I was taking pictures of women. >> Okay. So you were talking to them. >> okay? I'm not going to lie to you. >> All right. >> I'll make job as easy as possible. >> Right now, you are under arrest. So, right now, I don't have any further questions for you, but they will want to ask you some more questions. If you just hang tight in here for me for a little bit. >> May I uh under these circumstances take my jacket off for >> Uh >> I understand it's big ass, but if you know if you don't feel comfortable I understand that. >> ask if you let me roll this window down a little bit I can for the time being. >> All right. >> Take your jacket off as soon as we get to the jail or wherever we're going to go. >> Can I May I make a phone call? I was in the process of going into the United States Marine Corps. I'm going infantry sir. I come from a military family. >> Military? >> I made a mistake. I understand I made a mistake. Am I proud of it? No sir, I'm not. >> Uh you'll get put in it. >> I don't know sir. What do you think might happen to me? >> Drive over here? >> No sir, I did not. >> How did you get here? >> Friend of mine dropped me off, but I told him I was going to here to buy a shirt, but I admit I have a problem sir. >> Don't worry. >> I'm 23 years old sir. >> 23? >> 23? >> Yes sir. Is there any way you can destroy the phone after you recover the evidence off of it? I did not intend I did not intend to take pictures of children, but Are are there any Is there Are there anything on there? I know there's pictures of women. I understand that. But if there's any pictures of females that that was not my intention sir. >> I don't know if there is or isn't. I just know what they're accusing me of doing. >> Yeah, but it's on my phone suggests that you'll see I was taking pictures of women, not children. The only thing going through my mind right now is the shame I brought on my family name by my actions. >> Well, you'll get through it. Don't worry about anything else. >> This is a little different, sir. This is an accurate version. May in fact be a felony charge. For that matter, I have a problem. I know I said this plenty of times before and I don't seem to think I'm effective, but I regret my actions. Although I know this will not sway anything. What's done is done and I understand that, sir. I have respect for you and law enforcement, sir. >> All right, which chair is it? All right, you got it. Go make yourself comfortable. >> Yeah, all right. >> We're just going to have a seat >> Over right there. >> That's one too. Which chair? >> Any chair you want. They will remove them cuffs as soon as they get in here to you. It might be a few minutes. So, just hang tight. >> I am all ready tight, sir. >> [snorts] >> The 23-year-old man pled guilty to felony peeping Tom after the Walmart incident. And through a negotiated plea agreement, his final sentencing order that the judge imposed was a 5-year sentence with the first year to be served in prison and the remaining 4 years on probation. [music] So, once again, as a result, he was sentenced to 1 year in prison and 4 on probation. The court furthermore imposed no criminal fines and listed no court costs. And after his 1 year in confinement is up, his 4 years of probation has a lengthy list of restrictions. He must complete 80 hours of community service, undergo a cycle evaluation, submit to drug and alcohol testing when required, provide his DNA sample, and remain completely out of contact of the family. He's also prohibited from returning to that specific Walmart as well as a Kroger nearby. He can't possess or have access to firearms or ammunition and is subject to random searching conditions while under supervision. In my opinion, this is a pretty relaxed sentencing considering he was caught in the act. And I've also seen other cases in Georgia where this one took place have much greater sentencing. I think his overall sentence in part has something to do with his level of cooperation, but also at the same time if the mom wasn't there based on his actions, [music] he likely wouldn't have cooperated if you even want to call it that at all. But anyways, let me know your personal thoughts on this case down below in the comment section. Stay safe out there and I'll see you in the next video. >> Oh, no. >> Look, I'm sorry. All right. >> No. You look like my meat. Get out of my face, please. Disrespectfully, disrespectfully, get out of my face. Get out OF MY FACE. YOU'RE NOT GETTING OUT OF HERE. NO. NO. NO. NO. HE'S NOT GETTING OUT OF HERE. NO. NO. NO. HE'S NOT PUTTING HIS HANDS ON MY KIDS. NO. >> [screaming] >> NO. NO. HE'S NOT PUTTING HIS HANDS ON MY KIDS. NO, PLEASE. NO. NO. I'M GOING TO [ __ ] YOU UP, BRO. YOU'RE LYING. You're lying. He's lying. >> What's up? >> He's lying. >> HE WAS RECORDING US. HE WAS PUTTING HIS HANDS ON MY LITTLE SISTER.
