on July 11 2023 a caller notified
dispatch of a potentially intoxicated
and reckless driver in Stuart Florida
shortly after a Martin County Sheriff's
deputy located the vehicle and noticed a
driving pattern typical of an impaired

offense refusal to submit to testing
failure to register motor vehicle and
driving with a suspended license second
offense at the time of this incident she
