Driving while license suspended, resisting, and failure to obey police were all dropped by prosecutors. Her tag light violation was eventually dismissed after she provided proof of compliance. And for running a stop sign, she pleaded no contest where adjudication was withheld, meaning that the judge didn't formally adjudicate her guilty, but the woman still accepts the ruling, any penalties [music] or sentencing. And in some, her total financial penalties were $266. The woman secured a diversion agreement where within 30 days she had to complete 25 hours of community service, a 4-hour anger management course, $100 prosecution cost and proof of a valid driver's license. And if she successfully completed this, the state would abandon prosecution entirely. No jail or probation sentencing were involved considering this was a pretty minor case. As always, let me know your honest thoughts down below in the comment section. Stay safe out there and I'll see you in the next video. Put your hands behind your back.
