So, that's >> Here is how Jasmine's birthday ended on the side of a Florida Keys highway. Her boyfriend was arrested for DUI, her third. The car was towed, and Jasmine, who had come out that night to celebrate, walked away facing six separate criminal charges. Possession of cocaine, providing a false ID to law enforcement, possession of marijuana under 20 g, resisting by interfering with law enforcement, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. And then, her lawyer did something nobody saw coming. He found a single case, proved her recantation of the false name before any arrest, booking, or paperwork meant the false ID charge could not stand. If you want to see more moments like this where the legal system does something nobody expected, make sure you subscribe. There is a lot more where this came from.
