I don't know. Why are you impersonating government officials? And a fire fighter. And a fire fighter. >> I'm cooperating. >> I understand you're cooperating. I'm asking you, why are you impersonating government officials? >> I'm a working a contract business. >> You can't outrun >> believe that. You're literally I mean you're literally walking in >> Probably as a result of what was ever in this package. It looks to be methamphetamine. >> No, well, that was it. >> Is that why you think you're a government official because of the meth? >> Mhm, that's it. But how I work. >> So, what's the meth for then? >> Huh? >> What's the meth for then? >> It's my Adderall. >> This is not Adderall. This is methamphetamine. >> It looks like crystal meth. >> I just do it for work. >> I'm a certified drug expert, so >> work. Yeah, you can charge me for it. >> We are going to. And you said you were going to come inspect our precinct, then you never showed up. >> I did I went to precinct 5 on there. >> You're not precinct 5. And precinct 5 wouldn't have let you in either. I checked with Lieutenant Melton. >> Precinct 5 is their task squad. >> Task squad? >> Biggest one in Austin. >> Precinct 5 task squad? >> Precinct 5 is in Austin right now. >> Austin precinct 2. And there's no task office inside. There's a tag with a G. Task force. What task force? What task force? Cuz there's precinct 2 didn't let you inside to inspect it. He's like a whole different level. Whole different level. Well, we've already seen. I mean that's the 4025? >> Yeah, 4025 is my database number. >> Okay. What database? What database? >> My attorney. >> Your attorney? Attorney's in Cobb County? Do they know you use meth? Do they know you use meth? >> I do Adderall for certain things. >> No, this is meth. This isn't Adderall. This is meth. >> I try to do Everybody do have their own their own things that they This is meth. Cobb County actually requires drug testing for all of their contractors. So You're you're you're in possession of methamphetamine, you lunatic. This is No, there's no it's not a substitute for Adderall. Oh my god. I don't know, man. I don't know. Nobody legalized weed here. Nobody has legalized weed in Georgia. Nobody has legalized weed in Georgia. In the state of Georgia, no one has legalized weed. No, that's how it would work here. That allows you access to THC oil, not weed. I know you don't know cuz you don't know anything what you're talking about. I'm going to go inside and talk to them real quick, find out what they said. Uh this is an easy couple felonies I felt. Hi. What exactly did he say to you he was? >> He told me he was with the federal marshals and we were going to fail an audit if we didn't update all of our stuff. He put a card in the ATM and then told me the card ate the ATM ate his card. >> Okay. >> And so when I walked then he goes, "See, it's doing all that stuff but it won't let me have my card." And he pulled his card right out and it was an LGE. >> Yeah. Yeah. So he's crazy, obviously. We've dealt with him at several businesses. He um is going to jail now because when I searched him he had a bunch of meth in his pocket. So um he's also going to jail for impersonating a federal officer, so Who exactly did he talk to you? >> Yes. >> I just need your ID if you can. Just as a witness. Oh my god, that guy. Yeah, he was talking a whole lot of nothing. I was like Yes. >> He was crazy. >> Yes. >> So, how much meth is he on? >> Not very much. >> All right, Jesus. >> Just a little bit. >> Enough to explain how he is Enough Enough to explain why he's acting this way, I suppose. >> Well, he emptied his wallet in front of us and he didn't even have a driver's license. >> Uh he does. It was just shoved back in there. >> Oh. >> I think he actually thinks he's an inspector. >> Oh my god. >> Cuz Yeah, we've dealt with him a bunch. He went to a hotel like 3 weeks ago up on Waygreen Road and was like actually trying to inspect their fire lights the the emergency lights that come on in case of a fire. >> Well, he told me he could get into my Knox Box. So, I told him How I finally got him out of the store is I told him "Well, I want to see you open it. Go on out there and open it." >> Yeah, he's He's a special one. What's What's the phone number here? The business phone number? What's the business phone number here? >> Business phone number? What's the phone number to the store? >> 678 >> Okay, perfect. >> I I get it screwed up all the time. >> Well, we're going to take him to jail. Thank you very much for that. And do you all have any questions for us? >> No. >> All right. >> Call us. >> Do you all have >> Um what do you need, Nick? >> You want us to give him a criminal trespass warning? >> Yes. >> Okay, absolutely. I can tell you right now he will forget this place as soon as we drive off and never come back, but we will issue it to him anyways just in case. >> Thank you very much. >> Absolutely. You all have a good one. >> Thanks, guys. >> All right. All right, knucklehead. You can't also be a contractor be on probation. Which you are. >> I'm not on probation. >> You are. I just saw it on the computer. >> Just saw I'm on probation that don't mean that I'm >> Yeah, you can't be a You can't be a Cobb County contractor if you're on probation. >> Yeah, but he's got a bounty shield, federal certificate you can use that. >> You make up the craziest [ __ ] Okay, so the manager in here wants him CT'd. >> Okay. >> You can never come back here on this property again or you go right to jail. Do