her son and causing a major disturbance on the bridge of lions naturally the officers were swiftly dispatched to the scene upon arrival a female officer began trying to converse with the Barefoot intoxicated lady I don't have a problem with you I don't know you I don't know your little boy here okay um but I am being confronted un documented for no reason like your I'm sorry can you 10 nine St Augustine is Hit or Miss whether or not you hit evil or you hit good um if someone can start rolling this way just code one just cuz I'm in the middle of traffic holding everything up so because of where we're at right now what I'm just asking is if you and I can just have an adult conversation I'm always up to for Ault conversation all right is I mean would you prefer to walk that way so I would prefer to have documentation of your copies of record okay of the complaints okay well I've gotten two phone calls so far okay I would love documentation I can't provide that to you right now in talking about despite being given a chance to give up and go home the woman continued to berak and argue with the officers while indirectly holding up traffic on the bridge because she wouldn't comply as a result of this her public show of intoxication and clear child neglect the officers began to place her under arrest for disorderly conduct what are we doing we're going to put you in handcuffs tried to escape through the front door naturally such an action is considered as attempting to elude a law enforcement officer and offense that the State of Florida deemed a third degreee felony this means means that a person charged with the crime could be punished by up to 5 years in Florida State Prison on the ground me now you want to me now you want to it's a 5 foot 3ot girl for what [ __ ] successfully detain the woman who went as far as kicking and even urinating on an officer's head meanwhile the first officer who left the scene with the child successfully escorted him to his grandparent home where he wouldd be protected under their watchful eyes once the boy is out of earshot the escorting officer began speaking with the child's grandmother regarding the events that transpire along with what could be done for her grandson going in the house hey Colin it was nice to meet you sir too thank you no worries poor kid um so apparently she was she just had too much to drink he said we didn't know about this but apparently she was thrown out of a bar because she wanted to go drinks and uh clearly she's had too much to drink and she was on the bridge and uh I guess he said that she was was giving people the finger and cussing at people and scream and then our officer got out with her was trying to get her to move along and she just wasn't having it did did they take her to the hospital she's going to jail well today she's going to jail unfortunately uh it was just way too much so we couldn't get her to get off the bridge we had to put her in handcuffs we went to put her in the back of the car she she when we put her I mean I had to pick up her feet and set her in there but then when I was trying to get him she managed to crawl through a tiny little area and I don't know if she was trying to drive off in the car or not but she got into the front and then then she really started resisting I guess she got the cups in front of her and was it I'm you'll have to do is just go over there and let them know that uh I don't even know where she was it's the you know the hotel now this is what I'm getting from him only it's the you know the hotel next to the British pub with the circle windows and the lifted up pool just before the bridge of lions is on the left or right it's on the left so if you're headed towards town uh on the left- hand side uh there's a hotel and it's got a pool that's lifted up it's got the port Windows that's where he said they're staying so and he he's he seems like he's got a pretty good handle on his way around he got me over here so um I think uh he'll be able to point that out and if you just let the management know that there's a dog in the room I mean they may not let you take much of anything else but that of the grandparents house but the mother forcibly took him away to live in a hotel while under normal circumstances that would be considered abduction and kidnapping she has sole custody of her son making it legal in any case the officers transporting the mother to jail arrived at their destination and began booking her needless to say she wasn't too happy about that uh I mean yeah I mean face and then it was like okay she's going to have to go in handcuffs you know go ahead so um so we had a call about a very belligerent person screaming at her kid on the bridge we end up getting multiple calls I show up I try to talk to her immediately she's like [ __ ] you know so her little boy's crying on the ground so I go to climb over to talk to him she gets right in my face we decide okay my back UPS there we're going to put her in handcuffs immediately starts resisting we got her in handcuffs we get her in the back she gets out of the handcuffs and climbs through my partition which is does not have a lock on it she's news to me then sheb through up front yep she climbs through up front she's in the front of my car oh my good so we pull her back out we get her back into handcuffs we shackle her we try to hobble her she gets out of all of that how' she do that uh she squirmy little thing she squirmy and she's very feisty um she deliberately urinated on one of my officers and he's saw he got kicked in the head a couple of times and I don't know I haven't figured it out yet but she is a doll where's the kid uh thank god um home with Grandma okay yeah I haven't gotten really I this I just found her ID so um cuz basically I I haven't they said she's listed multiple times so I imagine um but she's she she is saying she's she's saying when the handcuffs come off me specifically is going to get one between the eyes but I don't know how she's going to feel about you guys sa the fuing all my now what in the end the woman was arrested and charged with
