As a result, the 20-year-old man is initially given four charges. Under Florida Statute 893.13, possession of less than 20 g of cannabis. Under Florida Statute 843.02, resisting an officer without violence. Under Florida Statute 790.01, unlawful carrying of a concealed firearm. And his last charge under Florida Statute 812.014, was grand theft of a a On three of the charges, grand theft of a firearm, carrying a concealed firearm, and marijuana possession under 20 g, prosecutors chose to take no action. However, on the resisting an officer without violence, the 20-year-old man was adjudicated guilty.
