So the hard part is like without having them go back and watch all that video footage as well to to see like whenever this stuff was taken which again all we know is when she returned it. We don't even know when she may have taken the shirts and all that. So it's hard to say right now. I would say be because of the history and everything that's going on here, just take it and log it as evidence. If she can prove that she legally got it, she can have it back. But for now, I'd log it as evidence just to kind of show like this is the stuff it seems like she's doing. And most likely, she's probably going to do the same with all this. She was adjudicated guilty shortly afterwards on both charges and as a result she served 25 days inside county jail followed by two years of probation.
