I'm good. Let's watch this one. No. Which one was it? I can't remember which women pooping video. >> Are you still British? >> The No, I'm not very stupid. I stop being British. What the hell? This is not this one. I'm sure I already have it open somewhere. What is it? >> You know what they do? They sent me to >> There's feces all over here. >> Dub gaining a public is illegal. >> Let me tell you something. You guys have got to get your >> There's all over here. Dub gaining a public is illegal. >> Let me tell you something. You guys have got to get your together. >> Alien, what the >> Lol. >> What the is she doing? >> Get out OF THE CAR. NOW, >> very frequently, police officers are tasked with dealing with people in mental health crisis. And these tasks are often better suited for people who are full-time mental health professionals. But most of the time, police officers can handle these with the skill set that they have. But sometimes when the person needs to be transported to a hospital or to another facility and refuses to listen to the police officer's commands, barricades inside of a car, the officers sometimes will resort to utilizing force to have them exit the vehicle. This is one of those. >> Hello. >> Oh, I have to go back. I'm going to be sick in my stomach. >> What was that? >> I'm going to be sick in my stomach. The original video states that a person was seen defecating in front of a business and someone from the business called the police and the police responded. If you're not subscribed to the channel, please subscribe. It helps us get pushed out to a lot more people. Thank you. >> Or what? >> I don't know. I don't I've been sick for days. I don't know if it's the food or eating or what. >> Are you using the bathroom out here in public or >> I did earlier cuz they're pissing me off in the in the in the in the stall. Making all this racket at night. They're making me myself in my diaper. >> They're doing it on purpose. It's just it's an ongoing making. >> Okay. Well, you can't be using the bathroom out here in the middle of the parking lot. People are complaining. >> Well, they always complain. >> I know, but that's >> They complain about everything. It's not that. It's about me. They say stupid They say stupid girl. It's It's not about the bathroom. It's about me, my smell, my car, my music. It's about everything. Officer, can't you understand anything? >> It appears that she may be living out of this vehicle. If we just look inside, it looks like she may be living and she's stating that she kind of lives out of her vehicle. And it looks like we're dealing with a person who has some type of mental health challenge. She seems like she's a bit off. That's the easiest way for me to say under circumstances still have to be utilize our tactics. You notice if you look right behind her, there are these scissors and this hand that she has concealed. Officers always going to want to see the hands. Having her place her hands on the steering wheel, get that kind of compliance. >> I had on the wrong screen. My bad. We'll start it over. Oopsie. I had the wrong screen. I am playing Overwatch on the screen. Yes, cuz it's cold in here. That's the only reason why. >> Lol. >> I'm trying to make it warm with my CPU. Hold on. Where the is my chat? God damn it. Sorry. Okay, there we go. I fixed it. Sorry about my ass. Okay, start this over. My bad. [sighs and gasps] >> There's feces all over here. here. Duff gaining in public is illegal. >> Let me tell you something. You guys have got to get your together. Hey, >> get out of the car. >> Now, very frequently, police officers are tasked with dealing with people in mental health crisis. I'm going to be sick in my stomach. >> What was that? >> I'm going to be sick in my stomach. >> The original video states that a person was seen defecating in front of a business and someone from the business called the police and the police responded. I don't know if it's the food or eating or what. >> Are you using the bathroom out here in public or >> I did earlier cuz they're pissing me off in the store. You kid are making funny myself in my diaper. >> You're doing it on purpose. It's a It's an out here in the middle of the parking lot. People are complaining. >> Sounds like a shitty situation. I know, but that's >> They complain about everything. It's not that. It's about me. They say in the parking lot. It's It's not about the bathroom. It's about me, my sitting in the parking lot. Lol. It's about everything. Officer, can't you understand anything? >> It appears that she may be living out of this vehicle. If we just look inside, it looks like she may live and she's stating that she kind of lives out of her vehicle. It looks like we're dealing with a person who has some type of mental health challenge. She seems like she's a bit off, and that's the easiest way for me to say it. Under the circumstances, still have to be utilize our tactics. I can notice if you look right behind her, there are these scissors and this hand that she has concealed. Officers are always going to want to see the hands. Having her place her hands on the steering wheel, get that kind of compliance is a good thing and a safe thing. >> And if it's not that No, I'm not going to compound. You know why? Because they're using my debit card now. The sheriff from the from the from your place is using my debit card. I'm going to use Amy's debit card. >> Okay. I know nothing about that. Share about something else. >> Dude, $642. I have it right here. >> Okay. Have you called and made a complaint about that? I don't have a phone because I got mental situation at the end. >> More like for brains. So much I got to tell you. There is on top of tonight. Let me tell you something. You guys have got to get your together. I have had it. >> Okay. [snorts] >> And don't you dare arrest me because I'm going to roll this window up and I'm going to have it. And if I lose lose this decal, I'm going I can't My father's not heard from me for months now. There's been no phone calls to him. He does not know what the going on. He doesn't even know. I haven't seen a psychiatrist in months. You know, I've not seen a psychiatrist since since December. >> Since December? >> Yep. >> Okay. Do you need to go to the hospital to talk to one or >> Perfect. Let's go to a hospital. I still have meds. >> Okay. I'm just just >> Let's go to a hospital, officer. >> Would you like to go to a hospital? >> Hell no. >> What the hell? What should we go to a hospital? >> Cuz you said you you haven't talked to somebody in a couple months, so I'm just offering that service to you. All I do is go to Hideo. >> Okay. Jesus Christ. >> Offering you a service. You >> You're complaining about something. I'm just trying to help you. >> You know what they do at JFK? They send me back or we go to We go to St. Mary's. You know what they do? They sent me a port. They sent me to what's that place called? Up. What's up, Catherine? >> What's it called? Up That person I'm thinking of that person that is using my card. She went to uh >> the person. Is that north or south? She's using my car. >> Delray south. >> All right. She's using she this person from your deputies is going south. She's using she's using Boon Beach. She's using she's sorry I get so sorry I >> Okay. I like that the officer is being smooth. His demeanor is calm. He's not escalating. It's a common exchange. A tool that's very helpful here is active listening. Listening to what she has to say and giving her minimal encourage is okay. I can see I can understand how that's challenging for you. These are things that going to help her possibly deescalate cuz she's the one that's escalating the situation. Addressing her by name would be very very helpful under the circumstances likely and if not at least you know her name. The way that you can get the name is you can say excuse me my name is Sergeant Curtis. What's your name? May I call you that? And you just start going down along this road of getting yeses from a person and letting her feel that you sincerely care about resolving the situation in a manner that is peaceful, calm and relaxed. He has the perfect voice for it. He has perfect demeanor so far. Those are just a couple of tools that could help as a young aspiring officer if you encounter a person in this type of situation. That's when I'm in the show like I get pissed. Listen, she's using it and she's using she's in the dollar store out this way. She's using the wall a whole bunch of five Walmarts in a day. I had to rip up my car a couple DAYS AGO. I HAVE HAD IT. >> OKAY, YOU DON'T NEED TO YELL. I HAVEN'T >> I'M NOT YELLING AT YOU. I am angry. >> Okay, >> I've had it. She used >> I've been very calm with >> $42. >> Okay, >> so I don't know why people complain about a a little in the parking lot. I never do that. >> Well, that's very indecent. That's why people are complaining about behind my door. I do that at night. I'm probably going to complain about that, too. Oh, I'm sorry. What am I supposed to do? Hold on. Am I supposed to in here? Oh, >> there's tons of other places besides the middle of a parking lot. >> There's no place to go in the middle of the night time. >> There's tons of other places. You're doing it in the middle of the day. >> Well, I'm sorry. I'm tired. I don't feel good. I haven't eaten all day. Do you realize that? I'm diabetic. Do you know I've been throwing up at night in here because people are smoking so much and there's prostitution going on down here? Do you know that around here? I'm sure there is no Joe Blow is always going back there from Publix. Do you know the that goes on around? THERE'S A >> NO, OFFICER. There really is. I'm not joking. >> I said I believe you. I'm not I'm not saying you're joking. I >> maybe smoking something. I believe you. >> Do you have any ID on you? That way I can just know who I'm talking to. >> No, I'm afraid you'll take me in. >> Take you in just by looking at your ID. >> No, you're not going to have my ID. >> Okay, that's 100. >> You don't even have my ID cuz you'll take me in. >> That's not true. But okay. No, my ID is locked up. I don't know where it is. >> That's fine. >> My purse has been stolen. up. >> So, it's been it's gone. >> Can you just run the horror possib >> looking for what? >> I'm looking for that ID. >> No, that ID is >> okay. So, do me a favor. So, defecating in public is illegal. I do not want to arrest you. Okay. >> I'm telling you this right now. So, please don't let them Don't >> What about peeing? Doesn't matter. You're defecating in public. That is illegal. peeing, pooping, doesn't >> Why don't she clean her car? >> Changing a shirt. >> It looks like there's junk in her car. >> Yeah, they complain about that, too. >> I haven't had any complaints, but if somebody sees you, that's a decent exposure. >> Oh my god. So, everything's illegal. >> Yeah. So, just try to not do it in the middle of brushing your teeth. That's illegal, too. >> Can't change my shirt. >> In public cleaning your armpits, is that illegal, too? >> No. Not as long as somebody doesn't see you and decently exposed. >> Okay. So, if you're cleaning your leg cuz the men get all upset. Like she's cleaning her legs again. Like I'm not doing anything. Like she's cleaning her legs. >> Well, you're also littering all over their parking lot. >> Well, I'm pissed off. That's a sign that >> Well, that doesn't piss off. Doesn't mean you can do Wait, are you probably living in there? >> You do realize that, right? >> I