by the name of Karina who was intoxicated while kicking and cursing at the employees when officers arrived she was seen trying to get away from them by escaping into a nearby restroom Excuse Me Miss why she was removed from the plane the officers tried to get Karina to cooperate however rather than get out and help with the situation she kept herself locked inside a stall thankfully though she agreed to help them once she was told that she could get a refund on her flight so do you want to go to the ticket counter to try to get rebooked or get some help cuzz for my ticket yeah they'll give depriving her of a 911 call which is often a third degree felony punishable by up to 5 years in prison and a $5,000 fine however considering that they were simply standing around her accusation was enforcement is a Class B misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $2,000 up to 6 months in jail or both equipped with this information the officers moved to escort Karina off the premises calls shutting the door open come no you have to ser almost in the end Karina was charged with resisting arrest without violence assaulting a public servant and public intoxication
