Our hero yearned to reach the pinnacle of martial arts, though he knew it was an unattainable goal, no matter how hard he tried. However, his desperation to achieve his goal led him to follow a legend passed down through the generations. Apparently, there existed a golden fruit within a shrine guarded by a dragon, a fruit that was said to grant eternal life. After a long and fierce battle with the beast, our hero obtained the golden fruit. He was astonished to discover its real existence and, sitting on the dragon's corpse like a true victor, proceeded to eat it. He was sure that by eating it, he would reach the martial peak. Our protagonist's name was Joe Fasbender, acclaimed as the strongest in the world . Decades later, Jifus Yani Siano lay in his deathbed, surrounded by his family with his eldest son Gilliam by his side. Gillam sensed his son's sadness and urged him to be strong, stating that his time had come. Gillam was heartbroken over losing his father, just as he had lost his mother. Just as he passed away, Jifus reflected on the fruit of immortality, realizing that it was just another farce. He found solace in having been blessed with a wife and children. He told his children that he had a good life without regrets, although deep down that was a complete lie, as Gifu regretted not having had more time to reach martial pinnacle. Moments later he died and suddenly opened his eyes again in surprise, wondering why everything looked different. His body felt light and when he looked around he noticed that he had the hands of a baby. It was then that he realized that he was an infant in a cradle, unable to believe what he was seeing, but he tried to calm himself, as he had been a 10-star warrior in his previous life. Elfus concluded that his situation was normal and began to question who could have done this to him. Suddenly it dawned on him that the supposed fruit of immortality that he had eaten was not such a thing. His power was reincarnation, not eternal life as he had suspected before, which made him smile, considering it a greater blessing than immortality. With this, he believed that he could finally reach martial pinnacle. Noticing other babies around and being in an isolated building, he deduced that he had been reborn into the dragon family. However, he began to wonder why there were so many infants in the room. Just then, the maids entered with baby bottles, approached a crib, and took a baby goblin to feed it. Hilfu was astonished to see a goblin in the room and wondered what the maids were trying to do. After giving him a red substance, the goblin exploded, spraying blood all over Gilfus, who tried to discern what was in the bottle in terror. The maids then decided to dilute the contents a little and continue feeding it to the children. Soon, Gilfus was taken by a maid while still trying to understand what caused the goblin to explode. He could clearly see that the contents were not milk, but rather seemed to be brimming with magic. He couldn’t believe that they were feeding babies something so dangerous. The maid put the bottle in his mouth and upon tasting the liquid, Gifas realized that it was ancient dragon’s blood. He couldn’t believe the madness of making infants drink that. He finally understood why they had mentioned diluting it and decided that he should spit it out, but remembered that he had swallowed a little, although he concluded that a small dose would not kill him. He noticed that other babies were also spitting in the substance and thought it was best to not explode, but then he realized that perhaps spitting it out was a mistake, because if he absorbed all the magical power he could surpass his past self and reach the martial peak. Without fully understanding the situation, he decided to make the most of it. He drank the entire contents of the bottle with a determined expression, showing why he should not be underestimated. Even the maid was surprised to see Jefis happily consuming the dragon’s blood. The maid was also happy that things were going in his favor. After finishing the bottle, he was returned to his crib and noticed that the other babies had also survived the ordeal. Like a normal baby , he began to feel sleepy after a good meal. 7 years later, we see Gris training his strength, placing a rock on his feet while doing push-ups with one hand. He reached 1000 push-ups before throwing the rock into the distance, looking at his muscular body and admitting that he loved it. Apparently, Jeffis now goes by the name Seek Oregan, attributing all of his strength to the quality of the dragon blood he consumed. The blood seemed to contain immense power and even the babies who ingested a little of it gained bodies much stronger than normal humans thanks to the true power of the divine dragon source that he had already absorbed in his past life. He was able to absorb every drop of the ancient dragon's unique power. He underwent a transformation that left him astonished. However, he noted that he was still a one-star warrior, which disappointed him, as he should have been at least a four-star warrior. Basically, a star is the true source of power compressed to the limit. One imagines one's body as a universe and lets the stars move within it. It turns out that the difficulty increases with each star because the more stars, the greater the strength and in his past life he achieved the rank of 10 stars becoming the only person in the world to do so. It has been 7 years since the birth of the son of the current leader of the dragon clan, an illegitimate son whose mother died and whose father he never saw. He cannot believe he has such a despicable father. Apparently he was reborn a millennium later in a world where the weak perish at the hands of the strong. There is a peculiar ritual called The Dragon Test, where only babies who survive by drinking blood are trained as dragon warriors. However, he has not received any instruction. He tries to ask a maid , but she replies that she is not allowed to speak. He vents by reminding her that those who pass the test must train, but there are only maids without instructors. The maid acts like a doll asking Sieg if he needs anything, to which he denies. He can actually fend for himself, focused on strengthening his body. He asks the maid about the other children of the main family, but she reiterates her lack of authorization. He tries to coax her out of her to no avail, and the maid stands her ground. He becomes upset wondering if that is all she can say. He then asks if he is there to be mistreated, but she denies it, stating that it is her duty to serve him. He notes that the maid is a three-star fighter and could help him with his training. Being helpful, he decides to go to the forest . He can't believe he has lived with a maid with no real connection for 3 years. He waits for an answer, but she ignores him. But she ignores him. He enters the forest and consumes poisonous herbs that taste horrible. Considering it part of his training, he suddenly detects a faint trail following him, wondering why someone would secretly watch him. He ignores the pursuer and focuses on what is in front of him. He notices an enraged wild boar. He also senses a black mist from the one following him, something that did not exist in his past life, which intrigues him. Drawing on the boar's tension, he adopts a perfect stance to dodge it and when exposed, he strikes it in the stomach. The terrifying impact rips its insides apart, killing it in a single blow. He is shocked that his touch of a star eliminated the boar, concluding that the quality of the star matters more than the quantity. He carries the boar over his shoulder and returns home. He speaks of his weariness of loneliness and considers venturing out, but realizes that the sea is his only possible destination. Meanwhile, the stranger following him is shocked. He cannot believe that he eliminated the boar without training and that it detected his presence, concluding that he is not a normal child. Given that his mother died young and his father ignored him, it is impossible for him to receive an education. However, he is not allowed to run away as the son of the chief and is under surveillance. The stranger finds the situation increasingly interesting. Upon returning home, he notices visitors, senses their strength, and wonders what they want. He approaches to eavesdrop and detects no intent to kill. He finally opens the door and asks about his visit. He notices the dragon emblem on their clothing, which increases his curiosity. The men tell him that they are taking him for an exam. He nearly goes mad upon hearing this, as no one told him about any exam. Shortly after, he is taken to the main house. He never expected to return after 1,000 years away. They are dressed in a school uniform. It turns out that they are taking him not for luxury, but to attend the Dragon's Nest Academy, founded by the family, where everyone aspires to enter. Hello. Apparently everyone receives an education at age 7 , and today is the entrance exam. Although he had no education, he must take the mandatory exam, which is why they brought him from the forest. He is frustrated and bows his head in pain as other students pass by. A blue-haired one, Langus, approaches. Langus from the ancient scale village asks him if he is okay or if he has any problems. He turns and rudely asks what he wants. Langus appears shy, explaining that he is only trying to help because he seems worried. Sake is surprised by his attitude, noting that he possesses some power. He apologizes for his rudeness, introduces himself, and explains his confusion about the chiefs 'plans. Langus replies that the exam does not change annually. Seik clarifies that he does not know what the exam consists of . Langu is surprised to see his ignorance and wonders if he is okay. He decides to explain. Just as he begins, a group of thugs led by Reton appear. Also from the village of the old scale. Reton mocks Langus, calling him " annoying" and asking him why he came to the exam if he should go home. Langus, not understanding, replies that he came to take the exam, which causes Reton to yell at him. Reton calls him trash and says that he cannot enter the academy. He laughs, reminding him that his father is a fake dragon. Sake notices that Angus is getting upset, clenching his fists. Apparently, the dragon family has a hierarchy established by an absolute monarch. Rookies are minor dragons, common soldiers are young dragons, captains are adult dragons, and at the top are the elders or executive class, known as elder dragons . However, there exists a lower level that is reserved for the trash, known as the fake dragons. These are individuals who failed to enter the dragon's nest or did not graduate from the academy, basically considered impostors. But Langus wants to prove that people like him are not fakes. So he decides to join the conversation by asking Reton how he knows that Angel is trash if he has not even taken the exam . Reton is surprised by Seke's interference and asks who he is and if he has a problem with him. Seke replies that it is fine, but he just wants to know why Reton thinks it is impossible for Langus to enter the academy. Reton then retorts that people like Langus are weak. Seke is surprised to hear this and simply tells Reton that Langus is stronger than him and his gang of trash. This angers Reton, who asks if he is implying that they are beneath someone like Langus before a conflict breaks out. An examiner appears to announce that the entrance exam is about to begin. He tells applicants that they must collect a number tag after registering. Reton looks at Seke in disgust, promising to remember his face. Seke is surprised that Reton is already so upset, wondering why the youth of today have so little patience. Langu is astonished to hear him say this, as they are all practically the same age. Langus adds that anyone would be angry if they were called weak. Seke then asks if the exam is mandatory, but Langus mentions that he is free to withdraw if he feels he lacks the ability to participate. This surprises Seke, but it further proves to Langus that Sekeus then advises Seke to withdraw, as he could get hurt during the test. Seke lets Langus know that he has no intention of withdrawing. Langus is surprised to see his confidence. I know that despite having no idea what the exam involves, he suggests that they head over there before it begins. Momentarily, all the applicants gather. The examiner steps up to the front to explain the details of the exam. He informs them that all they need to do is leave a scratch on the rock in front of them to try. However, no weapons are allowed, except those provided by the examiners. To make it interesting, they are allowed to use their bare hands as long as they can make an indentation on the rock. The examiner then reveals that everyone has three attempts each, but I know he doesn't see this as a particularly difficult exam. Langos is horrified to hear this and I know he wonders what the difficulty is, since they only need to make a scratch on the rock. I know he was expecting a crazy test due to the previous test of drinking dragon's blood, but what he sees is very disappointing. The examiner orders the exam to begin. The first applicant walks up to the rock and strikes it with all his might, but this shatters his sword and creates a loud bang that nearly deafens everyone present. Even with all his strength he was unable to leave a mark on the rock. The boy falls to the ground in pain and the examiners ask him if he will use his remaining attempts, but he is too injured to continue. They declare him a failure and take him away. I know he then notices that Angus is acting strangely and wonders why, since the test seems simple. I know he then asks Langu about the rock. He reveals that it is called the Regeneration Stone and can repair any scratch instantly. It also has the ability to reflect the impact of damage 100 times if attacked with brute force. I know he concludes that the rock is quite impressive. Langus mentions that one can leave a scratch if the source of internal power is circulated correctly. With what he has just heard, I know he realizes that it comes down to proper handling of the source of aether power rather than individual martial skill. I know he looks over the participants and notes that a considerable number of applicants should be able to pass. He realizes that Reton and his boys are also strong enough to be able to accomplish it. From his position, he can hear the applicants failing one after another after