don't because there's stuff all over here and there's stuff all over and I'm trying to go. Now you're pissing me off. I I I have >> I'm pissing off. Why? cuz I got to go to the bathroom and be giving me and I don't have to been sick with a side infection since July. So I don't have any sort of Medicare Medicaid. >> Do me do me a I understand you're going through a lot right now. >> I've tried to offer you certain resources. You're declining them. Um there's not much more I can do for you. But like I said >> and your officer I told some guy tried to offend me off earlier and >> he tried to offend me. Hey guys, I'm gonna grab a sweater and some socks really quick cuz it's kind of cold here. I'll be right back now. I'm gonna play the video. >> He said, "Go away. We don't want to help you." It was a Mexican guy. This little he pissed me off. He goes, "Go the away." Honestly, what the is wrong with your officers? >> Okay, do me a favor. Clean up your mess and then go somewhere else cuz they don't want >> 1965 because you're making a mess. >> Formula was officially patented and marketed as a non-lethal tool for personal protection and police. This is her home. It means she can't keep her car clean at all. >> No place else to go. They kicked me off every property. >> They just want me to stay in the real road. >> They don't want you here. That's all I'm telling you. This is their property. You're leaving a mess everywhere. You're defecating in public. They do not want you here. So, if you can clean up your mess and then go somewhere else, that's what they would like. >> Well, I'll just stay in the middle of the road. Then I don't know what to do. You're going to have to arrest me. I don't know what to say >> cuz I don't know. Unless I just clean it up and behave. I don't know because I don't know where else to go. I don't know where. There's no place else to go. >> You could find another parking lot or something else. But >> when's the next time you're going to ash me out of there, too? >> Ma'am, >> they got new pepper balls. There's only so much I can do for you. >> You're going to have to figure out your own life. I can't tell you how to live your life and where to go and everything else. >> Wow. Just be clean and respect. >> The first time I've ever met you, ma'am. So, I'm not one. They asked me out. The other one, too. >> Okay. Well, because you keep leaving messes in these parking lots and they don't want you here. That's why. So, if you stop leaving messes in here, >> then they might not kick you out of their parking lots. Are you sure it's that? Are you sure it's because I've been here so long? >> Probably already been. >> It's probably a combination of multiple things, but I'm sure the the main part that they called us is because you're defecating in their parking lot, >> which it doesn't matter who called. So, if they have customers showing up to their store and they see a lady pooping and peeing in the parking lot, that's going to affect their business. >> Oh, that look, >> right? So, and there's trash all over the place. If I pull up and I see poop and pee on the parking lot, I'm not going to walk in the store either. That's all I hear when I see Walmart now. >> Man, there there's diapers and toilet paper all over the place. >> Where am I going to go? There's somebody. >> Do me a favor. Clean up your mess and then head out. >> Where? I >> Wherever you want. Just not here. >> Go that way. I >> Wherever you want. Just not here. You're a grown adult. I can't tell you where to go, but just not here. Okay. >> I don't have a phone to tell to say which way to go. I don't know anything. There's no place for like a public or >> Okay. Like I told you, I can't tell you where to go, but you have to. >> I'm sorry. I don't have to tell you. I don't know what to do. >> Okay, make sure to clean up your mess, please. >> I don't know what to say. [music] >> Any of y'all uh think you got >> I wrote this just to hear my phone. >> So, here's the thing. Do we have a crime? The officer says we have a crime and depending on the jurisdiction, it could be that she exposed herself and that she went to the bathroom. It could be a whole bunch of different things. But likely in most jurisdictions, if it's private property, you do have trespass and the owner or the representative of the owner would trespass the person from the property. That's the police responsibility cuz this is a much bigger challenge. the number of police encounters with people who are dealing with mental health crisis. Do we really want this lady having a space inside of a jail? Is that's what's going to help her not end up being a recall or a challenge going forward? Is that getting her the help that she needs? And let's talk about the other thing that happens in police officers can attest to this. What happens is if you just move her along to the next space, another officer is going to have to deal with the same exact situation in Las Vegas. Bordering air commands that were near downtown air command, which I worked at the end of my career, which has a huge homeless challenge. None of y'all think you could fix her. I feel kind of bad for her. She needs some meds or something. >> Free Palestine. >> Sometimes they get a call and a lot of times it would just be pushing it to another area command. You Balden would end up having to deal with it or southeast would end up having to deal with it. It's a band-aid many times and this is a much bigger. >> Thank you Lady Lady Lai and >> who else subscribe? Haron, thank you. She should also not piss me and though like Jesus. >> Bigger challenge for policing. And so the officer trying to clear this off so he can go and handle the other calls that are stacking. And what is the resource that we have? It's a much bigger challenge than what we see in this video. And so even after you give a person a chance, many times they just stay. And so under the circumstances, it looks like the officer gave her the opportunity to clean up and leave and she's still there. And the call is >> the house, bro. >> Not handled. >> Amy. >> Yay. I'm glad I caught this tonight. Blessings from Indiana. >> Amy, Amy, >> Amy. >> Section 8. >> The toilet paper. >> Could you imagine the house if she had one? Now I wonder if she just runs cuz she wants to go to jail, dude. Honestly, >> where is he? >> I don't like how it says the comments. I prefer it quiet. >> Here we go. >> Probably lives like a hoarder. >> Good for you, Pluto. >> Please, Lord, help this woman. probably another. >> Well, yeah, she's there's feces all over here. >> I know she defecated over there and over there and then her diaper and then she >> I like hearing you, not the comments. Not trying to be rude. >> What are you eating? >> But defecating in public is not >> There is all over this parking lot. How can he say that is >> worse? Bro, >> she crapping all over the place. >> You have a ba or >> That's what I'm saying. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. She came to take care of herself. She said she hasn't take she hasn't seen a doctor in like 3 or 4 months. >> What did she say to you? She say >> she started yelling at me as soon as I walked up. I was super calm the whole time. She started yelling at me and going off and >> and then when I told her I was like, "Hey, stop and leave. They don't want you here anymore. >> I was calm the whole time. She kept yelling at me. >> This used to You have more on top of this for the VA, right? >> Yeah. Because of her She's all up and down and up and down yelling. >> If 23 until he gets fine. >> Sometimes when you got to go, you got to go. >> OMG, that's embarrassing for her and for everyone's else who goes there. >> Where? Right by her head. Back left. >> Yeah. Who knows what else is there? >> So, THX is someone else is watching. >> Backup officer shows up and it's good job. You let them know about the scissors that were there. Very good thing to let your partners know. So, it looks like they might be seeking to [clears throat] get on some type of medical hold or mental hold. I don't know all of the terminology. Someone who knows this department's terminology. My department had the terminology that we use. I mentioned >> that's true, bro. The businesses probably don't have people to clean their parking lot. They probably got to go and clean it themselves or just sit there that before and putting her on some type of medical hold and helping her get the assistance she needs. The challenge with these types of situations is that very often a person in this mental health situation and police encounter them and the situation escalates to a point where they end up going to deadly force. I've reviewed several of those cases and some of them have huge. >> Do you like scrabble? >> Hello mama. Hey. Yeah, it's all right. My dad loves Scribble >> challenges on the police side. So sometimes people will say, "Well, why don't you just leave?" Well, the challenge is that if we think that this >> My dad's like a word sniff. He does like 13 letter words every time. >> Person is in this state of mind is her driving on a public roadway safe. She acted in a reasonable manner to let us believe that this 4,000 lb vehicle that she's driving is going to be safe for the other citizens on the road. I don't know the answer to that. These are all things that the officers are taking into consideration and saying she has to looking at you. You're like my twin brother. >> Mental status is >> I can see a scrabble box in the back. Lol. >> Bro reads the dictionary for fun. >> Hey, she starts driving. Break the window. >> She's trying to sleep. What? Pepper out first. I don't know. Why don't we just break the window and get her? Well, if I can say, but you know, I know why. So, I think what the plan is that they're going to break the window out and pepper ball, then yank her out of the vehicle. That's the choice you're making. I'm not on the scene. I'm not going to suggest that this is right or wrong. What I'm going to suggest is that if you decide that you're going to use any degree of force like that, is it possible to have medical on standby? If they're not handling a call, they're somewhere inside of their bus. Could it not be right there at that scene? very prudent to have medical on standby if you're going to utilize that. >> It's going to be bad for her or someone all over the park >> and then she's so erratic like as soon as I walked off to start >> I have no idea what that is but >> stoned got the munchies down with bleach >> that cop should have just got in the car drop a get out and say have a good day. Hey, Cody. Fix her, too. >> I just farted. >> I was like, "Clean up your mess and just leave. They don't want you. Come on, man." >> She started screaming and all this other stuff. So, I went back to the car to try to run her cuz she refused to give me her ID. >> And then when I she closed her window and then when I came up and knocked, she started screaming >> and then just blared the horn. >> You're going to use a bean bag to break it? >> I don't have a bean bag. >> Yeah, you do. >> What? It's a card. >> What is the point of this? >> Yeah, you do. One of them is a bean bag and one's OC. >> No, the blue. >> The blue is not beam. >> It's like a foam. >> Well, >> well, you don't want the OC. >> You want the bean? >> No, the the blues are foam. >> Okay. >> The orange is OC. >> So, you've heard me talk about the 40 mic mic before. It's a very effective, less lethal. The foam blunt trauma hurts. You