And then he and I'm trying to grab him and he wouldn't let me have my hand back. So he went like that to me. I said, "Hold on." That's it. Thank you. >> What he was complaining about uh his right thumb. >> Okay. >> As a result of his actions, the 52-year-old man was given five charges. Two counts of resisting an officer without violence, one count of battery on a law enforcement officer, one count of driving while license is suspended, and lastly, possession of a driver's license while having your license suspended. The last three charges, battery on a law enforcement officer, and the two driver's license charges were eventually dropped, but the two counts of resisting an officer without violence, the man was adjudicated guilty on these two counts.