breaking their arms while trying to scratch the rock. Momentarily, the examiner calls number 315, which is Seke's number. Langus fears for Seke and begs him to retreat, but Seke assures him that he will be fine. Seke steps forward, and once the examiner looks at him, he feels an immense pressure now emanating from him . Seke is asked about his choice of weapon, and he replies that he does not need one, as he plans to use his bare hands. The examiner asks him again if he really does not want a weapon, and he confirms, stating that his fists are sufficient for the job. When the other students hear this, they sneer, saying that there is no way he could scratch the rock with just his fists. Even Langus doubts this, believing that his arms might shatter. Langus starts blaming himself, thinking he should have kept Sek from entering. Since Seke has already decided, the examiner tells him to proceed. Seke examines the rock and admits that it is made of a mineral . Never seen before. He concludes that it is something formed after 1000 years . He realizes that there is much he does not know, but decides to postpone it for the future. I know braces himself, ready to hit the rock with the amount of power he generated. He believes it is enough to achieve his goal. The technique he prefers to use is called the Dragon Slayer Combat Technique form. A bright yellow aura forms around his body and his arm as he slams him directly into the solid rock. This shatters the top of the rock upon impact, leaving a deafening noise and a cloud of dust. Everyone is stunned. And while most close their eyes, the examiner's remain open, acting as if it is no big deal. I know exhales in relief, but notices that the technique is a bit advanced for his age. He checks his arm and sees that it is bleeding through his torn uniform. Instead of congratulating himself for breaking the rock, I know concludes that his training is insufficient. The other students wonder how he did it. On the other hand, Reton is simply seething with rage because I know he managed to destroy the rock. Langus picks his jaw up from the ground, as I know he was the last person he expected to pass. Even the examiner considers what he saw to be an impossibility, as only someone of four-star rank or higher could shatter the regeneration stone. Since I know he is an illegitimate child, the examiner wonders if he has inherited the powers of the house. He also acknowledges that he has seen the move I know he used elsewhere before. I know then approaches the examiner asking how he did on the exam. The examiner informs him that he has passed, handing him a vial of green liquid. The assistant is asked about the contents, but the individual only looks at him with contempt, ordering him to leave. Seyi assumes that the vial is a prize for passing the test. He then meets with his new partner Langus, who congratulates him on his incredible performance. Seji then questions Langus about the vial and he reveals that it is a healing potion, leaving him perplexed. Langus adds that it is a standard quality potion, freezes, and inspects it again, noting that the substance does not seem harmful and begins to question if it could be an elixir. Apparently, an elixir is a concoction created with extremely rare ingredients combined with plants that only grow in hidden realms, to which are added pure cores of divine and spectral beasts. Consuming it instantly heals new and old injuries while increasing aether. However, making it is extremely complex due to the difficulty in finding its components, which is why it almost never appears on the market. He then drinks the potion and as anticipated, his fractured arms are completely healed. Seelle is astonished to confirm that the potion is indeed an elixir. Langus comments that he does not know what an elixir is , but states that the dragon potions are far superior to commercial ones. Langus considers it normal while she is completely amazed, as all of his injuries were instantly healed. However , he notices that there was no increase in ether like with a real elixir. Langus then tells Sei that it is quite impressive, but Sei does not believe it . Sei examines the vial, understanding that it represents the accumulated knowledge of humans over a millennium. Langus reminds him that Cell is very strong, and Se replies that he aspires to be the best, so he is not surprised. Reton and his henchmen soon appear for their exam, all of whom pass. Se is not surprised, as he knew they would succeed. Applicant 414 is eventually called, and it turns out to be Langus. As he descends the stairs, Filly notices Langus' nervousness and encourages him to calm down, assuring him that he will be fine. Langus turns back, telling him to stop setting the standard so high. When Langus reaches the testing area, he picks up a sword, causing Sei to wonder what he is really doing. Langus inhales deeply and strikes the rock with the sword, but fails to scratch him, falling in the process. As usual, the examiner informs him that he has two more attempts. Lango gets up to try again, but the result is the same. He falls to the ground in tears, wondering if he will fail as his bullies told him. As expected, Breton and the others are already laughing at him, proclaiming that the half-dragon will always be half-dragon. They advise him to give up . While they remember how it was said that someone as weak as Langus is stronger than them. The examiner then tells Langus that he only has one more chance, asking him if he wants to try. And Langus stammers as he falls into total darkness. Just then, Sei's voice comes from the shadows asking him what he is doing. Langus turns around in bewilderment, and Sei suggests that he use a spear instead of a sword. Langus is still confused, and Sei states that he is serious. Seya reprimands Langus for using a weapon that does not suit him. Seya assures him that no matter how many times he tries, he will not be able to damage the rock with a sword. Reton and his friends laugh again, pointing out that Langus was taught to use a sword since he was a child and that he never took spear lessons at the same time. Do they think Langu will still be pathetic even if he changes weapons? Sek then asks the examiner if it is allowed to change weapons during the test. The examiner confirms to Seke that there is no impediment. Seke smiles at Angus, telling him that he can use a spear without any problems. Seke adopts an encouraging tone, asking Lango if he is ready to walk away as a loser, but Lango refuses. Lango stands up, telling Sek that his advice is that he will try using a spear. Apparently Angus 'father was not allowed to enter the dragon's nest and was always ridiculed, despite which he never gave up on raising his son well. Because of everything his father did for him, Langus is determined to prove that he is not a fraud. Remember that he told him that he will always get the same result using a sword. Although he has not known him for long, he chooses to believe in him. He doesn’t know how to use the spear and I know he just tells him to thrust it straight in, urging him not to overthink and just act. Langu knows that it’s impossible for a rookie to damage the regeneration stone with a spear, but he’ll never know for sure if he doesn’t try. Even though he’s just met Seke, he chooses to trust him and since Seke believes in him, he wants to reciprocate as well. Langus takes his stance noticing that the Etter energy flowing through his body is different from when he was holding a sword. Langus runs towards the stone and strikes it, generating a massive shockwave. Reton and his goons start laughing stating that there was no difference despite the change in weapons. However, upon closer inspection, they realize that Langus did indeed succeed. They are stunned to see this and even the examiner can’t believe that Langus pierced the stone with the spear. I know he’s proud of Langus and applauds him. Langus can’t believe his eyes when the examiner notes in his book that he has passed the test. Lango feels compelled to ask again to confirm, but Seke hugs him from behind, assuring him that he really did make it. With tears in his eyes and joy, he hugs Seke. Retón and his boys are reluctant to accept that Langus has passed the exam, all thinking that it was a stroke of luck. The examiner then shouts at the top of his lungs, announcing to the candidates that the test is over and that the next thing is the entrance ceremony. When Seke hears this, he is surprised. He cannot believe that scratching the rock was the only test required. Langus then tells Seke that there might be another exam after entering the academy. Sek then asks Langus what they are supposed to do, since they have already passed the test and Langus reveals that the leaders of the dragon clan will appear to give their congratulatory words to the participants. At that moment, a group of men cultivating aura appear in the distance, approaching the students. Among them is an individual who catches Seke's attention, who asks Langus who that shadowy man is. Langus can't believe Seke has so openly criticized the clan patriarch. I know he doesn't mince words when he calls the head of the family an ugly guy, but before he can say anything else, Langus covers his mouth with his hand. Langus begs Seke to be quiet and not say a word. And although it's hard for him, Seke decides to remain silent. I know he looks at the men, considered the dragon's forces. He's impressed, because there are a couple of decent guys, since most of them are six-stars. However, the patriarch Balsa, the dragon, is an eight-star warrior, which makes him a significant figure. In his time, there were only a few eight-stars in the world. And I know he wonders how many are left now. I know he then tells Alu how he feels, letting him know that he doesn't like Balsa and that he doesn't even care if the man is his father or not. At that moment, Bals steps forward with an overwhelming aura to address the students. He only tells them a few words, which are: "Become the flesh and blood of the dragon." However, these words carry a crushing weight along with his aura, as all the students, except for Seque, begin to tremble. Even Langu complains about how hard it is to breathe, but I know he feels nothing from Balsa's presence; all he can feel towards Balsa is pure hatred, though he does not know why. After finishing his speech, Balsa turns to leave. Another elder then takes the floor, telling the students that the head of the house expects great things from them. This person also catches Seque's attention, who begins to wonder who the blond elder is. S. Balsa's departure has eased the attention among the students somewhat, but they all remain serious in the aftermath of his presence. The examiner then steps forward to reveal that they will be announcing the dormitory assignments. I know is surprised to hear this, as he thought they would all be going to the same place. Langus decides to explain, as he does not know anything. He tells him that the academy has four dormitories, with students assigned to one of them: east, west, north, or south. A moment later, he hears his name and stands to leave. He tells his new friend to take care of himself, and the two exchange pleasantries before he leaves. He knows he has been assigned to the east dormitory of the academy, and he is amazed at how much things have changed in over 1,000 years. He follows the instructions written on the note in his hand to get to his room. He is worried that his roommate will be upset that he is late, all because he got lost. He finally reaches the door and eagerly opens it to announce his arrival and greet his new roommate. However, his excitement and enthusiasm fade when he sees who his roommate is. He is standing in the light of the window, which illuminates him with a warm glow. A moment later, we notice with surprise that it was Langus, who with a wide and cheerful smile tells him with genuine emotion that it is a real pleasure to be his roommate, to which our hero replies that fate undoubtedly brought them together for a powerful reason, while slowly settling into bed. With a curious gesture, he asks him if he has specific plans for today, to which his friend, shrugging his shoulders nonchalantly, tells him no, but that training starts tomorrow and that they should rest to be prepared. I know that then he begins to whistle softly, awkwardly disguising with a mischievous grimace that he already knew about tomorrow's training, which causes his friend, with a drop of cold sweat running down his face, to scold him incredulously, telling him not to tell him that he wasn't listening. Well, the instructor said it clearly. You know? I know that, raising his thumb with a carefree smile and a mischievous wink, he confesses that he didn't hear absolutely anything that was said. Rangus, with an exasperated but loving sigh, firmly reprimands him, telling him to go to bed early, as training starts first thing tomorrow and is crucial. But our hero, however, pays no attention to him, on the contrary, his gaze wanders off into the distance. Deep in thought, he comments to himself that he had originally planned to escape from this house that he found boring and set off on a journey into the unknown, but then reconsiders, remembering that he urgently needs to research the regeneration stone from the trial and that strangely decorated medicine with a look of determination hardening in his eyes. He comments with conviction that the first thing he will do is learn and understand the latest changes in these past 1000 years. Perhaps, he tells himself, with a glimmer of hope, it wouldn't be so bad to stay in this territory for a while to find out. A month later passed in the blink of an eye and we observed the new students, who with obvious effort, all had their hands lifting weights, some with trembling arms due to fatigue and some even with silent tears of exhaustion due to the intense sunlight. The instructor who watches them with an eagle's gaze shouts to them in a loud voice that the dragon's breath that they are being taught is a great and powerful breathing technique created by the 15th leader of our dragon house and that they must make sure they can use it perfectly in any situation without fail. Another instructor who is on the training ground observes the students attentively, commenting to himself with satisfaction that some have already mastered the dragon technique. He especially points out with admiration to Miss Lica, whose source power is already overflowing slightly, which is a clear sign that she is close to