Batter on Leo resisting with violence. You okay, man? You good? >> Yeah, you're good. As a result, the 39year-old woman was charged with her third DUI within 10 years, battery on a law enforcement officer, threats against law enforcement, and resisting an officer with violence. In court, she later entered a no contest please on the DUI resisting and threat charges, while prosecutors dropped the battery on an officer charge. The court ultimately withheld adjudication on the resisting charge, but did adjudicate her guilty on the DUI and threat charges. If you're wondering if she spent any time in jail, well, for the DUI, she was sentenced to 30 days inside of county jail, followed by 2 years of probation and a $4,000 fine. She would go on to later violate her probation after she fell behind on required court and supervision payments as well as failed to consistently complete or document required AA and peer recovery meetings. These violations of her probation led to another arrest a little over 2 years after this footage. Subsequently, her probation officer recommended 10 months in county jail as a result of violating her probation, but the judge instead modified her sentence and placed her on a new 24month or 2-year probation term.
