Well, I'm just explaining to you your driving was not the best. That's how long I've been following you for. You didn't even know. I'm having to do some field sobriety exercises so I can determine if you're too impaired to operate a motor vehicle. You understand? >> Yes, sir. >> Bag the firearms. Something. >> Thank you. Do me a favor. Put the hand on top of your head when it comes off. Same with that. All right. Sun's in your face. Come stand right over here for me and face that way. Away from the sun. You said you had two cups of alcohol earlier. Beer is you said, correct? >> Yes. Do me a favor. Stand right here and face this way. So, you're out of the sun. There you go. >> All right. Do me a favor. See? Keep your arms by your sides and your feet together. Okay. >> See the tip of the pin right here that I'm tapping? Yeah. >> I want you to follow this with your eyes and your eyes only without moving your head. You understand? >> Okay. >> Keep following this until till the exercise is over. Okay. >> Okay. >> Don't move your head. Remember? All right. Good. All right. Let's go. We'll use this line going down the driveway. >> See this line going all the way down? >> Which one? >> This one right here. There you go. If you want to stand on that one, that's fine. All right. Do me a favor. You're going to stand with your left foot on the line. Place your right foot in front of your left touching heel to toe. Okay? Keep your arms by your side. Don't start walking until I tell you to begin. You understand? >> When I tell you to begin, watch me. You're going to take nine heel to toe steps down the line. It's going to look like this. 1 2 3 4 5 all the way to nine. When you get to nine, you're going to leave your front foot on the line, step off of the back, take a small series of steps, and turn around and then take nine heel to toe steps back down the line. All right. Whenever you're ready, you may begin. >> 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 >> 9 turn around. >> Yep. As instructed. Property turn. 1 2 3 4 5 >> Hang on. Move that out of the way. >> 6 7 >> Miss off one. All right, for the next one, what wants you to do? Let's go right back down here. Right here for me. Okay, you have a watch. Can you time 30 seconds? Yeah. Just stand with your feet together, hands down by your side. Okay. When I tell you to begin, I want you to pick raise either leg you want about 6 in off the ground. Okay? You're going to keep both legs straight, your foot parallel to the ground. You're going to look at the foot in the air, and you're going to count 1,00 1,002,00 told to stop. Okay? 1 100 1,00 1,002 100 34 202 >> All right, good. All right, next one I want you to do is stand with your feet together, hands by your side, point your index fingers towards the ground, just like this, like I'm standing. All right, turn your palms facing me. There you go. When I tell you to close your eyes and tilt your head all the way back. If I say right, you bring your right arm out in front of you. Touch the tip of the finger to the tip of your nose. >> Tip what? >> Your finger. >> Tip of the finger to the tip of your nose. After you touch your nose, immediately bring your hand down by back to your side. >> Okay? >> So, if I say right, you go like this. If I say left, you go like this. >> Okay? You're going to keep your eyes closed the entire time. Okay? Don't open. Any questions? >> Close your eyes. Tilt your head back. Feet together, please. There you go. Feet together. All right. Head back. Left, right. Head back. Left, right, right, left. All right. Do you know your numbers from 1 to 100? >> Yeah. >> All right. When I tell you to I want you to close your eyes, tilt your head back just like you were. I want you to count backwards from 77 to 47 out loud. Okay. >> Any questions? >> 77 to 47. >> Yep. >> 76 7 >> Start at 77, right? 77 to 47. Uh 77 76 75 74 73 72 71 70 69 68 67 66 65 64 63 62 61 59 58 57 56 6 55 54 53 52 51 49 No, 50 49 58 47. >> Done. >> Said from 70 to 47, right? >> Yep. 77 47. Okay. All right. Do me a favor. Bring your hands back behind your back for me. >> All right, boss. This time you are under arrest for DUI as well. Okay. So, we'll offer you Huh? All right. >> You did very poorly. >> Very poorly. >> Yep. Very, very poorly. And then we still got to figure out what's going on with the gun stuff. So, >> can we go back to his car? >> Yeah. Put him in your car and then we'll start transporting. Get him out of here. >> We got to figure out criminal histories and everything else. One of the guns was under her seat. So, >> fun truck. So, you're taking the baby back with you, too? because you know he's he's obviously getting arrested. >> The problem is the big problem is that the juvenile is in the car. She how old? 8 months >> in the vehicle. He's intoxicated and there's loaded firearms in the vehicle. Okay. Do you think those are all great things for a child? Do you understand that we go to negligent discharges all the time? Accidental shootings all the time. We respond to those often because people don't realize and the gun goes off and now you have a almost infant in the vehicle. All right. Now, I got to notify DCF, which is Department of Children and Families, right? Because there's concerns for that child's safety from what I'm seeing. Does that make sense? >> So, is she getting taken away from me? >> No. cuz I don't even live out here. So if they start a case, how do do I come back or >> No, they notify them up there. I'm not saying that you're a bad mom or anything like that, but you got to realize that your choices and his choices impact that child. She's innocent and god forbid something happened, right? So let's be a little bit smarter about what we do. But you're going to go, okay? Unless you have any questions for me. >> Okay. >> All right. Thank you. I'm sure I can figure out. I just didn't want to move it until I asked. >> Yeah. So, the Glock had the extended. Okay. That's what I thought. The wall. Okay. I just want to make sure before I start moving crap. car. >> Uh, it's throwing mine. >> Yeah. >> The grandma's info. >> Firearms or >> just for now? >> Um, is this your mother-in-law or baby daddy's mom? Yeah. >> Okay. Does she have permission to take custody of the child in the back? >> Okay, >> you're good. >> There's a gun in the car, but it belongs to his brother, who is a security guard, >> which is it a black or a tan gun. >> Um, he has two guns. >> His two guns. They both belong to the brother. >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. You can take the the baby out, but we got to keep the car here. >> We got to keep the car. >> Yeah, we got to keep the car. Unless he's okay with the car being transported, but I don't think that's going to happen right now. >> Or, like I said, we're still investigating. We're still seeing what we have. >> The car has to stay, right? >> Um, no. The car will actually, we could probably turn the car over. I just got to make sure it's not used in a felony. >> Okay. We ran him through field exercises. He's under arrest for DIY as well. There's like not all of you. >> I I you know when they I'm sorry when they were leaving to go to McDonald's to die. >> We'll just get her out of here with the baby and we'll deal with the car later if we need to. >> Okay. >> There's no reason for me to be going to jail for anything. You can't prove anything at the end of the day. >> Bradberry was arrested and charged with driving under the influence with a minor in the vehicle. Two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. improper exhibition of a firearm and use of a firearm while under the influence of alcohol. He was booked into the Sheriff Perry Hall inmate detention facility and later released on a $25,000 bond. If you want more real body cam footage, subscribe to Jury Duty Body Cam.