can break out window. Very effective tool when utilized properly. OC oolio resin capsicum. It is pepper spray. It's an irritant and it's very effective when deployed properly and a person likely will comply under the circumstances. It looks like that's their plan to get her out and to get her to a hospital. I'm not 100% sure what that code was before, but I believe that that's their plan. >> So, >> um, >> hi Catherine. >> We wait till somebody says something really stupid in the chat and then we all diss on them. It's hilarious. That's the point of this channel. >> You defecated all over the parking lot. >> Tried watching down police. Jim doing whatever. >> When I first made contact, her window was down. >> All right. Make sure our blue lights are on. >> Super erratic. >> How many announcements have you doing? >> I just tried knocking on the window. >> So, we haven't made any announcements yet. >> Passenger side because she's in the driver. >> I want him to be in position cuz I don't want her to be able to knock out this. >> But I'm saying when we come to >> What are you eating? >> I am doing whatever I want. If you want to watch this video and not this lame af stream, it's Captain Curtis >> watching body cams and clowning on everyone including each other. >> She does have a pair of scissors by her. >> She's just MOVING STUFF AROUND. AMY >> County Sheriff's Office. >> Come out of the car. Put your hands up and come out. >> What's up, guys? Retro just end. You have more coming here now, bro. Boys and girls, hope everyone is having a great night. >> Wait, ra me. Thanks for >> Hey, what's good, >> bro? >> Is that a paintball gun? Lol. >> This is County Sheriff's Office. >> Jacob, you are just on retro, right? >> Where is the paintball gun? No, >> right there. >> Give her more. >> Shout out Tipman. >> Cody, I knew it would be me or you that mentioned it. >> We are here to help you. >> Why are you destroying the car? >> Had to. >> Gotcha. Hope you are having a good night. Also, Jacobs up. Yeah, I'm out there. Good night. >> She's saying no. I can't hear you. >> What is that you? >> That could be pepper ball. Depends. >> Thanks, man. Having a great night. is open. >> Lol. Why wouldn't you break the window first? WTH? Am I watching? Looks like pepper balls. Looks like a A5 variant. I'll tell you what, the first time I went and done paint gun warm man in the inside of my leg like five times and it hurt, man. It turned green, yellow, purple. It was a blast. I need to bring one to the paintball range. Hi. If she's armed and dangerous, they won't break the window up close. It is pepper ball. >> Get out of the ground. Open your car. >> Get on the ground. >> Cops gassing themselves. >> What she said? She said a bunch of crazy. >> Yo, is this I ballistic squid. >> Get out of the car. Get on the ground. >> Lo, do it now. >> I thought bean bag. They can't handle it, but they keep firing. Lmo. >> Annoying to hear the comments read out loud. I'll send a super chat for you to turn that off. >> Can y'all take some act right so I can eat? Why did you have to do it for? >> We gave you plenty of options not to do that to you. We did not want to do that to you. You forced us to do that to you. >> Let me turn off my car, please. >> In custody. I want to talk about a few things here. Phenomenal tag bun on the female officer. Love to see that command presence. You're always going to hear me shout out the things that I see when I see them that they're done in a tactical manner. A couple things I do want to mention, however, the nails. I mentioned this in all my videos. I don't care if it's a male or a female. It's not tactical to have longer nails like that in a patrol function when you have to manipulate a whole bunch of different weapons when you have to climb over fences when you have to engage. >> This guy's so funny >> in different tactics with people. Long nails are not the best suited for the patrol type of function. The other thing I want to mention is I think these bracelets are absolutely >> Huh. Those bracelets are balling, dude. What the hell? There's no super chat. Channel's not monetized. It will be soon. You can drop me a donut if you want, though. I'll put in chat. Beautiful. And they look super expensive. >> I'll probably just put DTS back on if you don't actually do it though. >> Not tactical. You get in some type of tussle with the person. You're climbing over a fence. You're doing whatever. These can be a huge challenge. People ask me about having things around my neck. Is it tactical? If it's breakaway, it's tactical. Bracelets like that are not breakaway. So to me, those two things are incredibly important to mention in policing. It's not [music] about the fashion. It's really about being tactical, especially in the patrol function. Then I want to talk about the the decision to utilize this multitude of pepper balls. One of the things that's important, the pepper balls can be very effective if utilized properly. When the windows are up on the vehicle, it's going to be a challenge for it to be effective on the person. And I think we're shooting in excess of 50 pepper balls at the vehicle. Had no effect that I saw on the female. And then after the vehicle goes mobile, I believe it was a baton that went through the rear window which created the hole which then allowed the pepper balls to go inside. You can actually see some of that go inside the vehicle and that's when it becomes effective. Well, I'm going to say something else which is really interesting. When you have a person that's on the PA saying, I want to help you. And then you're blasting all these pepper balls at a vehicle and it's having no effect. A person's not necessarily listening to the fact that you're trying to help them when they see these pepper balls and they're not necessarily having the effect that you want. Would it be much quicker with element to approach, break the window, deploy the OC inside the vehicle and quickly extract as opposed to this kind of multiple shots around even downwind where the officers were being affected. And again, I'm not at the scene, but these are things that you have to think about, especially we'll put um I put the donation my donation link in the chat pinned if you want to donate. You probably won't though. But yeah, I'm just going to turn GTS back on probably later >> when you're in 72° reviewing it on YouTube cuz that's the time that you can learn and figure out other methods and tactics that you can use. And then the last thing that I like to say is the officer at the end said, "You're acting like an effing baby." He used the actual word. That's not acting like a baby. That's a person who has a mental health challenge. I would not be surprised if she thought that Abraham Lincoln was the president. She's defecating and urinating. >> I'm afraid I would never do anything else >> outside wearing a diaper. And it's clear that she's not all there. And I get the frustration. I did it for over 20 years in Las Vegas. And I'm not saying that to brag, but I'm saying that because I see people sometimes say, "Well, I'm too soft on people." I'm never going to apologize for being compassionate to people who are having mental health challenges. It's got to be tough. And I thank God that I don't. Every officer should take pride in thankful that their life is exceedingly better than nearly every person that they deal with on shift. To me, that's not a person acting like a baby. And when I talk about things that I'm constructively criticism about specific acts, I wear my Sergeant Curtis shirt because if an officer ever wants to reach out to me about that, I have an open line of communication with them. And it's not to speak disparagingly. It's to be as professional as we possibly can. And ultimately, under the circumstances, if we're going to do all this, having that was kind of wild. >> Medical on standby is the ideal way to handle that. And it looks like that they arrested her for resisting with violence and aggravated assault. And I'm guessing the resisting with violence would likely backing up into the patrol car and that was likely the aggravated assault. Hopefully, she got the medical help that she needed, but that was the initial attention of the officers. And again, the officer being tasked with something that's better suited a lot of times for a full-time mental health professional, which leads me to today's coin. And I really want to shout out this coin is incred the story behind this coin is incredibly special. And so, I'm going to share this coin. So, this is from the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office. Okay. Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, Montana. Libby Eureka Troy. Integrity, strength, honor, Lincoln County. Serve and protect. Okay, this is Let me explain to you why this >> Shut the hell up. Okay. You want to watch another Karen pooping video? Here you go. >> Wait, is this Annie? We're not watching that. >> Did you crap yourself, ma'am? >> Yeah, I comes to consuming alcohol decide to quit when you hit rock bottom. In my opinion, getting arrested for DUI and pooping in your pants is pretty close to rock bottom. One of those like Karen pooping on the street. >> Those are the original. >> Yep. >> Turn video. >> Nothing. >> Well, something is going on cuz you were slumped over. >> I'm sitting in my car waiting >> for what? >> For nothing. >> Okay. >> Instantly, if I see a person slumped over the wheel, the glassy eyes, a slurred speech, I'm thinking either a medical situation or DUI. >> I'm confused as to why someone is concerned about why I'm sitting in my car. because you're slumped over and some and people saw you at the bar for a long period of time. >> I'm sitting in my car though. >> Okay, here's the deal. Right now, I'm going to explain the law to you right now. You're an actual physical control intoxicated. I can tell that >> and you can tech Let me finish. Hold that thought. You can be arrested for DUI. So, here's your option. A, I want you to give me your driver's license. >> Now, I'm not driving, so no, I'm not driving. I've already explained you the statute. I want your driver's license. >> I'm not going to give it to you. Sorry. I'm not doing anything. I'm saying I'm not moving. So, sorry. I'm not going to get in my car. >> 69 code 2. Please shut the car off. >> Okay. Nobody gave me my my donation and he said he was going to if I shut the chat off. So, that's going to get turned back on. >> No, I'm not doing >> Give me your driver's license. I was getting ready. >> You're required by law to give me your driver's license. >> No one wants to deal with a drunk person because some people have or have many experiences with them. >> Taking the key so she can't drive off and move by the officer. >> I'm telling you right now as a law enforcement officer that you're >> they let me go once too when I was 20. >> Driver's license. Don't make this more difficult than it needs to be. Give me your driver's license or >> if your eyes aren't glossy, you're dead. You will. >> You know, she was kind of cute. I thought too so great she I'd hate to be with her because you know when she gets drunk you got to make sure you have toilet paper in your pocket. Lol. >> We back baby. >> If she was in the passenger front seat with the keys in the ignition, she would still be charged. Okay. >> Drunks can be so difficult and unpredictable to provide your crazy as required by lol. Lol. >> You are an actual physical. >> Damn. A reaction