reaching the two-star class. Then, the instructor turns his gaze in another direction and with a bead of perplexity on his forehead, he stares at our hero, who carries the two weights in both hands with absurd ease, adding two heavy stones on top of them and a large , heavy rock on his head. And he wonders with growing disbelief at the anomaly he observes. It is certainly disconcerting, since he also carries the blood of the clan leader. However, he has not had a formal tutor and should not have learned anything yet. Looking more closely and frowning, he wonders about the strange and powerful feeling he feels when observing our hero, a pressure that he does not understand. For his part, he sighs slowly, commenting to himself with a nostalgic smile that his breathing technique, the breath of the dragon king, was modified over time and spread widely as the simple breath of the dragon. He tells us in an expert tone that the breathing technique is essentially a method of increasing one's own source power, absorbing the power of the environment into the body and circulating it endlessly, the efficiency of which depends entirely on the skill and ingenuity of the user. For this reason, he explains, the great noble houses guard and protect their own techniques and the most complete ones are considered invaluable secrets that cannot leave the family. Certainly , he muses, the dragon's breath seems safe and easy to learn for the masses with their bodies numbed by the ease of training. Our hero comments with boredom that he does not need this simple technique in the least, explaining to us with authority that the secret technique of Hilfas, the dragon, is a unique and superior breathing technique that allows one to control the power of the source without disturbing one's breathing for an instant, even in rapid movement, and whose effect is immense and overwhelming. However, due to its high and demanding learning difficulty, it had very few worthy successors, so they pragmatically simplified it on purpose so that everyone could use it in a basic way and thus increase the overall strength of the house collectively. We then observe how the original technique , the Dragon King's Breath, which our hero proudly created 1000 years ago, slowly disintegrated through the generations until it became the Dragon's Breath. This thought fills him with a deep and bittersweet emotion, a mixture of pride and melancholy. And he wonders with genuine curiosity if other martial arts created by him in these long years have also changed drastically. Now in the dining hall, all the students are eagerly enjoying their food, wearing their academy uniforms. Some students watch with astonishment and envy as someone, who turns out to be our hero, savoring the food with a voracious appetite and a satisfied smile. He asks his friend in a mocking but affectionate tone if he has no energy, since he hardly eats anything, warning him that with that attitude he won't get any stronger. To which the latter, in a weak voice, asks him how come he has so much overflowing energy, since his stamina is not normal at all. Our hero, who has his mouth full of food, tells him between bites that it is you who have no stamina at all and should try harder. Genuinely concerned for his friend, he generously offers him a part of his food, encouragingly telling him to eat more, that if he trains harder he will need more strength. To which Rangus, with a drop of sweat from embarrassment but grateful, accepts with a shy smile, which then observes the bully of the group discreetly, commenting to himself with interest that some of them are indeed well-trained and could be interesting rivals. Suddenly, he is abruptly interrupted by a classmate named Lica, who approaches our hero with a bright and direct smile and tells him that his performance is incredible. With a look of disinterest and slight confusion, our hero sincerely asks her who exactly she is, while his friend, upon hearing this question, begins to spit out his drink in surprise. Then he quickly approaches our hero and whispers in his ear with urgency and some panic, telling him that she is none other than the daughter of the clan leader, Miss Lica. He tells her with total sincerity that he had no idea who she was, with a genuinely worried expression about his blunder and several beads of cold sweat reflecting on his face. Rangus, with an urgent and nervous whisper, comments that she is one of the leading candidates to be the next leader of the clan. He is not someone we, simple students, can talk to like that, to which our hero stops him with a calm gesture, saying that he understands perfectly, since he is also the son of the leader, even if he is a bastard and unacknowledged son. Rangus is suddenly completely speechless upon hearing his friend's shocking confession and Lika, with wide eyes, asks him in a voice full of astonishment if that is true. If he is the bastard son of Leader C. With a calm smile and a shrug, he comments that he would win by lying about something as serious as that, to which she, recovering from her surprise , asks him with growing curiosity why he is so strong as to break the regeneration stone. With her bare hands she hits the table with a sharp thud of impatience and asks forcefully, why does a mere bastard son with no apparent family backing have such enormous strength? Our hero, without giving it much thought and with complete naturalness, cuts off a piece of his own flesh and says, with overwhelming simplicity: "Because it's all about himself and his own efforts," and advises his friend, who is on the verge of fainting, to stop being stunned and eat as well to regain his strength. Ilica is deep in thought and speechless for a moment. Then, with an intrigued and calculating smile, she tells our hero, "You are definitely interesting and a mystery." She sits down next to him with determination and an air of grandeur. She says with conviction that she might consider letting him come to her service, to which our hero asks with genuine curiosity what exactly she means by that. She, with the shining eyes of a huntress who has found valuable prey, says, explaining her proposal, that if he does not want to become her direct subordinate, she will be his unconditional support. Being a bastard son, you will need to have all the allies you can, won't you? As we watch the fleeting image of her and our hero as adults, wearing high-ranking uniforms and powerful gazes, placing their elbows on the table with a confident and ambitious smile, she concludes by telling our hero that he should use his unique strength to help make her the leader of the clan. And of course, she will treat him very favorably, even after she becomes the leader. What do you say? To which he, with a complete lack of interest reflected in his expression, replies with a resounding and curt no. Frustrated, she asks him why he is so quick to deny the opportunity to be his subordinate. Then, with a serious and determined look, releasing her aura in a palpable way, she asks if he also aspires to the position of leader and that is why he rejected her. Our hero observes the aura he released with professional interest, commenting to himself that he is only a step away from the two-star class and at such a young age it is impressive. With a look and eyes that showed total disinterest in power, our hero tells everyone to do whatever they want, that he is not interested in being a leader or anything that sounds like bureaucracy. She angrily hits the table with both hands, approaching his face with intensity, and asks why he rejects her generous proposal so directly. Suddenly , Ilica notices something metallic that shines quickly. It was our hero who stabbed it with his fork quickly and with millimeter precision, sticking it into the table right in front of her, also releasing his own aura in an overwhelming way. And with a serious and cold gaze like ice, he tells her in a clear and firm voice that he will never put himself under anyone's orders , because he is simply the strongest. She is completely stunned by the overwhelming pressure she felt from his energy and with a drop of cold sweat that runs down her face, she wonders in astonishment if he really intimidated her with just that. Rangus, panicking, tries to calm the situation with hasty gestures and words, but unexpectedly Lika, with fierce anger, shouts out a challenge saying that she will subdue him by force if necessary, directly challenging him to a duel right there. Our hero, who has his mouth full of food and was about to take another bite , is completely confused, wondering how exactly they got to this point so quickly. In the hallways of the academy , someone curiously asks why everyone is running towards the training field, to which another excited student tells him that at the training field they say the younger generation is going to have a spectacular duel. As he starts running towards the exit, he adds shouting that in the duel is none other than Miss Lica. At the training field we see our hero with his friend still terrified and in front his challenger with a steely gaze. And in a hidden place the students who watch with expectation. Our hero scratches his head in annoyance, uttering a well-known phrase from Meliodas. Sate, sate, this is really getting interesting. To which Rangus, more worried than ever, asks with a trembling voice if he really thinks it will be okay to fight, since his opponent is the very powerful Miss Lika . Our hero tells him matter-of-factly that he doesn't even know her well and, most importantly, asks why he suddenly speaks to him with such respect and formality; to which his friend, stammering, tries to explain himself by saying that it is normal, since he is none other than the son of the clan leader, even if he is a bastard. Then, our hero tells him with a sigh to do whatever he wants and not worry so much , to which his friend, with a drop of desperate tears, tells him to please reconsider the duel, grabbing his hand with a worried cry. He explains at full speed that Miss Lica is not only the daughter of the current leader, Mr. Balsa, but also carries the pure blood of House Tipón, one of the four great families that support the House of the Dragon; and that, like Mr. Balsa's other children, Miss Lica also possesses an incredible and innate talent. She is a prodigious genius who, at the well-deserved age of 7, had already mastered all the complex forms of the great art of the Thunder Sword, passed down through generations in the Tipon household. With his eyes blank from the excess of information, our hero raises his hand in a gesture of stopping, saying that apart from understanding that she is the daughter of the current leader, he understood absolutely nothing else. His friend asks him incredulously why, to which he replies with total sincerity. Because it's the first time I've heard all that . I had no idea. In a mental void for the answer, his friend puts his hands on his head due to the headache he's getting. Our hero tells him to listen carefully, to which Rangus looks up in despair and our hero, with a wide and enthusiastic smile, explains that not knowing anything means he'll be able to enjoy the surprise all the more. How exciting it will be to find out. Rangus , completely desperate, tells her to stop this madness. No matter how strong you are, sir, I know that if you oppose Miss Lik you will lose, that is why he begs her to reconsider, because she accepted the duel without thinking. Our hero, placing his hand on his chin with a confused gesture, tells her that it was not him who accepted, that "if they challenge me to a fight, I will not use my strength just like that"; but, pointing to his opponent in front of him with a resigned gesture, he comments that, apparently, she is more than ready and is not going to back down. Lika, who holds her sword firmly planted on the ground with both hands, with a serious and determined look, asks in a clear and challenging voice if their useless talk is over and if they are finally ready to begin. With a deeply confident look, our hero answers that yes, he is more than ready to begin the duel and Rangus, who is by his side, is left trembling with his heart beating wildly at what is going to happen. Then, with a lump in his throat, our hero leaves and runs away, shouting at her in a broken voice to be very careful and not to lose sight of his opponent. Then, Sé, in a protective tone, warns Lik to extend her caution, since he does not want to hear excuses later, and asks her with genuine curiosity why she began harassing him. To which she, in a cold and determined voice, replies that she will become the leader of the house and that, to achieve this, she will subdue him and make him her subordinate. With a suddenly thoughtful look, our hero asks incredulously what that really means and what he has to do with that plan. With a look full of disappointment, Lik asks him, with a hint of sarcasm, if he really does not know anything about his own family, suggesting with a slight smile that perhaps it is because he is an illegitimate child, to which our hero, looking away uncomfortably, comments evasively that he may or may not know. Then Lick dramatically extends his five fingers and orders her to pay attention , explaining that, including her and him, there are five children running for the next leader, and that all of them, except you, are descended from one of the four great houses of the dragon family, and that their level and power will determine which of the four great houses will produce the next leader, which, he emphasizes seriously, is the most important thing. In other words, here in the dragon nest we carry the weight and honor of our houses and compete with each other fiercely. "In order to stand up to my older brothers, I need more combat power," she states with determination. I know that with a sigh she comments that it all sounds very complicated and that she doesn't really understand anything, wondering quietly if the four great houses are constantly fighting for leadership. Then Lica with a resolute movement lifts her sword from the ground and ends by saying in a firm voice that as a candidate for the next leader she has to consolidate her position more and the next thing she does is take a quick , almost imperceptible step against the ground, while our hero with his sharp eyes could observe every detail of her movement. And now Lica suddenly appears in the air with her sword raised, about to attack our hero, shouting at him that she will defeat him here and now. Our hero with astonishing calm takes a simple