On June 2nd, 2021, Acron police and fire were called to a house on fire which was allegedly set by an occupant's boyfriend named Tommy. What What is going on here? Ty threatened us to set the house on fire earlier because he was going to kill himself. And then all of a sudden, I was upstairs and he comes up and he notices smoke coming out of the basement. He's like, "Grab water." So I th grab water and throw it into the vent and he goes downstairs and the whole basement's on fire. Like he threatened us earlier that he's going to stand on fire. So your uncle say he's going to send is he where's your uncle at? Over there guarding the dogs, but the one dog will bite and attack the fireman. Okay. Oh, he's right there. Okay. What's his name? Tommy. Tommy. Okay. Hey, just stay like right over here for me, dear. Okay. aggressive. No, these guys are just puppies. That's what they're saying. They're puppies. These ones, the guys here are puppies. I I can handle them. Okay. But that one supposedly not friendly. Okay. All right. Supposedly, he's the one. Okay. So, he's got the dog that's supposedly really aggressive. He's supposedly the one who set the house on fire. She was saying he said I don't know if he said it earlier accidental or what. Think that he set it on fire. Well, they were saying that he was saying earth stated that he said earlier he was going to set the house on fire and kill himself and kill himself. That's what they said. Nice. Daddy wasn't ready to hurt your baby. Stop. I know [ __ ] What did this take off? No, we have him there in the back. We just don't have him because there's about four or five pit bulls around him and he's holding the aggressive one to keep it from attacking the firefighter. So, we we really just need a dog warden up there. So, we need So, he tried he's tried he's tried to do this before. He said twice today that I heard him say, "I will catch this on fire." You heard him say that? I heard him say twice. And you're just staying here right now temporarily. No, I'm visiting. You're just visiting. I'm a visitor. Okay. I visit both sides of these both. Okay. I know all these border right the other side. Yeah. Okay. And he made he made an excuse for her to go upstairs and he had something in between the doors and I'm like, "What are you doing, Tommy?" He goes, "Oh, I was just seeing if she was um taking care of that." And then was it 2 minutes later all the smoke and everything? This is the situation. All right. over here. Our prime guy who's supposedly the they're saying made a threat to set fire to the house and kill himself. Yeah. He's back there holding this aggressive pit who uh the other ones are puppies. So he's holding that suspect back allegedly. Yeah. Who's giving us that statement? Was that the woman that's back there with him? Okay. Uh she was saying I guess she made statements that he was going to. Did we get any of his info yet? I haven't even gotten that part. Uh, no. His name is uh Tommy. That's all we got. Tommy boy. Tommy. Tommy boy. Yeah. So, he keeps holding the dogs back and she's trying to hold the dog. We call for a warning to come to maybe at least put the dog secure somewhere cuz they have no way to tie it up cuz all the leashes and everything are in the house. So, our guys with tries to come walking up to I'll show you where it started. And we're like, "Get back." And we almost tased him because he's coming up right up on the back of the fireman. Perfect [ __ ] information. I'll show you where right where it started since I started. I'll show you where it started. It's down in the basement. The fireman can't find it, but I'll show you where Yeah, I'll show you exactly where it is. So, he's like down and to the left in the bedroom. Does he own this house? I don't know. We don't need any fights or anything because to be charged and be acting improperly in the emergency. You can't move him right now because he's holding that dog. Okay. And if you're the only person who can go over and hold that dog, I don't want you going in there and getting No, I will get the puppies inside. The puppies are all out here. The little ones? All the dogs are outside. All the dogs are trying to get the warden here, but it's her dog. Their dog. So, yeah.
