on the evening of March 8th 2023 an
officer was on patrol when he observed a
vehicle with a defective brake light in
Jackson Wisconsin upon reaching the
vehicle and initiating a traffic stop it
pulled into a Walgreens store and parked
in a handicap spot despite the officer
activated emergency lights the driver
later identified as a 34-year-old male
named Harrison ignored commands and