step back, easily dodging Lica's cutting attack. But then she with fierce persistence does not stop and makes a sharp turn with the sword that our surprised hero manages to dodge by very little. His companions, who watch the fight with wide eyes, one impressed , comments on Lica's speed. It's really impressive. Another one, nodding, says that even though it's a training sword, she wields such a large and heavy sword with astonishing ease. Returning to the fight, Lica charges forward, holding the sword tightly in both hands, while our hero watches her with a completely confident look, who prepares to dodge again. In another sector, some upperclassmen watch the fight with keen interest, commenting in an analytical tone that Lica's control of the primordial energy is very precise and that her attacks are increasingly faster and more aggressive, concluding with astonishment. And so this is the power of the four great houses. and being intrigued by the concentrated strength of the leader's daughter, ending with a murmur that it's only a matter of time before the fight is decided. With a look that becomes increasingly anguished, Lica clicks her teeth in frustration, as we observe that each sword swing our hero makes is easily dodged, who only watches her, holding his chin thoughtfully and with a similar mocking look. to Meliodas saying the phrase: "Wow, wow", finishing with both hands in his pockets, dodging another attack from Lica, who looks away wondering with increasing desperation why she can't land a single attack. Rangus, who watches the fight with admiration, comments in amazement at how incredible our hero is in the heat of combat. Our hero, who continues to hold his chin, analyzes the situation, commenting to himself that the martial art Lica uses is peculiar, he's never seen it before, and that speed doesn't seem like that of someone at a one-star level either. With a look that suddenly lights up with fury, he yells at her to shut up, to stop talking and to concentrate on the fight while he continues to swing his sword in an increasingly fierce and desperate manner. Then our hero, with a subtle movement, channels primordial energy into his fist, asking him in a defiant tone, who told him he wasn't concentrating? Then, taking advantage of a tiny lapse in his guard, prepares his fist with force, aimed directly at Lica's stomach. And to the The next moment, the blow hits her stomach squarely, causing a visible current of air to vibrate with the force of the impact. Her eyes wide open and she spits saliva from the violence of the blow. Then, staggering, she grabs onto her sword stuck in the ground to keep from falling and kneels while holding her stomach in visible pain. Some companions who were watching the scene in disbelief wonder in whispers if Miss Lica could really lose and pointing at our hero they wonder who that guy really is. He explains, who is holding the sword with his trembling left hand and pressing his aching stomach with his right hand? He asks our hero in a broken voice why his attacks don't hit her, since she is supposed to be much faster than a normal one-star level warrior. Then, with a smile of superiority, our hero tells her that, certainly, she is much faster than any other one-star level warrior he knows; but, with a look that suddenly turns serious, he raises his index finger saying, with a final tone, that in the end she is simply a star, one more. She , angrily, yells at him that this is impossible, that he is also a one-star level and that there is no way he can follow her movements. To which he, opening both hands with a gesture of indifference, says that it is simple tactics and observation, patiently explaining that he was able to predict each of her attacks by observing her breathing pattern, the focus of her gaze and the tension in the movement of her muscles. Concluding with an expression of pure boasting, our hero says that with these simple steps of observation you can predict most of your opponent's movements and that the rest is just experience on the battlefield. But while our hero boasts to Lika with a superhuman effort, he gets up unsteadily while holding his sword with renewed strength and then, with a cry of rage, he lunges at him with a quick step, brandishing his sword and yelling at him to stop saying stupid things. Our hero perceives it immediately and instinctively retreats. He then manages to dodge the attack by ducking to with great difficulty as he felt the edge of the sword pass 1 cm from his hair. Next, he turned with an agile pirouette and with a precise kick he unbalanced the two hands with which Lika was holding her sword, leaving her completely protected and with her arms numb, to then prepare a fist loaded with energy that was about to hit her with force. The blow was squarely in her torso, making her fly away and impact violently against the wall of the stage with a dull crack. Meanwhile, our hero kept his fist extended in a firm stance and around him the wind that had been created by the impact could still be seen stirring. The students who were there watching in disbelief were absolutely shocked, their mouths open, since Lika, the respected daughter of the leader, had apparently been left defeated on the ground and they wondered in anxious whispers if this was really happening. Rangus, with a smile of relief and a thick bead of sweat running down his 100, told our hero in a voice trembling with emotion. that it was incredible that he had managed to defeat Miss Lika . But our hero stopped him with a serious wave of his hand, calmly telling him that it was not over yet, to stay alert. Amidst the rising dust and smoke, Lica slowly stood up, her face contorted in pain as she held her stomach with one hand, but still tenaciously clinging to her sword with the other. Our hero watched her with renewed interest, muttering to himself in admiration that it was incredible that she had withstood his attack, noting that she had concentrated her primordial energy in her abdomen at the last moment to cushion the blow, concluding with a smile that this was really getting interesting. Rangus, his brow furrowed with deep concern, was shouting at Lika, telling her to stop. If she continued, she could get seriously injured. To which our hero firmly stopped his friend, telling her to step aside and stay safe, as he would not be responsible if he were hurt by the shock wave. Lica's footsteps began to advance in a hurry. new, but this time with a different air that vibrated around him, a palpable pressure that made the skin crawl. We watched in amazement as Lika managed to awaken his second star, while a hot and visible aura emanated from his body like a burning wind that distorted the air around him. A student with wide eyes watched in amazement and pointed with a trembling finger, asking if that was really what he thought it was, to which another in a solemn voice confirmed that it was correct. There was no doubt, it was irrefutable proof of a two-star level, the pure white aura, two stars, a heightened state in which the body's primordial energy can be released outwards in a controlled and powerful way, perfected for martial arts. And people call that released energy simply aura. Now, on the battlefield, Lik would grab his head for a moment, as if he felt a sudden dizziness, but then he would smile bitterly and thank our hero, saying that ironically thanks to him, thanks to the pressure of defeat, had finally managed to reach the two-star level. Suddenly, her gaze changed completely, transforming into one of pure determination and then she launched herself fully towards our hero, brandishing her sword that now released an electrifying yellow aura like living thunder. Our hero, far from being scared, smiles with genuine interest as he watches her accelerated movement, telling her in an admiring tone that she had truly become much faster. Narrowly dodging a cutting energy charged with electricity that split the air, he comments with a laugh that this really was a pleasant surprise. Suddenly her face becomes confused, perplexed, because despite her dodge, a trail of that attack did manage to make a small superficial cut on her cheek, which she looked at incredulously. She touched her small wound with the tips of her fingers, wondering in a low voice what that had been, since he was completely sure that she had dodged it completely, to which she, approaching with the electric aura crackling around her, said to him. proudly asked what she thought of her new power. As she approached with the energy that was now constantly flowing out of her body, she explained to him that this was her innate ability, her true nature. Holding her sword tightly with both hands, she concentrated deeply and released an even more intense yellow electric current that sparked around the blade; and she told him in a clear and defiant voice that, now that she had reached the two-star level and had obtained a stable aura, she would show him the true and great art of the Thunder Sword, the secret technique of her lineage. Our hero, genuinely intrigued, wondered if there really was such a unique martial art that he did not yet know. Holding his chin with his fingers in a thoughtful gesture, but with a wide and expectant smile on his lips, he commented with contained excitement that this was definitely getting much more interesting than he had ever imagined. The fight began with Lica's first step, from whose sword burst forth a yellow electric thunder energy that crackled in the air. Our hero, With a cautious gesture, he tried to quickly distance himself while his mind struggled to analyze this new technique that he was seeing for the first time and with an incredulous smile that spread across his face, he asked him if he could really control thunder, because it seemed ridiculously absurd to him. Then, with a serious and determined expression, Lika instantly appeared in front of him, attacking with her thunder sword that sank deep into the ground, immediately activating her celestial electric technique. At that precise moment, our hero, with an agile jump, managed to narrowly dodge the attack while his eyes widened in astonishment as he observed the overflow of electricity coming out of the Earth and inside him a growing excitement told him that this was getting more fun than he had ever imagined. Still in the air, he felt the unpleasant electric current running through his body trying to paralyze him . And our hero, with a broken voice, commented that Lick's power had increased drastically compared to a few moments ago and that this thunder would give problems even to someone like him. Immediately afterwards, He landed on Earth with difficulty as the persistent electric current pursued him relentlessly. The students, watching the fight with wide and impressed eyes, whispered about Lica's shift in power, wondering with disbelief if it was possible for someone to change so much simply by ascending a single star. Meanwhile, Rangus, with a frown and a thick bead of sweat running down his 100, named our hero in a tone of voice full of concern. Our hero, in his inner thoughts, analyzed Lica's Thunder Sword , commenting to himself that his rival's movements were really very simple and had not changed at all compared to before. But as soon as he reached the level of two stars and obtained an aura, the power of his great Thunder Sword Art or whatever it was called, had increased explosively. He had already thought that Lica was fast before, but now she was even faster. The strangest thing of all, no doubt, was that thunder. Then, with a wide and genuinely excited smile, our hero was reflecting upon things out loud. that it had been 1000 years since he had felt thunder in his body like that again, something that would have been unthinkable as he narrowly dodged another thrust from his opponent's sword. He wondered if he should counterattack at that moment, but his curiosity was even greater, as he longed to analyze and understand that thunder technique in depth. Then Lika, with a determined smile and a glint of defiance in her eyes, told our hero that if he could smile in such a dangerous situation, it was because, without a doubt, he still had some cards up his sleeve, firmly warning him that his excessive confidence would lead him straight to perdition. Then, without giving him time to respond, she began to advance towards him with a firm step, brandishing her thunder sword and warning him in a somber tone that he would not be able to laugh anymore. Then, she took a step so hard on the ground that it resonated throughout the area, activating her Thunder Rush technique. In an instant, she appeared right in front of our hero , who, with cat-like reflexes, managed to dodge the attack by making a quick turn to the right; but suddenly and to his surprise, a next attack was already in sight. Our hero, with his eyes wide open, said to himself that his technique was as fast and unpredictable as lightning. Next act, the attack hit him squarely in the chest, causing him to crash violently against the wall and reflecting a wave of wind from the brutal impact. With a look full of anguish and concern, Rangus, from the audience, stopped watching impassively and began to run towards the battlefield, shouting our hero's name in desperation. It could now be seen that the impact had left a deep crack in the wall and from among the rubble our hero slowly emerged with several visible scratches on his body and still covered in the remains of electricity that sparked around him. Suddenly, he explained, showing that he was not holding anything back. In an instant, he hit him with a full-on next attack, the flash of thunder light. But to everyone's surprise, we observed that our hero, although kneeling and with obvious effort, he could not withstand the impact and apparently the attack had not had the desired effect. At that critical moment, Rangu approached even closer, begging Lika in a trembling voice to stop, to cease her attacks, because if she continued like this, the consequences would be terrible. But she stopped his words immediately with a cold gaze and a gesture of contempt, looking down and asking in amazement why he was still standing despite everything. Then she slowly turned her gaze while releasing her overwhelming aura of thunder again. And as a clear warning for no one to come closer, she said in a solemn tone that he understood that stopping now would be an insult to a warrior like our hero. But in an unexpected and comical twist, Rangus shouted at our hero from a distance to please surrender, that it was the most sensible thing