Um, she's throwing stuff at, throwing stuff, trying to hit my granddad with stuff. >> Pushing to hit you at all or hit you, cut you with nothing like that. >> She be pushing trying to swing on me. So, I just try to hold her so that you know you don't hurt me. >> Sean, so I'm going to go to jail >> if you be nice. >> Oh, they taking me butt naked. >> A woman can abuse a man, but when a man come in and get a restraining order on her, she get all nice, everything good. On March 29th, 2025, officers responded to a home in St. Petersburg, Florida for a disturbance involving a woman and a man she had been in a long-term relationship with. The report states she was intoxicated during the argument and threw a large conch shell, causing a cut to the man's hand when he tried to block it. She then went into the garage before officers brought her into custody. >> What's going on, bud? Um Nikki, she's throwing um >> Who's Nikki? >> Um >> he's he's the adult at the scene. >> Okay. >> Um she's throwing stuff at throwing stuff trying to hit my granddad with stuff >> telling me call my people to get out. My mom's on the phone now. >> Okay. And are you grandma? >> I'm his grandma. Yeah. Pick him up. >> And my mom's name is Kamaya Daisy. >> Okay. I know Kamaya. I just dealt with Kamaya yesterday. >> Right. at the accident. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. My dad called me. >> Oh, that's your dad. >> Oh, okay. >> No, that's not my dad. >> Let me talk to grandpa and hang inside your grandma. >> Okay. >> What's going on, sir? just got crazy attitude. Come on. I give you a look at it right there. >> Does she live here? Does she stay here? >> No. >> Has she ever stayed here before? evicted, >> but you have let her back since the eviction. >> She don't come in the house till I walk down the alley and come back. >> Is she Is she not Is she in this part of the house or is she >> No, she in the garage. Massive destruction. >> I don't know. She throw the rocks at you to try to hurt you or what? >> Yeah. I hold up my hand. Okay. >> So, before we go back there, let's let's just talk this out for a minute. So, how long have you been have been dating with her or how long have you been together? >> We've been together 10 years, but they just came last month, told her don't come back. She not supposed to come back cuz she dropped by, you know, just show up out of nowhere. >> 17. Got one more in there. You can't have one more slide by. >> Get some understanding and tell her, you know, don't come back here. If you're not coming back here, the arger, the fight, the fuss, you know, only reason I you stop by is because I say I'll listen to you. >> Okay. >> You say you got a problem with me. Let's try to re rectify the problem, but we're not going to be together. >> Okay. >> And you can't live here anymore, >> right? >> So, that's eating her up, >> right? >> Okay. So, and what's her name? >> Nikki Nicole. Quum. >> We We know she's in the back in the in the garage right now. >> Uh-huh. >> Okay. She got any weapons? >> No. >> She ever had any weapons? >> No. >> Ever been violent with you before? She done get she just do that stuff like that. >> So she How did your hand get cut >> when she throw the rock? >> Okay. >> I put my hand up the block. >> So she didn't hit you at all or hit you cut you with nothing like that. >> She pushing trying to swing on me. So I just try to hold her so that you know you don't hurt me. >> You medical check in your hand or anything like that? >> No, I'm a man. >> Okay. All right. So was where was the grandson during all this? >> She come out of out of the garage. I was still back there sitting down. Okay. She goes in the house, start yelling and holling at him, which scares an 8-year-old. >> Yeah. >> So that's why he was telling you she what she was trying to do to me. >> You know what I mean? He telling the godhead truth. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Cuz he don't need to see all the garage. You said >> no, she don't live out there. >> You just sit in the garage cuz you can't go in my house. >> So she was sitting back there with you, >> right? But you can't go in the house >> because she's evicted, >> right? So when I move, that's when the back door be unlocked. So that's when she charged off in the back door to go to I'm thinking she going to the bathroom. >> Open the door. >> Huh? >> She opened the door. >> The door was already open. But what I mean, she just opened the door and came in. I'm thinking she going to the bathroom. So why she in the bathroom? >> You okay if she went to the bathroom or something like that? >> Yeah. You know, you don't want to be nasty and nobody invited her here. So the eviction kind of doesn't it's kind of goes out out the window. >> Okay. >> Do you rent here or do you own her? >> I own