Wake up. I told him sign a ticket. Start doing all I'm not signing ticket. I'm like, dude, just sign a ticket. It's fine. You know, you can talk to whoever you need to after. Told him put his hands behind his back. He started resisting. Took him to the ground and stuff. And he started grabbing my hand like he was going to hit me. So I punched him a couple times, just tased him. Then he uh put him in cuff. I don't know what's going on with him now. He's still breathing though. >> Okay. >> Where you at? >> Uh in the arm. >> No arm. >> Yeah. >> Johnny Holman was taken to a local hospital and pronounced dead on arrival. An autopsy determined his death was a homicide with heart disease a contributing factor. Holman's family has urged prosecutors to charge Kieran Kimbro with murder. The Atlanta Police Department conducted its own review, determined the tasering was excessive, and fired Officer Kimbro. However, Kimbro's attorney insists the now former officer acted lawfully. Still, Holman's family is preparing a lawsuit. In the meantime, Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens has demanded changes to police training and standard operating procedures. Those changes now include a rule that says officers should write refusal to sign on a traffic ticket instead of arresting somebody who will not sign. Indeed, arguing with a police officer over a traffic ticket should never mean a cop can wrestle you to the ground and taser you repeatedly. But we've seen time and again that instead of law enforcement, some cops prioritize their own feelings enforcement. And that can be deadly and tragic. By the way, police in Seattle are now getting sued after smashing into the wrong apartment. Dispatch said the crisis was at 3028 1st Avenue. Police went a half block away to 316 1st Avenue. >> Sienna, please. >> What? >> The innocent woman inside is 45-year-old therapist Elizabeth Ren. She was about to step in her bath. >> Move. >> Show me your hands. >> Hello. >> Now, please inside here. >> Check out that video at the link below. I'm David Schuster. Thanks for joining us.
