on July 1st 2022 Racine County sheriff's
deputies observed the driver of a
vehicle not wearing his seatbelt in
Raymond Wisconsin as part of the
Sheriff's Office click it or take it
campaign a traffic stop was initiated
as the deputies were pulling him over
they observed the 36 year old male
driver hastily putting on his seat belt
so he got a point at me five through
Wisconsin traffic
southbound G on-ramp
hi there I'm W Ortiz with the Racine
County Sheriff's Office stuff because
their seatbelt isn't on and we're
actually out you put it on when we're
pulling behind you I watched you that's
not true and he looks audio is fully
Lean Forward sir when you took the
turnout I watched you put it on we're
not going to argue about our 10 seatbelt
ticket right here okay driver's license
and insurance okay give me enough it's
not driver's license and insurance sir
you're gonna make this more difficult
than it has to be your driver's license
and insurance sir do you see this sir
that's not true I have this ad driver's
license and insurance sir are you
planning on calling us today no you're
not going to kill you okay I'm an
American I have myself that's great to
know okay you were not wearing a
seatbelt when you drove past me we saw
you putting it on while we were behind
you you can argue this all day long I
think this even worse for yourself
otherwise just give us this your ID and
the insurance sir what do you want my
money
driver's license and insurance sir
you're making a big driver's license and
insurance sir you're making a bigger
deal out of this than it has to be for
my seatbelt yes yep why have I seen you
have a traffic violation your seatbelt
was not answered so can you have your
driver's license and insurance what's
your private camera I had my seatbelt on
they're running right abruptly he became
erratic and started to destroy his
possessions such as his sunglasses and
the money in his wallet because I
watched you put them on Sir now please
put them on where I'm gonna ask you to
step out of the vehicle and when I do so
that's a lawful order if I have to I can
force lever movie from the vehicle sir
all right I broke my glass if you like
that yeah it's 150 [ __ ] glasses oh

okay look I have my seatbelt on you take
my [ __ ] money
me of something
upholstery
you can't ever enjoy life anymore around
here without being arrested
if you give me a ticket
that's exactly what's happening
I have 35 dollars
I will just [ __ ] start dumping on my
plug right now and give him that dude
it's the situation this dude's freaking
out cause we stopped him for a seat belt
and he put it on when we were behind him
like literally
tearing on money and he's
[Applause]
freaking up seriously
because I have my shoes
on it's right here I can see it I can
taste it do you realize how you're
acting right now irrational It's
upsetting to me upsetting to you that
you drove past me and I see that's a
crack of [ __ ] do you know that don't
give me that okay he's tearing up cash
from his car and throwing them all over
the place
[Applause]
that's not true oh my God that's not
true
I see color you pull up to the traffic
stop right yeah you had an island my
seatbelt was on maybe that's something
so if I drive past you right I don't
have my seatbelt down and then you get
behind me I put my seat belt on does
that mean yeah
I can't afford a [ __ ] Ten Dollar seat
belt ticket for no reason we couldn't
afford it but you ripped your money off
those cashings are up 10 bucks he had
like a bunch of singles and stuff he
freaked out I thought he was going to
drag him out of the car because that's
all it is all they do is collect revenue
for the
looking back
and Grandpa I'm getting in trouble for
NYC Pro a ten dollar seat belt ticket
like it's the end of the world
I sure did get a ticket I got my teeth
pulled on I should have at least you
just arrest him for obstructing being an
ass about it look I got my seatbelt on
look at that man it's on we watched him
put it on every turn behind him and then
he's like yelling in the [ __ ] mirror
and stuff [ __ ] that's not right
that's not right I won't do that what
was that
harassed getting in trouble for having
my seatbelt on you guys call it the
wrong day you just spent 500 on his
family probably bought some illegal
fireworks should ask him to see his
permit jeez we could be like those
agencies that confiscate fireworks yeah
and then take pictures and then like
it's a big junk keeper yeah Friday
cameras on right it's not recording this
whole entire thing I'm gonna sue your
ass okay sue me for a seat belt yeah
because you weren't wearing it I'm
assuming you guys because I can't
legally do that yeah
take your money privately take you to
court okay do that okay look at that
that's a true fact okay
well done by the camera
give me a ticket my seatbelt on you
walked up put your camera onto my
vehicle with the recording that my
seatbelt is on yes
Vehicles facing straight you don't got
side camera without those cars
ten dollars okay that ten dollars
well you just tore your money up so yeah
pissed off because I shouldn't be
getting trouble from something that I
haven't seen well Scott's got him calmed
down now spoke to look both ways to do
when you're looking before you pull out
and that's what I was doing I got the
board
to do
and she fell down though I do have my
seatbelt on I know you have it on now so
when you drive away too I hope you keep
it on too
you have to wear seat box that's why
it's not it's a lot of Wisconsin
everywhere else in Wisconsin that's
where you get a citation for not wearing
it when he pulled under the air give me
a citation on camera for someone that
you calling for a shopping how's that
going to fly in court what are you going
to court then I will be there and I will
testify to the fact that I do not have
your seatbelt gone sir freaking out over
a ten dollar ticket yeah man I spent 500
on his family dude yeah
two against one in the courtroom you and
your buddy
and then Lisa and the car my seatbelt on
okay
how are you gonna give someone a ticket
it'll have something on when they have
it on
you can't be there I see it going to
sound like he's supposed to
give me a ticket attorney having my seat
pull out get your ticket for having my
seatbelt on it's not right you guys are
being cordial at all
these guys are staged up harassing
people
[Laughter]
and you're freaking out over 10 bucks 10
bucks yep because we're doing a click in
our ticket campaign that's why we're out
here you take some of your money
together maybe they'll help you out with
that all right non-mandatory court date
