on October 8th 2024 officers from the akan police department were dispatched to an apartment building for an active assault on two elderly women with a Whiffle bat the call taker male is back and continuing to beat the female has onene he just came down after the St and to beat the hell out of them again this is the first time he came after us what the [ __ ] going on what's going on just saying help help you're just saying Help come here she has how old are you I'm how old are you I'm about to turn 60 okay this month okay how old are you ma'am car is the officer with you yeah I don't know who offic so he ain't going to come down beat us again he's going to do it again thir time this third time keeps coming down the stairs on this one 32 for two females 60 years old Ronald fch Ronald F at least six backup officers rushed to the scene to help detain the suspect two females are in question 32 60s EXC PL that they got beat up everywhere where who's bleeding who's bleeding leaving it's a good possibility cuz she said she didn't see him go back in his apartment was he on his wheelchair or was he on fo come here 20m safy frge is there any management here another G know if it's or misdemeanor uh be misdemeanor at this point he's just going to get detained right now I can't really get a statement from the victims only the witness she's saying she got hit with the bat in the face but obviously there is no did you guys make contact with him no tried to in try to find out 605 right yeah that's he's he's on C just so you all know he is a crack so how many times did he hit them in the head well we started coming down here this next thing I knew he's beating them with a bat and yeah one the girl with a bat and his fist and the look like a blue Bat Blue bat how big and black shorts with a white T-shirt come back up here downstairs after almost almost 20 minutes of knocking at the door the suspect finally comes out of his room wielding a mop and is immediately wishes to speak to the primary officer to shed some light on the situation it's officer Jackson Police Department hi this is Rachel's daughter how's it going um okay how about you trying to figure this out um I don't know if it helps any but just shut a little bit of light on the guy he has um previously like threatened my mom uhhuh um they dated for a little bit and he does suffer from mental illness I'm not sure what kind but I was made aware of that um and my mom has reported him to the office staff several times um for making threats and accusing her of things that she didn't do she cut off all contact with them um but if that helps um the the the I mean I know they have pror history she she told me that but the hard part here is that the injuries that are being claimed there's no consistent injuries that would be consistent with what I'm being told I'm not saying it didn't happen but that's what that's the hard part I'm running into is the injuries that everyone's claiming like this other lady saying that her head was thrown off against the rail and she has no lumps no redness no nothing um obviously he's not saying what happened I'm trying to get cameras footage right now so I have the uh maintenance lady or manager of this building um to show me cameras because if at least I can uh see him on the first floor which he's saying he was on the first floor for a few seconds and then left so if I can get him on the first floor and get him in a live then I have no problem with signing charges okay um um do you think that my mom's injuries are are bad enough that she should go to the hospital and get checked out no no she she has a like R rug rash on on her elbow and that that's it that's the only you broke my glasses okay hello have you guys had any alcohol this if your mom was completely sober right now I would have no problem with having her go down and sign charges but with her intoxication level right now she's not able to sign the charges that's
