That chilly night of December 31st, 2018 would be the night Army Sergeant Tyrone Hassel III was brutally and violently killed. He was a young man whose life was just starting to bloom. Tyrone's horrific murder would not only devastated the lives of his family, but reveal a shocking plot of deceit by the one person who was supposed to love him the most, his wife, Kemier. It was her lover, fellow soldier Jeremy Qua, who would provide the ultimate act of treachery. Tyrone Hassel III, started out in Benton Harbor, Michigan, in a poor neighborhood that was full of crime. Despite this, Tyrone worked through it and improved his life. He worked hard and did well in school and sports. He was a top student and athlete competing in both track and baseball and focusing strongly on his studies.
