What do you mean? Can you Can you give it to me? Uh I can. I'm only required to present to you and I have presented it. Okay. Okay. Okay. In Westfield, New Jersey, as first reported by the Lackluster Channel, that is a tyrannical rookie cop named Ayed Taha. The man he has pulled over allegedly for speeding is named Nate. And Nate has placed his license and insurance information on the window, which is all he is required to do. >> All right. So, is you're just going to do this or you're going to just give it to me? I The law says I just have to present it to you. I have Okay. Yeah, but I have presented it >> you open Can you open the I can. So, this is what we're going to do. We're just going to play games? Uh for my safety, yes. Your safety? My safety. So, you don't want to hand me your your license. I have presented it to you. Legally, that's all I'm required to do. Okay. All right. Okay. It's right there for you. All right. What's going on, boss? I don't answer questions. He doesn't answer questions. Why Why do you seem so upset, boss? I don't answer questions. All right. This incident on August 6th, 2023, began when Nate, with his dash cameras recording, drove by police and gave them the one-finger salute. The courts have ruled that is protected speech, but Officer Taha clearly had hurt feelings. So, Officer Taha turned around, caught up with Nate, and accused him of going 48 in a 35-mph zone. Can I get your license registration, insurance, please? What have I been pulled over for? Um speeding, sir. Uh what speed was I going? >> going 48. 48? 48, man. Damn, that's some horse Yeah. Yeah, I record everything. Yeah, that's That's fine. I have I had this the radar running. The radar? W- you. Nate's dash camera recorded data indicates that's a lie and that Nate was not going faster than the speed limit. As Officer Taha tried to figure out how to issue a citation, Officer Picciano asks for more of Nate's information. All right. Any reason why you so upset, man? I'm not upset. All right. Perhaps when you pull someone over, probably should do it for a good reason, not really something that you're lying about. You think he was lying? Oh, I record everything. Okay. The speed was recorded. I'll gladly provide this in court. All right. It's false trying. It'd be interesting to see if he shows up. >> doesn't have to give his phone number or email address. Okay. Yeah, he doesn't have to. So, do with that information if you want. All right. Yeah. Um all right, boss. Hey, sir. I'm going to be issuing you a summons for careless. Um all the information is on the ticket. It's $88. You just pay it online. Mr. You're being um Careless. You're driving in a careless manner. I observed you driving 48 in a 35, sir, and I perceive that as careless, okay? This is your ticket, sir. You're being a jerk. This is This is what I'm giving you, okay? Giving you a little bit of break on the speed and I don't know what's the issue. You know, you seem to be very agitated, but um You're being a jerk. >> This is um Is there Do you have any more questions for me, sir? No, never had any. All right. So, you have a good night, okay? Careless driving is actually not a break and has the same number of points as speeding. Also, when Nate reached out to the Lackluster Channel, he was advised to get the officer's calibration logs and certificates. The documents indicate the radar equipment for this traffic stop was not even used. Officer Taha also wrote on the citation, which could be part of Nate's permanent record, that Nate was driving a commercial vehicle while carrying hazardous materials in his 2006 Honda. Mhm. Clearly, the hazardous material or subversive threat to Officer Taha was Nate's knowledge of the law and Nate's evidence establishing the truth. There are power-hungry, thin-skinned police officers, and then there's Officer Ayed Taha of the Westfield, New Jersey Police Department. Kudos to Dale Hiller of the Lackluster Channel for his tireless reporting on this incident and so many others. Please visit the Lackluster Channel on YouTube and show him your support. Also, on Dale's site, there is a place in the video comment section to show your support and encouragement to Nate. As of this video on Rebel HQ, the matter has not yet been resolved. Legal experts point out the Westfield, New Jersey Police Department could be vulnerable to a lawsuit. At the very least, Westfield has established that it has at least one cop, a rookie, who is a danger to the community. By the way, in Georgia, police now face a potential lawsuit after taking a wife hostage and then offering a trade for her husband. If you call Edward up right now to him to drive his vehicle up here, you can get in his car and go home and he'll go with us to the jail on that one charge if he agrees with you. Check out that video at the link below. I'm David Shuster. Thanks for joining us.