here. Oh, okay. So you know, when she gets evicted, you can't let her back. if you let her back after she's evicted. I mean, technically, we can't really do much after that. You know what I mean? Because it becomes a civil issue. But I'm I'm more concerned about her cutting you with a rock and acting like a crazy in front of your grandson. So, we're going to have to get with her. And is she like in her right mind right now? Is she >> Okay. Is she on any she drugs or anything like that? >> No, she just drank alcohol. >> Is she drunk right now currently? >> Mhm. >> Okay. Like real drunk? >> What was she mad about when she started something? >> She just just I don't know. Is she bleeding or anything or no? >> I can't tell you for sure. I walked down I had to go down there. >> I had to go down the alley trying to diffuse things cuz once she cut my hand was like >> And that's why I told her to come get him. >> I told him to go over to my friend's house. >> Good idea. Okay. >> Did you grab her? >> Did you touch her at all? Did you push her at all? Anything like that? >> All that down was tried to get stop her from hurting me. >> And her name is Nikki Querman, right? The officer gave me that. He said, "Sure y'all that because that writing on the back would tell you about what the law is based on." She can't be here, >> right? But you let her back. So that's the problem. >> Well, she just came back. She just came by. So I'm listening to her. It's like I'm talking to you. Everything cool. >> Okay. >> You know what I'm saying? I got to call back. >> Yeah. Yeah. Um, let me get that real quick. And when was she when was when did she get when did she get uh evicted? >> She >> was the whole process done. Did she get served and everything? >> No, because every time time for her to get served, she takes off. >> So sheriff's department. >> So done by the sheriff's office. Well, the sheriff department had they done their job and then like I said, every time the sheriff came, you know, they ain't going to come so many times. And then every time they come, she run. >> So then they the police came, y'all came and put and made her get all the stuff in. >> Susan, when you get here, can you just come in the alley? >> All right. So, what kind of what kind of uh how can is it locked in the garage right now? I got to keep >> All right. Well, let's wait for a minute. Let's let's talk this out for a minute. So, any weapons in the garage? >> No. >> Okay. Nothing in there that she could have gotten that you had in there. Knives, we guns, anything like that? >> No. No guns. No shovels, chainsaws, a man cave, chainsaws, and stuff like all that stuff down, you know, like I'm going like I used to go to work. >> Okay. >> So, she I don't think she in just state of mind. I don't know. She could be. I don't think she in a state of mind, though. >> She's just intoxicated. >> All right. >> Feeling miserable. Can Okay, end recording before we go. >> She's cut. He hit her with a rock. She hit him with a rock. We're going in. >> Yo, come on. Come talk to us. >> Step back. >> Nikki, come on. >> You got PC, right? >> Yep. >> Where you at? Not bad. >> We're not playing these games today. Stand up. >> Call my dad. >> Stand up. We'll talk about >> Hey, you better get in here. Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. Sean. So, I'm going to go to jail. >> If you be nice. >> Oh, THEY TAKING ME BUTT NAKED. >> WE'LL GET SOME HEY. HEY. We'll get some clothes on you. >> I'm naked. Are you serious? I didn't do nothing to nobody. I'm naked. >> Relax. See what's going on. >> Y'all can do all that. I'm naked. I'm butt naked. >> Yep. >> Yep. >> Good. I ain't do nothing. Nobody. >> You got some kind of pants we can put on you. >> I'm get bucked in, >> Charles. I'm going to get bucked in in the in the >> All right. >> Are you serious? >> All right. I'm going to press charges on. >> Listen, bro. I'm going to press hard on St. Pete finest. >> Okay, that's great. Listen, >> dance for you. I don't want to bring any >> Bro, you got me naked with four officers. >> That rant in the house, bro. >> Okay, we'll talk people on the phone. >> YOU GOT TO RELAX, >> BRO. Y'ALL GOT ME UP, BRO. >> NOPE. Not playing that. >> Not playing that game. >> Well, you can do what you do. