On February 4th, 2025, a police officer in Aurora, Indiana recognized Dustin Cole, 41, who was wanted on a national warrant for crimes in 2022. As the officer attempted to stop him, Dustin began fleeing from police, leading to a state-to-state chase from Indiana to Ohio. During the pursuit, officers used a StarChase GPS tracker, but it did not stick to the vehicle at first. A tracker was later successfully attached, and police used channeling and blocking techniques at low speed to stop Dustin near the I-75 bridge. His car was running on rims. Dustin was eventually caught and handcuffed. A female passenger said she was pregnant and claimed she was hurt when she was slammed to the ground. She was later taken for a medical examination. Both passengers were released without charges. Dustin will now face separate crimes in three states. I told you you wanted some of these officers to let me through. We've got a StarChase.