video to a reaction video. You're smart. >> Taser. Taser. Taser. >> This video is so much fun. >> Toilet paper in her purse. >> 67. >> It's so different anyway. It's not wilder, but it's so wipes. She should have thrown the keys out of the car and stepped out and drank vodka in front of the dash cam outside the car is massively. >> Then they couldn't tell when she was drunk from >> Pluto. I was hammered. I was up for 3 days and you know it goes with that. The messed up thing is cops let me go. Then my three buddies woke up. I was so pissed. I would have went to jail. They wowed. No. >> Do you understand? >> I do understand. >> Does the test not say poop? I'm not going to. >> Okay, that's obstruction. >> I used to stay up for days on meth and coke. It's called resist. >> Alcohol is legal. Yet, what stoners do you know that do this type of jazz? >> Is you have no reason to do anything? >> I 100% do. I've done nothing. >> I'm going to stream my reaction to your reaction to his reaction for however long you were here for a vehicle or done anything. I'm sitting in a parking lot. >> Actual physical control. I've already said it to you. That's the third time I've said it to you. >> I'm giving you one more chance to give me Shaqfi and the rest of his crew have a lot to learn in the next couple weeks and I hope they can make a good but I don't know. >> Looks like not driving on private property. I see the poor people on the steering wheel and I see a good idea. I'm going to stream my reaction to his reaction to their reaction to the reaction are really cool people. >> Yeah, that's why you just act like they're five agree with them. Keep the TP on hand and psychologically lead them. >> None of them have the coordination to be harmful TV. >> If you're not in the driver's seat in some if you have keys and you're in actual physical control of that vehicle, you can still be charged with driving under the >> Why don't you guys go and react to my reaction of this guy's reaction to the video? There's nothing new with people and alcohol drinkers because to many people who are >> and then once you react to that reaction video, I'll react to your reaction reacting to me reacting to the guy reaction to the video. Isn't that a good idea? >> Audio is distracting a little bit and a lot of people are confused cuz like I'm not driving. I got in my car cuz I wanted some air conditioning and I knew I was drunk and I turn those keys. That's the situation. I have another deputy coming here and when they get here, you're getting removed. So, you either give me your driver's license or you're getting removed. Great idea. Why are you being difficult with me? I'm simply asking for your driver's license. That's all I'm asking for. >> Okay. And I'm simply asking you for your driver's license. I'm pissed. Lol. >> It's a simple request. No. >> Can you mute this chat BS? >> Uh, no. I love it. >> I've already told you. >> Thank you. This will be the turn off. >> You donate to my stream element. You were clearly under the influence when I walked up to >> sitting in a parking lot with you actual >> WTF. I can't watch you anymore on. I'm doing nothing. I'm not driving. >> You had to send me 1099. >> Did I say you were driving? >> Let's take it to court. >> Did I say you were driving? I'm not doing anything. >> The commenters don't want to hear the voice yet they respond knowing it'll be read. >> You are now because you refuse to >> rubber baby buggy bumpers. >> Okay, it is pretty funny. >> They want it and they know it. grown enough to know better. >> You have to set the oven to 450 matter. >> It does matter. >> To make me feel like that I need to do something that is not >> I'm telling you, you need to do something. >> I've learned in my experience that trying to debate with people who are under the influence of alcohol doesn't go anywhere. The officer is just doing this volley that's just becomes fruitless at some point. Hopefully, when the sergeant gets there, he shuts it down. >> All right. So, here's what's going to happen. When the other deputy gets, we're going to take you out of the car. We're gonna put you in handcuffs and then I'm going to get your driver's license anyway. >> I'm not gonna pay to not be annoyed. >> Enjoy it. >> I'll just put in handcuffs. Nuke launching in 3. Why? Why can't you just go watch like Fox News or something? >> I've explained it to you several times now. And the fact that you keep making me explain it just verifies to me that you are in fact intoxicated. >> I might be intoxicated, but I've done nothing wrong in >> actual physical control. That's the fifth time >> I have not done She's just running her account. Tyrant cop which is a violation. >> Here comes the doo. You can go to an actual physical masturbate. I don't think I have any more videos for DUI because let me explain something to you. I want you to stop talking and I want you to listen to let you get a ride home. If you don't, I'm taking you to jail. >> So, give me your driver's license or go to jail and you will spend at least 8 hours in jail because you are in fact under the influence and you will not go home until at least 8 hours. So, give me your driver's license and I will let you get a ride home and you won't go to jail for obstruction and you won't go to jail for a DUI. This is my last request. >> Well, I'm going to wait for you guys because >> I'm sitting in a parking lot. I'm doing nothing. I'm sitting in a car. I have not driven >> and if you get out. >> No, get out now. >> No. No, ma'am. I am not getting ma'am. Do not pull me out of the car. [laughter] Oh my god. This is like YouTube. >> It's fair enough, but I love hearing you try to pronounce weirdness. >> Whatever you're doing, are you >> This is like YouTube. >> You're not listening to me, so get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. Get out of the car. >> No. All right. >> Mm. >> She's refusing to get out of the car. She's refuting. >> Text green game over. Text green. Game over. Text green. Game over. >> Now >> for what? >> Once you're in handcuffs, you understand me. Do not resist. >> Oh my god. For what? >> I'm excited. Do you feel >> Stop resisting? >> Oh my god. >> Put your arm back down and relax. >> Do you hear what I'm saying? Game over, man. >> Yes. >> Sergeant shut down. It's not a person in Japanese Google Translate. In addition to the fact that she kept going back and forth, back and forth, back and forth, it just [clears throat] gets emotions on both sides going. But the other thing is why open the door and engage the suspect before the sergeant gets there when you see that he arrived and you could have waited 20 seconds so that you can make a plan. Say, "Okay, I'm going to go hand. I'll open the door because I'm going to tell you, defense attorneys watch this channel and they look for stuff like just like that because if it turns into something where this lady gets hurt, well, what was your game plan?" Why when you see them, you all of a sudden decide to go hands-on, why not just converse with them and say, "Okay, sorry. This is what happened. This is how we're going to do it. So much better. Have a plan. It makes much more sense. >> You were pulling away and that is >> I am not doing anything at this time. >> So they said she's been at the uh bar for [clears throat] several hours. When they came up to the window, she was slumped over car running. She's been just her driver's license about I don't know [laughter] 18 times. No, she's not doing anything. That's where we are right now. >> Okay. I told her to give me your driver's license. We'll get somebody to give you a ride home and she still refused. That's funny. >> A new voice has the chat. She sells by the you know you need to put her in. >> Great job. She got out. Hi. >> Hey. What's up, Catherine? How you doing? >> I'm really confused because I did not. I'm sitting and she's being very belligerent and I did not say I was leaving. I'm sitting. >> Oh, man. We got calls that you were passed out. >> You sound like a normal person, not like this man. >> I mean, if you know more than me, then you're welcome to be your own lawyer. >> Okay, you're in control of it when you are in there with a different route. But when you don't follow our lawful orders, the Spanish translation, then this is what happens. in here. You sound like whatever it is, you sound like >> it's not from here. >> This is the type of video that you should share cuz we all know a person who when they consume alcohol sometimes they make incredibly unwise choices and they don't want to listen. I don't know rock bottom than the middle of July poop in your pants and arrested in the back of a police car. At that age, she said years old. The other thing is that officer's vehicle call brown is now out of service because transport this lady in the middle of July to jail with that smell. And of all things, the poetic justice of her having white shorts on when she acts this way, not the way to go. If you are the person who drinks to this challenge, watch this video and think about making better choices and share this video with someone that you think that it can help. Like, subscribe to the channel. There's a whole bunch of content from purposes [laughter] and chat boys wise. This man doesn't sound like from Illinois. >> Sounds good. >> He don't defrog. >> Okay, this one is woman is so drunk the jail won't accept her without a medical clearance. And this one is California. >> He just subscribed my boy. >> Thank you, man. Thank you for subscribing, my boy. I am about your car's extended warranty. >> I am the very What's been going on here? Can you kind of fill me in on what's been happening? >> Thank you. Come again. >> Okay. >> Do y'all know how hard it is for you growing up? And all I hear on my ear is y'all's crazy asses. Why are you throwing up? Well, quit throwing up then. >> Don't let Carmen do. >> I am. >> You know you wanted to join in. Mama, >> stop throwing up. >> So, this is a insurance card. Do you have a driver license? Yeah. >> How much alcohol have you had to drink tonight? >> Okay. What have you What did you take? Have you taken anything? >> Okay. So, you seem a little off to me. Do you have your driver license? >> Mhm. >> Where is it? >> Not enough alcohol. >> My cat's rat smells like cat food. More doodoo. No. Seems to be the question of the night. The laxative show. I am glad I was drunk for my first gooey. I couldn't handle that stuff. Sober. >> Baby shark. Doo doo doo. Baby shark. Doo doo doo. >> Okay. I did want to join. I've had really bad heartburn today and I went and got myself food and it just started choking me. >> I like the doodoo that you do so well. >> Okay, that's just just hold on here a sec. >> All right. What's your name? >> I get heartburn after drinking too much and eating spicy foods. >> Call of Duty. Okay. Is this your car? >> Okay, just hang out here a sec. Has someone talked to fire about >> you do do the do well. >> I don't drink at all. >> I tried to stop him and they jumped over this curb and they're I She's definitely >> from the Bundis Republic Deutsland. >> I I don't know. >> If I was a cop, I would be a corrupt one. Don't eat too much when having heartburn and dry fry water and tum. >> Okay. >> What state is your license plate from? >> Indiana. >> Indiana. Okay. Here. Roll this down, please. >> Oh, baby. I've been taking on this all day. So, what are we watching? Alexa, turn off lights. body can suck so much. >> Do you have the registration for