Nobody stole it. You probably set it somewhere. Hang on. Let's window back up. Quit messing with my stuff now. I'll help you work on some of this. >> There were three women present, but one would end up taking all of the charges. And if you guessed it, it was the 29-year-old driver. She was given a total of seven charges. These are those charges from least to greatest with number one and number two having severe consequences. Charge seven was speeding, which was dropped by prosecutors. Charge six, giving a false name to law enforcement, which she was adjudicated guilty and was given 60 days of confinement. Charge five, obstruction of an officer, also guilty with 60 days of confinement. Charge four, possession of methamphetamine, guilty with 3 years of probation. Charge three, possession of marijuana, more than 1 oz, which prosecutors would go on to drop and instead adjudicate her guilty on a more severe charge of charge number two, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute. She was adjudicated guilty on this one and given a 15-year sentence with the first 5 years to be served in state prison. And for charge number one, her most and serious charge, she was adjudicated guilty on trafficking in illegal drugs. She was sentenced to 20 years in total on this charge with the first 5 years to be served in state prison and the remainder on probation. For this charge, she was also ordered to pay a $50,000 fine. It's important to note that all of these charges run concurrently, so in total she was sentenced to a 20-year sentence with the first 5 years to be served in state prison and the remaining 15 years to be served on probation. As she would go on to mention, she was recently released from prison. It's important to note that this took place in the state of Georgia, which I mean has much more serious punishments for certain crimes as we see here. And also this was a negotiated plea deal where all the charges run concurrently. As always, let me know your honest thoughts on this case down below in the comments. Stay safe out there and I'll see you in the next video. >> Sir, I swear to god that's not my bag. Wait, wait, wait, WAIT, THAT'S NOT MY BAG. WAIT A MINUTE, THAT'S NOT OW. NO, THAT'S NOT MINE. NO. [screaming] Y'ALL THAT'S NOT MINE. WAIT, I STOPPED. WAIT, THAT'S NOT MINE. CAN I LEAVE? CAN I HAVE ONE of those? Sir, I'm being arrested for something that's not mine. Please let me call my Sir, IT'S NOT MINE. >> DON'T LET I DON'T KNOW SOMEBODY. I'm sorry. Please listen to me. IT'S NOT MY STUFF. WAIT, I HAVE TO TALK ON MY PHONE. I HAVE TO GET SOMEBODY TO COME AND GET US.
