me down she wrestled my phone away from me and I was on the I went and got my doll's phone was trying to call you again so um she's in a blue Nissan you said blue Nissan you know you tag information on that you know like Road older newer uh do you know if anywhere else that's it hey 13 log 28 going to figure all that out man hey fed it somewhere out there I don't know what he did what's going on oh you don't have shoes on no I had to get away for a minute to calm down what happened no not calm down I was crying head over here with me well that they're probably not going to get any dirtier probably not you know what I'm saying he already walked to the yard with him yeah you're right what happened this evening uh he's strong okay and uh I was trying to him from doing stupid [ __ ] uh he's mad at me because I go get him more alcohol okay and uh he already had somebody tried to come out here and deliver it to him I told him he's on probation don't give it to him if you do uh you can get in trouble that's what started this fight okay so he said he was going to get a lift I said no you're not you're not coming back here and putting these kids through anymore they've been in the rooms for two days they will come out okay so uh he he's really he's mad at me he said if you don't do this I'm going to do something get you in trouble and get you put out of here okay so he came out here and he Pit himself with a bottle and my kids will tell you that he did that I did not huh where's the that's what he said he did it with I don't even know if that's what he did you didn't see it no I can't believe he even did that can I look at your hand real quick yeah okay what happened there um I don't know okay this one from him your knuckles are pretty red there you haven't gone punch anybody no I have a um am I can't say I have a form arthritis where all my uh tains are R swollen my Fe hurt in that way too okay not really but okay um but no I haven't hit anybody I don't don't hit people um we get this have to so did you take his phone huh did you take his phone no no no that was one of he likes to act and pretend to do [ __ ] okay I got you no when he was uh coming out here chasing me he dropped it I don't know where he dropped it he was chasing you yeah I mean I don't where my phone is he took it so you don't know where your phone is no you take your phone this is so fun do you have this is the most ridiculous part I've ever do you uh your kids have phones uh yeah do they like you guys like Life 360 or anything like that like it's a like find your phone type thing or your phone's on loud at all or anything like that you could we get one of your kids phones and do the Google find your phone thing we I don't want yeah but there's allegedly crimes being committed right now so we kind of got to figure out what's going on um what crime is being committed well that's what we're trying to figure out oh listen if I can find my phone all night he has been threatening me and I have him recorded saying that he is going to do something to get me put in jail so in that's that's why phone like that's why I mean that'll help if there's videos of of things like like that you know that'll help us like you know what I mean get I just want him to so the [ __ ] up I understand um okay where where's your son at uh her son Mike is her son my step he's right here and then my son okay and my daughter they inside okay is it all right if I ask him so he took your phone as well uh yeah I don't know where it is you don't know where your phone is might have it so that's why I say you're walking in give details I'm walking in the bedroom okay going towards the bedroom in the bedroom okay and where she standing on the bed she's standing on the bed she on the bed when I went in standing on the bed not standing on the bed on the bed when I came in and then stood up okay and when I loged in and I told her I was telling her just leave just go to your dad's and when she hit me with something I tried to call 911 okay and I stopped and I wasn't going to CU I didn't want to get the cops B I came out for a minute I went back in there and I said you know I can't deal with this anymore okay so when it when you hitching the head was it an overhead swing was it from the bottom just just what do you mean side from the side was it a fif side I don't know if she has something in her hand I think she had a remote in her hand I don't know if she has something in her hand okay so cuz when I first got here and we asked you you said it was with a hand and then you said it you said it you you told him you thought it was an open hand yeah yeah I'm pretty sure I've never seen a wound like that from an open hand and I I really don't know I so quick what she hit me with okay and did you go unconscious what no noig so then I came out and I tried to call 911 okay and the phone with 911 and she jumped on me and wrestled my phone away from me okay uh which one's your room would you mind walking me in there look at all these cats gosh they're so cute this is your room yeah so where was she she was sitting on the bed first okay and she stood up I right here and she hit me and where where did she hit you I was standing right here you were standing right here okay and you don't know what she used and then I walked out okay I tried to call 911 and I tried to call 911 I was right here okay and it was right here that she jumped on me from behind and she wrestled my phone while I was on the phone 911 okay we don't know where you're no she she took my phone she got my phone phone away from I have no idea where my phone is okay we don't think it was his bottle that was used I no I don't think so you don't think it was this bottle was it's from New Years