to do. While Lika, with a superior smile nodded and agreed, saying that he was right, since our hero was exhausted, wondering aloud if he surrendered and put himself at her service, she would leave him. without permanent injuries. Then, our hero, on his bruised expression, showed a small but meaningful smile. Lika observed said smile with suspicion and then released her aura with renewed intensity, saying with a gaze that now shone with excitement. I see. Even though you are a legitimate son, you are also a proud one, the dragon, aren't you? Perfect, then I will give you the finishing blow with all my power. Next act, Lik raised his sword with both hands towards the sky, releasing an aura of thunder so overwhelming that it made the ground tremble, naming this technique in a powerful voice, the great art of the thunder sword. First secret technique. And in an instant he advanced swiftly like a real thunder, concluding the technique with a shout. Heavenly thunder. And we watched with our hearts in our mouths as the attack hit our hero squarely, who was instantly enveloped by an electric tower of thunder that rose towards the sky, while the ground at his feet shook with a roar. Inside the tower of thunder, our hero felt the strike. saw with blank eyes, with several electric currents crossing and wrapping all his extremities. Rangus, upon observing that terrifying scene, shouted the name of our hero with a voice full of pure terror and concern. Now we observed our hero lying on the ground with his eyes blank and a faint smoke coming out of his mouth while the electric current still ran through his entire body without control. Lika, with a gesture of victory, sheathed her sword on the ground with a sharp blow and as she began to retreat she told him in a final tone that the fight was over, that victory was his. But suddenly, right behind her, our hero's voice was clearly heard and at the same time a residual electric discharge came out of the smoke. She immediately turned her gaze with her eyes full of disbelief and deep concern and asked him with her voice broken by surprise: Why? Why can you use thunder energy? From amidst the thick smoke, our hero emerged now overflowing with electric energy as if it were part of inherent to his being. And with a voice full of curiosity, he asked Lika if this powerful technique was called thunder energy. Lika, with a gesture of disbelief, sheathed her sword again and repeated the question vehemently, demanding to know why he could use thunder energy. Our hero, processing her question calmly, crossed his arms with a determined attitude and , raising his voice with confidence, told her that he really did not know for sure, to then explain in detail that he had been receiving her attacks on purpose with the firm objective of investigating and understanding her power, and that, without knowing very well how, now he too could use it. She, completely confused and with a large drop of sweat sliding down her 100, muttered under her breath that it was simply impossible, that he could use it now made no sense. Then, a look of deep concentration. Our hero remembered every moment of the fight, thinking quietly that while he received one after another the mysterious attacks, even that very thunder from that girl, he had been using continuously practicing his most precious breathing technique, the Dragon King's Breath. And it was then, upon understanding the very essence of thunder energy, his primordial Dragon King energy, that he began to merge with said energy, causing thunder to accumulate within him naturally. and without realizing it , he could almost control it at will, although he admitted that he did not fully understand it at first. Our hero, while wiping the sweat from his face with the back of his hand, told Lica, with an almost conspiratorial tone, that she must have a very particular and unique physical constitution, also considering that this great sword art was a secret family technique, so he should assume that it was the bloodline of his family that possessed an extraordinary constitution. Then our hero began to walk slowly towards her, closing the distance and telling her with genuine astonishment that the mere thought of his own primordial energy being imbued with thunder was mind-blowing and that, without a doubt, he had learned a valuable lesson. Then, he lifted his hand decisively, showing the thunder energy that now danced in his palm and released his aura with power, revealing that two bright stars could now be clearly seen on his chest. Then he clenched his fist tightly and told her with sincere gratitude that thanks to her, thanks to this fight, he too had managed to reach the two-star level. Suddenly, our hero looked away for a fraction of a second, because Lika, with contained rage, was about to hit him with a new attack at close range, but our hero, far from being surprised, waited with a smile of anticipation, mentally flattering her for her unwavering determination. A massive explosion of thunder was reflected in that place, overflowing with energy and lifting several stones from the ground. However, our hero, taking advantage of his new thunder speed, was able to dodge the attack by the skin of his teeth. who internally could not help but marvel at the fact that when the primordial energy was imbued with the nature of thunder, it acted primarily on the muscles and nerves, strengthening the body in its entirety; and he said to himself with growing excitement that it was such an incredible constitution that it was driving him crazy, sharpening his senses to the extreme. Then, beginning to relax his body, he suddenly showed a completely serious and concentrated expression and told himself that he needed to get used to this new power a little more. Rangus, completely absorbed in watching the development of the fight, thought, with his heart racing, that this fight between his two candidates for the head of the house was simply incredible and that he could barely follow them with his eyes. Wondering if it was just his imagination, watching the fierce determination of our hero and the development of the fight. Rangus commented quietly with concern that something was wrong, since not even Miss Lika's thunder slashes had managed to make a dent in him. Lika, with a look of fury, shouted at our hero to see if he was making fun of her, to which he, with a calm smile, replied that no, he wasn't making fun of her at all; then, in an instant, he delivered a swift kick charged with his thunder energy, which she almost managed to block with her sword just in time. Then Lika, propelled by the force of the impact, took several steps back, while our hero landed softly on the ground. Immediately afterwards, she began to warm up her arms with circular movements, wondering aloud if this would be enough and if she should end the fight once and for all, declaring with excitement that she would create a new technique after so much time without innovating. Lika, upon hearing his words, wondered with growing anxiety what technique he was referring to. Our hero felt to himself, saying with conviction that it would be a new form and that he would call it a special form. Lika, with an expression full of concern and several beads of cold sweat on her forehead, asked herself a torrent of internal questions . A new technique. Does that mean he received training from some secret competition? Which house was he from? And that he's going to create a technique that easily? I don't understand anything anymore. Suddenly, our hero, taking advantage of the slightest opportunity for distraction, instantly appeared near her and asked her in a casual tone if she was wondering about anything. She barely looked down, barely noticing the blow that was approaching her stomach and hearing the words that resonated loudly . Dragon Slayer Fighting Style. Special Form, ending everything with an overflowing and devastating electrical energy that exploded and the words that sealed the movement. Thunder roar now and she fell silent with her eyes blank , completely covered in residual electrical energy, kneeling and limp, while her sword fell from her hand with a metallic sound. Rangus was so surprised that he could barely utter a word, wondering if the fight was really over, while the students from behind watched in rapt attention and completely speechless. Now our hero stood with a serene but satisfied smile , telling his defeated opponent that this had truly been a tremendously interesting fight, while Lika, still on the ground, felt pain and her body trembled with agony, trying with all her might to get up. With her gaze downcast, she wondered desperately if she had truly lost. Then she clicked her teeth in rage, muttering under her breath that she had to become the leader of the house, kneeling with her sword abandoned by her side. She looked up, imagining for a moment the figures of her older brothers, who were also fiercely competing for the leadership of the house and she told herself with iron determination. She could not fail, that she had to defeat her brothers, that she had to be the leader and that she could not afford to lose our hero suddenly. Suddenly, our hero approached her, interrupting her train of thought and complimenting her sincerely, telling her that she was very strong and that thanks to her he had learned something new and valuable, that it had been a truly fun and valuable time. Then, with a kind and genuine smile, our hero lowered his hand in a sign of peace, offering it to her to help her up and telling her, with contagious excitement, that it would be great fun to have future exciting fights like this one, that they would have a fight again soon; ending his words, naming her, Lika, with deep respect. And she, with a softening gaze and slightly blushing cheeks, looked at our hero with a new and emerging admiration. With a gaze full of respect and admiration, Lick firmly shook our hero's hand, telling him in a calm voice that he would accept his defeat for today, since at this moment, with his current level, he clearly understood that he was no match for him . In another scene, far away from there , in a hidden and dark space, inside a deep crevice, a pack of ferocious-looking monsters, their limbs covered in sharp spikes, waited patiently in the shadows. We observed that these monsters menacingly surrounded a man who remained impassive in the center of the circle. This person calmly began to advance forward, a movement that put all the monsters on high alert, who growled in unison. Then , with an icy gaze and a dazzling red iris that shone in his eye like a burning ruby, Balsa, the El Drago patriarch, prepared to end the lives of these monsters in a single blow. The overwhelming pressure of his power was reflected in the air like the shadow of an ancient dragon. And as he advanced, the air around him became heavy and difficult to breathe. This lethal technique is formally named Dragon Pressure. Under its influence, the monsters were completely paralyzed with terror, only awaiting their imminent end. Balsa, with a step so firm that it made the earth vibrate beneath his feet , drew his sword in a fluid movement while naming his technique in a voice. Cavernous. Dragon-slaying combat style. First form. The attack was a perfect circular slash, a reddish-colored cutting slash that hit all the monsters without exception. In the terrified eyes of these beasts, they could only watch the red glow approaching, unable to resist or move due to the crushing pressure of the patriarch's aura. A strong wind blew around Balsa, stirring his clothes as he put away his sword with the elegance of someone who had completed a trivial task. Next act. The members of the clan, who were several and stationed on the periphery, advanced efficiently to finish off the dying monsters. While the patriarch, without looking back, already withdrew from the place, advancing towards the crack that served as a portal to space, while other lower-ranking officers were busy organizing and cleaning the bloody surroundings. Just before the patriarch crossed the portal, an officer bowed with deep respect and told him that he had an urgent report, to which the patriarch, without stopping, ordered him with a gesture to continue. The officer then raised his gaze slightly and informed him in a clear voice that Miss Lica had reached the two-star level. The patriarch turned his cold gaze towards him and with his heavy aura enveloping the messenger, he asked him sarcastically if that was something to be proud of. The officer, maintaining his composure, carefully explained that reaching such a level at such a young age could be considered a great feat and that with Miss Lica's high innate talent, by the time she graduated from the Dragon's Nest, she would easily reach the four-star level or perhaps even the legendary five-star level. With an even more serious and contemptuous look, the patriarch curtly told her that talent did not matter to him in the slightest and warned the officer, in a curt tone, not to speak if that person was useless at the moment and that if he had come to talk nonsense, he should get out of his presence right now. The officer, nervous, tried to stop him and stammered and managed to say that Miss Lica herself had been defeated. The patriarch stopped completely, thought for a moment, and then asked with renewed interest if the fight had been against the highest-ranking students of the academy. The officer hurriedly told him that no, the one who had defeated her was his own son of the same age, Mr. Seoc, who is also one of the candidates for the head of the house. The patriarch stopped short, clearly intrigued, and thought for a moment. Then he quietly mentioned our hero by name, instantly bringing our hero's mother to his memory. With a hint of respect in his voice, he mentioned that she had had an exceptional and natural talent for fighting. Then, addressing the officer again, he skeptically told him that she had already been dead when he was born, firmly asking who had taught him the skills needed to defeat someone at the two-star level. The officer, standing his ground and bowing his head a little more in respect, explained that our hero had defeated Miss Lica without anyone having formally taught him and that he had also reached the two-star level completely on his own. As he finally left, the patriarch, without turning around, told him in a tone that indicated a plan was in motion, that in that case, he supposed they could already begin the first test. The officer, after a moment's hesitation, looked up, telling him with all