The truck's getting towed because there's no registration, there's no insurance. I can't let that vehicle be driven from here. >> Damn. >> I saw as soon as I pulled into that gas station. I saw you look at me. If you get behind the wheel, I promise you I'm going to find you. And I'm going to put you in jail. >> You can't >> You can't be on behind the wheel of it even if it's being pulled. >> Oh, no [ __ ] >> Yeah, because >> He's done this before. He's done it all the time and I >> I'm letting you know right now. I'm going to find you and I'm going to put you in jail for it cuz you just you just got lucky. >> I wasn't resisting >> for resisting without violence. >> I wasn't resisting, man. >> it. If it was the first time you had done it If it was the first time you had done Well, you also opened the door and slammed it into and slammed it into He's literally covered in dirt and stuff from from from you not wanting to go into custody. >> I was not. >> time you've done it. If it had been If it was the first time you had done it I've already called my supervisor and he he's the one that told me you you are going to jail. >> Can I at least speak with my wife? I cuz >> Absolutely. I will let them come over here. I will let them >> I didn't resist. Why are y'all doing this to me, man? No, I didn't. I just opened the door. >> You you know that if a deputy tells you on a traffic stop to exit the vehicle, you have to do that. You know that because you went through it less than a year ago. And you didn't get out of the vehicle then, either. >> But I'm saying, what what was the probable cause for doing that? >> We don't have to have probable cause to ask somebody out of a vehicle on a traffic stop. >> Pennsylvania versus Mims case law says that anybody >> I already told you I already called my supervisor. He is the one that told me you are going to jail. >> Huh. >> But he looked at your your criminal history. He sees where you did the exact same thing less than a year Absolutely. You can hear in just a minute, okay? >> Can I hit my vape? >> Do you want Absolutely. >> But I wasn't resisting. He asked me to open the door and he was pulling and I pushed at the same time. >> to say that you weren't getting out of the car and why and no >> I didn't get out of the car. >> But all we have to have is ask you, tell you, and make you. You're I'm not going to let Lucas come back here um because that's not going to go well and the last thing that I want to do is take both of you guys to jail because if he interferes with us again, he is going to jail. >> to pull me over. What about no tag? Come on, man. >> That's not a reason to pull you over? >> What What reason did you have to follow me, though? >> I didn't follow you. I literally came out of the gas station, turned onto Silver Lake, and I saw a truck in front of me with no tag on it. >> For future reference, if we ask you to step out of the vehicle, you have to step out of the vehicle. Since So, it's it's case law, Pennsylvania versus Mims, okay? That has been the law law. So, it's case law. It's for officer safety reasons cuz I don't know if you have a pistol on you. I don't know what I don't know what you got going on that car. And when you're when you're you start getting anxious and fidgety, I don't and I don't know who you are. I've never met you in my life. I don't know if you got a gun pointed at me through the door. I have no idea. I've never dealt with you in my life. So, once I put my put my hands on someone, they're they're under arrest. >> Megan, you one of y'all need to call a bondsman. How much is his bond going to be? >> Uh it's a first-degree misdemeanor. >> First-degree >> So, $100 with the bondsman? >> Yeah, 10% would be 100. >> You got that on the body camera? >> Huh? >> I ain't even planning on going to jail, man. I was going home. Look, I mean, look. Look at my hands. >> Sir, I don't know what you got in your car. >> You know how many hot situations I'm in where I could just shot >> videos. I know. >> Yeah, you You You've seen those videos? It's It's crazy. It's wild west out here, man. >> All right, brother. >> I just told him to take it. >> Hold on. >> Please step away while he This man does his job. >> Can I grab my [ __ ] drink, please? >> Yeah. >> Grab your drink. >> You have the important stuff you need. >> Can I look again for my husband's stuff, please? >> Hey, bro. Don't threaten me like that