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Cuz do what you do. I'm naked with eight officers with eight officer. I'm I'm I'mma [ __ ] press charges against sight be finances. >> [ __ ] y'all [ __ ] would you do your mama like this? Your daughters? >> Are you serious? >> They have shorts, >> bro. Get me out here outside. Get me out here. >> Stop. Stop moving. >> What you going to do? What you going to do? Spray me? I ain't doing nothing to me. Mace me. I ain't doing nothing to you. I'm a citizen. I got thousand. >> All right. >> Get right. I'm naked. What can I do? I'm in the garage. >> No shorts. >> We got no shorts and nothing. CHARLES, YOU GOING TO LET HIM TAKE ME? >> LET'S GO, >> CHARLES. >> LET'S GO. >> I'M NAKED, CHARLES. >> LET'S GO. >> I'M NAKED, MAN. JUST IN THE BACK. Get in the back. Sit down. >> I'm ass naked on THE OTHER SIDE. >> I'M ASSUMING. >> And real quick before we keep going, uh, do you know the difference between a truth and a lie? >> Yes. >> So, if I said that the grass was green, would that be a truth or a lie? >> A truth. >> And if I were to say my uniform was white, is a truth or a lie? >> Lie. >> Okay. All right. So, you were saying what happened today? >> So, she and my granddad got into an argument outside and for some reason they blew in there where the cream was and Nikki came to my room, me and my mom's room and told me, "Get out. Call your call your people and tell them, "Come pick you up. Get out. Get out." She kept repeating that like two or five times. >> Okay. >> And she, my girlfriend, had to tell her, "Get away from me." She wouldn't. So, >> what was she doing in your room? She's >> telling you to get out. >> Just standing there with her foot on the wall. >> Oh, okay. Did she try to hurt you? >> No. >> What about your granddad? >> Um, I think so. She She's grabbing she was she grabbing stuff eggs in front of my door and I'm allergic to eggs. >> Yeah. >> And she threw it in front of my door >> and I threw it at the door. >> Threw it and threw it at the door. Okay. >> And I had to open it and I and then when I had shut my door, she had just slammed my door open. >> Okay. >> And as you can see from all that on stuff on the floor, you can see I'm telling the truth about the stuff. >> Yeah. So why Yeah, I saw that. So why do you think she slammed the door open? Why didn't Why couldn't you go in your bedroom? No, the door was shut. I was in my bedroom. She was trying to come. She came >> Yeah, that's what I mean. What? Why? Why do you think she kept trying to come into the bedroom? >> Tell me get out. >> Tell you get out. And why would she do that? >> I don't know. >> What was happening before before all this happened? >> Um, they were in the backyard. They were arguing. >> Arguing? Do you know what they were arguing about? >> No, I just heard them say some stuff, but I don't know the exact words. >> Okay. And then it came inside. Then yeah, they came inside. >> She ever tried to kick you out before? >> No, this is the first time. Okay. Usually all the other time she would just >> Did she say why? >> No, she just said get out. Get out. >> Okay. >> She if you see a if you see a big vis. >> Okay. So yeah, she did. And this is the first time she did it without a lot of people. >> Oh, okay. >> And when I got here, Aiden was across the street, so he ran to get help, you know, so he felt some type of fear of for his life, you know. >> So did uh does mom normally live here? >> Like I said, they're misplaced, so they're they're here and there, but they try to be here as much as possible, but um this person has been causing a lot of issues. Where's mom today? At work or >> She's at work. Yeah, that's why I have the children. >> What's her uh what's her name? >> Kamaya. >> How do you spell? >> K M I Y A >> Davis. And this person um antagonized my daughter often. And my daughter calls me to come try to assist with the situation. And when I get there, the person's on the phone calling the police saying that we're coming over to fight her. But I'm just trying to come and grandchild. >> So, how did you get here today? Did Aiden call you? >> Um, my daughter called me and said, "Mom, Aiden's calling the police on Nikki. Can you go over there and check and see if he's okay?" >> And did you call police? >> Yes, I called the police. >> All right. Well, you did a good job. >> Uh, Kamaya, do you know her birthday by chance? >> Um, of course. [laughter] I asked her. >> Good. And um you know her phone number by chance? >> Um 727 38 >> 3486709. What >> you said? 348679. >> 6709. >> Oh, that's that's very good. That's very good. Good to know you know that. All right. Well, she's going to be charged with domestic battery cuz she was throwing things at him at Charles and he's got some cuts on his hands. Um I'm not sure it will be forwarded to DCF. Uh DCF will just have to check in with him. Um just to make sure that he's okay. Nothing against you guys or mom or anything like that. But she get >> and as far as the child abuse goes, that'll be up to the primary officer at this point. I don't I don't particularly see anything. If um you know, he was kind of just involved seeing an argument and all that. So, um I don't see any physical violence that was happening around him. So, uh cuz it seemed to have happened when maybe his door was closed or something like that. >> Yeah. So, All