very early in the morning on January 1st
2022 officers from the Greenfield Police
Department in Wisconsin received a 9-1-1
call that a person shot a gun off in a
local bar although this was just past
two o'clock in the morning the bar was
full of people due to New Year's
celebrations luckily when the call was
received an officer was just down the
street where the incident occurred they
arrived on the scene only moments after
the shooting when the officer arrives on
the scene Witnesses quickly informed the
officer the shooter is in a vehicle that
is leaving the parking lot and the
pursuit begins

vehicle there are multiple Squad units
on their tail at this point the arms
officers exit their vehicles to secure
the suspects who remain in the vehicle

according to police reports the police
officers struggled to move the suspect
into the patrol car as he weighed over
350 pounds and refused to comply with
the officers

scene of the shooting to get witness
statements it's any point they got up in

of stuff was he shouting

the suspect who ran on foot

the unruly suspect continues to yell
profanities for almost an hour after he
is detained eventually medical
professionals arrive on the scene with
the proper equipment to move the suspect
into an ambulance

trees in the police report it is noted
that the suspect was likely heavily
intoxicated throughout the exchange he
reportedly vomited and the Prisoner
passed through off the police department
likely from over drinking the report
also lists that he was booked for second
degree recklessly endangering safety
armed while intoxicated fleeing and
eluding officers making threats to law
enforcement I operating while
intoxicated for his first offense
possession of marijuana resisting arrest
disorderly conduct possession of open
intoxicants reckless driving and no
proof of insurance however Court reports
list only two charges for him one being
first degree recklessly endangering
safety and the other being the vehicle
operator while fleeing or looting an
officer he was found guilty in both
charges due to a guilty plea he was
sentenced to State Prison and extended
supervision for 30 months each however
those charges were suspended or stayed
instead he will be serving a sentence of
24 months of probation under those
conditions he is also ordered to take a
course in Anger Management and needs to
write letters of apologies to the
officers involved in the incident he
will also have to follow absolute
sobriety rules and could not possess or
drink any alcohol during his probation
he is also prohibited from owning a
firearm as for the other two suspects
involved they are presumed innocent
until proven Guild in a court of law
1997 this kid's still a baby yes a 97

couple minutes ago but it wasn't really
good things
