But we're trying to figure something out and I don't want to put you on the hook for something you didn't really do. >> Yeah. So, as I told them, uh we were just doing a GoFundMe. Uh we were hanging up that time. It was actually only going to be up for 1 hour. We had a professional drone guy coming out. I showed them the GoFundMe. Um as I said, um so I don't know. I guess, you know, once again, as I told them, I did willingly hand over my phone. But when I handed them my phone, my wallet popped up. So, I said, "Hold up. Let me hit my power button." And you know, I have a record as well. That's all I went and did. That's not obstruction of evidence in my opinion, um at all. So, that's why, you know, I obviously got very frustrated cuz it's like, "I'm willing to hand you my phone, but all of my money, right, my life's savings is on that account." I could see it pull up and it said, "It was about to pay something." So, I just reach over and I click the button. That's all I did. I just was backing up my phone screen. And then I let him have the phone. I wasn't trying to delete anything. In fact, it is actually impossible to delete something from an iPhone from a lock screen by hitting the power button. So, in no context could I have been trying to erase something by hitting one button on my phone. Now, I'm sure you have a phone as well. When you hit the power button, that doesn't delete anything, does it? >> I imagine it wouldn't, yeah. >> Yeah, so that's all I did. Um so, I don't know how that's obstruction of evidence, but that is what it is. Um and that that's that's all I know, you know what I mean? Um as far as that goes. So, I mean, I don't understand, you know, yeah, I mean, they did, you know, I handed them my phone to show them the GoFundMe. Um I was on the phone with Ben, and they saw that, but Ben is the organizer of the GoFundMe. He's also an influencer, so he was trying to earn the money, and I was he, you know, he's like, "I can't go back there." I'm like, "I'll do it. I'll go back there. I'll lead everyone. We'll start the GoFundMe. We'll get the video made for YouTube." And we were going to put it up and get We had a $23,000 goal, and I guarantee we would have got it if it weren't Benzel. And that was our only goal, you know, we were going to leave um right after that. Literally, we just needed to get the shot. We got the neighbor's permission to put up the sign. She said it was fine as long as we took it down in an hour, and we said, "Yeah, it's perfect." So, that's all we were there to do. >> Okay. See, and this is helpful, right? Cuz I don't I have no idea what's going on. I understand there's something with the phone and everything, but I don't I wasn't there. >> Yeah. Just me and you? >> Uh I mean, I, you know, I just waived used my rights to not talk, and that's all. >> Okay. >> I mean, I had already, once again, everything I just explained to you, I had already said. I have like I said, I have no idea what's going on. >> Yeah, we were just trying to get um so basically what ended up happening is um we all bought the LEGOs from Brian. There was a consignment in Oregon. >> Uh-huh. >> And we bought the consignment each of us individually for $10,000 worth of the consignment and then we sued Bricks and Minifigs for our consigned LEGOs back cuz you're allowed to buy a consignment cuz technically Brian then sells them all on them. So, we gave Brian the money and to get our money back, we sued the Bricks and Minifigs in Oregon. Well, when we won our court case, they shut it down. So, Ben was here to serve him his paperwork and for his court case cuz we're going to just sue him now. And Ben got arrested. So, what we decided was we couldn't go Ben couldn't go back there. We didn't want him to get arrested. So, I was like, "Okay, we'll do a GoFundMe." Um and we just were going to do the GoFundMe. We were going to film for 1 hour and we were going to give all the money to Brian. And that's why I was there. So, I was there these LEGOs he had saved his entire life are gone and he never got it for his grandchildren's college fund. So, it's extremely sad. And yeah, so I was just trying to help the GoFundMe and we were going to get the drone shot. Uh we were going to like do some talk, I guess. And then yeah, that was our plan. And then we were just going to clean everything up and go. >> Okay. Who's Who's Brian? >> Brian is the one the GoFundMe's for. That was in Oregon. That's who the Brian It's Brian Manzella. It was his GoFundMe. It says in the GoFundMe that the money was to be raised to be given to his grandchildren for the money that got stolen. >> Brian's the guy who Okay. And what does Brian have to do with all of >> Essentially nothing. Um he just reached out because um he it I had his wits with the situation and we decided we decided to get a face and help him cuz he had overwhelming evidence that he was wronged and it's we've just been trying to write that wrong. That's all our goal has been for a very long time and today was, you know, where we finally decided to do the GoFundMe cuz it seemed the civil route was just impossible cuz there were just too many roadblocks. We couldn't serve him the paperwork. >> Uh-huh. >> And it sucks we didn't want to punish the young audience, but we also as well wanted to get Ryan money more. So, and I believe people would have donated to the GoFundMe had we filmed the video, but even given where it's at now it has $10 on it instead of the likely 20 to $100,000 we would have raised with the video we were shooting today. >> Okay. And so, you're I guess that you're associated with Ben then. >> He's my friend, yes. >> Friend, okay. And you run this YouTube channel with Ben. >> Yeah, I'm a collaborator. >> Collaborator as well. Okay, that's cool. Um Okay. And so, you guys are staying here. >> Yeah. >> And then the incident happened with Ben while he was trying to serve papers. >> That's what he was doing, correct. Yes, he was trying to serve him the papers. Um you know, that is you know what I mean, verifiable. We have the footage of it. We've reviewed it. He kept telling him, "I'm trying to serve him these papers." There's footage of the cops being like, "Here's your papers." And the guy's screaming and wouldn't take them and then they came and gave it back to Ben and then Ben got arrested, which we were pretty blown away he got arrested, but I'm like, "All right, I'll take over now. Like, I don't want you to get in any more trouble." And he's like, "Yeah, I can't get in any more trouble. Like, you like if you take over like that's, you know, that was my decision." Um and once again, I wasn't like trying to stalk or anything like that. I was just trying to get the footage for the GoFundMe. Um it's obviously like that's all we were trying to do. We got the neighbor's permission. It was, you know, we weren't taking It was for the GoFundMe shoot on on that fence. And that's all we were doing. >> Got you. Okay.