due respect and daring to ask cautiously if it wasn't too soon, arguing that barely a month had passed since they began learning to fight formally and that most of them had not even reached the level of a star. In a deep and dark voice that cut through the air, the patriarch told them that the Aldragan clan did not accept the weak under any circumstances. Whether they had learned to fight or not, death reminded them, comes to everyone equally and only the strongest, the most resilient, survive. Those who cannot overcome even the first test, regardless of their level or excuses, are simply not worthy of bearing the name The Dragon. The officer, feeling the weight of the statement, nodded submissively to his order, saying as you say, to which the patriarch, without wasting a second, ordered him to call Freya for this critical situation. The officer could not hide his astonishment upon hearing said name and asked incredulously if he should really call her to which the patriarch confirmed with a curt hiss, explaining with a hint of interest that someone who had defeated Lica on her own deserved attention and that the matter was very interesting. Then, the patriarch began to advance again towards the rift in space, while saying loudly, for all to hear, that he would entrust Freya with the content and complete supervision of the test, specifically ordering the officer to make sure to keep a close eye on them. To which the officer, bowing again, felt the weight of the order and nodded silently. The patriarch, almost through the portal, murmured intrigued that he would remember Sequ’s name and commented quietly, almost to himself, that he hoped he would succeed in passing the test. The following day, with the sun bathing the dirt training field, the rookies laboriously practiced the shadow fighting style. Rangus, with a visibly tired expression and his face covered in sweat, waved his straight fists diligently but without much grace. Meanwhile, our hero , in a show of pure strength, kept his body in a crouched position, while firmly holding two giant weights in both hands, as well as a heavy rock in each. And at the same time he balanced an even larger rock on his head with incredible stability. All this while Rangus and the other rookies stared at him with wide eyes, unable to hide their astonishment. Our hero, for his part, was commenting in his inner thoughts that, like the Dragon's Breath breathing technique that they said was an art created by the 15th leader, although it was called a combat style, it was actually a brilliantly thought-out body strengthening technique; also designed so that even the smallest children could easily learn it. Suddenly, Rangos interrupted our hero's deep thought, asking him with genuine curiosity if he was not going to join the group training, to which our hero, confused, asked him what he meant, since by pointing at the rocks he was doing so right now. Rangus quickly corrected himself and clarified that he was not referring to pure physical training, but rather the formal combat style of the armored dragon. With his eyes closed and a gesture of patience, our hero simply told him that he had already learned that style completely. Rangus was so surprised that he almost tripped, exclaiming, "If they just showed it to you a moment ago, how was that possible ?" To which our hero calmly told him that it was true, but that more importantly, Rangus pointed out that the path of his primordial energy was wrong. Rangus was completely speechless , leaving him so thoughtful that he almost forgot to breathe. Then, our hero stood up nimbly and dropped the large rock onto the ground. The impact was so strong that it caused Rangus to float 1 cm due to the tremor that shook the ground. Then, our hero told him with authority to turn around, pointing in a specific direction on his back, to which Rangus, still stunned, immediately nodded. Following this, our hero channeled his electric aura energy toward his fingertips, then precisely touched Rangus’s back, effectively correcting the flow of energy blocked within his body. After completing the procedure, which only took a few seconds, our hero began to whistle nonchalantly as he told his friend that he was done and that this was the right path to follow. Rangus, looking at his own hands in amazement and noticing the new stability and warmth that ran through his body, thanked his friend with a voice full of emotion. Then Rangus with a look full of admiration turned his gaze towards our hero, muttering that he had truly mastered everything, that it was just what was expected of Mr. Seke. Our hero, with a fake angry look, snapped at them. Yes, you really did speak of him like that. How insolent! Rangus, stuttering and becoming nervous, apologized immediately, saying, "I'm sorry, I didn't mean it like that." Then, clasping his hands together to calm himself, he explained in a calmer voice that it was the first time someone had taught him something like this and that , although our hero was not his father, that was why he always did his best to live up to his expectations. Then remembering the overwhelming power our hero had displayed in the battle with Lika, Rangus lowered his gaze, telling him in a tone of respect that he already possessed a martial art strong enough to defeat Miss Lika and that, because of that, he had thought that the armored dragon's fighting style would be too simple and boring for someone like you. With his arms crossed and a relaxed look, our hero told him that it was not boring at all; that, in fact, he was very impressed with the stability and solidity of the armored dragon's fighting style, commenting with a hint of nostalgia that, after all, that technique was the basis of the dragon-slaying fighting style, since, in his past times, that technique was not very popular among his children, who said it was too complex and difficult to master. Our hero tells us, as if in a lesson, that the fighting style kills. Dragons is a style that boasts overwhelming and destructive power, but in exchange for being extremely complex and demanding. Its forms, he explained, begin with the first form; then, the second form, the third form, the fourth form, in addition to the special form that was born spontaneously in his battle against Lica. And that there is even the final form, the same one that annihilated that divine dragon with such destructive power that it devastated everything. I am also very intrigued, he added, the handling of dragon techniques in general may have also been modified over time and it will be very fun to discover everything . With a wide and satisfied smile, our hero adjusts his shoulder, saying that since he has finished learning the armored dragon combat style, he is now training his body as usual, explaining naturally that the speed of learning is different for each person; to which Rangus understands with a smile as he clenches his fist with determination and names our hero, leaving him a little confused. Then Rangus with a look of pure determination puts his hand to his chest and says in a shaky but firm voice, "If I could train him, he wants me to guide him like he did a moment ago." Our hero is left speechless, his eyes wide with surprise at the request. Rangu, however, raises his clenched fists and with a loud voice that resonates across the field, raises his voice saying, "I know it is a bold request, but I want to become stronger, even if only a little." Our hero, after a moment breaks into a happy and relaxed look and tells him that it is fine, that he accepts his request and that he will train him. Rangus is completely confused, asking him if he is really okay and if he will really train him. Our hero, laughing, tells him that he was the one who asked him to train him. Rangus says to an incredulous man, "Are you really not kidding me?" To which he replies that he is not lying and that Rangus also seems like a student worth teaching. Suddenly, and cutting short the moment, someone else approaches the place. We see that it is Lika, who with red cheeks like a scarlet and an unusual shy expression, tells our hero that yes , she also wants to be his student and that she wants him to guide her. Brangus is frozen in place, observing his partner's statement and asking her, astonished, if she really wanted to join the training. Lik, with a somewhat angry look and her hands on her hips, firmly asks if she cannot join. Then, somewhat embarrassed and with even redder cheeks, Lik begins to explain. To be honest, I always thought there was no one my age who could beat me. After all, I am a candidate to be the next leader, but in yesterday's fight, you completely outclassed me and somehow manifested the Thunder energy and used it better than I could. And because of that, your reputation is in tatters, she admitted with frustration. "Our awkward hero," she turned her gaze to her friend Rangus, asking if he was to blame for that, to which Rangus just shrugged thoughtfully. Suddenly, Lika, with even more determination and a serious look that brooked no reply, told him that she wanted to become much stronger, enough to defeat her older brothers and eventually him as well. " There, please," she concluded with a voice that mixed pleading and firmness. I want you to guide me too. "With his hand on his chin. Our hero remains deep in thought, analyzing the situation. Meanwhile, Rangus, with a drop of sweat running down his chin, observes him with growing concern at the uncomfortable silence that has taken over the environment. Lika, with trembling hands hidden behind her back, interrupts the silence with a hesitant voice, saying that she would perfectly understand if he did not accept her, since he is also a candidate for the clan leader and training a rival like her would not be something favorable to his own interests. Rangus nodding slowly observes our hero and comments that he also understands that point, that his friend, although not a legitimate son, is still the son of the leader of the Audregan clan himself and a candidate for leader of the house. With his arms crossed and a nonchalant gesture, our hero tells him that there is no problem and, addressing Lik, asks him with genuine interest if his body is completely fine now, since, according to his calculations, the wound he inflicted on him would leave it. immobilized for at least a month, if I weren't mistaken. Lik, proudly straightening up, tells me that there's no problem at all, that he used a high-quality healing potion that same afternoon, and adds with a hint of sarcasm that he worries about quite strange things. Our hero, in a low voice and only for Rangus, leans over and whispers in his ear, asking if healing medicine is really that miraculous in this era. To which Rangus , also whispering, replies that if he's referring to the basic healing potion from the entrance exam, that doesn't have that much power and that it was most likely caused by a real high-quality and extremely expensive medicine. Our hero, upon hearing this, relaxes and comments with a sigh that this era is so peaceful and advanced that worries about serious injuries are no longer an issue as they were in his time. Then, Lica raises her voice again with a thread of hope and asks him directly if he's really going to train her too, as she's worried that she's interrupting her own training or causing him problems. With a wide and carefree smile, our hero tells her that it's okay, not to worry, because this old man, as he referred to himself, doesn't reject young people who are so eager to improve and learn. Lika is instantly confused by the comment, telling her frankly that he is young too, that they are practically the same age. To which Rangus, with another drop of sweat, intervenes, asking the incredulous man if he is really the same age. Our hero, looking away to the sky and whistling with false innocence, tells them that of course they are the same age, while internally thinking with a smile that an old man like him inhabits a young body. Then, with a more serene smile, he turns his gaze to Lika and asks her seriously if she is completely sure that she wants him to train her, considering that he was the one who defeated her, humiliating her before. To which she, with clenched fists and a look of fierce determination, replies that it doesn't matter, that she can't be polite or get carried away. out of pride in such a matter, and she confesses in a firm voice that she has to become stronger; she has to be the leader of the clan and, if for that she has to eat her pride and learn from her rival, she will do it without hesitation. with her hands in her pockets and adopting a more serious air. Our hero then asks her why she clings so much to that position of leader, reminding her that the last time they faced each other she also talked obsessively about that. She , with a sigh full of resignation, then tells him the harsh truth: that if she does not become the leader of the clan, the only path left to her is an arranged marriage, which in the best case would be with one of her cousins, but that, in the worst, she would have to become the wife of a complete stranger for family convenience. Suddenly, our hero puts on an intensely serious look and interrupts her, asking her in a cutting tone if that is really what she is telling him, if that is her reality. Lika, with a bitter gesture, tells him that this is perfectly normal within the clan; that her lineage, The dragon is that important and strict, especially the four great families, including his own; and as he should already know, his source power is special and unique, so there are many political and strategic ways to use it. Rangus, sensing the sudden change in the environment, is deeply concerned by the transformation in his friend's attitude and then our protagonist releases a wave of energy charged with pure anger and contempt, exclaiming with contained rage. Oh, oh. They do one disgusting thing after another, with a vein throbbing with fury on his forehead and his fists clenched until the knuckles are white, our protagonist instantly remembers how when he was just a baby he was made to taste the blood of a monster as part of a ritual. And he thinks about how the entrance exam, like the current training, are truly stupid and brutal, and he swears to himself that he himself will tear this stupid tradition to pieces with his own hands. At that exact moment, an officer raises his voice with authority , demanding that all the rookies comply with him. Pay attention, as our hero is momentarily speechless, quietly wondering if they heard him whisper his most rebellious