I'm not trying to do that. >> What up? >> Oh, I can hear you. Go ahead, bud. >> Okay. I'm not giving you consent to to search my vehicle. >> Tell you what, Mark. Here's what we're going to do. Okay, you're going to jail for resisting without and your vehicle and your vehicle's being towed. >> I'm not resisting. >> Okay, you're making me up rules and and policies. You're making up policies and codes. >> Okay, it's getting it's getting seized. >> It is. It is. I'm telling you what's going to happen. >> Where's your supervisor? >> You don't need one right now, Mark. >> Yes, I do. >> Okay. Well, you're not going to get one. How's that sound? >> Sounds like you're breaking the wrong you didn't want to go on this road, Mark. >> I learned that you don't want to go down this road. >> Okay, buddy. >> No, buddy. >> Your vehicle's Okay, then you know better, right? >> I know. I know how you're going down because I've been studying constitutional law for the past 6 years now, right? And you have just violated every constitutional law that you made. You just >> Mark, I've been doing this for a long time. I do whatever you like, my friend. >> Okay. >> She's going to lose your job, too. So, I hope you enjoyed the time that you spent and then illegal search. >> Oh, it's it's being towed. It's being inventoried. Got to love it. Little bit of little bit of coffee to get that going, huh? You said what? >> Yeah, but times three. >> Yeah, >> the fourth time is yelling at me. >> The third time, the fourth time is a thirdderee felony. >> So, a bunch yelling at me. >> It doesn't matter. It's still a thirdderee felony. >> Stop being a person. Stop being a puss. >> Sure. I'll come be your handicap. >> Well, it's not. >> Yeah, whatever. You know what I'm saying? >> Can't do anything by herself anymore. >> All right. You know what? Muting conversation with the deputies. What do you say? >> It's not a search. >> What? You're still in trouble. Just spin your hands to me. Which one? >> The right one. >> Okay. All right. >> Spin just a little bit more to me. Just your Just your hands. There you go. I'm going to have to pull on you just a little bit here. All right. >> Too much. >> No. >> All right. I don't want to pull your arm out. How's that right there? >> All right. I got to lock it so it doesn't tighten up on you. All right. All right. Don't lean on him so much. It's going to make them tighter. >> I know. The left the left one's pinching now. The left one's super loose. I know the left one's loose cuz I looked at it earlier. >> Can I just Can you Can I slide out and you can jump to just pull them up biting in? >> So, listen to me. Don't lean on the seat. Just put your hands facing that way so it's not as tight. >> You know what I'm saying? >> Damn. You're freaking moving this truck, dude. >> I know, man. I had a charger before. There's a lot less room. >> Face your hands that way so you're not >> Yeah. I'm trying to just get it up a little bit. >> Okay. and just scoot your butt that way so you have room. You know what I'm saying? >> Okay. >> I know it's not comfortable. All right. Come on. >> Mark then breaks down what led him to be in this position in life and more importantly how the world actually works. >> Mark, here's the deal. Okay, let me just explain this to you. >> You would have been on your way with honestly a warning. All you had to do was just listen. And you you couldn't do that. >> No, I can't listen. >> You couldn't though. >> And now you got a ton of tickets. Your vehicle's towed. We got to go through the whole thing just because you couldn't listen. >> I know. Why couldn't you just sit here? I can just I can just get >> Mark. I am the nicest cop you'll ever meet in your life. Okay. I trust me, I am. I really I really really am. >> My dad was law enforcement for 48 years. >> Okay. >> And Randy Hayes is a good friend. >> Then you should know better. >> Nice guy. >> You should know better. I'm saying but the but the times are changing now and and you know we have we have awareness that economy is crashing right now. I know and everybody's just trying to get get I mean we're going to be honest with each other. Be honest with me guys. All right a few years ago county has a way of just dragging you to the dirt. All right. But anyways, make a long story short, I was a couple years ago. Okay, I got I got my insurance my insurance and he said, I saw this I saw this post. He said, I saw this uh this interview with George Sor, right? George s I'll raise the insurance rate as high as I want to pay because they're ignorant right ignorant what is ignorant okay ignorance is not knowing what is being okay so I started studying I started studying all these things and the law and everything else which I had prior been doing that prior to that anyways okay and finding out what was what was truly going on in our country because I had because I had seen our our country had been subjecting us to tyranny and aggression for a long