found none other than the Real Housewives of bomic star Karen Huger getting out of the car which appeared to have crossed a median and struck multiple street signs we're just going to check you out yeah just check you out in the ambulance you want to walk all right well let's walk and then we'll yeah okay walk all right okay keep the ambulance I'm officer back County police just let you know it's how you're holding your side is anything hurt [Music] there now it's fairly obvious to anyone watching that Miss Huger was heavily under the influence meaning that she was no doubt in store for a DUI charge in any case after emt's checked her over in the ambulance she and her passenger Raymond Huger walked back to their car apparently nothing was explained to them so some officers stopped them from leaving since they were to be detained okay ma' how are you just so you are we all wear cameras recort on on video okay I need to see her driver's license okay okay Hey sir sir she's not free to leave I understand okay no I am no R I am am here hold it I do no okay I know watch there's some barf on it there there's some throw up on it there remember think remember okay ma'am can you get your of the officer orders it quickly became clear that Miss Huger was delirious from the crash simply had too big of an ego or perhaps both either way it doesn't excuse the fact that her reckless driving endangered the passenger she was with and the multiple other cars and people she encountered this ultimately meant that she was responsible for and could be charged with reckless endangerment a misdemeanor that can carry up to 5 years in prison and a fine of up to $55,000 while that kind of fine May mean nothing to her the hit on her reputation would certainly carry more severe consequences was not where ma'am where are you coming from let's start with that where's your point where where are you driving from why are you ining me because uh you were in an accident you appear to be extremely rebellious and very aggressive when talking with the officer possibly trying to hide the many criminal offenses she just committed thankfully though Mr Huger calmed her down and answered the questions in herstead unfortunately he wasn't too much help either where is she coming from okay she was visiting a friend I guess was it was call you know rather I'd rather her not do a lot of longer the officers lost their patience and started pressing for answers what they didn't know however was that the crash did more damage to miss huger's vehicle than they thought how much you talk to floor but don't go over there right now okay all right still appearing intoxicated Miss Huger seemingly lost all sense of safety as she actively tried to move towards her car which could have burst into flames at any minute as they talked for a little while longer the TV star and all her hubris believed that she could walk away scot-free and simply leave the scene obviously the officers on site weren't going to let that happen and simply placed her under arrest I think we're we could be good uh we had an accident uh you know you you probably did have a you know a couple beers you didn't see escorted by an officer back to their station where she would be processed and asked to sign some documents during the trip she held a conversation with the officer which led to some interesting main concern because when the officer provided her a different form and said that signing this one would mean she would leave in only 30 minutes she immediately jumped at the opportunity so when I said no I can not I he being here very bra um what do that mean and don't intimidate me what do you mean what is the Department's policy I'm not a police I am a policeman you are under arrest so I am not under arrest you are I am not but what you going to do is thank me for this after a confusing and rather pointless exchange the body cam Cuts abruptly in the end Miss Huger was charged with multiple counts including failure to control vehicle speed on the highway to avoid a collision driving a vehicle in excess of reasonable and prudent speed on the highway driving a vehicle on the highway with suspended registration and failure to notify administration of change of address within 30 days