thoughts. Lika, for her part, fixes her gaze on the officer, curiously wondering if there will be a surprise exam. Rangu is visibly frightened by the authority of the shout and our hero, recovering himself, looks around the place with a drop of cold sweat, thinking to himself that the officer was very timely and that the situation scared him a little. It is then that a new character approaches , stealthily to our group of protagonists we observe that said character is a girl with reddish hair and a mysterious aura. Now the officer gives another shout announcing to everyone that starting today they will have a new instructor and that despite her busy schedule, she has come especially to instruct them, so they must show her their gratitude. Then, he announces that this person is already here among them. At that moment everyone observes this new figure, who was a girl with intense red hair who approached Lika with silent steps, being about to He gently tapped her shoulder while asking if she was Miss Lika. Lika, hearing that voice so close , was instantly paralyzed and surprised . Then she turned her gaze towards the newcomer and, upon recognizing her, her confusion turned to alertness before she stomped her foot hard on the ground that made the ground tremble as she retreated several meters backwards in a defensive pose. The red-haired girl, named Freya, was surprised by the exaggerated reaction and, at the same time, Rangus, with a gasp of fear, quickly hid behind our hero as if seeking protection. Freya, making a hand signal of acceptance and winking mischievously, praised Lika, telling her that it was a good evasive move and that the quality of her work in terms of her technique was not bad either. We observed that Lika remained in her fighting stance, completely confused, thinking to herself that she could not have sensed the presence of that woman at all until it was too late. Meanwhile , Rangus, his body trembling with fear, dares to ask the red-haired girl who she is. At that moment, the officer formally points in his direction, telling everyone that this new person will be their main instructor, while a non-commissioned officer from the side applauds effusively, praising the instructor for her incredible speed and stealth. The red-haired girl, with a smile that mixes confidence and mystery , greets all the rookies, formally introducing herself as Freya. And we mentally note her information. She is Freya of the Carmic Wind, belonging to the fearsome and respected order of the black dragon. Immediately after, Freya directs her piercing gaze directly at our hero and with an intrigued smile asks him if he is the Seik that has been talked about so much lately. Our hero, keeping his cool, tells her that yes, it is him, but that he does not think his name is so popular as to deserve so much attention. Freya, raising an eyebrow with interest, then asks him if he is not surprised that she knows so much about him, to which our hero replies with unwavering serenity that there is nothing really surprising in knowing about him, but that there is something he would like to know about her. Suddenly, Freya's expression changes completely when she notices our hero's eyes that do not show fear, but intense greed and a hunger for knowledge, with a smile that widens and eyes that shine with pure avarice. Our hero tells her that he noticed that she has a movement technique, something very interesting, and asks her almost defiantly if she thinks the same. Freya, putting her fingers to her chin with a smile of deep interest, comments to herself that now she perfectly understands why the clan leader himself is so interested in this boy. With his hand on his own chin , our hero observes her and analyzes her every move, thinking," That is an impressive concealment technique, without a doubt. But more than that, I am very interested in martial arts that master depth. At first glance, the flow of her source power, so ethereal, is mainly concentrated in her lower body. But what is this peculiar way of flowing? I have never seen it in my life. Is that why she doesn’t make the slightest sound when walking, even with those shoes? What kind of advanced martial art could it be? Then, all the rookies who had been quietly forming up began to murmur among themselves, wondering if she was really a high-ranking official, saying things like, “Freya of the Karmic Wind, this is truly incredible.” And at the front, with a smile that promised challenges, Freya announced in a clear voice that, as the official had just announced, she would now be in charge of their training and would be their new instructor. So she concluded with a motivating tone. Let’s all do our best together. The official, with a deep voice that brooked no discussion, informed the rookies that she would be their new instructor. emphatically adding that she belonged to the Black Dragon Order and that she was a six-star expert, so they should learn everything they could from her. Upon hearing such a statement, a rookie in the group could not contain a murmur and in a low voice asked his friend if the Black Dragon Order was not the one directly under the command of the clan leader himself, wondering why someone so incredible and important would come to instruct them. Suddenly, another student full of doubts raised his hand and shyly asked if she was really going to teach them personally. Freya, with a smile that mixed kindness and mystery, replied that of course she would take charge of instructing them personally. The rookies, upon hearing this, burst into murmurs of excitement and hope, but suddenly Freya, with a smile that now had a hint of warning, added that she would only teach those who managed to pass her personal exam. This statement resounded like thunder among all the rookies. dispelling their joy and filling them with a collective headache, wondering in whispers if the exam was real and why it was happening so suddenly. Freya then showed an object that shone with a faint light in her palm, telling them not to worry, that the exam was an easy one, that they just had to take that crystal sphere and spend a whole month in the fearsome Poison Dragon Mountain. And that was it. Rangus, upon hearing the name of the place, turned pale and surprised, wondering with a trembling voice if they were really going to that nightmarish place, while our hero, completely indifferent, began to whistle a little song, commenting with nostalgia that this whole situation sounded very nostalgic to him, since Poison Dragon Mountain was a notorious place, inhabited by a great variety of poisonous and deadly creatures, an area of extreme danger where a simple brush with a weed leaf could be fatal to a normal person. Our hero, remembering his past lives, thought that in his previous life he used the Poison Dragon Mountain as his personal training ground and couldn't help but wonder with a bit of concern if it wasn't a bit early to send these boys to such a hostile place. Freya, in an impersonal tone, informed them that if the crystal sphere broke during the exam or if they lost it, they would be disqualified on the spot. A braver, or perhaps more frightened, rookie raised his hand and asked in a brittle voice what would happen if they were disqualified, to which she, without flinching, replied that they would obviously be expelled from the clan instantly if they managed to stay alive, of course. Then she explained with maddening calm that as for the omnipresent poison, they should be able to handle it without any problems if they used the breathing technique, the dragon's breath, correctly and that with the crystal sphere, as long as they didn't lose it, there wouldn't be any major problems, ending with an easy, right? Lika, unable to contain herself any longer, raised her voice, arguing that the Poison Dragon Mountain contained not only poison, but also a variety of aggressive monsters, and that several of her companions had not even properly mastered the dragon's breath, much less awakened its aura. Freya, nodding slightly, mentioned that she understood perfectly. Then, touching her cheek with a finger and adopting an expression of false concern, she firmly stated that if there were monsters, they simply had to defeat them, that it was nothing more than that, and that if they failed, they would not be able to get food. They would not be able to survive for a month, asking them sarcastically if they did not know. At that moment, the rookies were completely terrified. Their faces filled with concern, commenting among themselves that this could not be happening, wondering anxiously if they could handle it even with the dragon-slaying combat art that they were just learning. Freya, seeing their desperation, extended her hand with five fingers spread wide and, with a smile that was meant to be reassuring, told them not to worry: they had five whole days to spare before the exam and that, in those 5 days, she would make them choose and learn one of the basic weapon techniques of the House of the Dragon, stating that if they had a way to deal with the monsters, everything would be a piece of cake, right? But she added in a somber tone that if they failed to master it in the five days leading up to the exam, then she would not be responsible for what might happen to them. The rookies were once again frightened by the warning and one , with his hand still shaking, asked if things were really getting dangerous. She would help them, wouldn't she? To which Freya only responded with an enigmatic and silent smile, then explaining with a coldness that was in the blood that this was the dragon, a place where the weak are eliminated without mercy and only the strongest survive. That if they couldn't win, that was the end of the line, which was normal, and that if they couldn't even pass such a simple exam, then it would be better for them to sleep peacefully forever in a bed of poison next to the monsters. At that moment, Le was analyzing the situation with a frown, calculating his options while Rangus silently cried in fear and his other companions were also pale with worry and headaches caused by pure stress. Our hero, on the other hand, remembered his past life when as patriarch he introduced his own grandson and sadly thought that the Auroran clan used to be much more peaceful. Freya, breaking the moment, clapped her hands vigorously, saying that that was enough talk for today and that she would now distribute the martial arts manuals for each weapon, ordering them to come and collect the manual for the weapon they wished to specialize in. Then, several books were already stacked on a large table. Some more determined students began to eagerly leaf through her book. Others were just receiving theirs with trembling hands, and still others were anxiously wondering which one they should choose in order to survive. At that moment, Rangus's body was shaking uncontrollably, wondering in a low voice which would be the best option. Our hero, upon hearing this, approached him and told him confidently that he should choose the spear manual, reminding him that he had done very well in the entrance exam using precisely that weapon. Rangus suddenly calmed down a bit and thanked him in a small voice for reminding him of that detail. Lika, with her hand on her chin , said out loud that she thought she would choose the book on the great art of the sword, arguing that although she had already mastered the great art of the thunder sword, the basic forms were also important. But suddenly our hero stopped her with a gesture, telling her to wait a moment and explaining with conviction that she should choose the art of the axe instead. Lika was completely confused, asking our hero why he should choose such an unrefined weapon as the axe, while he, turning to leave, simply told her with his hand raised that this technique would make up for exactly what she was currently lacking. She, although confused, accepted with a sigh, saying, "Well, if you say so." While our hero, with absolute certainty, already knew exactly which book he would choose for himself. Then all the rookies formed into orderly rows, tightly gripping their books in their hands. Instructor Freya, in front of them, asked them in a clear voice if they had all decided which technique they would learn and warned them that, if so, during the 5 days until the exam, if they wanted to survive, they had to learn it as if their lives depended on it; because, otherwise, they would simply die without further ado. These words, spoken so naturally, left a palpable fear in the rookies, who could not hide the beads of cold sweat on their foreheads. Then, with a smile that seemed to remind her of something, Freya commented that she had forgotten to tell them a small detail, which was that in the real test of endurance, the ones who would specifically go to steal their crystal spheres. This revelation left Rangus completely speechless, with terror reflected in every line of his face, while our hero, on the other hand , looked excited and happy, as if that were the best news of the day. Oh, and another thing, Freya continued explaining, along with you, the veterans of the 10-year-old class will also take the exam, and their exam consists exclusively of stealing the crystal spheres from you, although you are more numerous, right? And above all , the Poison Dragon Mountain is huge, so it is very possible that you will end up not finding each other. Finishing her explanation while elegantly extending a white handkerchief. The instructor slowly withdrew, saying over her shoulder that it was fine. She was sure that the veterans would search for them with everything, so they had better do their best. Hearing this, Rangus grabbed his head with both hands, tears of fear welling up in his eyes, and gasped, " What do we do? Not only will monsters attack us, but also upperclassmen." Lica, with a deeply worried and serious expression, mentioned that the upperclassmen of the 10-year-old class were already all one-star class or higher, and that even she, with her level, wouldn't be able to handle them if many of them attacked her at once; so the other kids would hardly survive an encounter. Our hero, without showing a hint of concern, held out both hands, extending his book upwards, and said matter-of-factly that she was right and that he supposed the test might be a bit difficult. This left Lica so exasperated that she angrily yelled at him to take it seriously. Our hero then told her that if one couldn't do it alone, how about they go in groups of two or three? That it wasn't forbidden to form groups, that it was