time. Okay. So, I wasn't able to pay my insurance anymore because it went up it went up to $243 a month. I couldn't afford that. All right. So, I had to let it I had to let it lapse. All right. Well, in the process of letting it lapse, of course, you know, they they suspend your driver license, they revoke your tags and everything else. All my tags were good for 2 years. So, I've just been running them. I follow the law, you know. I drive the speed limit 9 mile. We usually run, you know, everybody, even 80 miles hour. Everybody does. Everybody does. You know, that's why there was just one of those warnings. Yeah. That guy passed me. He was doing he passed me coming through 9 miles. I didn't know about 75 70 77 80. Yeah. Right through there. He passed me and I was just I wasn't even paying attention. I was listening to the radio and I'm just joking along, you know. >> Okay. And I seen you put it in and so I was like, "Well, I guess this guy's going to get, you know, but I wasn't I wasn't going faster than him." So, you know, then you said I was doing 81, which I don't know. You know, it's kind of hard to say these days. Anyways, >> between tire size and different different >> Yeah, I know. I know. Mark, here's the thing is I understand hard times and I am like I like I told you, I'm not one of those deputies going to raise you 100 tickets. However, if we have a circumstance where somebody has to put me in that circumstance, then that it is what it is. >> I know. >> And and and I'm not I probably wouldn't write you a ticket. >> Hammond, this is coming. You know that, right? >> I don't know what you're saying. Huh? >> So, I can This is coming. >> No, this what's coming. What I just explained to you just a while ago, this is coming. Okay. there. You know, Trump's in office now and and a lot of the old laws and the policies that you see because you're you're you're a civil servant. Okay, you understand that, right? Yeah. Okay. This and this is not an argument. This is just this is just a conversation. Okay. You're a civil servant. Okay. So, you have to you have to abide by the the constitutional laws which are which which which policies and Okay. See, there's there's there's there's laws that we got to follow. Okay? The first laws that we have to follow are God's laws. Okay? They're the supreme laws of the universe, right? We follow God's laws. Well, unless you don't believe in God. >> You know what I'm saying? I got you. >> You know, if you believe in a higher power or if you don't, you know, there's still governing laws that that that make this universe turn. All right? Make the galaxy turn, make the planet turn. Okay? And there's natural laws on the planet that that that we that we need to follow. If we don't follow them, we we we fall short. Okay? It's just like all the diseases and everything else going on in the world right now. You know, there is no disease that can't be cured [clears throat] if you follow the natural laws because the natural laws will keep your body healthy and strong and and and vibrant. Okay? Anyway, so we come down from them. We come into common laws. Okay? Which which were subjected to tyranny and oppression through European laws which were Roman maritime laws and abality laws. Okay. All right. in and the laws and the laws that they use in the courthouse are admirality laws. That's why the language is different. Okay. So then we come down then we come down into constitutional bill of right laws and then constitutional laws. All right. And then from there come the become the policies and codes which are which are the laws that y'all follow. Okay? You know and and I'm only going to I'm I only got I only can do what I what I can do. You know, when I discovered all these all these things, you know, and I know and I know it's difficult and it's hard to understand. You were military, right? >> No military. >> No military. >> Nope. >> What's the uh airborne on your on your on your vest? >> I'm a I'm on a SWAT team and I'm a sniper. >> Okay. All right. All right. Those skills come in helpful here soon, but you won't be working for the system at that point. You'll be out of the system. What are you in your in your uh mid20s? >> No, I'm in my 30s. I'm already I'm an old man. >> You wish. >> Old man. I'm an old man. [laughter] Wait till you get Wait till you get to 58. My birthday's in a couple of days. >> Oh my gosh. Well, you look good for 58. >> Yeah. So, it was just following the natural laws. Okay. I eat healthy. I eat clean. You know, look, if we go to the grocery store and we buy food from the grocery store, what's the first thing you get? You get poison that you're ingesting into your body, which causes which causes a disease in your body, which is a disease. Okay? And that's what comes from the grocery stores. Read the back of the packages, you know? So anyways, so so four years ago I started studying law. Okay, my son got in a little bit of trouble. Okay, and I started studying law. Well, the