right. Um, did you need have any questions for me at all? >> Um, no. >> Okay. All right. >> I just hope the >> You got to convince Charles to get her kicked out. She has a whole setup in that back garage. >> He has to get there on several occasions, but he keeps letting her come back. I don't know if she's just homeless or >> Well, she probably is, but he's not learning his lesson that there's a reason why she's getting kicked out and >> making life worse, >> right? So, >> no. I know my daughter is grown. >> You got enough for anything? >> I know he didn't preliminary. So, she shows up today. You let her hang out in here. Okay. >> Yeah. Cuz she couldn't go in the house. >> Cuz she can't go in the house, right? That cuz you kicked her out of the house, >> right? >> So, walk me through. She starts going crazy. When did she start going crazy? >> This morning she just I guess when she come. >> Yeah. >> She bam on the one to wake me up. >> Okay. >> Okay. And it's like just madness. >> Okay. >> Well, she didn't get mad then. She talked to her brother a couple of hours and cussed everybody out. >> So, she's just drunk acting like belligerent. Okay. So, then what happens with you and how does it turn physical? >> Well, it didn't never turn physical until she starts. Can you put it in? Okay. >> She start trying to punch me. So, you don't mind in the house. So I'm holding her like this here. Put you trying to put her hands down. And that's when she keep trying to fight me. >> Okay. >> You know what I mean? >> So she's fighting you. You're trying to hold it to get >> out. Yeah. Because the 8-year-old boy ain't got no reason. >> No. There's no reason none of this going wrong with the 8-year-old crack. >> Yeah. She went in the bathroom and then all of a sudden she come out the bathroom, start holling and cussing at him. >> Okay. >> So now it's time me to get involved. So then rather than me to put my hands on her, I just let the tear off [ __ ] I clean it up. >> The whole house The whole house is destroyed inside. I don't have to get pictures of everything. Do you want to prosecute for any of that kind of stuff for like the >> I I just want to get rid of them and just keep >> She destroyed the whole kitchen, bro. I mean, there's TV's broken. There's Everything's in there's broken. >> She going to pay for none. And it Well, I mean, even if I press charges, they only >> You're guaranteed to get nothing if you don't press charges. >> Yeah. >> If you press charges, you may get something you may not. But if you don't press charges, you're guaranteed zero dollars. >> It's all right, man. If you can get rid of a problem, >> she's going to jail today after I understand you get rid of a problem. Wouldn't you rather have a problem gone and try to get money out of So that's the way I'm looking. >> So here's my here's my question to you. >> So you it start she went to the house. She's not going supposed to go in the house. There's a police report saying that she left. She does not have residency in the house, right? >> So she shows up today and you said you can hang out out here but you can't go in the house. >> She knew that. >> Okay. So she's hanging out out here and then at what point does it start getting physical when she pushes her way into the house? >> After when she done push her way in the house like we standing here my door be open. Okay. >> So I'm thinking she going to use >> to the bathroom. >> Then she in the bathroom on the phone with her brother calling everybody pump [ __ ] whatever whatever. >> And then when I come in it's oh you going against me for your family. You're doing this. You're doing that. And then start cussing the little baby. So I told him go out the door. Go to my neighbor's house which is mad on the corner. >> Okay. So I didn't even know that he had called police. Yeah. I didn't even know this. All I knew was he said, "Granddad, Miss Nikki, stop." Yeah. >> Stop fighting my granddad at this or that. >> Okay. Did he Did she hit you at all in front of him or anything like that? Did she was he going to see anything like that? >> No, because I didn't let him out the door. So when she started trying to fight >> So when did she hit you with the How did your hand >> I was sitting Come on. I can show you if y'all don't mind. I mean >> I come out the door once I got out the door. >> And she's already going crazy and throwing stuff at that point. I'm sitting right here. >> Okay. >> So, when I'm sitting here, she grabbed the shell, >> okay? >> And the rock. So, bam. Bam. So, I get up. Then she goes to the She take stand there, take her clothes off. >> Then she goes to the neighbor house. Start mass construction. >> The neighbor's house or this house? >> No, this house. See the bicycle, throw it over his yard. The bike wasn't there. >> Okay. >> She