the car in here? I wasn't able to get the card. This clip is absolutely ridiculous. You have right here that she have your wallet now. >> Do you have a license in there? >> Can I see her? >> Your driver license and the registration. >> Sorry. Okay, perfect. Is your license in the back of your phone there? >> Your driver license. >> Can I please see it? >> Thank you. And do you have the registration for the car? >> Can I please see that? with cheese. >> Yep. >> Now that's how you farm engagement into >> Sure. Lots of ouy that what you have in your hand there is not it. What is that? >> Okay. Can I see it please? Watch your hand. I forgot. >> That's fine. It has the vin on it. All right. Can I have you hop out of the car for me, please? >> Who the hell pronounces as obvious? >> What? >> Yes, you can. This >> should be interesting cuz she so drunk they won't accept me. Drunk. Definitely not a fun girl. All right. Can I have you stand here for me, please? It won't help if you could spell o. >> Okay. Can you face me? All right. Because of the way you're driving and kind of the background of this, I'm going to be putting you through field sobriety test to make sure you're okay to be driving. Okay, >> guys. I'm going to put you through field sobriety. Otherwise, you're going down. >> You said you didn't have any alcohol to drink tonight. Is that correct? >> Okay. Any drugs? prescription medications. >> All right, guys. The first test we're going to do is the eye test. I want you to watch >> got a shirt on. >> I want you to watch my leg. >> Follow it with your follow it from >> now. Follow with your eyes and don't move your head. Okay, guys. >> I'm going to move it left to right now. >> Good job, guys. You passed. You're not drunk and you weren't driving. Everything's okay. You're not going to jail. >> Okay. Do you take any prescriptions normally? >> Which head? Yes. >> Okay. Have you used any drugs in the last 24 hours? >> To conduct the mouth. >> Okay. I thought you have any problems with your [clears throat] eyes? >> Moving head. >> Practice makes they need like to determine if you're drunk and driving. But >> you're wrong. I am drunk and driving. I only needed one. >> Instructions. It dislocated my shoulders. >> Do you have any medical conditions? Are you under a doctor's care right now? >> Okay. Do you have any problems with your feet or your legs? >> I drink and drive every day. >> Okay. >> So, I'm going to have you stand your feet together and your arms down into your for me. >> Okay. Feel free to zip that up if you need to. >> Okay. So, I want you to focus on the tip of my finger. >> Okay. With your eyes and your eyes only, I want you to follow it. Don't move your head at all. I'll >> drunk your leg hurts. Ouch. >> Just the tip. >> Do you understand? >> I'm sorry. >> Okay. >> I take acid and drive too. >> I am already focusing on the tip. >> Just keep your head pointing straight forward. Okay. >> She's going in. Yeah. >> L M AO. Nailed it. >> I drink alcohol. I take pain medicine. And I drive every day. Pluto. Sounds like old Chance the rapper. Lol. Focus harder. Locked in. I don't know who that is. >> My finger, please. My VJ. That is why I can't focus. >> Focus weaker. >> Actually, I'm sorry. Um, >> I'm sorry. >> I'm getting distracted. >> Okay. Can you try to focus? >> I like smoking weed before I drive because I zone out and then zone back in when I get to my destination. It's basically teleporting. Okay, Pluto, a rapper that made an entire album while on acid. Focus. Come on, y'all. Come. >> I used to take melatonin and benadryil before cruising my blunt and beer. >> If you drunk, don't take the test. >> Uh, wings so long she thought she could fly. Toe toe it up, man. Why is mama calming on everyone? I quit doing drugs though for the most part. >> We're going to move on. >> Yes, the locust problem is ruining the atmosphere. >> I do not like eocus. >> Chill. >> You need to take a minute. What's >> red gives you wings? I'm just winging it. gone. >> I'm fine. >> Just take a minute and let me know when you're ready to keep going. All right. >> She is in fact not fine. She's crying. How embarrassing. YouTube is having me review every single message. Damn, actually >> telling on herself. SMH. >> What's going on? >> Thank you though. >> Hi, mama. Why didn't you accept my Cody? 75% of them lol. Mama is against freedom. >> Thank you. >> Speech. >> Okay. Are you ready to keep going? >> Yes. >> Fake seizure. >> Spider-Man couldn't make it home. I'm >> fine. No, I'm all for it when I don't have to review what everyone says. >> For the next test, I want you to imagine there's a straight line going down. >> She can't breathe >> in front of the ground to that truck. >> I notice your shoes have some heels on them. Would you prefer doing this on or off? >> Why do you got to review them? >> On. >> Okay. Well, if you want to take them off before you start the test, let me know. Okay. What I want you to do is take your left foot and put it on that line. Take your right foot and put it in front of your left foot. So your right heel is touching your left toe. Okay? Just hold on. Hold on. I need you to just get in the position that I'm in right now with your right foot in front of your left foot. >> Just like this with your arms down at your side. >> We should have one. >> I have power. >> We should have one sense where like people can say like whatever they want to say this >> and uh >> that's the problem. And uh >> soon as possible is far too long. >> I'll be able to say whatever I want. >> Saying I'm uncoordinated. >> My friend is break dancing on the floor so hard their mouth is foaming. >> You guys will put the n word in chat a bunch and then I'll put the n word a bunch too. >> I was in court when I was 15 for skipping school and one lady picked the seizure so she didn't have to pay her fine that day. >> Just like this. Right foot in front of left. >> Deal. Real. So your right foot your left foot with your right heel touching your left toe and just stay like this until I tell you to do anything else. All right. >> Can you get back in this position for me? >> Noah very responsible. >> Are you able to do what I'm doing here? >> Okay, just stay like that until I tell you to do anything else. All right. So when I tell you to begin, you're going to take a series of nine heel totoe steps down that line. Once you get to the ninth step, you're going to keep your lead foot on the line. Take his small steps around it until you've turned around and take all my heel to test back. Okay, I'm going to demonstrate it for you. When I'm doing my demonstration, I'm going to take three steps in each direction. When you actually do the test, you're going to take nine. Okay, so from this position, right foot in front of left. >> One, >> not these glasses again. >> Three until you get to nine. Keep that lead foot on the line. Take a series of small steps around it until you've turned around. 1 2 3 going back all the way until nine. >> Love the sunglasses. >> Yep. I took three during my demonstration. You're going to take nine when you actually do the test. >> Okay. While you're doing it, I want you keep your eyes focused on your feet. Count each step out loud. >> Keep your arms down at your sides and don't stop until you feel that you finished. Okay. >> Can you get back in that position I told you? >> Right foot in front of your left like this. >> Just like this. And then you can begin. >> I am. >> Yep. And then you can begin. >> Williams. >> Cheaper to Uber or call a friend who wear my sunglasses at night. >> She should say she's actually in a wheelchair and can't do the tests. >> Yep, that's fine. Yep. >> Yes, I like to wear my totally normal sunglasses at night, too. Oh, >> do you remember what I told you to do after you got to nine steps? >> He should have asked the cop to do the whole test and watch him and see if he can perform it. >> I didn't want to. >> My best friend was killed by a drunk driver. I loathe drunk drivers. Go ahead. These glasses are >> She should say she identifies as a captive. >> They're called a roll lens. It's a Rolex or roll lens, but just >> you know UFD upright Jim. Too many people use that. Sobriety tests are useless. Just breathalyze. >> All right. For the next test, I want you to stand with your feet together. >> They only give these glasses to bic. >> She's a smooth operator. Put your arms down at your sides while I'm giving instructions. Okay. When I tell you to begin, you're going to raise one of your legs. Can be whichever one you want until your foot's about 6 in off the ground. Keeping your foot flat parallel to the ground and your legs straight. You're going to count out loud 1,00 1,002 1,003. Just like that until I tell you to stop. All right. I'm going to demonstrate it for you. When I do my demonstration, I'm going to raise my right foot. When you actually do the test, you can raise whichever foot you want. Okay? Don't blow at the station if you're over the limit. Off >> the ground. Foot flat parallel to the ground. Legs straight. Count out loud. 1,00 1,002 1,003 1,004. Just like that until I tell you to stop. >> Okay. >> Hey, this video kind of sucks, dude. We're going to something else. I'm going to look right now. This is bad. >> While you're doing the test, keep your eyes focused on the foot that's raised and keep your arms down at your sides. Okay. >> Yep. Keep your eyes focused on the foot that's raised. All right. Do you know which foot you're going to raise? >> Okay. >> Pluto, right? >> Out. >> Um, this video. >> Even though a lot of people use it, but that doesn't mean anything because even the damn cops can't perform that test. >> We'll see how this one goes because um, >> actually, my lawyer told me I passed all the test. >> I got turn for a while. It's too much for me right now. But uh, we're going to watch this one. It's called uh Police Pursuit Ends in a Lake and it's by the guy Sheriff Lamb. I don't really like much but whatever I was watching >> going on McDonald's roads. >> All right, everybody. Welcome back. Got another video for you. This one comes from Midwest Patrol and it is Gen Z driver leads police pursuit into a lake. I haven't seen it. Let's go. On August 7th, 2026 in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, officers spotted a passenger hanging out of a movie. >> Yeah, they suspend your license in some states, but not for like the little field one, just for the big one when they bring you to the station. >> Vehicle without wearing a seat belt and attempted to conduct a traffic stop 28. Oh, >> they're taking off. >> Here we go. >> 27. >> I don't know about this agency in Wisconsin. They seem to pursue. We would pursue you till the wheels came off. At this point, >> we have a car taking off on us. He's just blowing through all these stop signs. >> We'll be another 1000 block of Dodge going westbound. >> Watch out, truck. >> Man, I'm getting nervous for this cop blowing these stop signs, too. Yeah, it's a white >> going like 100 down a residential. What the >> So, I don't know if this is a new officer or deputy cuz there's two people in the >> speed limit is probably like 30 m hour, dude. >> Car. And I don't know that in Wisconsin you typically have two men units, but could be. >> Which one's the Gen Z? The the cop or the or the driver of the other car. >> Target for us. >> Yeah, he has his lights and sirens activated. So if he kills the whole family, it's totally fine. >> Going on McDonald pucker factor