That means you need to leave the store. Okay? >> Why am I being trespassed? >> That's That's not for me. All right. They regardless of your feelings with them, they're asking you to leave. Okay? >> I'm being trespassed for what? >> They can trespass you for any reason. It's private property. >> This is This is not a reason. This is a >> I understand it doesn't seem like a reason to you So, you have one more chance. >> This is a crime. >> Okay, you have one more chance. >> This is a crime. >> All right. YOU'RE NOT EVEN RECORDING. >> YOU GOT TWO RESISTING CHARGES. Keep it up, you'll get another one. >> I'm going to sue you. >> What did you say? >> I'm going to sue you. >> You're going to do what? You said you're going to kill me? >> I didn't say I was going to kill you then. I said >> Sit down. >> [laughter] >> All right. >> Should have let me come in. >> Why was in the back? I didn't see anybody. And they kept pointing to the front. >> Here's your stuff. This cart >> And this little thing she's wheeling around. >> So, she had both of these. And what's This is just like a homeless sign? >> Yeah. >> Where we leave in this shopping cart all the her stuff, so tomorrow you can come and get the videos. >> Yeah, we'll have to get the video tomorrow for sure. They have no one in here that can get camera footage until tomorrow. So, they can't even verify what property would be there is from today. >> Uh did you get the She did have some receipts? >> I have no idea where her receipts would be. >> Cal Rex, you can't be pulling stuff in here. >> Yeah. >> She got this here and this sign here. That's more like what they were called making money uh soliciting? >> Oh, yeah, that sounds >> I said I said you can't be doing that and that's that's when she started getting loud, you know, and told her I said calm down a little bit, okay, now, please. And she said, "No, you're harassing me. I'm black. You're racist." I said I ain't racist. I said I got more black friends than I got white friends. >> [laughter] >> And then she started screaming when I asked her I'm going to call cops. >> Yeah. >> And I'm going to call y'all. >> That's the right thing you did. Like I said, she's got locks on her bag, all this stuff, but I I see no receipts just out in the open right now. >> Can I have my items? >> Your items will go into the police department for safekeeping. So, when you get out, you can pick them all back up. >> I won't lose any any of this. >> Nope, it's all on body cam. It's been on body cam since the moment you and I started talking. Do you guys want both arms restrained or just one? >> Whatever y'all feel like. >> Can I have my Bible, please? >> It cannot go with you. Okay? >> It has to go with me. It's just paper like my receipts. >> Okay. Will the jail take a Bible? >> The jail will take a Bible. >> I don't know. >> I'm not sure. So, yeah, you can take that with you. >> Okay. >> Her Bible? >> I guess she wants it. >> Look through it. Make sure there's nothing in it. Yeah. Is it a big Bible? >> Although she resisted arrest inside Walmart, the next woman would take that phrase to an entire new level. In a few counties over, after trying to push a basket full of unpaid merchandise outside of Walmart, she'd quickly get stopped by loss prevention before she could make it out. And thinking that she would just be trespassed, well, she'd quickly have a reality check and ultimately go berserk on the arresting officer who would quickly need backup assistance herself. >> She tried to push out. We're getting the trainer machine ready. >> Okay. Do you have your ID on you? Is that the previous instance? Okay. What's your first name? Okay, I got a name date of birth for you. 1992. Would you like to be tased? Get up and turn around. Then turn around. Turn around. >> [screaming] >> I can't it. I CAN'T IT. >> STOP. >> [screaming] >> PLEASE STOP [screaming] IT. I HAVE SEIZURES. I CAN'T STOP. >> YOU'RE DOING THIS TO YOURSELF. >> IT. I can't it. I CAN'T I CAN'T IT. I CAN'T >> [screaming] >> WHY ARE YOU CRYING? >> BECAUSE YOU KNOW I CAN'T DO IT. I CAN'T DO IT. I CAN'T >> [screaming] [crying] >> WOULD YOU LIKE TO TALK TO ME? SETTLE DOWN. >> [laughter] >> I CAN'T >> YOU CAN'T settle down? >> I can't I can't go to jail. Roll it. 10-30 10-10 >> She's breathing. >> Fiery little thing. >> I spidered a good bit before you came, man. Can I get my radiator go out? >> Yeah. I was right there at the red light. >> She had those. She threw them. >> Ooh, I'm going to need a drink after this one. >> I was trying to avoid the computers. >> I will say this, never happened, so >> No, she was fine until I told her she was going with me cuz it's 1300. >> Ooh. >> Yeah. >> You got to do a press charges, right? >> Yes. >> Yeah, that's that's what the That's why I read that, too. I just can't help the reaction. >> But that's not how we act. >> I know, but I'm sorry. >> That's how you get more charges. >> I understand. It was an automatic reaction for me for some reason at this point. >> Well, even I sat you down and told you if we needed to talk to calm down, we can. And you you kept on. >> I just can't >> Uh I can tell you fighting like that gives you another charge. You need a think about the things you do before you do them. >> I can't help but react that way for some reason. It's just It doesn't mean a matter if it's physical automatically. The the mental the >> I'm sorry you have that kind of issues in your life, but >> This [snorts] changes the way I react. >> Well, when you do illegal things, there's a good chance we're going to get involved, which means you got to understand that there's a good chance you're going to jail. >> And this isn't your first time. The pictures of you doing the same thing. I can tell you the one who was held up this minute ago was over $2,000. >> She pushed out on us a while back, too. I just didn't catch her doing it. >> This 33-year-old lady was charged with resisting a police officer without violence and shoplifting over the felony amount of $750. When she tried to leave with $1,313 in unpaid merchandise, there weren't details specifically related to this case, so she is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. But as the officer mentioned, she tried this a few counties over and had a similar arrest just months prior to this footage. And for that theft and resisting case, this woman spent 35 days in jail. For this 27-year-old woman, she faced first-degree misdemeanor charges for trespassing after failing to leave the property when ordered and resisting an officer without violence. She would go on to spend 27 days in jail before prosecutors agreed to defer prosecution on both charges. She entered no plea and was not adjudicated guilty. [music] Under the agreement, she must complete a mental health evaluation and any recommended treatment, perform 25 hours of community service, and comply with her supervision requirements. And successful completion of the agreement is intended to result in dismissal of her charges. Let me know your honest thoughts down below on these cases. Stay safe out there and I'll see you in the next video. >> Ma'am, turn around. >> [screaming] >> Turn around. >> [screaming] >> Stop. >> [screaming] [screaming] >> I have seizures. I CAN'T STOP. It's like you're doing this on purpose. >> What? That's beside the point. If I use the card, it's no problem. I put my stuff, I let the lady know that it's my stuff already. >> I've tased her twice. >> [screaming] [music]
