on January 18 2022 police officers responded to emergency call of a car accident with three vehicles involved older woman was identified her car was flipped over upside down and she was claiming someone hit her car and fled from the scene police officers interviewed the woman and did field sobriety tests and came to the conclusion she had been intoxicated with alcohol okay Somebody went by me I literally it was you know I have this room and there's Roe and this guy someone's here I'm going home I have to get my child my son literally I'm coming this way and literally I don't know what street and just like I can't take a break Ellie just got off work and we want to get my son to come home and this is whoever went by me or whatever happened and I hit her this whoever went by me hit