there. Wisconsin plate zebra Adam Charles 9332 I believe >> it's one out almost 1050 [music] McDonald enforced >> I don't think they're I don't think they're new she's doing a really good job of calling this out >> there's four occupants white male driver >> on the plate 93 2 These are stressful, man. >> County still McDonald Road. >> Oh This is Y County. What's county I'm in? >> About to pass. >> This is stress. Like, can you imagine being in the car now? It's a lot better when you're the driver. You can feel the car. You can feel how how much in control you are. You're not in control of the vehicle. You are. >> Yeah. This would like not be a good area to get in high speed pursuit. It's all like residential >> So, it's a lot more stressful watching it or being in the passenger seat with somebody in a pursuit. I've been in I've been a passenger >> and it's a lot more stressful than actually being the driver and in control of the vehicle. Wild one. What was the reason? What's your speed right now? >> 73. >> Speeds are 73. The passengers in the back were hanging out the windows. >> So, it's possible that the female deputy or cop is the team >> is the actual trainer. She seems very calm calling it out. >> Richard out of a white Jaguar. >> That's the car. White Jaguar. Come on. Oh. Oh. >> Oh yeah. Right out of water. >> Back up. >> 27 vehicles in the lake. >> Back up. Back up. Back up. Kid drone to a lake. Bro, there's a ton of lakes near. That's wild. [laughter] >> Drone. >> There's literally like five lakes around here. Wa. That thing just went airmelled into the lake. >> We're going to need rescue out here. There's vehicles trying to exit that. >> The passengers are exiting. >> Yeah, that Jaguar's ruined. I help. >> You're in the lake. >> I'm over there. >> I don't drive. >> There's this really funny body cam. It's like this guy in a cyber truck who drives into a lake and they have to rescue him and he's like, I just wanted to go in the lake cuz I heard that the cyber truck is waterproof and it can drive underwater. [laughter] The And apparently that was like the second time he did it too. We should watch that show some point. It's so funny. >> Better hang on to the hang on to the car and stay on the car. >> Man, that car went a long ways out there. I don't know if it like skipped like a rock right out to there, but uh they went a long ways out there. And kudos to this guy who was driving the patrol car for being able to stop and keep from going in there in the lake as well. or as we call in in golf, you went into the drink. >> If you're a good swimmer, you can, but stay. >> I believe all the passengers are out of the car. We're right on the boat launch. >> Get some other folks out here. >> It might be better without your shoes on, too. Are you guys walking? They're just screaming and stuff. Hey, they're trying to swim towards us. Just struggling a little bit. >> Looks like you're walking. Keep on walking this way, guys. We got an ambulance coming for you. >> We definitely have some injuries, though. >> Yeah, I see your face. >> I told them to stop. >> Yeah, sure you did. >> Sorry about that. >> Is Is everybody out of the car? >> I don't think so. >> Yeah, everyone's out, bro. >> How many people were in there? >> Four. >> Four. We need one more. No, there was only five. There's five. >> Joey, >> there's one there. I see there's five people. >> I got five. >> There's five people in my car. >> All right, four people. I got I see four. >> When you're playing GTA with your four friends and your one friend drives into the ocean way out far to swim in all four out of the car. >> You don't have to worry about airbags. Those old cars didn't have them. We have >> What's [laughter] that? >> We had no part in that. We just want to go to the bar. >> Well, >> bro, that wased up. >> So, who's the driver? >> I really can't tell anymore. I >> We're almost there, GUYS. >> WE TOLD >> Who's the driver then? That one. >> So, the guy back there's a driver. >> I don't know where the driver WENT, BUT WE TOLD HIM. >> WELL, there's four people, right? Thank you. >> They're trying to pull. Please, please. >> They're trying to say there was five people and there's four. So dumb. What a dumb. By the way, they all go in cuffs here. When you get them out of the water, you don't know who's the driver yet. You don't know what's going on. You don't know why they're running. So, they all go into cuffs and you can take them off later, but everybody goes into cuffs. >> I heard pizza. That's what they say. There's only four, right, guys? >> I believe we only go on the rope. Grab the dog. >> Got to be able to stand up or something. >> Go down. >> Sharks in the lake, bro. [laughter] This sh is not the best. >> TAKE MY BAG, PLEASE. Grab the rope. That >> was a good cast. Flip over on your back and you hold on your task. >> What is she wearing? >> This is crazy. I swear this job it's this is why this job I mean look we got to deal with crazy people and disrespectful people and entitled people >> heater commentary >> and then there you just see the craziest things and >> your career is full of just the craziest stories. So crazy we forget most of them. >> That's a driver right there I believe. So >> Oh please come on. They must be juveniles. That's why they're blurring their faces. >> Come on. Show those stupid. >> Looks like the driver. >> Are you guys injured? Who needs an ambulance? >> Really? After that, I would probably have an ambulance come and check them all out just for safety precautions to make sure that nobody comes back later on and says, "Oh, they didn't even call me." >> I thought you would do that. >> What in the hell these kids thinking? >> Deputies. So, there is the sheriff's. >> Yeah, buddy. >> Sit up. May help you breathe. >> Oh, I think we got a combination of deputies and cops here. Deputies and police. >> Hey, we got an ID for you. >> What's your first name? What do you like about it? >> Well, the car's total. That's for sure. >> Well, guys, car's total. That's for sure. goddamn guys cars don't that's for sure and then next thing you know I'm in the water >> I can't even swim when I'm sober or like >> I can't even swim >> did you hear what he said >> I can't even swim >> I can't even swim when I'm sober So, you're going to have some you're going to want to check them for uh everybody gets charged here. Disorderly um conduct uh minor in possession of alcohol. >> Bro, I'm a hell of a good swimmer. I could swim so drunk, bro. Super wasted. I swim so fast. I'd probably swim faster drunk than not drunk. >> All or minor consumption, whatever their law is out there. And of course, the driver, he could potentially be DUI cuz it sounds like he might have been drinking, too. So, um, they just said, "I can't even swim when I'm sober." >> Yeah. >> How about the group here? >> Little banged up, but not too bad. >> They were moving. >> They were out front and saw the car come down. Wow. >> Yeah. >> You from Geneva or town of Geneva? Yeah, I'm from the town. >> Yeah. >> Were you chasing them? >> No, there's a city that was chasing him. >> Oh, okay. >> We were coming down here to try to get spike strips and they decided to turn on the wrong road. >> My leg. >> Stopped them better than the spike strips would have, I guess. So, >> this is not the first thing. >> No, we have >> I think it's harder to drive drunk or swim drunk. >> One, four or five years ago did the same thing. Really? When I was about 15, we had one. >> Oh my goodness. Here we go. When I was 15, we had one >> at least. >> Like this guy's not like that, bro. >> And it hit the water so hard there that I actually smashed in the grill. Oh. >> Yep. Here we go. Cuffs. See? >> I'm let go of your hands, please, so I can make sure these are fitted correctly for you. >> I'm not trying to grab my hands. That was >> No, I know. I just want to make sure that they're correct. They're not going to tighten on you. >> I got little ass wrist, so yeah, go ahead. Okay. >> Not anorexic. I promise. I eat. I'm >> not anorexic. in the >> my tongue bleeding. >> I don't know if I bit off the front of my hand. >> Wait, can we throw him in one of your guys cars for now? >> Listen, you go full speed and then bam, you hit the water in a car. That's going to You're all assuming they were I'm curious to know if they were in seat belts. I'm guessing they probably weren't. And then you just hit the water like that. They probably got scrambled around in there like somebody shook a pop can. Just boom. Everybody everywhere. All right. >> You got a lot of police there now. >> Blue in a quarter field, right? Is this your car or no? This one's mine. You come in here quick. You come over here. So now what you're going to do is obviously if you have a PBT, test all the kids, check to see if they're 21. If they're not 21, everybody gets a ticket for minor consumption. If um then you do you run the driver for the DUI, obviously the felony flight, endangerment because if some of these kids were under 18, you can then charge them potentially for endangerment, child endangerment. So there's a whole slew of charges you could throw at these guys. This is what you're going to start to figure out. Start piecing it all together. >> Bro, you search me? >> Search me, bro. Everything on the concrete over there, bro. >> Oh my god. Let's not get lifting now. everything in the water. >> You're lucky to be alive. I don't know why you're running them off. >> I know I'm lucky to be alive. I was at literally go to a bar. Be quiet. >> Disrespectful little punks. >> Unbelievable. Just for your guys' info, we just um cuffed the dude who was being a Okay, he was >> our driver. >> I thought the short hair dude was the driver. >> Oh, this video phone looks so good, dude. I'm so excited. >> The guy in the shorts. >> That's what I was. >> No, that was the guy. It was one of the passengers who started being an So, >> okay. Yeah, let me know. >> Just to make sure he doesn't cause any issues. I know. That's why I was like I was hoping somebody was by the boat in case they tried freaking swimming away cuz that's happened before. >> I called you 7206. Not 728. >> It wasn't that. >> No. >> Are we sure he's not the driver? Are they sure that dude is? Cuz >> not my pig, not my pond. He said, "Not my pig, not my farm." We used to say, "Not my monkey, not my circus." But I'm going to have to remember, "Not my pig, not my farm." That must be a Midwest thing. Uh, I like it though. I'm going to take it from him. >> I just heard rail and I was like, "Oh, a hot dog." >> We were He was on my traffic stop and all of a sudden I was like, "Oh, they change the pursuit." You could hear the sirens getting closer. >> We got our strips off and then it started going away. We're like, "Where are they? Like how are you going to even see that that goes into a big old lake there? >> Car turned down. I was talking to someone on my phone, my buddy from Kenosha. And >> then I was like, "Okay, bye. See you." >> Like violation. >> You know what's funny is I noticed his fauxhawk before the dead the cop's fauxhawk and you hear the other cop. He's like, "I don't think your haircut's stupid." [laughter] >> The guy wants to say something. >> Apparently him. So, >> yeah, let's just kind of hover around him as he jump. >> There we go. He's got the fauxhawk. >> Sounds like you guys have yourself on your pier, by the way. That's like can't park there either. >> Hey, you can't park there. That would have been a perfect part of time for it. >> If you guys somehow find something to think of where >> How did they get all the way out there? That's what I want to know. >> Exactly. >> Yeah. >> Going that fast, dude. There was a um about 15 years ago there was an armed robbery at the handmard. Same thing. Crash came out here but it was on ice and then driver ran out and then one of the robbers was while he's running took a shotgun >> right there on the ice. >> Dang. >> It's quite the story. >> Yeah. >> Oh, that was a cool story. But when the old guy was talking about when somebody skipped on the lake that wasn't funny at all. Huh. M. >> So, this house has looks good, too. >> Freaking amazing cameras, so the whole thing if you want video of it. >> Oh, please show it. >> We'll do a poll for these ones cuz both these look crazy. >> Uh, let me show you real quick what I got. We can either watch man runs through hospitals glass gate to escape cops or we can watch I mean, we're going to probably watch both, but maybe. But where the but you can choose which one first. This one is party bike flips over leaving 15 people injured. Okay. So I'll make a poll. Which one you guys want to do? >> So they got like a high def security system watching this whole area. >> So you've dealt with them before. >> I think somebody was out talking to these um owners as well. They came out. >> Yeah. The house owner was actually sitting out front and watched it all happen. >> Okay. >> But they don't have any video on the back of their house. Please tell me you're going to get that video and show it to us. >> I think I heard the plate came back a little late. