didn't use a knife or a gun to get rid of the officer instead attacked the cop with a piece of lunch meat on 9th May 2023 around 1:00 p.m. the police department of Port Orange reported to a smoke shop where a disturbance had been caused by a customer apparently this Arrow towards man named William buzy had trespassed at a local shop and threatened the worker along with the customers present in the shop the officers went ahead to investigate the matter however William had other plans in mind I'm suing the Malicia County Sheriff I'm suing this is all with my lawyer is currently underway I'm here because the employee in the smoke shop right here behind me says you've been coming in and out and bothering her and the customers no no no when she ate she told me to be quiet and leave and I said okay well she says you've been in it out multiple times and you w't leave place but so hang on let me talk okay let me talk it's not a debate or a negotiation okay you are now trespassed from the store which means you cannot go in there anymore do you understand that right and as if threatening to sue the cops wasn't enough this insane man pulled out yet another move at this point he began showing off his karate moves and informed the officer that he was a black belt in karate now go ask her you mother come over here and I'll K get out of you come on mother okay you think I can't do it understand you mother okay now get that out of my face I'm 12 ft away from you not in your face at all at this moment William made a huge mistake he attacked the officer with this piece of lunch meat and once it landed on the officer it was time for William to be put in handcuffs wait put your back put your now you're under arrest put your hand behind your back right now put your other hand behind your back right now William was then transferred to the orangeport police department and was later charged with counts of trespassing and obstruction of law moving on to an incident where the matter spiraled when the suspect initiated launching rocks at the officers I'm Ro my away me on the night of January 19th earlier this year this woman ebony romanic called 911 at least seven times to report her stolen dogs so the Flagler County deputies arrived at this 27-year-old's house to investigate the matter further we're here so how can we help you I don't need you here I need you to go get my dogs no you're not okay thank you hold on a second I want I I want I want to explain something to you real quick all right so you you call a 911 it turns out that ebony wanted the officers to bring her dogs back and she wouldn't listen to them or talk to them even when they finally reported to her Palm Coast home after being called several times get the away from me do you know you're not going around three grand and what was surprising was that she just wouldn't hear out the officers if they didn't bring the dogs back although romanic claimed she was dealing with a life or death emergency she still wouldn't stop screaming at the deputies calling them racist and causing personal attacks however this would have been a peaceful encounter if ebony had not taken the next step she took I just thr get away from me I didn't thr for you no I did it I thre my I my y this is the moment when ebony worsens the situation and Beyond this point things take quite an unusual turn ebony had begun to throw rocks at the deputies the moment they were walking back toward their car she gave a tough time to the officers but was finally arrested placed in the patrol car and was about to be transferred to the police station however she didn't stop screaming throughout the way so fine it's on my camera you've done this I did I'll keep I'll keep talking to you if you put your feet in the car get that skin head the out of here you bra you this mother dear God please please let them see the light please therefore this woman was arrested and charged with three counts of assault on a law enforcement officer misuse of 911 and resisting arrest moving forward this man pulled out an entire excavator to restrain officers from arresting his son all the way back on June 14th of 2022 in Hardwick Vermont a 24-year-old young adult was confronted by the cops on the charges of burglary and assault Brandon tman may have been ready to be put into handcuffs yet the circumstances intensified when the parents Amy tman along with Wayne tman came into action the elderly couple had brought an excavator to confront state troopers while they were arresting their son despite being attacked by an excavator held his gun out but did not fire at Wayne Tolman as a result rather than a nonviolent Detention of the young 24-year-old man all three family members were taken into custody while Wayne was arrested and held in the Northeast Correctional Complex for 11 years without a chance to get bailed out and Brandon tman faced a maximum sentence of 41 years and 6 months in prison this next case would leave you surprised how a wild man hospitalized an officer with just a pen stand still on August 2020 in the north of London a 40-year-old man named Adrien Popa was spotted hiding in the rear Garden of his ex- partner's residence in edgewear things took a nasty turn when officer Alexandra dos reached the location and was terribly welcomed stand still t t get down get down more more units more units the officer could be seen begging for more units and that was when this madman removed the lid of a pen and attempted to stab the officer more units at this stage Popa this wild man was successful in poking a pen in the face of the officer and terribly hurting her while she tried to detain him Popa was then taken into custody while officer Alexandra was admitted to a hospital for Recovery these cases get worse as we move forward stabbing with a pen may have seemed to be hurtful but in this next incident the man attacks the officer with a claw hammer stop stop this 52-year-old local landlord had many complaints and was frequently visited by police at his house on Liberty Street however this time a Middletown police officer Cari Travis went to examine the situation herself it wasn't a normal visit the man Winston Tate was observed waving a claw hammer can you put that down please what can you put that down please now call your [ __ ] back this was the moment when Tate gave up walking and began running towards the officer to attack her with a hammer stop stop although she was badly hurt she fired three shots at Tate who eventually gave up stabbing her Carly was then shifted to a hospital for treatment Tate was discovered to have bullet wounds and was revealed to have had mental health issues since his time in the US Army he was then charged with counts of assault and has been jailed since then finally unlike all these cases you've seen so far this next case does not end up with the officer in the hospital suspect's the one to attack the officer and still get shot no no you drop that knife right now I don't have a knife [Music] back in April of 2019 just before evening Officer Nick Ruby reported to an arrest with an arrest warrant Matthew Dearing who had to be transported to jail because of his recent crimes in the past however Matthew may not be ready to get handcuffed like to know where weapons are you're usually pretty chill but some people aren't I just ask I try to ask everybody keep it consistent I don't want want to treat people differently you know what I mean okay well unfortunately at the moment you are under arrest you got War get on a warrant the suspect tries to flee away the moment Officer Nick tells him that he's under arrest and although Matthew tries to be fast enough the officer still grabs his arm strongly and doesn't let go of him get on the ground [ __ ] what are you doing man get off me man get on the ground you just started attacking me helpie don't do that get on the ground don't attack me dude I'll get on the ground you're going to get sprayed if you don't get on the ground right now do you understand me get on the ground text me to the officer pepper sprays him first without letting go of his arm and within seconds Matthew can be seen pulling out something from his pocket do it no no you dropped that knife right now I don't have a knife Officer Nick thought the suspect was pulling out a knife to attack him and it turned out to be pepper spray Matthew pepper sprayed the officer to take his revenge however what made things take a nasty turn was when Officer Nick shot Matthew the moment he got sprayed although this man didn't die on the spot he was badly hurt and was taken to the Flagstaff Medical Center where he was hospitalized for a longer time while in police custody Officer Nick Ruby
