PUT THE GUN DOWN. >> MEDICAL PERSONNEL CLEAR THE AREA. >> HEY, LT, I got the shield, but hey, is Ethan all right? >> Head shot. >> Get the [ __ ] inside. Yep. Looks like he may be lighting a cigarette. >> Sorry, just want to let him know you're there. >> Hey, he's still moving around. >> I think we have the son on the phone. We're telling him to stay inside. He's 21. He has their canine in the house, too, but it's supposed to be a friendly golden retriever. >> I got the BearCat in route. >> Looks like he's waving his left hand up in the air, possibly lighting another cigarette. >> Copy Deputy Chief Morgan. He looks like he's trying to bring his dog with him. There he's coming out. >> Load his needles. He does not leave that driveway. Get the BearCat to block it in the back. >> He said that he was injured, and he is not coming out unless he can go in the house. >> 10-16 is just getting on scene. >> Going through a mental crisis. >> He's out of cigarettes. >> He used all three packs, so he's got plenty. >> It looks like he's possibly setting a fire inside the vehicle. >> Starting a fire in the vehicle? >> I'll copy that. >> Bro, you got gasoline in that thing, too. I mean >> We're going to have to move our cars back. >> He just threw something in the back passenger seat. >> I'm fine.