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I don't want He said it was his car, but I don't think it's actually registered. Okay. >> Um we got one on the dock, one in my car, and I think one in one of these cars. Are you hooking the driver? Huh? Are you hooking your driver right away or? >> Yeah, we're going to take him back to the PDA. I don't know if it's 25 or not, but I think we're going to >> Someone smelled like >> Yeah, they all did. Yeah. >> What do you guys want done with the Are all the passing yet? >> Yeah, I just >> um >> we're going to take driver down maybe 55. I was just going to say we got to talk to him about that. >> I don't know what we want to do with passengers. They're freaking >> I mean I'm cool with them getting the ticket for like hanging out the window maybe, but that was like only her. I think >> it's you can do them for I don't know if they're over 21, but I'm assuming they're probably not over 21. Um hopefully that if they're not, do them for minor consumption. Give them a ticket. What that dude is an SUV or a car? >> Yeah, that >> it's in the water. So, I have no clue what time. >> All right, I got to really know what's going on. So, you're probably looking at this be like, why is everybody standing around? So, looks to me like you have Lake Geneva PD, you got some other city PD, and then you got the sheriff's office. So, it's not really their case. I mean, they're obviously there to help. They showed up, uh, heard the radio traffic. >> It's the guy, it's the the the um initiating officers that need to decide what they want to do and just start going to work on it. These are one of those things. This is why sergeants are there. Sergeants typically will show up and be like, "All right, what are you doing?" And you kind of force them to get out of the udaloop a little bit and start to focus on like, "What are we going to do here?" >> I don't even know where to start. What time is the car? I mean, >> well, it sounds like it's a municipal boat launch violation. [laughter] >> I was going to say it's can wait till tomorrow. I don't know why they would I would sign a diver. I would assume close the boat launch as long as What do we do with all the vehicle? >> I guess he was up. >> Ultimately, the driver was charged with four felony counts. Three counts of secondderee recklessly endangering safety. One for each of his passengers and one >> of them for endangering wildlife after careful driving into a lake with a cowboy hat or fishing license >> and one for that haircut. >> Count of fleeing or eluding an officer. He was also cited for reckless driving, operating without a valid license or insurance, failing to obey a traffic officer, failing to stop at a stop sign, an unreasonable and imprudent speed. >> All four occupants managed to escape the vehicle after it entered the lake and swam toward a nearby pier where officers helped them out of the water. Two occupants were taken to a hospital for treatment while the other two declined further medical care. No charges have been reported. dang against any of the three passengers. One passenger, the driver's brother, said the group had been at a house party before the driver picked them up to go to a bar in Lake Geneva. He also said he assumed his brother had been drinking. >> His thought process, you know, like did he say why he wasn't stopping? >> Yeah. So, I don't know. He said because he's 18, he's never done anything like this, but he said he was going to ruin his life. And I'm assuming he was drinking. And it's like I told him I was like it's better to get stopped and arrested for drinking than killing yourself or someone else. >> Yeah, I agree. >> He would not. >> You're going to see it. Yeah. >> Okay, >> cool. Cuz he had been drinking. >> You said you assumed >> his poor They're showing his brother ratting him out. >> He was drinking. Were you not out with him earlier or anything? >> I was, but we went to like a little house party. >> I wasn't cuz you know we like >> Yeah, I get it. Girls do girl things. I get it. So he's your a your 18-year-old brother? >> Yeah. So he was supposed to DD because the rest of us were going to the bar. >> Gotcha. Okay. So you started a house party and then ended up in a lake. >> Yeah. >> So are these kids older than 18 or or 21? Cuz you can't drink till you're 21 unless Wisconsin has different rules. >> Did you tell him to stop at all? >> Yeah. I was begging I was on the phone with my boyfriend and my grandma. >> Okay. >> And I was like begging him. I was like, "Cash, please. I'll do anything." And he >> he's on his phone with his boyfriend and his grandma. Is this a boy or a girl? >> He was like, "I'm scared. You got to drive." And I was like, "I can't drive. I'm going to stop." I was like, "Just stop." And he seemed like he was about to stop. And then we hit the water. >> After being treated at the hospital, the passenger was later dropped off in downtown Lake Geneva. The driver's bond was set at $10,000 cash. He later waved his preliminary hearing and was bound over for trial. As of the latest available court records, the case remains pending. >> Yeah, it just happened. >> First appearance scheduled for September 28th, 2026. >> So, he went to he went to uh uh court just a few days ago, but it just happened on August 8th, so we're not going to know what's happening here. All right. >> Good job by the cops, you know, chasing his car, not losing them. >> Good job. Okay. Um let's see. Let's end the poll and see. It was pretty close, guys. Let's see what you guys picked. Damn it. Hold on. Okay. And the poll. Looks like you guys chose by Leon by a small margin. Is this thing going to you guys? You going to drive this off or we need a tow truck? >> I'm not sure this when when he'll tell me the curve should carry my side. >> See, I mean, you're probably going to have road rash everywhere. Yeah, I'm seeing a little bit on your back. >> This is categorized as an electric. >> So, Not a vehicle. >> Okay, so this is not going to be a 41R. This is going to end up being a 47. >> YouTube family, welcome back to the channel. So, a party bike crashes, leaving 15 people injured, and the driver responsible >> might be hiding something. Let's check it out. >> 15 people have just been injured after a party bike crashes and flips onto its side. As officers arrive at the scene, they have no idea what the driver is trying to hide. They made the turn. Whole thing just kind of went over. Who >> was driving here? >> I got about 15 passengers, several bleeding from this older lady. She just laying on the ground. They got a couple. Apparently, it's a corner on the flip. You can see this is way into the trash way too fast. I just popped over by itself. Didn't hit anything. >> I haven't found the driver yet. Sean is out here freaking out about the 50. They got the thing back up somehow. >> They just You know who the driver is? >> So you were driving? >> Yeah. Well, we turned and like they were already standing up so they back and so it made my tip over. >> What's your What's your first name? I mean, unless you're like driving them at the beach or something where it's like really flat. >> Shut down 14th Street. >> Yeah, I got you. Do that. >> I'm about to go up and shut down 14. >> We pedal down from the bar. We pedal as fast as we could up the hill. >> Came down. We stopped pedaling. Came down pretty fast and all of a sudden we came to this turn and he just took a sharp turn. I'm not sure why he took a turn. >> Why are you injured beside your thigh? Paint impact, a bruise, right ankle, two knuckles, and then my shoulder. I'm not sure about my back. I feel like there's something going on here. >> My boss on the phone. They sound like bill waivers. So, >> she'll talk to you. >> Everybody's start off over here. Is this a hidden run or you just turned over, >> man? People scattered everywhere. >> It looks to be about 15. I don't know if that was an exact number, but >> crash. So >> based on what the guy just said, so how the the bike went down is he said the guy took a really sharp turn. So >> you can kind of imagine like how that happened or how that looked with something like this uh bike um taking a sharp turn with a bunch of people on it. So all the weight is going to shift when you make that sharp turn and it's going to tilt over and yeah, pretty much toss everybody off the bike. It's crazy. I mean, >> I don't think it's anybody else's fault, though. Like, it's that the guy was driving turned really quick or something. >> Is this thing going to you guys? You going to drive this off or we need a tow truck for? >> I'm not sure. When when our husband get here, he'll tell me. I >> hit the curb with my shoulder. >> So, the car fell in your stomach. Check my side. >> See, I mean, you're probably going to have road rash everywhere. Yeah, I'm seeing a little bit on your back. >> This is categorized as an electric. So, >> okay. So, this is not going to be a 41 out. This is going to end up being a 47. >> A giant 47. >> She's got this stuff on that side. So, a little bit face is sore. I got a gash on my head. My left foot is sore. My hand is scratched up real bad. >> You guys on this? >> Yeah. >> Right guys trying to get all the insurance money. >> Has the officer got your information already? >> No. >> Okay. Am I right shoulder? >> Does it dislocate? >> I don't I don't know. It hurts really really bad in my left knee. >> Where are you at? I see a scrape right here. >> I just have a scrape on my elbow. >> It hurts really bad. >> Almost right there. headers like my head. >> All these people bro. Funny. So funny, bro. Holy >> Time for it. It's not against us. I told them, "Don't stand up." They're both like, "Where are you?" My right side of my face, my left side of my foot, my >> I have a scratch on though. the left side of my neck and my both hands up. >> I have a scuff and my legs are extremely short. >> He's having a hard time breathing. >> Holy bro. >> Yeah, I'll post it. Sure. >> Okay. Make sure we get the information on this gather and go club. That way when everybody come asking for report, they know who to sue. >> Well, I tell you, I was out on the phone with his boss. He's like, can I sign my abilities? I'm like, I don't care. >> Well, that's not between us. That's between them, but we going to do our part. >> To get a plan together, maybe to shut this intersection just down completely behind us. That way we can start getting these ambulances out of here. You know what I mean? >> Somebody needs to go up to the main street. 