throw it over there. Went over there. Baming on his door. >> Okay. >> But naked. >> Okay. So she goes in the house then and then >> she had done nothing come out. >> She already came out the house. Okay. So So she threw that that right there is what cut your hand? >> Okay. And you sure you don't need rescue to come check that out? Anything? You good? >> It's just little cut, but okay. So that shell right there. >> Yeah. After I gave her clothes to put on. Look at she >> Okay. So there's your clothes. Okay. Yeah. I see her underwear and everything. All right. Okay. Well, she's at minimum going to jail for domestic battery. So she she's going cuz she battered you. She cut your hand. She's acting the fool. I'm I'm going to go talk to the little to the little guy and see if we can get any other charges out of it. Um, have you ever filed for an injunction or try to get injunction against her? >> See, I'm going to tell you and and this is being straight up with you. >> Yeah. >> When a man go in to get an injunction, >> I don't know how the world twisted like that, but they tend to seize with the woman because they say a man is stronger. So every time you go down there, you spend an hour down there and you find out after the judge review it >> that he don't see grounds for it or when they call her, you know, they have to call her and let her know I got an injunction. Oh, she get real nice and everything. And from there, if it's a woman judge or a man judge, they look on the pity of the woman. And I went in there one time and I sat in the court house like four, five hours and they was like, you know, did you why are you still sitting? I said because it's kind of funny that a woman can abuse a man, but when a man come in and get a restraining order on her, she get all nice, everything good. >> You know what I mean? But when a man when a woman go in there, cuz I was, like I said, I s about four, five hours. I see many women come in there and two days later when you see them in Walmart somewhere, they was like, "They got him out. Didn't have a problem. Did your thing go through?" And I was like, "No." They was like, "I can tell you why." Because most judges going to see it with a woman cuz they say y'all are stronger than us. >> Yeah. >> You know what I mean? So it's just it's just a confusement thing. You know what I mean? >> Okay. I got to ask you a question and then it doesn't really matter the answer. But do you want to press charges for the battery for cutting your hand? >> No, I ain't worried about that, dude. I just see it's easier to get rid get rid of the problem than see if I if if if y'all putting the flame out now, taking her to jail. >> Yeah. Right. >> She's going to jail whether you want to prosecute or not. >> Right. And she can't come back. >> See, but she can't come back. But you're letting her come back to the garage. So, >> no, I'm not let her coming back at all now because you you >> Well, she'll have a she'll have a temporary no contact now for domestic. >> Yeah, cuz see you keep scaring that 8-year-old. You going to make you going to make me flip out? >> Like I'm going to go talk to their officer and see what exactly happened with him in there cuz I maybe had another charge. >> Yeah. Because see, you'll make me flip out and then now I'm wrong. I'm going to jail. You understand me? So, the way I was always taught to diffuse a problem if if you can get rid of the problem, don't worry about the cost. You got rid of the problem. >> It's cheaper to get peace >> 100% >> than you know and then I got to take off work. I got to go to court it every time she go this and that and all that's going to do is make the flame get bigger. >> I'm sorry. Can you show me that just one more time kind of so I can see it on the camera? I'm sure you don't want me to take a picture, but I can get it on here. So that's probably I'll come back and get a picture. >> Um >> Okay. >> Has she been arrested for she been convicted of batteries before? Do you know? She ever been arrested for battery >> in the last two years. She didn't had she didn't had >> So is this going to be Is this going to be felony? You think? Does she have a conviction? A prior conviction? >> No, she but she got four. This make for >> Okay. >> And if you want to come in and take pictures of the house, >> I'm going to Yeah, we need to actually want to do that real quick while we're here. >> I want to keep that. >> Actually, let me go get the Viper going cuz she's going to probably be felony. So, um All right. Let me go talk to him and get the Viper going. I'll come back, get your report number and all that kind of stuff. Okay. >> The woman was charged with aggravated battery involving a deadly weapon domestic related. Her bond was set at $15,000 and she remained in county custody after the arrest.
