Unlike roadside screening, this official machine delivers the evidential readings required for prosecution. Michigan's legal limit is 08%. On the street, she blew a massive.20% back, which registered at.18% during booking. Deputies initially processed her for a second offense owe because she was already awaiting a June 17th sentencing for a recent hit and run, a case where she entered a no contest plea. Due to the repeat offense, officers confiscated her license and plates, issuing a paper permit before booking her into the Mcome County Jail. However, detectives soon uncovered a hidden OE conviction from 2015 with two priors established. Prosecutors upgraded the charge to a felony OE third offense. Her next court hearing is set for May 28th, 2026. Two incidents in mere months point to a severe struggle with addiction.
