Police arrive after a woman is surprised, flew up on, and scratched by a neighbor's rooster while she's in her backyard moving bricks. Yes, a rooster as in a male chicken. She would go on to explain she'd previously called police regarding the neighbor's bird before. And just moments before activating their body cam, police would make contact at the rooster's owner's front door. The officer would go on to ask the homeowner who opened the door if she has pet chickens. She would go on to confirm that she does, but would deny that it left her yard. And while talking to the woman outside, she would accidentally drop a crack pipe. She'd quickly rush to pick it up, but after seeing it, she'd ultimately deny him multiple times when body camera captures this. >> Sergeant Chambers, step out here. My name is Officer Fowler, my badge number is 1270. >> 1270 Fowler. >> So now would you like to tell me what your name is? >> I don't think that I have to speak to you, Officer Fowler. >> Perfect. At the time of this incident, the 29-year-old man was arrested on two second-degree misdemeanor charges, obstructing official business and resisting arrest. Under Ohio law, if convicted, the maximum sentencing for each of these two charges carries up to 90 days in jail and a $750 fine. The 25-year-old woman faced those same two second-degree misdemeanors, obstructing official business and resisting arrest, plus a fourth-degree misdemeanor, possession of paraphernalia, failure to disclose personal information, and animals running at large. Each of these fourth-degree misdemeanors carries up to a 30-day stay in jail and a $250 fine. Now, sadly, this is one of those rare instances where I wasn't able to obtain access to any sentencing details for the pair, but they would go on to be booked into county jail in Ohio, and they faced the previously mentioned charges. Both subjects are innocent unless and until proven guilty in the court of law. As always, let me know your honest thoughts on this case down below in the comment section. Stay safe out there, and I'll see you in the next video. >> Don't touch me. >> I got your back. Don't worry. >> No, come on. >> You're going to do it now. >> I'm not resisting. >> Yes, you are resisting. >> I'm going crazy.
