All right. >> Yeah. >> Where's the other guy? >> This ambulance with him. >> So, the driver was so concerned about his wallet that he just ass he kept saying that he's not a felon. So, I wouldn't be surprised if there's a gun in here. >> Uh there's a bunch of baggies in the door, too. You got gloves on? >> No, I mean I have those >> right away. >> Yeah, >> he was concerned about a member of the union. >> Huh? >> There's a round on the floor next to the gas pedal. >> Okay. Of course, >> but it's where you were sitting. >> So, right now you're going to have to come back to the police department. >> I'll be 23. >> We can have a conversation about it. >> But right now, it's sitting where you were sitting. All right. You get what I'm saying? Like there's not a whole lot I can do. >> You get what I'm saying? So, it's sitting where you were sitting. More IDs. >> No. Uh, more ammo. Use my scribes since my hands are wet. >> Where was it? Where's the ammo? >> This is all in center console. Box of ammo. Center console. >> Nice. Is that cold? Yep. hollow points. Um, but I found another >> one, two, three, four, five, six, seven loosen. >> One's going to be hug for obstructing and I'm also showing a colony full extradition out of West Alice for caring for human weapons. 104. Do you understand your rights? >> All right. You want to talk to me? >> Not my That's not my car. Not my thing. I I was just >> So So here's the deal, man. I I've been doing this for a little bit, okay? I'm not trying to get anyone jammed up, >> but we're also not stupid. >> It's not mine. >> But hear me out. Hear me out. If you're if you're in the car with someone, I've had people tell me that they're like asleep in the back when we're in pursuit. No one's asleep during damn pursuit. You're driving like crazy. You get what I'm saying? Like it doesn't make any sense, right? There's ammo in the car. There's baggies in the car. There's weed in the car. There's bullets all over the place in the car, right? Like if someone had a gun on them and that I was in the passenger seat and say someone in the back or whoever had a gun, I would probably know they had it. Do you get what I'm saying? >> I didn't know there was no gun in the car. I ain't know nothing about that. >> So So let me ask you a question because I don't think your dad was quiet the entire time while he's driving like crazy. Okay. Your dad's got warrants shockingly for having a having a gun he's not supposed to have. >> I don't know. Well, what did he say when he took off? Cuz he's not he's not just if someone's going to be driving all crazy, they're not going to take off and be like just stone cold the whole time. You get what I'm saying? Either you're saying something like, "What the [ __ ] going on?" >> All I know when y'all flick the lights, you pulling over and he just says, "That shit." >> I don't know. I don't have That's my dad at the end of the day. >> I get it. >> I can tell you out of, you know, man to man, that's not my gun. That's not my >> Is your Is any DNA going to come back on the on your gun or on that gun? >> Not for me. Not at all. >> You care if we take a DNA swab >> from me? >> Yeah. >> Of the guns? I mean, you don't have to, but I'm telling you now, it don't have nothing to do. Like, literally, it don't have nothing to do. I'm out with my pops. >> Well, I got you. >> Ready to go to North Carolina? He was about to go >> Yeah. >> to North Carolina a couple days. >> Well, if you have nothing to do with the gun, your DNA shouldn't be on it. >> Oh, yeah. >> So, you care if we take a little swab. >> All right. What about the weed and the ammo and everything? >> None of that. It's not my car. >> There's a scale on the passenger side, too, where you were sending Look, >> you get if I'm if I hop in my boy's car, right, and I'm sitting there in the passenger seat, right? I'm going to know what's sitting in the center console cuz I can see it, >> right? I'm going to know if there's something sitting in the door cuz I just got in the door. >> You get what I'm saying? >> Yeah. >> Like, I get it's not your car, but if my boy's driving and I got pulled over and I got and I can see [ __ ] there. >> I had in that car. I had a black mouth and I had my phone >> and then it sit in my pocket. I have like a couple dollars maybe. >> All right. So, who's you selling weed? If you're if people are selling weed, it is what it is. >> You could check the car. There's nothing in there. I don't have weed, nothing. >> Well, there's there's weed scales, a gun. >> It's not my car. It's not my car, my gun, nothing. I'm riding with my >> to be honest, I don't know whose car it is. It's not even registered. >> It's not my car. >> Your dad got like mental health issues or anything or no? >> And my dad, he kind of like is like PTSD or something. Ever since that happened, he been like losing his mind. I and I really kind of feel bad because >> since he got shot. >> Yeah, because it's not even that. It's just like my dad. He just That's just him. He just ch he a different person now. And the [ __ ] I don't know. I just >> So where where did he get shot at? >> He got shot in the [ __ ] >> No. No. Like where? Southside. >> Like West Dallas or southside of Milwaukee? >> Southside of Milwaukee. >> All right. Did he report it? >> He already went to jail and stuff for that >> for the for his shooting? No, he went he already like solved that [ __ ] like with the police and [ __ ] >> Yeah, I'm saying he So when he got shot, the police talked to him? >> Yeah. >> All right. All right. Cool. >> Did you check this side or No. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> As much as I can. Yeah. >> Bunch of floating weed. >> Yeah. >> And that's the cold. >> I Yeah, I believe so. It looks like the other ones. According to court documents, the suspect was charged with secondderee recklessly endangering safety, fleeing and eluding an officer, and two counts of bail jumping. The suspect plead guilty to recklessly endangering safety, and the other charges were dismissed, but read in. He was sentenced to time served, which amounted to 226 days in jail and ordered to pay over $500 in fines. The suspect's son, who was the passenger in the vehicle, was released with a summon to appear in court to answer for the concealed weapon. The son was never charged. However, a separate charge of felon in possession of a firearm was later filed against the father, and the case is still ongoing.