more I studied law, the more I recognized that that what my dad had taught me. And I went to my dad and I said, "Hey, man." I said, "What's up with what's up with the law, man?" He goes, he goes, "Well, what do you mean?" And I started explaining it to him. He goes, "Well, you're right." He goes, "But policies and codes, okay, what what you're what you're enforcing right now, okay, are policies and codes, okay, have been have been contaminated throughout the system, all right, because it started to be and and and it's and it's almost and it and don't don't take this in the wrong manner. I'm not calling you this. I'm just saying this." >> You're good on this. >> It it's almost it's almost it's communist, okay? And it's almost like a Nazi Gestapo basically being pushed. Okay. >> All right. So, we start to understand that. We start to look at it. And I'm being honest with you, okay? I'm I'm not going to sit here and lie to you, argue with you about it. You know, if you disagree, that's fine. It's your right. Okay? You have a right to disagree. >> You know, it's it's it's in your constitutional oath. You know, and the oath that that everybody took, you know, they should have they should have sat y'all down when y'all took the constitutional oath because you have an oath to to to to hold up. And if it's not being held out, then there's going to be there's going to be people this is coming now, okay? And and you're going to see it in the next in the next couple of years. It's going to become more prevalent, more prevalent, more prevalent, more prevalent. You know, now there's now there's things that I have the right to do. You know, just like I told you earlier, you know, I can pull your bond, okay? Cuz you're bonding as a civil servant. I can pull your bond and I can see you. But you know what? I'm not going to do that. You want because I do care about you cuz you're that brother. Mhm. You're my brother and and I don't want to hurt you. I just want you to understand the true laws and the true laws are keeping you making you do a job that's not even constitutional. Your job is not constitutional. Look, my dad was law enforce. Okay. >> Where did he work? >> He worked for Tampa for 26 years and Buck County for 27 years. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Tampa's a great area. >> Yeah. Well, not anymore. >> Has a lot of crime, but it's a nice area. God almighty. There's a there's a programming that's in the system called preemptive predictive programming. Okay? >> All right. And and and a and a um and a group of people, we're talking about about a thousand people sit down and they're the smartest people in the world. Okay. And they sit down and they and they they deise they devise sinister plans, okay, to subdue humanity. All right? You're >> I'm still listening. >> Okay. You know, you're a slave to the system, right? >> You know that, right? >> Could be. >> No, you actually are. >> Okay. >> We We're all slaves to the system until we see how the system works and we and we start breaking free from it, >> right? >> Okay. It's like paying taxes. Okay. Taxes are voluntary. Did you know that? >> What happens if you don't pay taxes though, Mark? What does the What does the IRS do? >> Nobody in the system to take care of the system. >> Okay. What does the IRS do if you don't pay your taxes? >> They garish your wages. They do all that stuff. >> They can't. They they don't have the right to do that. >> Okay. >> Because it's voluntary. >> But they still do it though, right? >> They try. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> I want to make sure you know where your stuff's going. All right. Go right in there. Okay. All right. >> The 58-year-old man was charged with resisting an officer without violence and driving while license is suspended, canled, or revoked. This particular case went to a non-jury trial where the court found him guilty on both counts. And for resisting, the 58-year-old man received 30 days inside of the county jail. For driving on a suspended or revoked license, he received another 10 [music] days inside county jail. However, the judge ordered the 10 days to run concurrently with the 30-day sentence for a total of 1 month inside county jail. As always, let me know your honest thoughts down below [music] in the comments section. Stay safe out there and I'll see you in the next video. >> Actually, I'm not even driving. Why is that? you know, if we can make this real simple and easy. I'm traveling. >> Okay. >> Okay. I'm not in commercial capacity. So, under constitutional laws, I actually >> have the right to travel. So, you know, make it real easy. >> Before we get too far, you could be traveling to jail. So, >> no sir, if you put your hand on me, you'll go to jail. >> Step out. Step out. >> Please don't take step out. >> Okay. We're not playing the game. 14. Step out. Step out. So, I'm not going to ask you one more time. We're not playing the game. Step out. Step out.
