After a dog named Brownie attacks a
family, the neglectful dog owner shows
up while an officer investigates and he
is not happy. I don't want to call the
police on nobody, but you that can't be

across the street to go to the school
and he come over there and she she knows

he took off charging after her and
chased her and knocked her down and and
bit her on the butt. bit her on the butt

real quick? She probably does pretty. He
jumped right on top of her over there
when he knocked her down. And there's a

When when the dog jumped on her, you
grabbed the dog and pulled him off. He
never would let me grab him, but I
charged at him and he started walking
back and I got firm with him, pulled his
ass home, and I went over and put him in
the house. Oh. And he we went into the
house when you opened the door on it on
on his own and then not lovingly. Yeah.
He respected his attitude and he
followed barking him harassing him the
whole time. This all you need for most

have rabies or not after quarantining.
After the investigation, the dog could
be returned to the owner with
conditions. The dog may be labeled
dangerous, requiring them stricter
control. And in rare cases, if the dog
attack was severe or fatal, or the dog
has a history of violence, the dog may
be euthanized. While the dog's fate is

Joshua was charged with disorderly
conduct, obstructing official business,
dog running at large, and failure to
register a dog. He is innocent unless
proven guilty in a court of law. And
when a dog like Brownie injures someone
and the owner shows zero remorse, should
the police treat it as just another
animal incident or as a preventable
assault with real victims? Because in
all honesty, most dog bite incidents can
absolutely be prevented. And this set of
circumstances cause somebody to be

dog is family to you doesn't mean

was born dangerous. The dog became a
threat because the owner treated
responsibility like an option. And just
when I thought this call couldn't get
any worse, the dog's owner shows up and
instead of concern, he just brought much
attitude. And although he did apologize,
it was the kind of apology that tells
you everything you need to know about a
person. He pointed fingers and then got
defensive and acted like he was the
victim in this situation. And let me
give you a scary truth. If you own a dog
and it attacked someone, you could face
far more than just a warning or fine.
And in many states, if the dog causes
serious injury, especially if the dog
owner knew that the dog was aggressive,
prosecutors can file for criminal
charges. And the legal obligations of
dog owners and related rules vary from
state to state. So get detailed on the
state dog bite laws that could come into
play where you live. But to be honest,
this guy shouldn't even have the dog. He
showed no accountability, just
deflection and hostility. But I give a
lot of respect to the officer because he
didn't even react. He just showed much
professionalism. But lastly, I do have a

he stood there holding brownie while he
bered that officer? Because it seemed to
me that him venting was way more
important than his dog. And was his
