Um, and then I got to see what else I don't know what else she did, but we'll figure it out. >> Okay. >> How long? >> 14 years. Yes, sir. I did not. I did not. I did not. Was that today? I'm not going to let you fall backwards. I'm going to be behind you. Watch your head. Watch your head. All right, just sit right here, please. Sit right here at the edge. Can you scoot a little bit further towards me and then face the other way? I'm going to move your handcuffs to the front, all right? I did unfortunately tase her a couple times. It was ineffective, um but she's pretty strong. Took about three or four of us to finally get her into custody. And as we were getting her into custody, a crack pipe fell out of her jacket. She could have been on narcotics out here cuz like I said, she has some some pretty superhuman strength out here. So, she's going to uh go to jail for her warrant, which is uh trespassing on a structure, resisting, go figures, and a possession of paraphernalia. So, she's also going to get some additional charges for possession of paraphernalia, uh battery on a LEO, another resisting charge, and possibly a resisting with violence charge. So, hopefully she learns a lesson out here. Uh she probably won't be out here on the streets for a couple weeks at least. And I will be on to the next. >> During the arrest of the 38-year-old woman, she went on to resist and ultimately made contact with officers and was arrested on several charges, including battery on law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with violence, possession of paraphernalia, and resisting without violence. In court, [music] prosecutors chose not to proceed on battery on law enforcement or resisting without violence charges. [music] And the 38-year-old woman would go on to enter no contest pleas to felony resisting an officer with violence and possession of drug paraphernalia. Furthermore, the court would formally adjudicate her guilty on both of those counts. As a result, the woman was sentenced to 150 days inside of county jail. She was also charged around $768 in court costs and legal fees and given roughly 1 year from her release date to pay the balance. As always, let me know your honest thoughts on this case down below in the comment section. Stay safe out there and I'll see you in the next video. >> What is my name first? >> Nope. Once you get >> just scared. THAT'S ALL. >> TURN OVER. >> NO. >> TURN OVER. TURN OVER. Turn over. You kicked me. >> I didn't. >> Where you want your shot? >> [music]