35, please. Thank you very much. >> Got to go straight. No, no, no, no. >> Look, he told you the same thing, right? They were standing on witness said they wanted pull it up. >> Oh, yes. >> They're all green. >> Green means you can watch and red means the camera's not working. We need to check your permit. >> Can you point out the operator to us? Is he going to be here on scene? >> So, they have to have a sightseeing permit. >> Sight seeing permit. >> Yes, sir. >> You think I can use one of those little orange stansions out there? >> Yes, sir. You got to make a turn. >> Yeah. I really appreciate it, dog. >> Yes, sir. >> Thanks, >> The left side stood up even though we told them already, do not stand up on the bike. Like, I've been doing this for almost a year. So, the owner of the bike, she's walking down here now. Right. Here. >> So, >> watch clips of me in Discord. Okay, I'll watch them. >> We're just talking with your operator. Do you guys have your sightseeing permit? >> What do you mean? Like a business license? I mean, our business license is categoric number is transportation and sightseeing. I can actually give you the code. I have it on my ink pile account. >> Are you all right? >> Calm down. >> I have it on my Okay. There's some people with injuries. I just saw it from up there. He was going like 35 real fast. I'm glad he didn't run. One guy's mom who's in that ambulance. He was kind of like yelling at this. So I was like, I hope my wife was on that. Is there any case information contact? Is there anywhere for us to get that to you right now? >> Do you have anything registered with the city of Atlanta or is it on >> Why is it wife on a party bus without him? What the >> All through the state. >> It's all through here. This is what I did it through. Me and my husband are the owner. He's on his way too. >> Is there a license plate on there? >> They don't go over 20 mph is what the city told us. So there's no tax. >> Yeah, it's it's on the bike. It's in the >> too much alcohol. >> There's that back. >> James, you're all right, buddy. Calm down. Are you sure? >> Coming from like this lane. Look at what the Sorry. Watch how fast. >> Yeah. Like a NASCAR drive. >> My ship drifted, bro. [laughter] >> Yeah, that was way too fast. >> Thank god that did not fall on nobody's neck. It would have been the cap box. >> Yeah, I would. He's throwing up over there. >> I see. I don't know why people do it cuz I don't think you can drink all these. Can you drink all like that violates our city ordinance? At least there's one helmet on there. >> One helmet probably for the driver. That's why he say >> Yeah, that is kind of crazy because they allow people to drink while they ride those things. And sure enough, somebody had way too many drinks and they crash. So, it's very important that whoever owned this company or this business is licensed because they're going to have to be insured. And why they going to have to be insured? Because there's a lot of people scattered everywhere from that accident. And it looks like the guy I'm assuming for now that the guy that's responsible knows the owner cuz I think that lady is the owner and they I don't know they may be business partners but let's see. I didn't know y >> like it's like six stretchers. >> You know you're going the wrong way, right? See all them cars? That's how they go straight instead. You can't just >> I can't hold nothing. You got to make your way. >> One of the criteria for them being issued that sightseeing permit, the operator has to maintain a driver's permit. >> They have a business license from the state. >> They don't have anything from the city. You can't sight them. >> Once he started throwing up, I can smell the alcohol coming. >> If it's just a bike, what's the law? >> It's a vehicle. >> So, they can still be charged with the US. >> All right. Think about a Tesla. A Tesla has an electric engine, >> but it's pushed pedal operated. >> It's a bike. It's a big bike. >> Come pedals. >> Yeah, I got to go. I'll call you tomorrow, but you got to cancel it. I'm sorry. Thank you. Sorry. And then two other tours I had to cancel. >> Now, this a vehicle, so you said my man right here was driving. >> Yeah. >> How you doing? >> Stand up for me. >> Does your husband have a ETA for how long until it gets here? >> Yeah. How is this powered? How How does it >> It's e assist. It doesn't go over 20 m hour. It only goes 8 miles an hour. So that's why there's no special permit. >> I've been doing this for a year. Like we do it every day. I'm going to ask you, you had something to drink today? >> Not really. They gave me a drink, but it was like first bar, but it's it's not enough. >> One drink of what? >> I don't know. But they they gave AM to me. It wasn't a beer. >> It was just a a mixed drink. Yeah. >> You don't know what was in it? >> No. >> What it tasted like? >> Juice at that point. Cuz it was it was juice. >> I went charging just like a vehicle. But then again, how >> you mind doing some field testing for me? >> Yeah. >> All right. Let's find a place. Uh, >> is this still open? I can't do this out here. >> I can't do it with the lights. I'm going to take this other >> Oh, I'm sorry. Can I Can I utilize your building? I have to do some field sobriety on somebody. I don't need to I'm going to go grab him real quick. >> Did the other officer tell you to meet him over here? >> Yeah, he did. I think he's right there. >> Yeah, just go up there with him. >> He was just right here. We just had the door open. >> Allen 239 Evan Allen Jun. >> Hey. Hey. Go. >> No. >> I did. >> You got to press the button. [snorts] >> Real quick. So, if some of y'all are curious, this is located in Atlanta, Georgia, and it looks to be the Midtown Atlanta, Georgia area off of uh Peace Tree. to do that. It's tough. It is. >> I did it like three times. >> Really? >> Yeah. [laughter] >> But just come on in. What you need to do? >> I'm just need to do some field sobriety without the lights right here in here. >> One of our bikes was in a severe accident and um we are not operating for the rest of the night and we'll either get it rescheduled or we will refund everything. >> Yeah. I need you to refund cuz I'm from New York. >> I just lost so much money. >> They're doing standardized fields soiety testing on the driver. >> Please do. >> Cool. So, we're going to have you step off of this. Just walk towards me. Walk towards me. I don't want you on an uneven. No, I didn't even tell you to do anything yet. >> You said walk. >> But did I tell you to walk in the line like that? You watch too much TV. Step off the carpet. You know what I'm saying? [clears throat] >> Bro, >> you said walk. Did he said not walk? >> He said >> step off the carpet to me. >> Okay. >> All right. So, look. Stay right there. He's the mayor of South. Bill Edwards. >> Why is there like three people with the same voice in this video? >> People don't like him. A lot of people say he's like real sneaky. He used to date my former mother-in-law. They're both snakes. >> They're both snakes. >> Have that leg straight. You understand those instructions? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Two, three, four. Sir, you got to be on on spring again. >> I mean, two years. Never had any accidents. Never. >> I've never gotten on one cuz I always feared that. >> You said they all stood up at the same time. >> Well, we have everything on camera, so >> please let me know. >> Atlanta has more cameras than anywhere else in America. >> Turn around for me. >> Very cool. >> Hey, pause, G. Pause. Pause. Pause. Pause. >> He's He not only do I think he's intoxicated, he's intoxicated more than he usually is. >> Pretty much it's going to be a right to see if he would like to give his blood or not. >> He was sweating like >> he was sweating in when he was over here. Hey guy, come on. Come on. Come on. Get a guy. Give a guy a break. Sir, can you >> Fox 5? I'm the media. >> Oh, you were the media? It It doesn't matter. Just back up over here. He's trying to work. >> Once again, you don't have to. It's up to you, sir. It's your choice. You can either get >> Fox five guys using his camera to record. Give us the breath or you cannot get in my car. I'm just up. >> You trying to be a crew with what? >> APD. You're going through the process now. >> Yeah, I can go and get my car real quick. You just hold this down for a little bit, man. Why we still got it blocked off though? What's going on? >> I don't know. So, let me ask y'all this. Why do we have it blocked down now? Cuz it can flow this way. >> 3595 to those units that's blocking traffic on West Street. Y'all can let that flow. >> There you go. >> Look at these guys. >> You, bro. >> Yeah. Look at Look at these. So, some bells already. >> I see it all the time when people don't be pedaling or people be like lazily pedaling. Somebody said 3540 like doing that. Everybody would have been dead. >> All right. So, here's the deal. Under city law, you have to have a sightseeing permit. Can't present one. You're going to get a ticket for it. >> You know how much the ticket is? >> I don't. >> I'm just going to pull in here. I got a tow truck coming. I just want to get this off the street this one. That ticket might be a lot too because it's not like a normal ticket. It's like a business ticket. It's probably a lot of money. >> A vehicle that doesn't um have accidents, I guess, cuz the lady said they only goes it's supposed to go to more than like 8 miles an hour. Sound like they were going a whole lot faster than that based off what the guy was saying. And they not even sure how they can write this up because it's not a motorized vehicle. And I'm not even sure if they needed need any uh insurance uh for for their business. So, let's keep watching. >> Why keep it real with me? >> I don't know what they put in there. >> It must have been a big old drink. >> They were smiling and doing >> they didn't say, bro, he was probably wasted. >> It was a 171, which is double. >> Oh, that was a back. And as y'all saw it, they took that sharp turn and everybody just splashed over 15 people and two were in critical condition. >> Uh fortunately, everybody, you know, made it out. Okay. But >> no one >> I can imagine like that there's a chance out of 15 people, somebody's going to file a lawsuit if not everybody. And that's why I was cur c curious if that their company needed some type of insurance to cover any potential injuries or accidents. >> Wonder how much that ticket. >> Who knows? Probably. So >> I want to look it up kind of. >> But man, I've been to Atlanta. >> No sightseeing license. >> Maybe once or twice, but the last time I went was like five years ago. And the traffic out there was terrifying. Just looking at this video showing how people were just driving in the downtown area. people constantly driving backwards.