the smartest thing to do to prepare against the upperclassmen and to hunt. Monsters . The more people, no, the better. Lika and Rangus were surprised and attentive to the simple but logical explanation, commenting that it was true. And Rangus , with a glimmer of hope, asked our hero what he would do in the exam if he joined his group. With a smile that did not promise anything good, our hero told him that of course not, that he would have fun going alone. Rangus opened his eyes wide in surprise, wondering what the hell he meant by having fun. Lika, equally surprised, said that even for him it would be dangerous if he did not underestimate the situation. But our hero, gripping the book firmly in his hand, happily left while saying, "Come on, before training, let's go fill our stomachs because worries make us think badly." Lika and Rangus, with no other option, followed behind him, and Lika, still intrigued, asked Rangus in a whisper if his friend's actions seemed strange to him, to which Rangus, resigned, said that At times, it was better to get used to it. We changed the scene and found ourselves in the forest with the sun barely peeking over the horizon. Five days had flown by. We noticed that the students were already prepared with their backpacks and supplies. Rangus, who was still fearful and held his spear tightly, said in a voice that pretended to be brave that the day had finally arrived, while Lick was by his side and also prepared and with an iron determination in his gaze. Other students had formed groups of two, as well as groups of three, and so on, seeking safety in numbers. Freya, standing in front of everyone, raised her voice and, clenching her fist with excitement, said that the day was perfect, a perfect climate for a deadly exam and shouting energetically, she concluded, "Very well, then let the exam begin with trembling hands." Rango held his spear firmly while a deep concern clouded his gaze and commented in a voice barely above a whisper that the exam had finally begun, to which Lika by his side nodded her head showing a serenity that was enviable. Rangus wondered to himself if it was really right that someone like him, a simple commoner, without a single star on his record, was on the same team as Miss Lica, a noble by lineage and also surrounded by other boys from important noble families of the class. At that crucial moment, two figures approached and greeted Rangus warmly, telling him that they understood his situation perfectly and that they were also as nervous as he was about the exam. Rangus, surprised, turned his gaze and recognized the two as Celine and Raymond. Celine, who came from the dragon's nest in the east wing, held her blushing cheeks with both hands, saying in a sweet voice that she also could not believe that a commoner like her could be on the same team as the distinguished Miss Lica. Raymond, who was also from the east wing's nest, remained silent, but he felt with an understanding look that said it all. At that moment, Lick interrupted the conversation, raising his head. With an authoritative voice and pointing to herself, she said with conviction that they should not worry about nonsense, that it did not matter if they were nobles or commoners, that she had invited them to her team precisely because she had recognized their true potential and unique abilities. With a look that filled with determination, Rangus tightened his grip on the shaft of his spear, stating in a firm voice that he would do his best to not be a burden or a hindrance to the team. The now complete team felt closer than ever and Raymond, who was standing in the middle of the group, said in a slow but purposeful voice that he too would do his best to meet the expectations placed on them. Lika, with a genuine smile that relieved the attention, told them that they could all count on her and then turned her gaze to our hero, asking him with a hint of disbelief if he really intended to go completely alone to such a dangerous exam. To which he, with a confidence that bordered on arrogance, replied that of course, he was so anxious and excited for the adventure that couldn't wait a minute longer. Deep in this situation, Selene commented with admiration that Seke's attitude was incredible, since she couldn't stop being nervous. Raymond, by her side, nodded and whispered if this was the difference that the blood of the main lineage of the clan made. Lik, upon hearing this, let out a soft cry, saying that they shouldn't compare her in that way, that she was also terribly nervous inside. I know that upon hearing the concerns of her companions, she asked with genuine curiosity if there really was reason to be so nervous, saying that they were only meeting with promising people, including Lica herself. Wasn't that so? Drangus, with a serious look, internally told himself that perhaps he was right. I hope that compared to him, any other promising person would be a simple common genius. Lik turned his gaze directly to Seke, asking him with interest, and did he also think that the members of his team were good? To which our hero, with a smile that hid his As he pondered, he was commenting internally that Lica had recruited the most potential members of the class magnificently, and that Lica's eye for judging people seemed to be exceptionally accurate. Then, with a carefree look, our hero said out loud that the team's makeup was excellent, both in offense and defense, and that their exam would be a piece of cake with such a strategy. Rangus, with a bead of sweat rolling down his 100, was telling Mr. Seque that he was still as confident as ever. Even in a situation like this, Freya, looking at all the rookies with her piercing gaze, asked in a clear voice if they were all gathered and ready. Seeing all the rookies prepared with their backpacks and supplies, she flattered them with a note of surprise in her voice, commenting that they had decided to move in groups, and that, considering that some of them had not yet fully mastered the arts of weaponry, it was not a bad choice at all. Then she announced forcefully that they would begin immediately and asked rhetorically if everyone had their crystal sphere, reminding them that Their exam was to spend a whole month in Poison Dragon Mountain without leaving, keeping the crystal sphere intact. And that if they kept it until the end, the exam would be proven, adding with a meaningful tone: "All the crystal spheres were identical." A more astute rookie, upon hearing this information, immediately noticed the hidden meaning in his words. Our hero, with a lowered gaze and an almost imperceptible smile, commented to himself that, in other words, if he lost in his own game, his only option would be to steal one from another. Freya continued to explain in detail, saying that once everyone had entered the mountain and settled in, the upperclassmen would then enter with the specific mission of stealing the spheres from them. Elsewhere, a group of upperclassmen were gathering, and one of them arrogantly told his classmates that today's test would be somewhat easy, since they were only facing a bunch of rookies who hadn't even reached the one-star level. Another nodded with a mocking laugh, saying that everything would be a piece of cake for them. The rookies, upon hearing about the added difficulty of losing the crystal and the relentless hunt by the upperclassmen, couldn't help but feel even more worried. Their faces filled with palpable anxiety. Then, Estrella, with a loud voice that cut through the air like a knife, declared that the explanation was completely over and that the exam was starting at that moment. The rookies, as if a spring had been activated, immediately ran inside, entering the thick forest with fierce dexterity and determination reflected in their gazes, determined to pass this exam at all costs. Lik also began to advance with his group, but before going completely in, he turned his gaze one last time towards our hero and seriously told him to survive at his ease. To which he, letting out a carefree laugh, commented that the advice was for them too, to make sure they survived. Chica, in an unexpected gesture, raised her thumb in a sign of confidence and then, Turning to her group, she firmly ordered them not to leave her side under any circumstances, to which they all nodded in unison, loyalty and trust shining in their eyes. At that moment, in a comical scene that briefly relieved the attention, I know she said goodbye to her companions with a broad smile, telling them to be very careful. And beside her, Freya, who still had her hand extended indicating the start of the exam, watched the scene with curiosity. Then, with a sudden force, she turned her gaze to our hero and asked him, with a hint of disbelief, if he shouldn't be doing well too, if he wasn't falling too far behind; to which he, joining his fist and palm in a gesture of apology, said that it was true, that he was sorry: it was just that he had gotten carried away by the emotion of the moment. She, arching an eyebrow, asked him if it was the excitement and not the nerves that were slowing him down. Our hero finally began to walk slowly towards the thicket, saying goodbye to his instructor with a wave of his hand and saying, "I'm not nervous at all. See you in a month, instructor.” causing Freya to mutter to herself as she watched him walk away, that this rookie was, without a doubt, the strangest one she had met in a long time. Night quickly fell over the forest, enveloping everything in a cloak of darkness and nocturnal sounds, as the instructors, including Freya, camped out on the spot, keeping a distant watch on the start of a test that promised to be unforgettable. An officer approached Freya with cautious steps, his face marked with obvious concern, and asked her in a low voice if the rookies would actually do well on an exam. So stern, to which she, without flinching, returned the question with disconcerting serenity, asking him why he said that. The officer, with a sigh, confessed that he feared that this exam was too soon for the new students who were unprepared. Another officer who had joined the conversation added in a serious tone of voice that it was true that although they had learned the basics and indispensable in those 5 days, only a few possessed the stars and above all they lacked much experience in real combat. Concluding with a question that resonated in the air heavy with uncertainty. I wonder how many of them will even manage to pass. Freya, after a moment of silence, commented with a calm that seemed infused with a secret knowledge that she believed they would be fine, explaining in detail that, although the Poison Dragon Mountain was home to many toxic and dangerous creatures, the magical beasts that inhabited it were not great in number or quality, that most were of the one-star class at most and that, as they had seen for themselves, the rookies had been intelligently grouped together. so in their opinion they could handle most situations that came their way. The officer, upon hearing her analysis, bowed slightly in a sign of respect, apparently understanding her point of view and murmured that he understood it now. However, Freya's serene expression suddenly changed to one darker and full of shadows. Her eyes narrowed as she said in a much lower tone that there was an exception that they should consider. and then, as if speaking to herself, she muttered that she planned to blurt that out. The officer, taken aback by the unexpected turn and her critical words, asked in a halting voice." Excuse me, I didn't hear you properly, "he said. But Freya, immediately breaking the conversation with a light, noncommittal laugh, laughed and said it was nothing, not to worry. Then, abruptly changing the subject and raising her voice with authority, she ordered the upperclassmen that it was their turn now and to get going immediately. To which they, with expressions of absolute confidence and arrogant smiles , nodded and advanced quickly into the thicket, disappearing among the trees like shadows. Freya, absently arranging a lock of her red hair, muttered to herself with a smile that mixed curiosity and a touch of cruelty. How many of them will survive what is coming? How exciting it will be to find out. Meanwhile, deep in the heart of the forest, a girl from the upperclassmen, of Feline movements and sharp eyes, observing the field with attention he noticed something unusual and told his companions in a whisper full of intrigue to look in that direction. And there we saw, our hero was completely alone, as if he were waiting for them. A robust boy from the group brandishing a heavy-headed hammer , approached the rhythm that made the dry leaves crunch and cracked them with a mocking laugh. They had all that time to hide and yet they are still in a place as exposed as this. You are an idiot, really. His companion, a thin and cold-eyed young woman, meanwhile, was getting ready silently, aiming her crossbow directly at the shoulder of our hero, who remained with his arms crossed, displaying an indifference that was insulting and without further ado, she fired. The arrow whistled through the air, heading with lethal precision towards its target. But suddenly, in a movement so fast that it was barely a blur, our hero caught the arrow with his right hand, stopping her dead in her tracks just inches from her skin. Then, with a gesture of annoyance , he crushed the shaft, its wood between his fingers as if it were a dry branch; and then, directing his gaze now charged with an electric intensity directly towards his attackers hidden in the bushes, he said to them in a voice that cut through the comfort of the night. I was waiting for them right here. The girl with the crossbow was paralyzed by surprise. Her eyes widened , while her companions, who moments before had been certain of their superiority, were instantly concerned, asking each other in broken voices," What is that guy saying? "" No, wait, that guy just caught an arrow in mid-air without even looking at it. "In that instant, before they could process what had happened, our protagonist advanced towards them with determined steps, blocking their path as they instinctively retreated behind the bushes that no longer concealed them. With a wide and genuine smile of excitement lighting up his face, our hero told them in a tone that was both an invitation and a warning. I really hope you are strong enough because you have come just in time to play with me. And that's all for today. Don't forget to subscribe and like the video if you want to watch it next.