you know or bottle champagne for New Years just bottle champagne from few years ago okay and we don't know looking for anything else that could be used I she she got a remote in her hand but had a remote in her hand we don't find one in here no idea okay all righty sounds good we can head back outside but you know I I didn't want to go but when I called and she wrestled my phone away from me and then she went outside and I went to my daughter's room and I tried to use her phone so when you said what do you mean you tried to to use her phone yeah uh I was in the process and you guys pulled up okay so you were in the process of dialing 911 but he didn't from a different phone pH and you guys pull up okay right here wrestled fall away from this is where yall wrestled and uh when you say wrestled um jumped on my back jumped on your back were you guys on the ground yeah she she put me on the ground okay did you guys hit anything cuz I'm not really seeing any evidence of any sort of like and she wrestling struggling or anything like that I mean even this little statue here still and she T my phone away from me and I haven't seen the phone okay okay so you said you had videos right of the incident yeah but she took my phone pH not of the incident but even from earlier the day okay been going on all day so all right so I keep kidding really oh my goodness what what are you so grumpy about you know a video of her coming to your job what do you on probation for um she did this earlier I'm on pration for I broke my phone and I broke the phone and they gave me a a family vience charge how long you on probation for um it was 2 years have you how long you been on 11 months you're almost halfway done yeah okay uh part of your condition of probation no alcohol hey contact what about no alcohol oh yeah probation part of your probation cuz you smell like alcohol yeah so you know you're in violation I drink a beer yeah I'm not that I bet you had a couple more beers than that denying that okay uh I something to keep in mind okay it's a violation your probation I just I just don't want the the fight [ __ ] go on and so we get that all right so I'm going to did you did you hear any of them like any wrestling or that sound like they were fighting at all like physically anything like that physically yeah it did sign that way but you know all I know is is that it was fake like you listen s this ain't my first toxic relationship I've seen hundreds of them people do this all the time Industries just injur injures no I understand that I'm just trying to so when did you hear them like rolling around or anything out here rolling around not like ground rolling around I definitely been hearing a lot of pushing around heard a bunch of pushing push a lot of pushing lot shiing you know you know how you hear people being pushed you can hear them getting pushed into [ __ ] and stuff yeah that's what basically a lot of stuff being them landing on lot okay but I don't think anything's been broken okay right okay hi you are just so cute look at how fluffy that thing is gosh getou all right Mr skanner one more time is that the story you're sticking with that you just said again that you into the room and she struck you and now you're saying that when you with the phone is when you reive that injury so how did you receive the iny when I walked into the room okay that's St you he hit me and then wrestled my phone away from me okay I'm a big truth guy yeah I like the truth so is that we're going with yep no Hey listen listen Mr scanner the ball is in your court if you going go through this Rodeo we can go ahead and do what we have to do right but if you want to come clean right now and let us know what really happened then we can work with you you know and go from there but the lies it's not going to work all right so what happened how did you receive the injury if you want to run it down to me one more time how did you receive that so what are you what are these non-verbal cues you're giving me this the sort of frustration that you're kind of giving off right now I I wasn't um so I also overheard you say him that during the struggle that's when you got kind of popped in the when we walked out of the bedroom that's when you got hit no when I walk into the bedroom I got you okay but the struggle was out of the bedroom yeah Lo out into the living room okay all righty that's when did that [Music] so where did we find his phone in the car really why was your phone in the car well that's not very nice we're in the car you go find it driver seat in between Center c seat it's pretty consistent with somebody trying to hide something I agree at this point from what I'm gathering I don't know I didn't hear the video it's not him hitting himself it's her saying um I'm not letting you go I'm not going to let you go drive to get more alcohol um yeah and he said um so you really want to go to jail U instead of go get me I would never do that she she was said you can lie that's fine call him out here um but you keep lying um and I'm not I don't want to go to jail and lie so it's pretty consistent what yeah um how's that his eye conclusions with that there's a bottle in that room but I couldn't see any like oil or anything like that say that that's how he's like a bottle he used a bottle something so when I asked him about it he said oh that's been there for 3 years it's our anniversary bottle and I said that doesn't really look like it's been there for that long is that my landord yes yes if you want to go talk to him more welcome too so go with oh weather gets here it look at that cat can you place your behind back the call them well making a false report of a crime is still a crime false report yes sir told you
