The caller told us that Kemier had gone on a date with another soldier, Jeremy Quillar. According to the informant, Quillar had threatened Tyrone before. This piece of information directed investigators interest towards Quillar, who was serving with Kemier and Tyrone at Fort Stewart in Georgia. As police investigated further, they discovered an elaborate web of lies. They found that Kemier and Quaar began their relationship when both were in South Korea. Kemier and Kuella started a secret relationship while deployed in South Korea for 9 months from February to October 2018. They were both assigned to Tyrone at Fort Stewart. This affair took place in the close confines of military life and led to their murderous conspiracy.
