Oh [ __ ] What his name? >> Ronald Leo trying to grab our guns, our tasers. >> Oh [ __ ] >> The whole night in Ronald. >> Why not? >> Ronald say he no problem. >> All right. We'll see what's >> 50-year-old Ronald is hit with five separate charges after deliberately striking an officer and kicking him, making direct contact with the officer's shin. He is charged with battery on a law enforcement officer under Florida statute 784.07. He then faces a second charge of battery on a law enforcement officer after grabbing the officer's departmentisssued firearm holster and ripping the hood cover off. Ronald proceeds to place his hand around the pistol grip of the firearm in an attempt to gain control of it. As a result of that action, he is also charged with attempting to deprive a law enforcement officer of a firearm under Florida statute 843.025. 025. Next, Ronald is charged with resisting an officer with violence after actively using force against law enforcement. This charge is often split between resisting with or without violence. But when an officer is kicked, it typically results in both battery and resisting with violence. Lastly, Ronald is charged with trespass after warning under Florida statute 810. nine. After repeatedly refusing to leave the property despite multiple lawful orders and clear warnings, Ronald's vehicle was eventually towed from the scene. Battery on a law enforcement officer and attempting to deprive an officer of a firearm are both first-degree felonies, each carrying potential penalties of up to 30 years in prison, 30 years of probation, and fines of up to $10,000. It's important to note that multiple first-degree felonies can be stacked when they arise from the same incident. In this case, we clearly see how a simple trespass warning, once ignored, quickly escalates into multiple felonies and misdemeanors. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. As always, share your honest thoughts on this case in the comments below, and I'll see you in the next video. You sorry piece of punk [ __ ] ass mother liar. My lion ass mother. I didn't kick any [ __ ] >> I stepped on your foot because you were stepping on my foot. Okay. Rolling back towards rolling back this way, mother.