again. >> I ain't threatening you. [ __ ] you. >> Lucas, Lucas, stop, please. >> Can I leave you alone? I didn't say [ __ ] to you. >> Sorry. Dealing with her for the past 45 minutes. >> Hey, take it easy. I'm I'm on the phone, dude. I'm not talking to you. Please leave me alone. >> Megan. >> I'm on the phone. I'm not talking to you. Please leave me the [ __ ] alone, bro. >> Lucas, stop. I can't do it no more. I can't. >> I had to slam my head on the trunk. >> Now, is this what you want? >> sir. >> I have it on video. >> I do, too. >> out by the bowling alley. >> I have it on video. When I ask someone to get out the vehicle and they refuse, that's resisting without violence. He didn't reach for a door handle the first four times I asked him. Okay, I'm glad you do. I'm I'm I'm glad you do. I have it on the video as well. Okay, thank you. >> His mom is having >> Bro, I literally cut you a break the other day. Like, you're like the rudest person I've ever encountered in my life. I literally I literally Okay. >> Lucas, she's told Lucas >> I got you. >> Stop right now. Go get the car. I'm waiting for the tow truck so I can back the car down here and put the [ __ ] in the car. >> That's not even my car. You're writing the tag number of my sister's car. How did he threaten you? >> Just catch me outside. >> Okay. >> Better not Better not see him outside. >> Okay. >> Just I I don't want I'm not trying to >> he's upset. >> He is. >> But he needs to learn respect. >> I know. I know. We will definitely have a talk with him. We will definitely Me and his mom will definitely have a talk with him. I promise. >> Because I don't have to be nice. I don't have to let him out. I understand. Appreciate you, brother. I'm cold. Cheers. Yeah, well, this guy's off and on for 20 years. So >> Do you need it pulled forward? >> Huh? >> Do you need it pulled forward some more? Calmly, nicely. >> Huh? I think so, yeah. Just This kid's just out of control. Stressed out, threatening whatever the beep beep ass. The tow truck driver. Yeah. I don't know. It won't start. Please talk to your son too about um yielding for um emergency vehicles cuz he almost hit my car. >> Yes, sir. I will. >> He whipped around me. This is a double double line road and he almost hit my car because he was so impatient. When I pulled up and came to my vehicle, he almost hit the front. And I didn't pull him over for that, which I could have. You're pulled over is all I have to say. And he would have got a reckless driving. And felony DUI just like that. >> I will tell have a talk with him. >> So even while he's been so rude to us, we're still cutting him breaks. And I did take him to jail the other day when he was riding around in his car that was untitled. I didn't even give him a a ticket. Yeah. So, we're trying to be polite to him cuz we realize he's got some stuff going on. I don't know what he's got going on, but he needs he needs to he needs to learn a little respect. I don't know what >> The car the man was driving was not registered and also had no insurance. And as a result of the 44-year-old man pushing the door into the officer, he was charged with resisting an officer without violence. Records show that after reviewing his history at the jail, he was actually denied bond due to being listed as a prolific offender. And as a result of his actions in court, the man was adjudicated guilty and given a 2-day sentence inside county jail. Along with spending 2 days in jail, he also had to pay $483 in court costs and fees. Let me know your honest thoughts on this case down below in the comments. Stay safe out there and I'll see you in the next video. >> I can't hold him up here to uh verify the truck. >> Okay, that's cool. Uh I'm going to have everybody step outside the vehicle, okay? >> For what? >> I'm going to do a canine sniff of your vehicle. >> For what? >> Because I can. >> Okay, if you can. For what? Because of who I am? >> Sir, step out of the vehicle. >> Because of who I am? >> Step out of the vehicle. >> I am? >> I'm not telling you again. >> question. >> of the car. >> Oh [ __ ] what y'all do? >> Get out of the car. >> Don't snatch on me, please. >> Get out of the car. >> I will get out of the car. Stop yelling at me. >> Get out of the car now. >> He's hitting him with the door. >> Where are you going to >> I didn't. I didn't. I didn't. I didn't. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I didn't.