you understand that? Do you understand that? Do you understand that? Okay, I'm standing. She he came in there told them that he was federal marshal and that they were going to fail unless they fail their inspection unless they update all their computer systems and then no, it's not. It's a private business. It's a private cloud service now. And so then he >> I'm a vigilante or something. >> He's a vigilante? >> So like a vigilante Captain America? >> Okay. Any who, um >> I like 20 bucks. >> And they tried to use the ATM and it didn't work so he told them that was a violation or whatever else. So, yeah. >> in my car, got stuck doing it right now. >> All right, yeah, yeah, all right. >> That's why. >> So, that's hers. That's the manager's info. >> Okay. >> Um when I rolled up on him I saw him I recognized him from the prior call so I called him over to me and he said that he confirmed that uh >> He was like being a firefighter. >> Yeah, so the reason I detained him is cuz he confirmed that he was a Cobb County government official and also a Smyrna firefighter and I know him not to be so I detained him and subject to uh subject to arrest. He had methamphetamine in his wallet. >> That's after you detained him. >> Absolutely it is. Absolutely it is. However, I detained you for an investigative detention on impersonating a government official which I am well within my rights to do, sir. >> I told him I'm a constant worker. >> And then you said you were a Smyrna firefighter and then you were a Cobb County official. Just to confirm, I even asked you and you said yes. Sir, I work for Cobb County. I don't need to call anyone. >> We did a contract work. I got that right, sir. >> You don't have that is not a right, actually. >> You can take pictures. >> And also you're in possession of a uh uh scheduled narcotic. >> Where is that narcotic? Is it pot? >> Absolutely. That's after you're under arrest from a person of a government official, yes. >> You detained You didn't tell me You didn't even have a warrant. You didn't give me a >> I don't have to. >> Under what rule? What case? What case law? What case law dictates that I have to let you know that I'm going to detain you? >> Read me my rights on there. >> I don't have to read you your rights. >> Put the handcuffs and and and protocol. >> What protocol? >> Things like >> What protocol did I violate, sir? >> I'm a contract worker, sir. I need to know my >> But what what protocols did I violate? >> Huh? >> What protocols did I violate? >> You didn't You didn't give me no warning. You just violated my my rights as a contract worker. >> Did I? What right did I violate? >> Okay. You detained You just put me in handcuffs there. >> That's right. You're being detained, yes. You're not free to go, correct. >> You didn't give me no warning. You didn't give me no You got >> Under what article? >> You got to do that. >> Under Under what case law? What requires me to do that? >> That's doing your job. Being a federal contract worker. >> that? >> Okay. Me being a federal contract worker >> You're not, though, but go ahead. >> I got things I got to handle too that >> Okay. >> You got to go by seizures. >> Okay. >> And I got certain things >> You're clear that we as state officials are not subject to federal policy. But we are not. >> Okay. >> So, tell me again what policy I violated. >> My boundaries. >> Your boundaries. What boundaries? >> My contract. >> What boundaries? >> That means you know, huh? >> What boundaries did I violate? >> I let you know I'm a contract >> That doesn't matter. >> And I got rights. >> Okay. What of your rights did I violate? >> You didn't ask me You didn't let me give me a I >> All right. This is my badge number. You need to give me the number. This is awesome. >> You violated, sir. >> Okay. I violated every single one of your rights, sir. You absolutely have proof. It's on my body cam, as a matter of fact. >> And and that's being registered in my >> Absolutely. This is transferring to your body cam through the cloud, right? No? I thought that's how it worked. I don't know. Maybe I'm old. I don't understand technology. >> That's on my phone. >> I I don't even know how to work my iPhone. >> That's on my iPhone. Absolutely not, sir. Lean back. >> I get one courtesy for you. You you don't. You you don't. >> You're being aggressive, sir. >> I'm not being aggressive. I am making sure that you are not able to lean forward and bite me because I have to break your jaw and that would be a terrible thing to happen, sir. Have a good night. >> That's the most static >> The man is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and impersonation. I'm getting my dispatch >> Why did it get seized? >> Cuz of audit inspection. Audit inspection. >> Because of an audit inspection your vehicle got seized? >> No, because when you doing certain routines and certain inspection in certain areas, you put me into what what happens with it. And I was going to do do audit inspection on D2 route 45. >> Which is which is what? >> D2 route 45 is where I I did audit inspection before I did routine before. >> You said where is that? >> Where is it? It's uh Woodstock. >> We're not in Woodstock. >> I know we're not in the >> So why are you here? >> Cuz I'm I'm doing my rounds and audit inspection I'm doing. >> You have no right to inspect this business. You're not a fire marshal. >> I'm not inspecting this, sir. I'm a agent with the fire marshal. >> You're an agent with the fire marshal. I just want to make sure you said that.
