, say you got into a crash or it could even be your fault that someone hit you. But me knowing that you go to jail, right? Or if I have something, >> that is what I just wanted to make sure that you're good to drive. So then if you wanted to go to your ex's house, say you did pass, I would let you go. I would go my other way. Um I don't even know. I just want to be sure that you're good just to drive. >> Yeah. >> So that's just my main concern and then you can do whatever you want the rest of the night if you're good. >> Oh um I like I really apologize. This is stupid. I know it's so stupid. I need to do this to drive at all regardless. >> Mhm. I had a couple drinks earlier. It's stupid, >> right? >> Very stupid. >> I know it's stupid. >> That's my dumbass's fault for doing this in the first place. I should stay home and I didn't stay home. So, I mean, I don't know. I don't want to go to jail. Like, my mom is a cop. Well, she was like two, three years ago. She worked at Blue Heart Sur. She was there. I just don't >> know what the best option is. I can have someone come get me. >> Can you run back through here? >> Well, I mean like I can't I can't tell you um what you want to do. she's refusing and go off what you >> um pretty much just uh if you do refuse, I have to go off what you said to me and um I have to base my observations from this point. So that's why I like to give you the option to >> I don't want to refuse. >> Okay. So you would like to do it. I just want to be sure that you're good to go and then I would be fine. So if you're good then I would I would feel a lot better with you driving. So, did you want to participate? >> Yeah, I do. >> Well, we have to make a decision. >> We have to figure out what we're going to do here. So, you want to participate in field sobriety exercises or no? >> Regardless if I kill her or not, I'm going to jail. So, you might as well just >> We didn't say that. >> It's up It's up to, you know, I I just got here, so I don't know what he's told her so far. So, it's up to what she has the condition right now. >> Nobody wants to go to jail, but you know, that's why we have to see if you're compared or not. >> You know how hard >> what's that? >> Hard to write for >> in the academy. I had to do it all the time and it's I don't think it's hard at all. It's literally you'll be looking at a pen. I'll be going back and forth and then you're just going to be walking in a straight line and you're holding your foot up approximately six inches from the ground and then you're counting 100,00 1,002. It's not that difficult. >> You want to give it a shot? You want to turn your car off for me? >> Also, first you want to do it down here. >> Yeah. >> All right. If you want, she can be put in my car and I'll take her down there. That way I can position the car to get lights on. >> Okay, sounds good. >> Let's walk this way. >> This way? >> Yeah. >> Okay, >> I guess you can walk through down there. Just walk her down there. >> I just need to get my cheat sheet. >> Okay, go ahead and get your cheat sheet. Right. So, if you want to just walk down there with her, I'll pull my car down there and uh light it up so we can see. >> Okay. >> Don't even say that, girl. You don't even You don't even know. back like I'm sorry. Like I really didn't I'm sorry. Are you going to take me to jail? Like you might as well just I know like it's hard. My mom It's hard. >> It's only hard if you're Okay, so it's only hard if you are under the influence, but if you are if you're good, you would be you would be fine. Like this is all up to you. I don't know if I can pass it. Like, yes, I had a couple drinks, but like I don't know if I can pass it. So, this point you might as well just take me to jail and I'll have something tomorrow from jail and it's fine. Like, I just I don't know. I know how this is. My My mother is a cop. I know how it is. I know how the sobriety test goes. My father is also a felon. >> Do you want to get out of I don't want you getting hit. That would make me feel so bad if you got hit. I'm sorry, but I like I know how it all is. >> Yeah. >> My father is a felon. Like I know how it is to do so test. >> Mhm. >> And at this point, I don't want to go to jail in this outfit. Like I'd rather like have like a sweater. >> How old are you? >> 20. >> I know how this is. My mom is a former cop. I know. I had drinks and it's wrong. So, if you want to take me to jail, that's fine. I'm completely fine with that. I made my wrong I made my own mistakes. >> So, you don't want to do field sobrieties? >> I just don't think I can pass it. I know how hard it is. >> What? It's your decision. I'm leaving it up to you. >> I don't know. I mean, either way, if I fail it, I go to jail. If I don't take it, I go to jail. >> Well, we have to base everything off of what we've seen so far. What's wrong? I should have drove. Like, it's so wrong. It's so [ __ ] wrong. I'm sorry. >> So, you want to give it a shot or >> I don't know. You're going to take the gel anyways, right? >> Not necessarily. Like, like I said, if you do very well on the pill soiety exercises, that's good on your behalf, you know? >> But I'm nervous now. Like, I don't I don't know. I don't think I can pass it because I'm so nervous. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. It's so wrong to drive. I'm sorry. I really am. >> So, it's your call. We can do them right here. And like I said, if you do good, it's benefit you. If not, you know, we go from there. >> I want to try I do want to try it. >> Okay. Well, let's try it then. >> We don't want to force you into doing something that you don't want to do. So, we'll go ahead and try it if you if that's what you want to do. Also, B give you instructions on what to do. >> Oh, my apologies. Okay. So, the first exercise is going to be the horizontal gaze nestagmus. Okay. So, this is going to be my stimulus right here. Okay. Okay. So, you're going to keep your head still and you're going to follow the stimulus with your eyes only. Do not move your head. Do you understand the exchange instructions? And then we're just going to go up. Okay. So the next is the walk and turn. >> Tape. You have tape. No. We'll just imagine make an imaginary straight line. >> Okay. So, just imaginary straight line. Okay. >> Where do you want me to go though? >> If you just want like see how you're like right there. >> We can use this line right here. >> Oh, yeah. Perfect. >> Is that easy for you to see or is that going to be difficult for you? >> I can see it. Yeah. >> Okay. >> So, you want me to walk in straight line? >> Yeah. Yeah. So, first you're going to put your left foot on the line. Perfect. And then put your right foot in front of it with your right heel touching your left. And you're going to keep your hands at your side. Perfect. Okay. Hold on. Stay right there. So, go back into that position. Okay. Yeah. Make sure. So, like this. So, your other foot. So, your right foot's up in front. Your left foot's in the back. Make sure your right heel is touching the left of your foot. Can you straighten it out a little bit? Okay. And then keep both hands at your side. So, do not start until I tell you to do so. Do you understand the instructions? