on February 25 2023 police officers responded to emergency 9-1-1 call of a car accident involving a possible drunk driver how are you doing all right trying to figure out what's going on I was just trying to bring one of my friends back who lives here in this building I was speeding on the road yes and then I turned too late because I didn't realize I gotta make a right turn right here and then I made a right turn and I drove up into the [ __ ] uh the trees and everything and I'm really sorry for that I really apologize but I'm really not like that please please I I I apologize to you please do not put me in any situation that will really hurt my future please what does that mean I'm kind of confused because I never like I never intended to do that I was just really fast and he was like oh I turn here and I just turned and I'm sorry about it okay so where were you coming from um I'm coming from Mercury I'm coming from Mercury which is the like the down the street apartment I get it yeah and coming up what are you looking for my idea I was trying to give it to you okay well you already gave it to us how much utility yes I was dropping him off and then I was cutting it back home when's the last time you drank except for you literally um an hour ago an hour ago so what time is it right now without looking at your watch or phone I just looked at your Watcher no no but my watch probable cause for a DUI um you said he was a driver correct yes I'm gonna need a statement maybe if I have PC enough to take him to jail for DUI okay just for a real witness if this was the the ninth step I want you to keep front foot planted pick up your rear foot right and take a series of small steps while keeping your front foot planted on the ground and return nine heel throw steps right it's gonna look something like this feet together arms down by our side I'm gonna pick up my right leg okay we're gonna pick it up approximately six inches right if I put it back down I'm gonna pick it back up right approximately six inches my foot pointed out all right I'm going to count out loud the following manner one one thousand one one one thousand two one one thousand three one one thousand four one thousand five and so forth while doing so I'm going to look at my elevated foot my foot's going to be pointed out straight okay I'm gonna count out loud my hands are gonna be by my side okay it's kind of yeah I'm sorry you good yes sir yes sir so you're gonna do it until you're told to stop okay sir how many times do I have to keep my feet up in the air how many seconds I just said into here until I stopped no until I say stop yeah yeah just making sure yes sir all ready ready whenever you start counting out loud and looking at your elevated foot and arms down by your side I'll start timer you can go go ahead whenever you're ready is that six inches oh what F6 done arms down by our side down six six are we completely the exercise okay you can stop foreign on a scale of
