registrations lcia registration reason I'm stopping is like can't read that tag it's flopping all over the place and that doesn't really meet for is that a real tag blades yes it's new the motorcycle yeah yes all let me [Music] see registration registration the paper yeah I have no it has to be paper it has to be a piece of paper okay one second for example is this uh CER CER no that's certificate of title I need your registration when you turned in that title is is you and right and and a registration comes with [Music] that temporal temporary why do you have a Florida license in a Texas registration oh I buy online i b online yes online you bought the tag online no no uh the motorcycle online so you went to Texas to buy and you registered in Texas online online online that makes sense okay for examp I I show let me see the title title number yeah where's the VIN that paper plate doesn't look correct just so you know for example I I had no no I had you should have a registration for it and I don't see that either can you look can you look uh the Thursday I had the same problem and you can in the camera the video the police house and look what agency what Police Department Ohi Kimi all right reference the 27r to showing driver is not a US citizen reference the for 28 or correct from the Texas 28 it is coming back expired doesn't say when it was supposed to be expired and it's a 10 t good boy thank [Music] you all right so the circumstances behind this is tags flopping as we're driving down the road so I get a uh unsecure tag I run it out of Texas that was originally to that vehicle expired back on 610 so does it does it look like it's been tampered with yeah it's f as could be it's photocopied so if you pretty much tell him he has an opportunity to tell us what he's actually doing with it and we can go from there okay okay [Music] [Music] okay so he says he hasn't done anything to it he actually got pulled over 4 days for it right and um they told him that he has 2 months where he could drive with it of his he said he didn't alter it or anything okay all right well let him know I have problem with cause to arrest him for a felony it's a felony to display a fake tag if you want thr up to that that's cool otherwise I'll just go with what I [Music] have saying that he what was the original date on [Music] it for saying that he has a title but he doesn't have [Music] registration what he did was he photocopied that onto that this is paper supposed to be uh part of stock that's paper he saying that when he bought the motorcycle they sent them that paper which expired in June June 10 2023 when did you buy the bike when did you buy [Music] it like a month ago a month and a half ago so month and a half ago this would have expired because there only 30-day permits one more opportunity okay kick the kick stand [Music] it's an ala tag put yourself down that's it put your phone there under arrest of alter tag fing in the State of Florida 434 right [Music] yep saying that they told him in Cassi that he was able to yeah just because CMI is a bad don't have Smart cops anything AE anything stick me poke me hurt me any man [Music] back okay okay okay [Music] okay so so you can tell him he's being arrested for a fake tag expired um temporary tag just because he fooled cimi doesn't mean he's going to fool me