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, when I tell you to begin, take nine heel to toe steps on the line. Turn around keeping one foot on the line and return nine heel to toe steps. Okay. So, you're going to go >> stand over here. Stay right there. She's going to stand in front of you. She can demonstrate what she >> Okay. So the right foot's up in the front. So you're going to take one, two, three, and so on till you hit nine. And you're going to keep one your foot planted on the line. And you're going to take nine heel to toe steps backward. One, two, three, and so on till you hit nine. >> Okay? Do >> you understand? You know, keep your hands to your side. Count out loud on every step. Making sure your heel touches your toe on every step. >> Okay? >> Okay. So once you begin, do not stop until the test is completed. Okay? >> Do you understand the expression? >> Yes. >> Okay. You may begin the exercise. 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Go again. One's good. Okay. Okay. So, the other exercise that we're going to do is the one leg stand exercise. Okay. >> I have really bad balance anyways. >> It's okay. I do, too. So, just try your best. Okay. >> I have really bad balance. I swear. >> So, you're going to stand with your heels together and your arms at your side. >> Put your toes together. There you go. >> Do not begin the test until I tell you to do so. Do you understand? >> Yes. >> Okay. When I tell you to, I want you to raise one leg. You could do either leg, whichever you feel comfortable, your left or your right, approximately 6 in off the ground with your foot pointed out. Keep both legs straight and keep your eyes on the elevated foot. So, just like that. Yeah. Okay. And then while holding that position, I want you to count out loud 100,00 1,002 1,003 and so forth until I tell you to stop. >> Okay. >> Do you understand the instructions? >> Yes. >> Okay. Just hang on tight. Okay. Okay. You may begin the exercise. 100,004 105 106 1007th 10, 108 1,00 9th,10th 1100 1200 1300 1400500600700 1800 1900 20,000 20,0001 20,0002 20,0003 20,0004 4 2005. >> Good stuff. >> Okay. >> Was that right? >> Close. >> Okay. >> What's your name? Shady. Okay, Shady, you can just put your hands behind your back. Okay. >> Say, do you got somebody can come pick up the car? >> You have parents or anything? >> Yeah. I don't know how to get I don't have a phone number. >> You have your phone? We'll let you call him >> or your boyfriend or your ex-boyfriend or friend. I don't know if you want to call your parents or anything. >> Call them right. >> Yeah. Yeah, of course. Okay. Okay. >> I started it, but I didn't finish. I didn't catch the uh >> That's fine. I like to review my body camera before I do any of that. >> I was a little late on remembering to do that. >> It's okay. Bye. Thank you. Drivers are crazy. >> Is your phone going to be in the car? >> Yeah. I'm sitting here with um probably in my driver seat. Do you want my >> Here. Do you want to I'll go get it for you out of your car. You want the windows rolled up and everything? >> Yeah. >> Okay. And then I'll let you get the phone call when you're back there. Let me move like my house so I can change. I don't want to go jelly. who you your friend lives by 7-Eleven. Do you think she could come and bring you clothes with us here? >> I don't think she's there. >> Um, do they let them change real fast at the jail? >> Doesn't want to go in that. >> Um, >> we have like I don't want to go to >> We can't go by your house and pick up. Do you have anything in your car? No. sweatshirt. >> I don't think so. I don't know. >> They'll put um a blanket over you there. >> Mhm. >> So, we can't go anything if you had something with you. Does you got to go back to RP? >> Hello. >> See if Yeah. See if one of your friends could come to the >> I'm going to jail. >> I'm going to jail. Miranda's here. Um, ask her the questions right now. four out of 15 pilot. All right, I'll see you here. Can we wait for her? >> I want to do this. No, cuz the jail's going to lose it. >> Do you want to keep it here or keep it in your car or what? >> Are is the the jail's going to lose it? >> No, they won't. They They vacuum seal it to a piece of cardboard and it has your name on it. >> Okay, I'll take it. >> I got to put it in the front this way. >> Then hit your thing because you can't take that with you. And then do you got anything on your person that you know about? >> Like on me? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Is it okay if you stand right over there? >> Of course. >> Okay. I just >> Yeah. Yeah. I got you some clothes. >> There's clothes in there. >> Yeah. >> You're winning. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Just so you know, if I don't find it and it does go to the jail, it's a third degree charge. >> Yes, I know. I know about all the charges. Fortunately, that's why I'm in this fine sit. I just don't want to go to jail in fishing. >> You know how those girls are in there? They're trying to get me. I'm pretty >> And there's nothing in your underwear. >> No. Okay. Once you get there, >> yo, when we get to the PD, I'll let you change into this. Okay. >> Okay. I'm going to leave this in my car so I can get >> Okay. Ready? >> Yes. >> Yes. I don't smoke weed. >> It's very cold. >> It's cold in there. >> Huh? It's cold in here. >> It's very cold. >> Okay, I'll I'll change it for you. >> Um, so read your Miranda Rice when we get there. >> Yeah. and then ask her the questions over again. Where's she coming from? How much have all that stuff? >> Okay. Um, who's going to do the BTO? >> It's true. >> Okay, perfect. >> Perfect. My excess my arm.
