And I got back in my car and I just left. >> Right. And that's what I'm trying to do here, but you won't even get out of the car. Right. I'm giving you a lawful order to get out, so you have to comply with the lawful order. >> No, I'm I'm not doing that, man. Cuz you refused to turn the car off. So, we can hold the dog around your vehicle. Then if you want to leave the vehicle, then that's fine, but you're still getting out of it. Yes, you are. I wasn't going to put you in handcuffs. I would I'm not asking you to search your vehicle. I'm asking you to exit, and I wasn't going to put you in handcuffs. But, this is where you're escalating it, too. No, you are very much escalating this. Outside of the vehicle, you can. You will get out of the vehicle. That's what you're pushing me towards, and I'm trying not to go down that road with you. You're right, there's no reason to. You can step out of the vehicle like I lawfully ordered you to. No, it is not incorrect. I promise you I do this for a living, and I do it every night. All they do is listen to what the man's saying. But, you didn't comply with anything they asked you to do beforehand. No, you didn't. I told you to shut the car off, and you said no. You didn't tell me that, and then I asked you to step out, which you refused to do, and you refused multiple times now. Right, because you're refusing lawful orders. I am, because you're refusing lawful orders. That's why. They I don't care if they're fair, they're lawful. They are and you're going to find out when you end up in jail because of this. No, I am not. I am not abusing my powers. There are four officers out here. Take your seat belt off. Get out of the vehicle. I'm telling you right now. And you've also already threatened to drive away from the scene multiple times. Get out of the vehicle. Get out of the vehicle. I never said I was going to search you. No, I didn't. Yeah, absolutely. I never once said I was going to search you or put you in handcuffs. I asked you to get out. Because you're lying about me and I have you on camera. You absolutely are. I never once said I was going to search you. You want to try to see if you can talk to him? I'm really trying not to break his window and yank him out of the car, but I'm going to. No, it's not. I really don't want to go down this road, but now he's threatening to drive away. Refusing to get out. Refusing to pull the car over. Extremely hostile when all I did was Do you want Do you want me to position my truck in front of him so he can't back out? Let's put a car in front of him first. We're going to have to really box him in though, otherwise he's going to ram something. I'm going to bring yours out front. I'll pinch the back end of his. We can do that while he's talking to to me when you're talking. I want you to talk. I'll let you pull over on first and then I'll I'll get out of the car cuz I don't want to spook him getting out of the >> Cuz at this point you're resisting arrest. >> I'm not resisting arrest. >> You you're you're resisting. >> So I'm under arrest? You never said that. >> Okay, you are now. You're under arrest for resisting my multiple lawful commands. >> Sir, I was not walking. >> Okay. >> I was not walking. >> You have You have and now I'm lawfully telling you that you're under arrest. I need you to shut the vehicle off and exit. What's that? You need to go ahead and un- un- un- start. Is that a yes? >> Hey! >> Back up. Back up. BACK UP. BACK UP. BACK UP. BACK UP. >> OH, DAMN IT. OH, DAMN IT. >> Let's go find him. Why don't you? >> We have his ID. It's a charger. There's no reason to go chasing after him. We're going to lose the dope. I guarantee there's dope in the car, but I mean we can't go 10-31 on that. He didn't intentionally try to ram us, so we just forward on it. I'm going to drive that way to see if he's around, but >> Let's go to the house. >> Oh, yeah. Do you have his address? >> Yeah. >> Give me his [ __ ] ID. >> Should have tried this. You pop the bottom corner on the older cars like that, and it usually shatters right away. >> It wouldn't matter if he was still going to do what he was >> Yeah, he's still going to do what he's going to do. >> No, give me like this [ __ ] thing. Tell him >> I didn't think you were going to be here. >> I'm legit going to mute >> this cuz apparently everybody's going to talk crap. >> Just [ __ ] broke my window. >> Officers would locate his address, take a short drive, and knock to see if anyone's home. Sheriff's office. Means don't run. Come up. Talk to >> What are these people doing? >> I saw you peeking through the blinds. Step out. >> What's his name again? >> Jacob. Sheriff's office. Hey. >> Is Jacob home? >> I don't know. >> He needs to turn himself in ASAP. He just ran from us. We have his ID he gave to us. He is going to jail. He needs to turn himself in immediately. >> You got a cop car playing music? >> Authoritative music. Yeah. He's about to catch a warrant for his arrest for multiple felonies. We We need him to turn himself in immediately. Sorry, we'll show up here tomorrow and we'll tow his car. Involved in a felony. I hope he likes his car cuz he's not getting it back. As soon as we find that [ __ ] it's getting towed. >> I'm going to try to call him now. It's just the person I'm trying to reach. >> Where does he Where does he frequent? >> I don't know. He just goes to a block. I don't really know. >> Yeah. >> There's got to be somewhere else. Someone's house that he goes to. >> He almost hit several of us. He was borderline about to get shot because of what he did to us. It's extremely serious. His car's getting towed. He's being arrested for multiple felonies. The dope that he had in his car that he threw, I'm going to find some way to charge him for that [ __ ] too. Sorry to bother you. Have a good night. >> Hey, it's the office. Hey, is Jacob home? >> Yeah, he is. >> He's up. >> Can we borrow him? >> Can he come out here? >> We're going to We're going to go in and get him. >> The inside of the house is redacted per Florida law, but officers would follow the father inside the house with the police report stating they made contact with the dad who advised Jacob was home. They would go on to follow the father inside the house to retrieve Jacob on the warrant with Jacob ultimately refusing multiple lawful commands to lay on the ground. They would go on to place Jacob on the bed and he started to roll around to try and get away from being handcuffed. As Jacob was rolling around, they ended up on the floor adjacent to the bed and while attempting to gain control of Jacob [clears throat] on the ground, he would continue to roll around and resist. Jacob would begin grabbing at Deputy F's face, cutting the back of his neck and his wrist with his fingernails in the process. Deputy F would go on to strike Jacob numerous times until another deputy would pull out his agency-issued taser and discharge it in order to gain compliance of Jacob. Together, they were able to gain control, but Jacob continued to be uncompliant during the walk back to the vehicle. >> You [ __ ] my face up like that, bro.
